East Coast Update - 'The Apprentice: L.A. - Firing 03/11

Although I'm no longer doing full reviews of the show, here's the East Coast lowdown:
  • The teams had to create a halftime show promoting GNC for a pro soccer game.
  • Kinetic, led by Kristine, won.
  • The reward was golf with Trump and golf clubs.
  • Surya brought Tim and James to the Boardroom
  • Surya got fired.

I'm sad to see that you are no longer doing full reviews of the show.

I know you've found this season to be rather lack-luster overall(and frankly, I have, too), but I think some interesting things have happened in recent weeks that I'd love to hear (or read) your opinion on.

Particularly what your thoughts about Surya were and him getting fired.

The only way I can stomache this show this season is by TVio!! People are boing, Trump is an ASS and his entire family bores me to unconciousness!! I have realized that the rich and in-
famous only survive because their ego is stroked by the rich and famous. Are we really to believe that an internship with Trump will make us famous. Some winners are well to do. But I think their drive to succeed out weights what Trump has done for them.

If Jackie can become bored with this show, imagine all of her followers jumping ship with her.

The tasks are stupid and you can believe me Trump is getting paid for all the sponsors that are brought to the forefront. 14 weeks of silliness to end up with nothing but a glimpse into your private life that you would gladly keep hidden in your closet!! NO THANKS \

Always hated Trump

Dynamo - I think Surya could very well be one of the smarter candidates. The problem I saw in watching the show stemmed from the point he went to Arrow. Once there, whether nerves or trying to prove himself, he became overbearing to the rest of the team - James and Frank (who certainly have other issues), in particular. I think things may have gone differently had he stayed on Kinetic.
