'The Apprentice: L.A.' - Season Finale - East Coast Update

An unsatisfying end to an unsatisfying season.

Stephanie won the job with James taking second place.

Um. Okay, I guess. I'm not sure what she did all season, but she's pretty.

Nice to see a woman win for a change, but Stefani was so far under the radar, she didn't even register.

Anyone know what The Donald was talking about when he said James had some "dialogue" earlier in the show that he was concerned with?

Hey Anon - I've been wondering what James said, too!

I actually picked Stefani to win the season from early on. She was always poised, classy, dedicated to the task & mature. For Donald Trump to say that anyone flew under the radar is ridiculous in a season where very few had the chance to be a PM, due to stupid new way of the winning team keeping the winning PM. Since James and Stefani's team won a lot, they rarely had a switch up in the PM department. I did notice how Stefani always was on task and a go-getter from the beginning and never stirred the drama and was never called to answer for stupid mistakes, because she rarely, if ever, made one. She did come off a bit snobby, but I think that is due to the fact that she is a lawyer...lol! I think Trump made the best choice, from a very immature and unqualified group of people. Very disappointing season... :(

Hey, Dynamo of Eternia here...

The ending was 'blah'for me.

I only watched the last 1/2 hour of it due to watching Entourage on HBO (I did record the entire Apprentice Finale, but I'm not sure if I will bother watching it from the beginning).

This was a pretty disapointing season. They put so much effort into trying to keep it new and fresh that they lost a lot of what made the show what it is in the first place.

I wonder, how has this show done in the ratings? I haven't seen any specific statistics on it, but I am assuming not good. I noticed that for several weeks they were doing that 'get rich with trump' thing where you would text who you think is going to 'tent city' and could win $10,000, then all of the sudden they stopped doing that.

I can only assume that it stopped because the show wasn't getting enough ratings to warrant giving that money away.

Does anyone know if there will be another season beyond this? If there is, hopefully the show will find it's footing again.

Hey, Dynamo - The ratings this season were indeed down. I read an article somewhere which said that Burnett would take it to another network if NBC doesn't pick it up. We probably won't hear anything for a few months.

I am so glad it is over. It was so stupid having the contestants sleep in the tents. I am glad Stephani won too.

I just read an article that said, "The Apprentice" was picked up for another season.... Hopefully they learn from their mistakes and make it a better season...

Deanna -- Are they dumping Trump and his kids? That's about the only thing that would make it a good season ;)

Stefani was on Regis&Kelly this morning. Apparently, she was very relaxed at the finale because she totally expected James to win (he was a favorite of Mr. Trump).

I really wanted them to ask her what Trump was talking about when he said he was unhappy with James??? But Kelly was too interested in Stefani's GIANT engagement ring. Seriously, it was huge.

I totally agree Orkmommy! LOL! I miss George and Caroline. I always enjoyed what they brought to the boardrooms. Trump contradicts himself to no end and his kids are annoying. UGG!

Dont you love how he told Nicole he didnt approve of office romances, but w/ last season's winner "Sean" it was acceptable. Typical Trump...a walking contradiction!!!
