So far they've had a recap. Kail, in reference to her reasons for nominations, thinks she's "scotch-free" from blame. Huh. I wonder if she has gin?
Kail is getting insight into Dick. She sees what I've seen. The guy inside doesn't match his exterior.
Now it's to a Nick is so great segment. He's flirting with Amber and professes his affection for Amber as perhaps a "dirty girl." Shomance alert! Jen is shown as looking quite perturbed, and very likely jealous when Nick cuddles with Daniele. To stir the pot, Joe told Nick that Jen was saying he was making out with her. Jen, in her own Jen-World as Joe puts it, has herself believing they made out when it didn't happen.
Jen is confronting Nick in the storage room. It's an odd situation. She's an odd girl. Now all of the houseguests are talking about her. They are "so over" Jen. Heck, so am I! Amber suggested to Kail putting Jen on the block if Carol wins the PoV comp (which we've known about since Friday). Amber prays for divine intervention.
It's time to pick the players for the veto competition, only six will participate. The two nominees and HOH are drawing the others at random. There is a wild card available. Kail got it - Houseguest's Choice - she chose Daniele. Carol chose Nick, Amber chose Jameka. Kail chose Jessica as host, most likely for her stunning voice.
They must all stash vetos somewhere in the house. The last veto found ends up winning for the hider. Daniele is youngest and smallest, but she's determined to win. She put hers in the bucket of slop. The others aren't nearly as imaginative.
Just a note -- now I can see why the house was such a mess and the comp took five hours on the live feeds.
As the comp goes on, the ones not participating are locked in the HOH Room. Dick is going off on Jen. Heh, they let the HOH crowd out to see the disaster. Amber's veto was first found, Nick's was second. Third was Carol's. Jameka's was next. Kail's was found, so it's a victory for Daniele!
It's time for Eric to make up his sob story and tell Kail. Yep, what we saw on the feeds! Kail fell for it hook, line and sinker.
It's to the Drama Mamas... Joe and Dustin. Dustin is being a bit reasonable. Joe accepted an apology. Back to the Jen fussing... or fussing about Jen from the other houseguests and into commercial.
Daniele is taking the veto decision seriously, weighing the pros and cons of her actions. It's time for the veto meeting. Kail doesn't want her nominations changed. Carol says she wants to compete longer, not ready to go home. Amber says she deserves to be taken off the block, mentions the jounrey, and her family. Daniele talks about stirring the house up a bit, dramatically pauses, then keeps the noms the same.
In a DR brief, Jessica said "Bye, Carol. See you at high school reunion in ten years." Aren't these girls about 23 if memory serves? They've been out of high school for a good six years or more. Perhaps she thinks the 17th Year Reunion is a really big gathering?
America's Player vote is up and running at the official show website. Who should Eric vote for to go home? Carol or Amber? Get your say in!

I think Nick is playing a good game in flirting with all the girls (and guys, ROFL!) but it also could easily backfire on him. Let's see if he can keep the charm going, and not offend anyone, but string them all along. And I don't think he's seriously interested in anyone but Daniele.

Ugh! America's Player task totally bombed this week - how stupid!
And call me petty, but I hate that the card said "America wants you to tell someone a sob story." We didn't choose that lame task!!!
Jen is a nanny in Beverly Hills. She's also the Estate Manager. This means her employers are most likely as shallow as she is and I'm sure the kids are spoiled brats.
I really wanted to like Amber, but she's very whiney and looks like she's crying all the time. I also can't stand when someone says things like "God wants this". I really don't believe that God cares who's on the block in the Big Brother house. I also don't think God made Kail put her on the block. If America gets to decide who Eric is gonna vote for, I'm voting for Amber all 10 times! I may even spend the money on the text votes just so I can get 10 more votes!
I hate that the info to Eric was misleading also. I hope he's smart enough to realize that all we got to do was vote on the person.

I voted for Eric to vote off Amber. Not for anything in particular except with Carol and Squeeky being in there I'm hoping it will get caddy between the two of them. Hopefully it will help with the dynamics in the house.

It looked to me like Kail made a lot of the mess, too, so I'm glad she had to help clean it up. She keeps talking about her great stragety (sp?) but doesn't it seem like the guys are pretty much telling her what to do when she asks and she always asks? I voted all ten votes for Amber too. Her sniveling is really getting on my nerves. I also doubt God put her in that situation or that he will personally get her out of it. Seems to me that whole scene was for the camera. Boogie's criteria for the perfect woman would probably be the body, the young age, and the stupidity to think he was somebody worthwhile. Jen has all that! Thus her attraction to Boogie (and Les Deux) like a moth to a flame. Ugh, and I thought Erica was hard to watch.

Seriously I think I might toss my cookies. First, Jen makes a passing comment that Nick tried to kiss her. Then Nick's lapdog Joe runs to Nick to retell and embellish this comment. Then Nick, filled with smug and self righteous anger storms into the kitchen to confront Jen in front of other HG's. He humiliates her. He treated her like the lie she told was heinous instead of harmless, he treated her like the very idea of lying inside the BB house was some sort of criminal act. What a dick!
Then, as if that weren't enough Jen gets Nick in the storeroom where she proceeds to grovel and prostate and apologize to him??? Like her telling people he tried to kiss her was a million times worse than him needlessly humiliating her?? This girl has got some self esteem issues she needs to work on, cuz as I say earlier, Nick is a dick!
Then up in HOH ED jumps down Jen's throat for some un named act of rudeness he claims she perpetrated on him day one. Then he goes on to say that if they were outside the house he would take her down or some words to that effect.
So, let me get this straight, Nick verbally attacks her, ED threatens her with assault, then Jessica, Amber, Joe, Danielle, Nick, and ED sit around and trash her like a bunch of fourth graders every chance they get and Jen is the horrible person who must be booted out of the house at all possible cost cuz she wears a tiny swimsuit, silly T-Shirts and has the poor judgement of having a crush on Nick? I hate to say but we all voted for Amber I think but it sounds like the house will vote out Carol so are we putting a target on our player??? Amber is so driving me nuts about how this is for her family and sniveling (as someone else mentioned) so I was fine with voting for her too but I think they should break up the Carol/Jessica combo quick because of all the connections theirs was least problematic and seem to get along just fine. Although I actually would rather see Jess gone first in that combo but you know we have to deal with what we have been dealt.
I hate it when people trivilize religion, God, Divine Intervention, etc. With a war in Iraq, people being blown to bits, terrorists poised to strike the US this summer, this idiot girl thinks God is watching Big Brother and is interested in the eviction sequence. The show is for our summer entertainment...not posturing about ones personal relationship with the Almighty.

You have to join myspace to view. Not all hamsters belong and then some are only open to friends to view. Some site are being run by family/friends while they are in the compound!
I doubt if anyone would get in trouble for Daniele imbibing. She is not doing anything that L Lohan and many in the USA partake in. Also did the police come when there was the knife incident? So it seems CBS polices their own.

Hi Jackie, Thanks once again for this blog - at this point, its a lot more enjoyable than the show. I thought it was great when Nick confronted Jen about lying that he tried to kiss her. It showed her true colors for all to see. She deserved to be humiliated. When she pulled him aside to apologize he should have made her say it in front of everyone. She also deserved the tongue lashing that Dick gave her. I was waiting for him to say something about her "don't touch me" comment. They seem to be going back and forth so much on the vote, that I can't tell who's gonna be out. I do hope Carol stays because I really think she deserves to see Jessica go before her. I thought Daniele's hiding spot was ingenious. I for sure would never have looked in that pot! Whoever gets next HOH should put up Jen & Jessica - both annoying and both not aligned with anyone.

Yes purrbal, we should watch out that we set Eric up for a target as the house seems swayed to get Carol out. However, in watching the feeds, I am almost more annoyed by Eric than anyone. I DO think that Amber can be as devious as Kail, she just plays the "I'm a good woman" manipulation game, not the evil one... it's still manipulation. So if we want things to get more interesting in the coming weeks, it would be moreso if she stayed over Carol.
Lastly, I think anyone peeved at Jen's rediculous shirts should grab a sharpie and write JENitals on their own shirt and parade around for an hour... maybe that's a fitting task for Joe? lol
