You may want to remember this picture. I don't think we'll see another smile out of Amber, unless it's one with tears rolling down her cheeks.
Here's the skinny from that Big Brother House of Various Visions and Sobering Realities:
- What Dick was doing this morning that I couldn't quite figure out was decorating the statues with household items. Um, okay. As I said, the houseguests need a crafts project ... something!
- Still in the early morning hours -- Dick, Jessica, and Eric were laughing about Zach stealing a plate and cup, putting them in his suitcase. They said he wanted a painting and the dolphin faucet from the bathroom.
- Jessica is worried that if Amber goes home and Zach wins HOH, he'll put her (Jessica) on the block.
- Eric tried to tell her that Amber would do the same thing. (I actually don't think she would. I think she'd put up Eric and Dick or Daniele, try to backdoor one of them with the POV if used.)
- More talk about Eric moving to Kansas after the show. Jessica said he'd be her boyfriend there.
- Jessica said she only sees her brother, the one fighting in Iraq, every three months or so. He's only 20 years old.
- They talked about their future wedding... again.
- Ohhh, they smooched. They really smooched!
- The wake up song, appropriately, was "Love Shack." The first few bars of it came through the feeds before it was blocked.
- The BB voice had to yell at them to clean the house.
- Dick accused Zach of throwing him (and everyone) under the bus.
- Jessica and Eric were absent when it came to housecleaning duties. Jessica wasn't even moved out of the HOH room when she was supposed to be.
- Amber cried.
- it seems that Jessica told Amber she'd be going. She said to a teary-eyed Amber, "I did everything I could, but it didn't do any good." I don't think she was talking the washing machine.
- Amber told Jessica that she talked to Daniele and it seemed to go well, but Daniele didn't commit to anything.
- Zach told Jessica whether he stays or not is up to them. If he goes, he goes. If he stays, he stays.
- Zach didn't cry.
- As a last feeds gesture, Amber first had er, um, a wardrobe malfunction and flashed her breasts... twice. Oh, my, then a full frontal. So sad!
- Everything's at trivia and theme music now, has been for a while.
Ahem.
I won't be blogging the show because it's not airing here until 1:37 AM due to STUPID football! Argh! Of course, I'll know from when the feeds return who went (and most likely know now). The site which airs the east coast feed of the show is also boycotting due to Amber's impending eviction ... er, football.
But, what I will do is open a show post inviting anyone who's seeing the show at a human hour to jump in the comments section to share the skinny! This could be fun!

Its so her time to go....its our time to stop seeing her frown,sad,crying face...better for Dustin to pick up the oieces in sequester...she will have fun Im sure.

Sorry...I just thought of a few other things! #1 Why haven't they shown any tape of the sequester house? Usually when a new person (Jen) arrives, they show the greeting and she even brings a tape. #2 I'm not the most religious person in the world although I DO go to church every Sunday; however, I was raised Catholic with the belief that those who pray silently are more rewarded than those who pray for the mere sake of letting everyone else hear you. Do you think BB asked them to pray out loud? I feel like a heathen every time I ROFLMAO when one of them goes into prayer chants. Thanks for listening and look forward to filling you all in tonight. Wouldn't it be funny if Zach DID burst into tears tonight when they make their final speeches before the vote? Just to totally upstage Amber.
Is Amber flashing us on purpose? Gross! Maybe she thinks she's predestined to be a Playboy centerfold. I really thought the first peep show coming out of the bathtub several weeks ago was an accident, cause she's so ditzy. And that she would be mortified when she saw it all over the Internet. But now she seems to be flashing the cameras almost daily. Gosh, she needs some industrial strength therapy.
My final hope for Amber is that her daughter is indeed fictional, as someone speculated on this blog awhile back. Just so the poor kid doesn't have to live under threat for her life every day, as her mother offers her up as the sacrificial lamb to verify her version of the truth.
And Tom'S, I've been chuckling all day at the vision of men in white coats carrying Amber's prostrate, weeping carcass out of the house on a stretcher. LOL! (Oh, no, now I'm having visions!)

Patti - I was thinking the producers had to be encouraging Amber in her tearful "God bless you, God" prayers in the DR. Can't you just hear them, "Show us how you pray." "Do you want to say a prayer now for the cameras?" If that is happening, they should be ashamed! That's just WRONG!

Our TV cable reception in our home is oddly strange, our home is located between two separate County lines, room's located at the front of our home the NFL football game is being shown however at the other end of our house which is a different County, will show BB at it's regular hour, we've had it like this for many years, therefore to the back room's of our house we'll go tonight.
I live in CT - usually I have the same tv schedule as NY on CBS but the tv listings still say big brother at 8 pm. Any way to find out beforehand if it will indeed be pre-empted?

It's the Jets/Eagles here. And, depending on where you live, it could be ABC or CBS. Alas, it's CBS here and it has already started.
Cyndi - When I lived in CT I had two CBS stations -- the NYC one and a CT one. If you only have the NYC one, you have the game. Perhaps the CT one is airing the show?
Tom's I don't know whether your story is true or not, but I'm falling off my chair laughing!

anon7:09 football in NY is being shown on 2 network's I belive nbc is the other one. I can't believe that pre-season football is such a big deal that it has to be shown on network tv. Mostly the third stringer's play anyway. I want watch BB tonight I am so disappointed.
One would think that with nearly a bazillion (Amber, it means ALOT) cable channels, Big Brother would be on ONE of them at 8:00pm, but noooo! 1:37 am here.

I do want to say that my opinion of Eric has changed for the better recently. The topic of "incense" has not been mentioned to the best of my knowledge (I don't have live feeds). Perhaps BB said something to Eric as a result of the public outrage.
Just when I think Amber cannot get any more ridiculous... WELL, like the rest of you, we know she does!!! During one of the recent shows, Amber was going on about modeling and mentioned how she had such a nice body!!OMG. The camera's switch to a pic of her in her undies and bra. Not a sight for anyone's eyes. I JUST DON'T GET IT.

I believe Amber's daughter is real. Her audition tape showed Amber with her. Can't you just her Amber when she sees the videos--"I didn't know there were cameras in the bathrooms--OMG--I am a good person--God bless you God"

We should see the sequester house tonight. They usually begin showing sequester when the first HG evicted (Dustin) is surprised by who comes through the door next (Jen). Since Jen was just evicted last Thurs, tonight we should see her entering the house and Dustin greeting her (and being extremely obnoxious about it, I'm sure.)

Live Show: Zach is begging for Dick's vote and Amber is begging for Daniele's vote. The amount of desperation is sickening but understandable I guess. America's vote is for an Amber eviction
Well, just imagine - if Dustin is in the sequester house and Amber shows up with her burlesque mode goin' on, that poor boy will have a heart attack!! He may even run away!
Recap of last week
Zach says that Amber is a floater and he's not going out without a fight. Aber says that Eric is out for himself...Yeah.
Jessica is upset about Amber or Zach leaving. Eric telling Jess that Amber doesn't really like eitehr her or Eric. Amber comes in and cries. Amber says only a good person deserves to win the game. ERic says he's had it with her crying and wants her gone. Jess says she knows Amber is going to be going home.
Zach and Dick talk. Zach says he's happy with second place. Dick tells Zach to f**k off. Zach says that he will put up Jess and Jameka if he wins HOH. Dick says he will send Zach home if he finds out Zach tried to screw him.
Amber and Jameka work on Jess, trying to get her to turn on ERic. Says Eric won't win HOH because of pictures of his girlfreind. Jess seems to be listening to them. Amber says she knows a master manipulator because she is one or used to be one. Amber says that Eric is in this game for himself and that's it. Amber says she has to get Dani's vote.
Amber works on Dani. Whines a lot. Swears on daughter's life again about not putting Dani up if she wins HOH.
AP Vote: Amber. As expected. Eric: Amber causing trouble. Self righteous and needs to get off her high horse and going home.
Eric working Jess saying he doesn't like A and J playing them against each other. Eric and Jess kissy face. Eric calls Amber a bitch.
Dick tells Jess and Eric about Zach's plan to put up Jess and Jam and backdoor ERic.
Dick tells Jessica with Eric of Zach's plan to backdoor her if he wins HOH. Confirms Jackie's blog of Dick's prior knowledge of Zach's comments about him. They are about to show comments from Jameka's family and pastor.
Sorry, maybe Zach plans to backdoor Eric. My dvr isn't working so I can't rewind.
J.C. asked Jessica about being naked during the luxury comp. Jess said that she's pretty conservative at home but felt a new side of her after she took her clothes off. J.C. asked Daniele what she would have said to Nick had she seen him during the Power of 10. Daniele said, "1, 5, 3" but wouldn't explain the meaning. She added that she misses him in the house. Dick had a question from America asking why he spits so much. It was precluded by a montage of him spitting in several areas of the yard. His reply..."I don't know, it's like walking and talking."
Jameka's pastor and sister are proud of her. Her sister, Danita, was proud of her standing up against Dick, but made no mention of the derogatory remarks Jameka used. Danita and her husband recently had a third daughter but Jameka has not received news of the baby's birth.
Eric's family commented on his play and his on/off g/f explained their relationship. His brother said Eric was interested in a reconciliation before he went into the house but she declined. She explains that she loves and is rooting for him. She is jealous of his relationship with Jessica but still hopes he wins. She's a little teary-eyed.

Each person is next to a teapot with 55 gallons of tea. They must pour the tea into a tiny tea cup and transfer it into a container that makes a ball rise. The first person to do so is HOH. Each cup only holds 3 oz. so the comp will last through the evening. DAMN!
