BB9: Live Feeds Through the Night Into Thursday

Why, it's Adam with his hand down his pants again! What a shock!

Here's the skinny on last night in that Big Brother House of Single Again:
  • Chelsia said that Allison had tried to buy her vote with a dress.
  • James and Chelsia told each other they would have their backs even though they're not a "soulmate" couple any longer.
  • They smooched ... so maybe they are still a couple.
  • Sheila cried to Adam over Allison's leaving. She said she talked to her a lot and she thought it was a horrible and sad exit for her -- she was so thrilled then so let down.
  • Sheila thinks the people in the house are horrible, mean, and will do anything to win. (Hey, that's Big Brother!)
  • James told Joshuah he's a bisexual bicyclist.
  • They spoke about Sheial, how she tried too hard at the game, and her gambling past.
  • Ryan drank all four of his beers.
  • They're asleep as I get this posted.

Didn't watch BB at all last night,so thank you,Jackie and all others for the skinny on what went on. Watched AI and most of the girls were okay, but still think the guys are stronger. Still liking Ramiele the best of the gals.

So,it looks as if Alex will be voted back into the house, which I think is a really dumb thing to do. We all know that he will just join up with that gang of 3(or is it 4,not sure James is in)and vote all the girls out. AND just the fact that disgusting Adam is in with that group, makes me want to puke! What a creepy, perverted individual he is...yikes!

I see problems with James and Chelsia if they remain a couple and others see them that way. They'll be put up just to break them up.If I was Sharon(and I am...lol),I would distance myself from Josh and his hissy fits.

I really think these hamsters deserve to have Amanda or Allison back in the house, why make it easy for them?????

And,of course,I was disappointed on Project Runway last night when Christian won. I should not be surprised when they almost always pick the weird one who designs clothes that nobody(except Posh Spice)would ever wear out in public. He has no clue as to how to fit real women. I wanted Rami to win and I even liked Jillian's clothes, even though I didn't like her very much. Oh well,at least Chloe won in her season!

Sharon, loved hearing your view on Project Runway. I was really on the edge of my seat wondering who was going to win! All 3 were so talented. Haven't PR's runway shows have really grown in production value/prestige since the first?

Think Jillian' lost only because hers was not a cohesive show -- shame as she had the most diverse and creative ideas, which means she has the talent, vision and creativity to go so far... but it didn't fit the standard set by the business she wants to be in. Romi may make more immediately wearable clothes and his collection did cover all the bases -- separates, suits, dresses and evening wear. He also did that weaving that was so unique. I personally didn't like his colors and the bulbous look of some.

Christian's ideas are new, his collection was cohesive, his work is fast, polished and completely Haute couture... granted, it's modern haute, not elegant, Jackie O haute. But all that and only 21...I think that's why he pulled out to win in the end. I felt from the first few eps he would win. He was consistant and it was never a struggle. Born to do it.

Generally, high fashion shows are supposed to feature over the top looks, so you get a sense of the designer in an exaggerated way. Then they make a very toned down, far more wearable versions of that theme for people to buy in stores.

They all deserved to win, truly. That's one of the things that made the show so compelling all season long!

Sharon -0 You DO have a point there. I voted for Alex 3 times because I wanted to see a person who could actually strategize get back in there, as this house has been so lame compared to the early years. But it will be as big a bummer to see the girl picked off one by one as it is to watch one team lose over and over again on Survivor.

Of the two, I'd bring back Amanda over Allison, just cuz I'd rather deal with her voice than Allison's Danielle like, endless, repetitive mantras : I ADORE you, Honestly, Seriously, you know I Adore YOU, etc...

Odd that the voting thing on CBS.com has no rules or texting possibilities. I think they producers know who they want in and are just getting us involved as an exercise to save viewer interest. What do you think Jackie?

In a strategic way that I think Matt is incapable of seeing, he and Nat have the best possibility of a secret alliance in the single house. Even as a couple, I kept thinking that he 'protests too much' and then I would see it was Matt and decide I was giving him too much thinking power. After all his way to win is to kiss each girl and be friends with the boys, right? I always try to make them game players instead of just the players they are.

I didn't like the siren used when they were already in the living room. Geesh. Blare that thing when they are all discombobulated and let us watch. When A and R couldn't open the locked door, I would have rathered a DR voice told them to return to the group and await further instructions. That would have allowed us all to watch the various faces without the annoying siren sound frightening them. In other words, Allison returning from the door was frightening enough.

Since Joshuah was so offended by Allison's lesbian story, wonder what his reaction will be to James "coming out" to him as a bisexual. Or does that not count in Joshuah's world? Loved the look on his face when Allison was still in the house. Almost as priceless as Dustin's last year. That is why I would love to see Allison back. If Alex comes back, it will just be boys vs. girls and the girls will be sent home quickly.

sydney.....i agree with you. i would much rather see amanda back in the house...alex probably deserves it as he never had a chance to play his own game...but he most probably would align right up with he guys and that would end up being boring to watch. sending allison back in would just give the hamsters an easy week...gang up and get her out again.
i would like to see josh go...his temper is ridiculous. he goes off like a crazy person with very little reason to go off. i can understand his feeling offended that they played the gay card, but come on...TWO of them did it (sheila and allison) and he flys off on just one. seems to me if he was really upset about it he would be very upset at both. i think it just provides him an excuse to explode. the guy is just not stable. i'd like to see them send in evil dick and janelle. evil dick would scare the crap out of josh, :) and janelle would scare the rest of them by bringing out their insecurities at having to compete with someone who knows how to play the game. now, THAT would be fun to watch!

I do agree with you,Sydney, that Christian has a great talent and an amazing future,I just guess that the challenges they give them and the focus of the show is for us,the viewing public,so wish they chose designers more in tune with us,than that small "high fashion" segment that buy some of those God awful ugly clothes. I watch the fashion week shows and wonder...who in God's name would be caught dead in that????.....LOL.And yes,I thought Jillian lost sight of her focus and was kind of all over the place.I thought all of their colors left something to be desired, but I loved that one dress Rami made from the antique lace that was woven and I LOVED that long black dress he showed for the "design off" with Chris.

My whole point was that they axed Chris for being "too costumey" and then I thought the same of Christian's clothes, but then,I've never been accused of being "high fashion" in my dress.....LOL!

New "Top Chef" next week.....YAY!

I have to admit, I did watch the show because of the twist that was happening and it was pretty good. I felt so sorry for Allison...she was so happy when she realized "they" were back in the game only to learn moments later that one of them would be evicted. She, of course, knew it would be her, and she was devastated all over again. It was almost enough for me to want to vote her the one to come back in the house.

I agree with Sharon and all you who have commented that if Alex comes back in (or any of the guys) it just means the girls will be picked off.

I don't understand Ryan saying he doesn't know who to put up for eviction. While Josh would be a given if I were he, Matt would certainly be the other. Didn't Ryan understand what James was telling him when he called Matt out on how he was conning the two nominated couples. I know this is Big Brother, and Matt was doing what he needed to do to look good with both couples R/A and A/Sheila, but he was "caught with his fingers in the cookie jar" and Ryan should remember that and use it to his advantage.

Ryan should remember how sincere Matt "acted" about not voting him out and thus he should not be so forgiving. "Man up Ryan...play the game and get rid of the best player in the house and your main competition!" ...i.e., Matt!

OK...now I feel better.

To Nancy in PA.... your comments are wonderful. You are so insightful. I agree with you about Josh - he needs anger management school. Bringing Evil Dick and Janelle back would really stir the pot. That would really make the show more enjoyable. Great Post - keep it up!

RBennie said...

Maybe I'm wrong, but Ryan doesn't strike me as being the brightest crayon in the box. He has shown zero gameplay ability up to this point. BB truly saved his butt last night. I have no clue which HGs he will nominate for eviction, but I'm guessing his reasons for nominating them will not be very strategic. He'll most likely just take the easy way out and put up 2 girls or Josh and 1 girl.

As far as Project Runway goes, I was happy that Christian won. I thought he was consistently good all season long and his runway show was incredible. Granted, none of it looked like something the average woman would wear, but then those shows never do. I just thought all the detail and creativity in his pieces was awesome, and that last dress was amazing. I did like Romi and Jillian's collections also though. I think where Jillian went wrong was that she didn't have any wow factor. All her clothes looked department store ready and not haute couture enough. Romi was kind of up and down for me. He had some truly amazing pieces and some truly forgettable ones, and I agreed with the judges about his color choices.

Ryan was sounding very protective of Natalie last night...as in telling Matt, she is just a "nice girl" and to stop causing her hurt. Hmmm, does that mean Ryan wouldn't nom or vote out Natalie? His taste in women might be suspect, considering what we saw of Jen the liar.

I liked Project Runway last night for the glimpse it gave me of Fashion week. I am still angry at Chris for using hair...he must have known that was an instant ticket out...but I liked what he showed, if the hair had been something else. It sounded like they gave him a chance to change it and he declined. I didn't like his leaving and coming back to be in top three..but I wanted to see his entire collection on the runway. Christian's show made me think he had been working on it in his head since third grade. He knew exactly what he wanted and how to get it done. Gillian was probably more devercified in high school and wasn't working on her runway dreams 24/7. They all have what it takes.

I'd like to see Jacob come back in just to watch the fireworks between him and Sharon.

I had to see the ep last night again as my husband came home late and I had recorded it for him. Shelia's cold no hug exit took on a different light as I had forgotten the first time around, she and Ryan went and hugged everyone in the house before heading for the door. So she'd already hugged all, why go thru it again, ESPECIALLY when the entire house voted her out, not even one sympathy vote. I know she dug her own grave but why Josh and Shelia got no heat for their substantial particiaption in it (and in being annyoing themselves) I don't know. Still felt bad a little for her. NOt enough to vote her back in. She'd be voted right back out the door anyway.

I think I will vote for Amanda on my hubby's computer to match my Alex votes from mine last night.

Anonymous said...

Sydney, As Jackie noted, Sheila was feeling down about Allison's friendless exit. She was sobbing with only (oddly her choice to unload on) Adam for company. She said she was afraid to give a sympathy vote on the second vote because the house would hate her (Sheila), but S was feeling cowardly for doing that. Sometimes Sheila seems very different from the person we saw the first few days...I wonder how much Tylenol PM she was taking before coming into the house?

Are those nervous tics with Adam or does he have worms? Sue

Sydney said...

Sorry Sue and all -- where I wrote Shelia's cold no hug exit, I meant ALLSION. Oy! But I liked hearing more about what Shelia said about a sympathy vote. Didn't know that.

Evel Dick is campaining for Parker to come back. I prefer Parker also. Gretchen wants Allison back.

Sydney said...

I know I won't be popular for saying this but.... why does ED want Parker back? So he'll take his picture and stretch ED's 14 minutes, Bwaaaahahaha!

But seriously, what are his reasons?

Anonymous said...

Evel Dick feels as though Parker did not get to play his game because he was tied down to Jen. And Jen left because of her relationship with Ryan.

Sydney said...

Thanks Anon -- one more question... where did you read this info? ED's myspace?

Anonymous said...

No, No, not Parker. He is a loose canon along with Josh! Although he was evicted because of Jen, the HG had reasons for wanting him gone...i.e. waking everyone up at 4:00am to find out who was calling him a liar, his bad attitude, always blaming someone else for anything that went wrong, etc.

Ryan needs to "man-up" and nominate his biggest threat--Matt! Matt has shown that his word is nothing.

When do you think America's Choice will re-enter the house?? Before the eviction?

As for Amer. Idol the girls were only OK. I'm not liking the rocker chick Amanda, although the judges do. The girls need to step it up when the final 12 start or they will be eliminated quickly.

Survivor night....the teams get mixed up...oh yeah!! go Ozzy!!!!

RBennie said...

Nana - I don't know about the rest of Parker's behavior, because I only saw what they showed on tv, but I thought he did the right thing when he woke everyone up to confront Jacob about his comments. It showed everyone in the house what kind of guy Jacob was. I wouldn't mind seeing Parker come back, but I thing he would just fall in with the other guys to start getting rid of the girls. Not that the girls are all that worth keeping! I actually find this a very stress-free BB to watch this season, because I don't feel invested in any of these people and could care less who goes or who wins - at least so far, maybe now that they're playing as singles someone will stand out for me as a favorite (not holding my breath though).

Anonymous said...

I'm like you,Rbennie, not invested in any of them,so it doesn't matter much who gets the boot. That's why I was so hoping it wouldn't be Alex who goes back,so it won't just be a slaughter of the women.Ryan doesn't impress me much,I think Jen must have called the shots and wore the pants in that relationship. All he seemed to do was pant after her.But if he is smart,I'd get rid of Matt, too. He(Matt)does have some game, but then he doesn't play it cool or doesn't know how to play the angles.

And,nan,I don't care for the rocker chick either! I think her voice sounds old and strained and I hate her stage presence. I was bummed that the judges liked her this week.

Maybe I missed someone else pointing this out, but does anyone else see the possibility of James and Joshuah hooking up now, or preferably, enter into a secret alliance? Maybe James' disclosure to Joshuah is the first step in that direction.

Given James' recent online video contributions to the body of art commonly referred to as porn, plus Joshuah's propensity for a party lifestyle outside the house, these two would make a brilliant secret alliance, if they don't spend too much tie getting their kits off.

Anonymous said...

"James told Joshuah he's a bisexual bicyclist."

Of all the categories of bicyclists...I don't ever recall hearing this one before. Live & Learn.

Anonymous said...

rj, I agree that James was thinking of the possibilities swinging both ways allows him in the house that supposedly has only one gay guy. I think James covers all his bases and was preparing for an alliance if Chelsia left him. I think Josh would be understanding of a gay man trying to hide it, since he says he did that for a while.

One other thing I noticed about James is how different he appears to be with the hgs and when talking behind their backs. Not a new behavior to BB, I know, but it is different with James. For example, I think all the hgs would be amazed to hear what he told Julie in the HOH room when J & Chelsia there. How he hates everyone in the house because of their materialistic views. Do any of them feel hated by him?

I can't remember who nominated Jen and Ryan, but I would think Ryan would want that person out, just to make Jen happy. Sue

Anonymous said...

I have absolutely NO problem letting Alex and the boys team up and get rid of the girls. There isn't one girl in that house right now that's playing the game. All of them have either complained about or let their male partner control the team. As far as I'm concerned, get rid of the girls and let the boys duke it out.

Oh...HI all!! Long time no comment. I've been lurking, but since BB is so boring, I haven't commented! Missed ya!

Sydney said...

I guess I want to give Ryan a chance to see what he does. No Jen in the house, and no Allison to weigh him down. Let's just give it a few days and see what he does. Everyone will be coming in to make deals and he is so softspoken and has pissed no one off, nor stood out at all the last 28 days... we may see him acting as if he's going along with any of several plans, but it's what he DOES in the END that will show what's he'd made of.

That said, this afternoon Ryan was plotting with Matt to oust Sharon and Chelsia with Josh as a poss. back door, but Matt is pushing for Josh. And James walked in and they said they were thinking of 2 girls, which he assumed was Sharon and Shelia. They think Sharon is smart and could get herself off with POV.

Matt DID put Ryan up even tho he was exposed for working both teams last week... Does Ryan think that it was really about Allison?? Matt may have even said to Ryan he didn't want to be the odd vote out and have a target on his back. Does anyone know if he said this at all?

But he and Ryan were pretty good pals in there since Alex left. Now that they are all alone, they all aren't yet weaned from having some kind of person they can trust in the house. Matt is kinda all Ryan has based on the last 28 days.

Sydney said...

YAy Ork -- you're finally back! Glad to have ya. I thought you got won over to AI...

Sydney said...

Well, Ryan at least Sat Chelsia down and told her she was going to be nominated, but that she is not the target. He did a very good job of keeping her feeling good about him. He may surprise us yet.

Anonymous said...

Well, finally!! Let the games begin! Chelsia the pawn?? She better win the veto because we all know what happens to the pawn!
I'm with many of you....there is no one in the house I'm rooting for so RBennie you are right about it being a stress-free season.

Maybe know that they are playing individuals we will see more gameplay. I think James could be one of the smartest players in the game right now. He seems to be thinking beyond the moment.

Nominations are today.

I have come to a conclusion:
Adam has a bad case of lice.

I say bring back Evil Dick and
Janelle !! I need Evil Dick to
go after Josh!!!

joy n said...

Sheila just has to be bi-polar or something. Something is so not right with her. Her emotions are all over the place.

Adam gets grosser by the minute. Does he think "reading" the bible will get him some brownie points or something?

Auntie Leigh said...

Hi everybody....I love all your comments. They're better than the show. I wonder if anyone else is feeling at all sorry for Alison? It seems like she had every disadvantage, starting with coming into the house and being paired up with the one guy who has a hot girlfriend in the house. I thought breaking up Jen and Ryan was pretty unfair to the ones who had to partner up with them. Parker and Alison. But I am glad to see the show taking more initiative to mess up the HG's strategies. And I even hope they bring back Jason and give that couple a chance to re-connect.

joy n said...

Orkmommy! Glad to hear from you!

I don't see any problem with the girls leaving either. Sharon seems to be the only one to maybe have tried to play this game a bit. The rest of the females seem worthless as competitors.

After they go, if not before, they need to get asinine Adam out of there. He's a sleaze and a floater.
