BB9 Live Feeds

I've been waiting for a few hours for my latest feeds post to go up on TV Squad.

(sigh)

The biggest news is that now James intends to use the POV to remove Ryan from the block, replacing him with Adam.

huh, unless he got some sort of promise out of ryan and even then, that sounds really really dumb, is James that dumb? and so much for Mr. I don't believe in backdooring anyone

Sydney said...

Oh yes, I read a little that he was talking about back dooring all kinds of folks, but said he felt most hurt (betrayed) by Adam when the vote to oust him (James) went down.

I think this is an odd turn of events... and while he may be not back dooring Matt, hence keeping his word that way, it would just have been so powerful to not backdoor anyone and stick with his bring back integrity concept. He did this major turnaround to the house -- let's get to know each other, let's talk about things other than game (er, I guess Shelia didn't get that memo), I'm not back dooring anyone...

Did something major happen that I missed to make this happen?

Michael said...

Apparently he changed his mind again. He went to Adam and told him that no matter what he hears from the rest of the house, he's safe. Now he wants to target Matt.

joy n said...

What is going on in that house? Is James catching Ryan syndrome? Whoever talks to him last makes the most sense? Hope Michael is right about him now going after Matt, but it's a long wait until Wednesday. Who knows how many times he'll change his mind again.

Off-subject a bit, but my cable guide says Survivor will be on Wednesday at 8pm this week, followed by BB9. That March Madness stuff is on Thursday night. Did Julie mention this? and I didn't catch it? Just in case she didn't, thought you'd want to know. Another busy evening for you, Jackie?

Will it be Adam?...or will it be Matt?...Ryan or Shelia?...stay tune for as the world turns.

Just pick one James. It really does not matter which one, as they are all gunning for you.

I think (but who really knows what goes on in James mind?!) that James planted the Adam story to see what legs it would grow. How long before the people he told, told people. He did think, because Natalie and/or Matt told him, I think, that Adam voted against him. He now knows Adam didn't do that and told Adam to play along if someone tells him he is going out but to know it will be Matt who takes Sheila's place on the block.

James said several times to several people that he wants to turn the house around. To stir it all up this week. He said he knows Natalie will be beside herself, but he wants to shock them all at the Veto. It sounds like he wants to copy the last veto ceremony. So as long as he gets the credit for a big move, I don't think he really cares who goes up. Sue

James is testing people to see who he can trust, who won't tell what he has asked them not to tell. It is a smart move, if that is what he is doing. I am not sure if he is that smart, or just playing with them all. The house cat with too many mice. Sue

I believe at this point, James will end up playing it safe, although he's flip-flopped, he'll remain true to his word, basically during the last two evictions, there has been a change after a HG is evicted, James appears to "Over Think " therefore at the end of the day, Over-Thinkers tend to settle back to their original idea due to mental exhaustion.

xx2000xx, who posts a lot fo BB vids on Youtube, put up one that has a little explanation for this sudden change, I think. James appears to be speaking to Sharon about his DR where "they" are on him to shake things up, not pass up the opportunity to backdoor or do something to shake up the house. I think this is why it's happening. Chelsia had a very serious talk wtih James and they were trying ot think out every scenario of what would happen if he did X or Y. He called Adam in and said it was going to be Matt but he might hear it was him so he just wanted him to know to ignore it. I think it's Matt going up, and not to start a rumor, but it seemed pretty obvious this is prompted by producers.

another tidbit... from an article on Jokers referring to Grodeners letter to the HG's to not use bad language and tone it down....

"most of the replacement shows, to put it kindly, have been a disaster and a drain, most especially BB9 who is on the bottom of that list. Further, according to my source, Grodner has been told in no uncertain terms to get busy immediately doing some "damage control" and to clean up the BB act, which is not only devaluing BB franchise, CBS’s good reputation but is helping to hurt theis year’s rating problems.

Not only did Wednesday night’s foul language incident on live TV set off alarm bells in the CBS legal affairs department, (CBS/General Electric is also facing a potential minimum $500,000 fine – shades of the Janet Jackson’s costume malfunction Super Bowl incident), the unusually large amount of negative mail and telephone calls CBS/General Electric has been getting concerning the “sleaze factor” of this year’s BB9 show and cast members has been unprecedented.

Since the “dollar” trumps any other consideration at CBS/General Electric, Grodner has to somehow figure out a way “to put lipstick on that damn pig” as one senior CBS executive put it, “get her ratings up” or “go off the air”. According to my source, CBS has that power. Apparently each of the BB house guest’s contracts has a “force major”, no-fault provision clause to cover CBS and Endemol Productions legally in the event that were to happen."

I don't know whose opinion this is, but it's juicy.

Good evening all---
Well I go to have some Chinese for dinner(waited for the pizza but somewhere between Zoe and me it got eaten!) and come home to this!!! What is James doing now??

I'm with you Syd. in hoping he was going to end the backdooring and start playing with integrity BUT we all know that's not how this game is played. I'm sick of the BD but if he does put Matt up I say "good riddance". Technically James said he wouldn't nominate them, he didn't say he'd not use them as replacement.

joe in ny--hi. I know what you mean about finding time for BB in the spring. If I worked I wouldn't be here nearly as much. But love to hear your comments when you have time.

Anne 11:15--my sympathies on the passing of your Mom. It is so hard....hope you know we are all thinking of you...this site can often offer some comic relief to a sad time in your life.

joy n--thanks for the heads up on the schedule change. I'll have to check my local listings.

patty 8:21(from the previous post)--that had me ROTFLMAO!!!! All of it...Nat/Matt dressed as beavers, you serving drinks and the choices available(PERFECT), to all aboard for the train wreck!! Thanks so much for the belly laugh!

Tomorrow is the veto ceremony we will know then what James does. That's 24 hrs. away....he will change his mind at least 3-4 times by then.

I thought there was suppose to be a fight tonight??

PS: HI Michael -- It's so nice to hear from someone who's in Houston, like me, (a recent transplant tho).

Jackie, yourfeeds post is up now on TV Squad.

So much happening in just a day Whew!

I was actually respecting James for his integrity but is that a farce? Or, is he really playing ppl to find out the truth about them? Only time will tell for sure.

sidney...

Did you have some of your soup?
I'll have to read the previous posts to see if you mentioned it.
Glad you're still with us. ;)
Great article you found about the letter from AG. Going to try to find that video you mentioned on YouTube in a minute. Thanks!

joy n...

You've created some cool expressions..."Ryan syndrome". :D
I got inspired when you called Nat -- GNAT and made a really funny graphic. I hope Jackie finds time to put it up. She has too much on her plate on her days off. Thanks for the heads up on the time change next week.

patty...

Couldn't find any beaver images to use for graphics. You are too funny. Jackie always uses that tongue in cheek humor... Nat being from the beaver state. I almost lost it when I read that.

nana...

Sorry about the pizza. We tried to save you a slice but Ozzy (Survivor) stopped by and petals gave him an entire pizza. :D

tom's...

"James appears to "Over Think " therefore at the end of the day, Over-Thinkers tend to settle back to their original idea due to mental exhaustion."

Great observation and deduction! Sounds a lot like me. ;)

Have to take the dogs out now, will check back later to see what's changed...again.

joy n said...

Zoetawny, how exciting! A Gnat graphic would be so cool! Hope Jackie finds an opportunity and the time to use it.

I have a gut that Ryan's going home this week. Whatever happens, though, Sheila and Adam are SNEAKY--I can see them making it to the end, unfortunately. I don't see either of them leaving this week. Everyone thinks they're expendable (which they are), so they rest of the HG just keep "putting off" evicting them for real, and the next thing you know, they will be in the final 3, one of them will win the last comp and take the other with them to the finals. (((sigh)))

Thanks Sydney for the article quotes. I heard James saying that about the DR and wondered if it was true or if he made it up to cover his own actions. The article makes it appear true. The problem all along, I thought, is that the hgs and BB producers keep talking about making "good tv' and yet seem to have no idea what that concept is. Morning Jackie, Sue

First Anne...may I add my condolences on your mother's passing. I hope your friends can bring you comfort (and that includes us here on Jackie's blog)... only your faith will bring you peace.

Now on to James... wow... a lot has happened since bedtime mine). I hope James does put Matt up and they vote him out ... that would work better than any other senario. It would get rid of the boys club, stop Gnat (thanks Joyn) from embarrassing herself, and open the door to get rid of Ryan and Sheila in the next couple of weeks since the majority of the house would be with James for the time at hand. I love it!

Syd, you're a wealth of information ... thanks for that. I'm happy to know that CBS is finally coming to life and demanding a change in the house. A little late in my opinion... the kids have seemed to calm down on their own a smidge. I hope Grodner gets the axe on this one though... as I've commented previously, she purposely set this up to be HER "dirty little secrets". She decided that everyone enjoys "dirt" so of course we would like the concept. WRONG!

Anxiously awaiting tonight's episode.

And joyn... yes Julie did mention that BB would start at 9:00 next Wednesday. I remember because it always makes me wonder if it would mess up my taping I have scheduled.

Good morning all....it's Palm Sunday which means next week is EASTER!!! The news was saying this is the earliest Easter has been in 200 years.

I have been trolling the Youtube videos saw some pretty funny stuff....
Things were quiet and boring last night so Nat. decided to play Hide-n-Seek. She convinced A/M/R to look for her. It's funny(especially when Josh unexpectally finds her in a cabinet). By the end the boys were just laying on the couch guessing where she was and wouldn't go look for her(reminds me of playing with my 6 yr. old granddaughter). She was so happy for the attention(sad). And who do you think got rewarded at the end of the night???Yep, Matt!

These people must have the softest feet. They are always in the HotTub!

James seems to be quite the food guru; makes me wonder what his upbringing was like and his family. I know he said he's been on his own since 16 but he appears to be pretty intelligent.

Matt is sooooo worried!! Even if James doesn't put him up I love that he made him sweat about it. LOL

And Nat. seems totally oblivious to any changes going on.

Thanks for the info Sydney. It makes you wonder what the summer season will be like?

My word verification is "igulp"...must be talking about Nat....worry Jackie, I couldn't resist. I'll keep it clean from now on.....LOL

Meb, We can only hope that 'gnat' would stop embarassing herself if Matt is evicted. I have a terrible feeling she will go for a new 'protector'. I hope I'm wrong.

Jackie,

This comment from your TV Squad post had me falling out of my chair...

Natalie wants to do a playboy. Er, I mean she wants to do Playboy. Well, maybe both.

Great!

Anne, my deepest sympathy in the passing of your mother.

I, too, lost my mother...on Feb. 21st. She had been ill for a long time. It feels as though I was punched in the stomach. I can completely emphasize with your pain.

Take care and again, I am so sorry.

I can't get over all the rooting for James........have any of you seen the videos of him so plastered and gross? Or the guy on top of him, licking down his stomach? If he should win this I am sure the money would go to good use! He's a pig.

Anonymous said...

anon 11:09--James may have some gross videos out there of him but I'm not sure the rest of the HG are much better.....I think people are rooting for him because he seems to be playing the game and is one of the most likeable people(while in the house).

My thoughts on the other HG-
Matt was a pimp, sold drugs and treats Nat. horrible(and laughs about).
Has no respect for women.

Nat. is stripper, dated married men, and "performs" on a nightly basis(knowing cameras are on).

Adam can't keep his hands off himself and seems to get pleasure from other people's action.

Chel. may be cute but her behavior is very inappropiate(she, too knows cameras are watching).

Sheila--if Youtube had been around 15 yrs. ago she would have been all over it(this from her description of her early days).

Josh--doesn't sound like he's much of a "choir boy" outside the BB house. He talks about quite the raunchy lifestyle....

Sharon seems to be the only "normal" one of the bunch.

As always these are JMO!!!

*****************************
Although viewers believe audio is live on BB it's not, BB imposes a 5-7 second audio and video delay, various times up to 15 minutes delay - On CBS reality shows, censorship is applied heavily On both Big Brother and Survivor, swear words are muted out, and their mouths are blurred. When Big Brother is broadcast live, a delay is implemented to block swearing. There have been at least two occasions when the screensaver used to block the Big Brother internet feeds has been used to cover swearing. This was used to censor Erika Landin during Big Brother: All-Stars and Dick Donato during Big Brother 8. I viewed Wednesdays Epi, I hear no profanity, I noted blurs during James exit out of the box..

Meb - I completely agree, Grodner has to be elimenated, although it'll be at what CBS tends to refer to their own dirty little secret of an excuse such as what was written by Sydney, however we know CBS has imposes a delay on live shows, therefore they need to flat out inform her I'm replacing her - Hahahaaaaaaa - I'm kidding, I believe many news outlets will be cleaning house, a birdy told me the only way Shapiro will re-join BB is if Allison is out, of course those are rumors..My brother works heavily around CBS he's very difficult to break any rumors, not even a nod, nor glance a certain way, however I know someone over at CBS Daytime, who'll nod to various scoops..

Looks like Matt was placed on the hot seat, Gnat is crying after feeds came back.

Anne and tbc,my sincere sympathy and prayers are here for you. Please find comfort in your memories and all the good times you shared with your Mom.I,like Jackie, lost my Mom more than 30 years ago,and it's just never easy, expected or not.May God bless you and give you comfort.

Put us out of our misery,James and do something or shut up about it! I am so certain that TPTB are trying to call the shots and when things don't go their way in the house, they start pulling strings. That's why this show has gone down hill in a big way. When it first started,it was an interesting social experiment, now it's non-stop porn and filthy talk and a producer who is trying to save her butt. I'm with meb,I'd like her to lose her job and BB continue with a new producer who isn't into filth in prime time.

On another note, somebody else tanks out of Survivor this next week(Wednesday)and they still axe somebody at tribal council,so four people will have left in two weeks. My guess is that it's Kathy, she's said so many times how she is,and has been, ready to leave and go home. Any guesses anybody?
The clue was that it's not physical, but a mental issue.

Anonymous said...

I agree Nana about James. It is game play...not who do I want to spend an evening with. They all threw their hands up and refused to play when James popped out of the box. He won by default. BB is sort of Sopranos without the good writing or acting. Godfather James made his move and they all kissed his ring. (I just mixed tv shows and moview, but you get the idea) : )

In the CBS not liking the way BB is going: How can the powers at CBS pretend not to know when Julie is the host? She has even seemed giggly and more on board with this crew than before. How much is she involved pre-show? Does she have any consult on the show she fronts?

Anne and TBC, I want to also add my sympathy for the recent loss of your mothers. I lost mine, unexpectedly 28 years ago, and then, two years later, my very beloved grandmother was gone. It's a tough thing to endure because you want to believe your loved ones will always be there. Keeping their memories alive with all the wonderful times you had together is the best way to go. Time really does help.

joy n said...

Nana in the NW: I agree with you. I'm not crazy about what James did in his personal life, either, but he has gained my respect for his game-playing at this point. I can't say the same for the rest of them.
