Big Brother 9 Live Feeds Into Monday Morning

Alas, I won't have time to mess with that YouTube video until later today. But here's what happened last night in the Big Brother House of Useless Confrontations:
  • First off, Natalie didn't want to go to their silly meeting. Sheila and Sharon acted like they knew nothing about it.
  • Adam sat at the kitchen table shouting out bible quotes as Natalie was in the bathroom saying she had already started to dye her hair.
  • Finally they brought the meeting up to her.
  • It was strange. Ryan was the driving force behind it, but Adam was the one who was truly upset because he heard Natalie targeting him.
  • The meeting didn't solve anything. What the boys accused Natalie of, they're doing themselves.
  • She apologized, said she's loyal to the two of them, said she heard a prediction from Sharon that the two boys would be standing at the end.
  • Ryan had hoped she'd call out Sharon for more.
  • After it was all over, Sheila was mad at Natalie because Natalie didn't defend their alliance saying she was loyal to the boys.
  • Natalie started repeating, "I'm going home. I don't care."
  • Sharon pretty much stayed out of it all.
  • Adam felt bad afterwards. Ryan said they got a little out of the meeting -- she admitted making deals with James, something they never did.
  • After the meeting ended, another meeting with Natalie. She told them Sharon was putting ideas in her head. @@
  • The guys questioned why she didn't say that about Sharon when she was at the meeting.
  • So then Natalie started throwing Sharon totally under the proverbial bus, probably thinking that's what they wanted to hear, I guess.
  • Natalie cried.
  • Natalie tried to convince Ryan and Adam that she's always been loyal to them.
  • She refused to swear on the bible saying she never swears on the bible about anything.
  • When Sheila asked Adam later if Natalie was backpedalling, he told her she wasn't.
  • Adam told Ryan if they keep Natalie, all they have to do is stop Sheila from winning POV.
  • Ryan told Adam he'd feel better if Natalie was gone. (No surprise there seeing he has his alliance with Sharon.)
  • He didn't tell Adam of his alliance with Sharon.
  • Natalie said she wouldn't campaign to stay.
  • Natalie then went to Adam and asked him not to let them turn him against her.
  • Natalie decided she needed Sheila's help.
  • Sheila asked her why she had been telling Sharon things told to her and more.
  • Natalie insisted that she wasn't talking game with Sharon.
  • Natalie said she never threw anybody under the bus.
  • Sheila, lying, told Natalie that she never thought Adam would win POV and didn't think it would turn out like this.
  • Natalie started talking about the boys being masterminds of the game, providing more info for Sheila to share with the boys.
  • Sheila continued to act like she knew nothing of the meeting before it went down.
  • Natalie, Sheila, and Sharon then hung out, not really talking much game talk.
  • Ryan told Adam "never trust a stripper." He seems intent on voting to keep Sharon.
  • Adam and Ryan talked about the jury votes.

*****************************
Adam will share this conversation with Sheila, if Sheila is actually aware of her surrounding's she'll realize Ryan has an alliance, thus regardless could flip flop making a deal with Natlie, either way Sheila should realize her head will be on the block. I'm going to have to say Adam will question Ryan. Adam is very smart.

They wear me out. I like to turn on the feeds while I am busy with other things..instead of listening to the radio. But, they are making me tired. Same old, same old, pot and kettle making accusations against each other. Who is better than the other one. That is the only one true thing I know about the hgs. The answer is none. Not one. And they are making me feel bad about myself : ) I am using more four letter words than usual. I blame them. I haven't been tempted to highlight my hair, yet, but I have been grilling foods lately.

I remember from the past BB that worst place of the entire game is either third or fourth. I've forgotten which. That person doesn't get any sequester (which actually might be a bonus, come to think of it) only the regular weekly pay and misses the fun of knowing what is going on with the finals. They are out and felling the effects of premature eviculation. I remember thinking in the past, that if a hg can't win 1st or 2nd they should go earlier in the game and get some happy time at sequester.

Thank you Jackie. It was a busy weekend for you and I will bet you have a few things going on besides BB watch parties.

tom's you reminded me of something from yesterday. During the ambush, Nat said that she would vote out Sheila next week, Sheila was insulted by that remark. I thought that the one thing that would come out of the meeting is that the lines would be clearly drawn with Nat either kissing up to the guys or isolating herself. and Sharon and Sheila would continue their mutual admiration society meetings. Not so, Sheila and Natalie were back lying to each other in HOH as soon as Nat got out of the shower. Sheila was all 'oh no they didn't' and Nat was hammering away. Then this morning I see that Nat did Sharon's hair later?

They all are very strange.

Sue...you sure said a mouthful. That best describes these hamster...strange! they do act more like they are in junior high than adulthood.

I think one big problem with Sheila is,that she doesn't really listen to much the others say,UNLESS it's all about HER. She kind of tunes them out until the talk turns to her again,or she talks over them, only listening to the voices in her head, not what others are saying. Point in fact, that statement Gnat made about voting Sheila out next,WHY didn't she pounce on that and go all crazed at her? She's very self centered and only focused on her, that's why.

If Gnat weasels out of this,I hope she goes for the boys,as payback for doing this to her. She holds a grudge,ya know, and she may just want some revenge on them, but then she wants to get Sheila for putting her up,too. Who knows with these wack jobs!

Sue.....spot on girlfriend...they are wearing on our last nerve and its like overhearing the neighbors kids bicker and you want to shout out "Stop it already!"

So we think Ryan is taking that side deal with Sharon seriously? I'd be amazed if that was his motivation. I mean, we all know Sharon is loyal and can be trusted that way... but Ryan doesn't need Sharon right now. And if he goes to F2 with her, he would not get all the votes. I think he's just anti-Natalie, even though anytime he needed dirty work done he got her (or someone else, usually female) to do it.

Am I missing something there?

And LOL Sue, as usual. I don't know if you have aspirations to write but you really should! ( I'd be fist in line to buy it too). :-)

Sydney said...

Forgot to mention, right now the only one working in the Ryan/Sharon semi, last-minute alliance is RYAN. I guess maybe he hopes that next week she will pull for him to not be on the block with the ladies (IF Nat doesn't go home, which right now is a big IF)?

If Adam and Shelia are not broken up and it's those two and R/S left in the house, it may come down to one on the block against each other. Adam's in a good place -- if Ryan wins HOH he has a longer alliance with Adam. Shelia and Adam are definitely taking each other to the f3 because they are the last couple and definitely trust each other most... so it may be Ryan and Sharon campaigning against each other to make F3 and at this point, that money is so close they WILL fight for them selves to stay.

PS: Adam can win better against Shelia too I think, though Ryan and Shelia have about equal game play -- barely any.

So many flip flops I found it hard to stay focused writing this, so I hope it reads OK. What I can't remember is if this last week is a normal eviction one or not. Guess no double eviction is necessary this year?

Good morning everyone. Welcome "formerly anon", what state are you in and what age group are you? Sorry to be so forward but someone asked the other day if you were younger or older and I did not catch an answer.
So sorry to hear about your dad, Debbie.

I hope Ryan and Adam stick to their promises. They took a chance calling out Natalie that the girls didn't turn that on them. But if they did it would have outed them too.

Last week I was wearing shorts with 80+ degrees and this morning it is in the 30's!! Now, my sinus' are acting up and I swear someone is standing on my chest!!

Formerly Anon wrote back older or younger ... than who?

Good answer... We have several ppl in their 60's to 70.

I think we have a few that are around 49ish

And then we have younger than that. Mid 30
s... I think.

I'm still waiting for that tally of who is in Texas... besides Tom 's in Dallas (when not in Canada) and Plaidchick also in Dallas and me in Houston. WISH I COULD FIND ANOTHER HOUSTONITE!

Sydney, did you get the email of the list of bloggers it sent you? I think I had only 3 in Texas but alot of people do not have their state posted. I have about 7 more names that popped up this weekend that I didn't have.
I have 78 blogger names, 39 bloggers that have given their state, 12 have given their actual age. The average age of these 12 is 40. But I think if I had all ages the average would be around 50

About writing and word choices: Thank you for the kind words and right back at ya! One reason I come to Jackie's is that many of her commenter community are writers. I see that quality as a personality trait that describes someone who observes their world rather than just passing through it. So many here express themselves well and get to the heart of an issue with humor and enjoyment. I think that is because of Jackie's example. Her ease at conveying a thought makes it easy for all of us to write what we feel.

If it's warm in Houston Sydney I'll move there. It's so cold here in NC today after 80's yesterday. I just want it to warm up and stay that way. I'm finished with the cold weather.

I missed everything going on in the house yesterday and I can't get You Tube to play for some reason.

Jackie, are you going to post the confrontation with Natalie and the boys here? Just would love to see it.

Laurie said...

Sue, premature eviculation? OMG, I am laughing so hard at that turn of a phrase. Bravo!

I want to assure you that grilling is okay, but step away from the little squares of foil and for heaven's sake be careful where you put your hands!

Yesterday someone mentioned that Ryan had a little crush on the "early" Sheila. I know this is deep and stretching the realms of possibility but I'm wondering if he is becoming aware of the fact that we all grow older and lose our first blush of beauty. He can see it first hand with Sheila and now can imagine it with himself (not that he's a beauty) and with his girlfriend. That beauty doesn't last and is really unimportant as the years go by.

Nah ... that's way too deep. I must be smoking something!

hi guys.....hope all is well with all of you. i am sorry to hear of the loss some of you have experienced lately. life can be very difficult at times! i have very aging parents..in their 80's both with various problems. it is hard.

re: philly auditions:... was only able to see those going up to where the auditions were being held. could not get any closer. LOTS and LOTS of .....hhhmmm...wouldn't want to say blonde bimbos lest my stereotype be offensive, (my children are all blondes)..but ..political incorrectness aside, um...there ya have it. there were a few people that appeared to be in their thirties....but i would say a HUGE majority looked as if they just rolled out of their dorm room. i suppose there will have to be an entirely different show entitled BBAY (big brother after youth) to feel we are properly represented. Wisdom does come with age...it would be an interesting show.

John 11:35 "Jesus wept"

amazed to see how ANY of the house guests could have the righteous attittude to call gnat out on her lies and alliances. are you kidding me? "let he who is without sin cast the first stone...." John 8:7 i am ready for ALL
of them to go!

While i still do not like sheila (don't like any of them) i do respect her game play lately. she sees nat as a threat and so she plays to get her out. thats the idea of it.

have difficulty liking sharon....i view her as a lazy player....poisons the waters..then sits back and watches everyone choke.....hoping to slide into the win. game play i guess, but not a respectasble one in my eyes.

NEVER thought i would say this is in a million years....but i am now hoping for a sheila-adam win. not my favorite hamsters..but i am developing the most respect for those two in this house of... no respect deserved.

just my thoughts for all their worth.

Good Morning all. This is my first time checking in since last Thursday and I see quite a bit has happened since then. I'm sorry to see Natalie on the block, but I figured she'd be the next target after James was gone. These people are nothing if not predictable. Can anyone say for sure who is in a true alliance? I can't figure it out. There is so much double talk going on in there that it makes my head spin. If Natalie goes I guess I'll have to switch my allegiance to Adam - wow, now there's something I never thought I would say. As disgusting as I found him in the beginning, and still do, I think he's the best hearted person left in that house and he's playing a fairly decent game.

Laurie said...

Good morning Donna. Thanks for the feedback on the audtions. I like the idea of BBAY ... they could have a minimum age of 40. Now that would be a good game and we wouldn't have to stay up so late to see what's happening. LOL

I never thought I'd say this either but I'm going for the same final 2, Adam and Sheila. Putting all personal things aside and knowing that someone does have to win, I'd say those two are the most deserving after all these weeks.

JMO, I think the meeting was stupid to say the least.

Monday morning--another week closer to this train wreck being over!

After watching last night, a few observations:

In Sheila's letter from her son he said he was promoting parties and earning money....what kind of parties could a 16 yr. old be promoting? Didn't Sheila say George was her ex because he was an alcoholic?? Just the kind of guy I would want to be watching my son!! I know she loves her son but I do question her parenting skills.

I have decided Ryan must be the smartest person in the house because his answer to everything is "I know....I know...I know" LOL

tom s'-- that's a great plan but I don't think any of the HG are "game smart" enough to figure it out. And I agree about Adam...I believe he is much smarter than the others think.

formerly anon-- re: older than what....I guess me!!(which is 55). Donna in Al. is doing a demographic chart which is why she asks for age and state.

I am going to preface my next comment by saying I am not a Nat. fan, but.....
I think she is emotionally immature and is way to trusting. Many of the hardships in her life probably happened because she believed/trusted people that did not have her best interest in mind. The same has happened in BB. The first one cost her Matty(believing James would not put him up) and now it's going to cost her the game(believing she wasn't Sheila's target).

She plays the way James on Survivor did last season. He was a warrior, made alliances, and trusted them not to backdoor him. At least this time he seems to have learned from past mistakes.

I thought the "meeting" was to call out all the girls. A/R just seemed to pick on Nat. and directed nothing to Sharon/Sheila.

Jackie on a slow day maybe you could have a post where each comment could answer that...

Area you're from

B-days (no need for year if you don't want, lol)

Anonymous kid info

Ditto grandkid info

Pets - need names there, lol!)

Where you are most often when you check Jackie's blog

If you're on a laptop of desk model, mac or HP...

The tally I was referring to was when someone here asked on their comment a few days ago who was from TX. I responded but no one else new did. I also had asked a few times over the year but no dice. So thanks for responding now Jennasmom and Anon.

Delee, for the life of me I can't remember where you live-- I think it's PA???

Jennasmom -- I LOVE CANYON LAKE!!! My husband drove me there last summer and that thing is huge and filled with a color water I've never seen before -- a kind of milky light blue. And it was teh perfect temp. It was the end of a scorching hot day. The sun was edging toward the horizon so the light was beautiful. We plunged in feet first from from chalky white stone cliffs, pulled ourselves out and airdried on the rocks. It was so refreshing (for mind and body).

We've even thought of looking to move there. I'd love to hear a bit about what life is like up there and how you like it... is it possible to connect with you on that?

Since this is Til Death Do You Part....I was thinking there might be a reward for any couple that lasted until the end. They don't ever seem to take that in to consideration. I think Adam and Sheila should give that a whirl!

Sydney said...

Good thinking Anon 12:24...

I feel like that theme got gone pretty quickly -- they even eliminated it from the opening titles -- that I forgot about it entirely. That would be nice for them.

meb said...

I'm with those who feel Adam and Sheila should be the final two. Adam would probably win but second place wouldn't be bad either.

I'm not particularly fond of either of them, but they both have a heart and somehow, they're both still there as a couple. That would be a nice touch to win something simply because they lasted as a couple.

It's funny that they did, considering how they started the game, Sheila hating Adam and Adam doing all kinds of crude things that no one seemed to like him from outside the house either.

Laurie said...

Donna in AL, are you saying that we flip-flopped? LOL say it isn't so!

I'm trying to remember if I have ever been for anyone in this group. I think I've been only against certain people winning.

Oh yeah, I was for the guinea pigs. I still am.

Donna in Alabama said...

ANON 12:24 I thought about that a couple of days ago when Sheila told Adam they would all be gunning for them since they are the last "couple". I did not carry the thought on through to possibilities. What if BB would give the second place double the money? I don't think they would go as far as doubling the first place money.

Laurie, yes I did say that! At first some of the people were so hung up on what James had done outside the house that they did not see he was good at playing the game. I don't know if it was that the numbers in the house was smaller or that BB started showing him more (BBAD, CBS and live feeds all) that people starting seeing it. That is when my list of who was pulling for who went out the window! People started wanting James to win. BTW, I was for him in week 2 but would not post because everyone seemed to dislike him so much.

I read somewhere last week about the man who Sheila's son is staying with. I only know what I saw on a board, but it must have been jokers or similar and should be easy to find, if anyone is interested in verifying. Sheila met her a guy, I think he is in a band...forget the name of the band, when he saw her myspace. I don't know when that happened, but he is the one people say the son is staying with and that would fit, as to the party promotion thing. The music scene, I would call it if I were cool enough.

It appears Sheila is working Ryan, ( of course Ryan's unaware ) Sheila confided in Ryan why she wanted to keep Sharon, ( because Sharon is the mole ) however she wants Sharon out next week! Ryan laughed, saying it could be difficult if she wins HOH or POV. "

Ryan stated " I knew Sharon was the " mole " Sheila's facial expression appeared puzzled,
after Ryan continued blabbing on other " stuff " he'd heard.
Later Sheila worked her magic to a non-stop talking Sharon,
Sharon basically laid out a planned outline regarding next HOH comp, Sharon admitted her " people " would not vote for Natalie regardless, I'm leaning towards Sheila uncovering why Ryan is actually throwing Adam under the bus, Perhaps Ryan's outing of Natalie will backfire, Ryan claims it's because Adam is loyal to Natalie, however it doesn't appear Sheila's convinced.

Did you get a report back from Josie's vet yet? What a shame she hurt her leg. After all you both have been through I hope it's nothing major. I know this has been hard on you as well as Josie.

Sue...

Loved your post especially, "premature eviculation". You're too funny and very creative as well.

I'm starting to get BB9 burn out. I don't know how Jackie does it. Will we have a double eviction or not?

I've been thinking about Sheila since she's the current HOH. What exactly is it about her that makes her so hard to like? She is quite attractive, seems to take on her share of responsibility in the house and is warm and friendly to all of them. Of course she plays everyone but that's what you have to do in the BB house. She never sounds sincere to me but I'm puzzled as to why. She seems to be a devoted mother and is family oriented. Is it her background living with Bob Guccione as a Penthouse pet that's tainting her image in my mind? Or is it the incessant talking that sounds a lot like preaching?

Jackie...

Thanks for going through so much trouble putting up the videos for us.

The big "meeting" wasn't as dramatic as the anticipation. Gnat has no problem talking herself out of a predicament when confronted. I probably would have been stuttering. ;)

Adam and Sheila have a new found love for each other. Who would have thunk? Even though we're sick of "I'm a single mom, you know", I think A & R do see Sheila as a mother figure and give her respect because of it. They both seem to listen when Sheila preaches albeit reluctantly.

Is the deal still on to evict Gnat this week?

I just got company so have to sign off now.

Catch you later~

I just got through all of the comments. The survey is fine with me as long as real names aren't expected (many wouldn't like that). I'm finding it interesting that we have quite a range in ages and lots of folks older than Sheila. That would include me, too.

52, NJ near NYC area, 1 cat (sigh) no kids, no husband and I like it that way. ;-) Exactly a month from today, I'll have a new knee.

Jackie, you're still a spring chicken. Just happens that one of your springs has sprung. In another couple of months, you'll be jumping for joy over your new-found freedom!

Did anybody else catch Adam's comment when he saw the picture of Sheila when she said she was 25? He said...pretty hot chick,I wish we had that one here, instead of the one we got...I laughed out loud!

I also laughed when they showed the morph of her "dream man" the picture of Dr. Will and Ed. Too funny!

And,Donna,I'm just going to use my Sharon name, didn't know I didn't have to sign in with my blog name....duh!

This is great, reading everyone's stats!

I'm pushin' 60 - only 3 more weeks to go!

Born, raised & reside in Portland, Oregon. Lived briefly in Triangle, Virgina and Carlsbad, CA. Also for a while in Vancouver, WA which is across the river from Portland - still worked in Portland.

I have a daughter who just turned 27 on Friday. She has a kiddlet who'll be 5 in July. I'm giving him guitar lessons for his b'day.....at least it's not the drums or tuba!! :)

Am happily divorced - was #3 out of 6 wives!! I think he's single again.

I check in here in the evening since I'm at work all day. I use my laptop when I'm catching up on shows I've recorded. Or if I'm done with the recordings, I'll use my desktop that's in my bedroom.

No pets right now. Had two cats, but they moved with my daughter a couple years ago. I sometimes miss them, but not when I think of litter boxes and black pants. I can't figure out why a vacuum won't pick up that long white hair, but the pants will. : (

And that's about it!

By the way, I'm going to try to drive by the auditions Wednesday on my way home from work and see what I can see. I'll let you know.
