Big Brother 9 Live Feeds Since POV

jackie's tv blog, Big Brother, BB9

Will James have 9 lives on the 9th of April? Only time will tell, but the future looks a bit dim for the geek in the pink.

Since Ryan won POV it's highly unlikely that James will being using those 9 lives anywhere but in the sequester house.

Thanks go to Zoetawny for the great graphic! James would probably be happy to know he's not just any cat with a pink mohawk ... he's a max cat!

Since the suspense of the POV comp is over, there hasn't been much excitement in the house. It's not like big surprises are expected at the POV meeting on Sunday, so we've hit the doldrums. Without further ado, here's what's been going on in that Big Brother House of Merry Misfits:
  • Sheila told Adam and Natalie that she thinks that James will probably try to manipulate Ryan.
  • I think Sheila's trying to manipulate Adam and Natalie.
  • Sheila makes nowhere near 60 grand a year. Why am I not surprised? I think the median income levels of most BB houseguests are on the low side. Some in pharmaceutical sales do well, but I think most of the younger crowd have throwaway McJobs.
  • James did work on Adam, trying to convince him that Natalie and/or Sheila need to be gone.
  • Once again they're hoping for a luxury clothes comp.
  • Adam and Ryan talked and agreed Sheila is an idiot. (An annoying one at that, I say.)
  • James told Ryan and Sharon disgusting things he's done to the kitchen sink.
  • James told Sharon, Adam, and Sheila that he doesn't like when Natalie goes around calling him an evil-doer then plays nice to his face. (At least he realizes it's happening, he's not completely snowed.)
  • James says Sheila needs the money more and he's not upset leaving before her. (Oh, do NOT let Sheila get to the end you silly hamsters! It's not about who "needs" the money more. If a person "needs" money so bad, they work for a living and don't go into the BB9 house for three months!)
  • Sheila says she's going to really try to win comps from now on. Wait, didn't she say that before? @@
  • Adam thinks if he gets to the end he'll have James' jury vote because he didn't lie to him.
  • Natalie didn't learn what a pedestal is in her three years in design school or in her life for that matter. Sheila told her the word is common knowledge. Not in the Beaver State of Mind, I guess.
  • Adam had to display how a pedestal functions using a pepper shaker.
  • I guess none of Natalie's boyfriends ever really put her up on a pedestal or she'd know the word. Obviously looking for love in all the wrong places.
There's the big news of the evening so far. A thrill a minute.

Morning Jackie, I hope you have the day off and can put your feet up and relax.

Two sayings came to mind as I watched the feeds last night.

Familiarity breeds contempt....I know too much about these guys and the knowledge is breeding many emotions, contempt among them.

Better to be quiet and be thought a fool than to open your mouth and give evidence of it....especially quite Sharon who seemed immune from the crudeness of her alliance. Last night she talked and giggled and basked in the presence of Adam, Ryan, and James telling them much more than they or the listening audience should know. I think James was on a mission to make sure Sharon wasn't included in the 'good people' side of the house and kept asking her about Jacob and other sexual experiences she has had and lived to tell about.

Anonymous said...

That label 'good people' always makes me laugh. Wasn't Maggie the first 'good' person? I didn't care for her version of good and decided it might just be that I didn't understand the word good.

Maybe they mean:

Good for Nothing group?

Good to Go Out the Door group?

Good Golly Miss Molly, they are still there group?

Good Day Sunshine...doesn't fit for the BB house, but it finally stopped raining in Arkansas.

Anonymous said...

I realize that Sheila is annoying etc...and everybody seems to think that in the house - so tell me - why wouldn't you want her with you at the end? Isn't that a sure win?
Thoughts??

Anonymous said...

Ok, yes, I guess having Shiela with you at the end might make sense because she is so annoying to all and because she just sucks at comps. There's no way anyone might say she played a good game because all her secrets and conversations become known.
Historically, there have been two(IMO)lopsided final twos - Boogie and Erika, Drew and Cowboy - where it looked like only one of them actually played the game, so they were a slam-dunk for the win.

to Sue....so sorry to hear that Sharon is running her mouth like that. I figured she was smarter than that, and I actually had liked her for the win.

Funniest laugh of the night last night....was Natalie's kid's names she has picked out.

I'll give Raya Sunshine an offical Jackie @@

Anonymous said...

I take that back....got a little further into after dark....

Sheila's quote "We are the most lively cast they've ever had...we're not boring people".

That gets an even bigger @@.

:) Have a good day all....

Maybe James was trying to get them to vote Shiela out by letting them know (but not really) he would vote for her to win because she needs the money more. I don't think James would vote for someone that did not play the game to win half a million dollars. He was just planting seeds so no one would want to take her to the end with them.

Zoetawny...got to say that is my fave graphic of this season! It was the one where Natalie actually looked pretty...but this one just grabbed my tickle bone totally!!!
thank you!!!
sue - good Golly Miss Molly!!! love it!
Well off to meet Laurie this am guys...thanks agian for the great reporting Jackie!

Laurie said...

Yay!! Thank you, Zoetawny for making the catfood graphic. It's perfect.

Sue, both of your sayings are right on. My dad used to say the second one about keeping your mouth shut. Was it Twain who first said it? Anyway, it fits.

I posted in the previous section to a guy chastising us for making fun of Nat and yet praying for stuff on here. I just want to reiterate that the prayers on here are part of making fun of her. I'm pretty sure whoever is being prayed to doesn't care a whit about this game or even this forum. At least I hope he/she/it is working on way more important things than BB!

I pray Sheila goes. *wink*

Hope everyone has a good day. I'm off to meet up with Terry for some fun in the sun ... if the sun shows up today.

Good to see James is not rolling over and playing dead. At least he's still playing the game.

Sue, may I add to your list? It is priceless by the way...

Good Riddance and not soon enough group!

Every season, someone starts this good vs evil people in the house theme.
Last season, It was Amber saying a good person should win. It was Amber playing victim.
This year, Natalie and Sheila have started the crusade.
Then there was Nerd Herd from Season 6.

Totally Off topic-- I love the graphic. Second did yall hear/read that Oprah's 13 year old cocker Sophie passed away? She did her show on puppy mills yesterday and her staff did a tribute to Sophie at the beginning of the show. I cried my eyes out. I couldn't stomach watching the show on puppy mills after Sophie's tribute.

-----
I didn't watch any feeds last night. Ryan and Adam need to realize the girls vs boys alliance is strong, (though I'm not quite sure who Natalie will abandon first) and keep James souly for that. But for some stupid reason he's going to protect his girl Natalie.

As a competitive person, there is no way in hell I would want Sheila sitting next to me in the final 2. I would want the final 2 to be 2 people who played the game, and won competitions, not just eased through the game, sit around, whines and gossips, longs for her date with Dick, plays the single mother card, and has multiple personalities. She and Adam were thisclose to being gone week 1!! The house should of stuck to its instincts.

Zoetawny...you just keep topping yourself. This is my favorite! I can't believe how talented you and Jackie are.

It's a good thing we have you, with your art work, and Jackie, who certainly knows how to turn a phrase and see all the humor in this train wreck.I vote you two the winners of BB9 and declare that you should split the prize!I just want this over NOW!

Jackie and Zoetawny you are the only reason for being interested in BB9-------well, all you people commenting are also very worthwhile!

I am off for a Spring Break cruise with the grandchildren and will be gone for a week. I just wish this would all be over when I come back!---No! not you, just the show!

Till I return, please all of you try to take care of yourselves! No tornodos, no concussions, doctor appointments when you need them, and good vibes all around you!

Good afternoon friends!
Just popped in to find out if there's any news about whether or not Ryan will use the POV and on whom.

Sue...

"Good for nothing" group is my choice. I suppose "good" is when they are on your tean and "bad" is when they're not. "Better to be quiet and be thought a fool than to open your mouth and give evidence of it." That's really a good one that I will add to my adages. Sounds like Sharon is rather disappointing now that she's not keeping quiet. One of my favorite adages is, "Keep smiling, it'll make them wonder what you're up to." :)

tropicalApril...

So Sheila thinks she and the group aren't boring. Oh brother! I guess watching all the tears and emotional outbursts from everyone in the absence of any real game play is so interesting and stimulating.

I really would like to know if the cast reads our opinions of them on the Internet? I'm sure Gnat would say that we really loved her no matter what we say. Of course, Josh would say that he was the strongest player in the house and that's why he's in sequester. Matt would say that it was all Nat's fault. What would the others say?

plaidchick...

I didn't see the Oprah show but sad to hear her Sophie died. I would have cried my eyes out, too. I can't even watch when the news does a piece on puppy mills. Those puppy mill breeders don't have a conscience. BTW, my Shadow is a chocolate cocker like Sophie. Sophie is one of Oprah's chocolate Cockers, right? We got him after Tawny died. I kept her in my screen name along with Zoe.

I'll check back again to see if there's any news about what Ryan's plans are with the POV.

Have a good Saturday all!

I was just reading on Joker's. I wanted to gag when Nat said that God punished Matty for his lies (BJ) about her and thats why he left. I saw and heard the BJ under the covers on YouTube with my own eyes and ears. Nat must be a pathological liar to make a statement like that. Maybe she doesn't even know when she's lying. Nat also said that she was saving herself for her man. Hmmmm? Exactly what part is she saving? Poor girl. I don't mean to harp on Gnat but this is part of why I don't like her. HIP-AK-RO-SEE! :D

Talk to the hand... wait mouth??! Nevermind...
NO SHE DIDN'T.. NO SHE DIDN'T!!!

And people wonder why there are a lot of Anti-Natalie people who post on this blog??? Maybe it's because she has NO SHAME. Yes I realize there's argument that none of the HG's have any shame, but she is the leader of the pack IMO.

I saw it too, and saw Adam and Ryan trying not to laugh when it was going on. Ryan was on the floor next to their bed, and Adam was in the other bed.

Zoetawny... Sophie was Oprah's black cocker, Solomon is the chocolate one. I agree on the puppy mill comment. I watched the tribute, and told myself, I am not going to cry, no no no.. and I turned into a basket case. Everywhere I turn I hear of people losing animals, and George is all over TV with his new movie.

wish bb would turn the cameras from the hamsters little homestead and place them in sequester. i would rather watch and hear them right now and be totally content to just see someone new walk in the door each week. how they get evicted or why..don't really care anymore. well, until the next time i check in here :)

Zoetawny... the graphic is amazing. If you don't already, you should go into teaching people how to do that. I'd pay to learn.

Also don't know if you've ever divulged that your blog name is a combination of your babies Zoe and Tawny. How sweet is that. I often wondered what Zoetawny meant.

Is anything happening out there, you guys with the feeds. Even tho we can probably foretell who's going up in place of Shiela (dear James) have they done it yet?

Need some action in the house. Tired of the same ole talk.

Just checking in to the latest....gotta say this is one addictive blog Jackie!!!

It's a slow day in the BB house. Earlier Natalie and Sharon were sunning. Ryan and Adam were shooting pool. Minor chit chat with Sharon and Natalie denying the BJ's and saying she's mad at Matt for lying on her. BB gave them an oversized golf ball set for the backyard. James is sleeping. Sheila cooked turkey burgers. Real slow day.

Thanks for the 'good' comments! (smile)

Right now (6pm Saturday) Sharon and James are in the hot tub talking about the game. They are comparing notes about how various hgs play. Sharon has lots of negative comments about Nat.Sharon wishes Nat would go up on the block instead of James. James is cagey, saying he will be gone, but....and then giving her some story to carry back to the good people about how if he gets to F2 he would tell the jury not to vote for him. He only wants second place (he says) Adam just joined them and the whole conversation topics changed. It was like a Sheila convo where James would speak and Sharon didn't pick up the hint, but continued with her own story. Natalie is asleep

I almost forgot. Last night a saw the funniest thing I have seen so far on BB9. Ryan was alone in his room, about to take a nap when he saw near the ceiling. It was a bug, maybe a fly. He chased it around the room, waving a flip flop. He missed a few times, but finally swatted it and the camera zoomed in so we could see it squashed on the bottom of the show. Well, that part was sad. But Ryan alone, with no sound, chasing that thing was hilarious. Did anyone else see it?

I don't have anything to add to the topic. I just wanted to see if I was successful at adding an avatar to my post.

Boring day in BB. I have to agree with Zoetawny and Plaidchick about Natalie's denials (going back to Nasty Natalie for me). She is either a really good actress or she is completely delusional. She denied what we ALL saw with our very own eyes. Oh poor Natalie... when you get out and see that the cameras did indeed catch it all.

She thinks what happened under the covers didn't happen. Ryan and Adam had a good time ribbing her about it. They know it happened as well, but our dear sweet Natalie keeps saying no, no, no it didn't. LOL!

I've jumped on the pic bandwagon and not sure if it will show up or not. This is my baby when she was just a baby, around 6 years ago. It's the only picture I have of her that she doesn't show like the green 'Devil Eyes'. If I capture a better one, I'll change it.

Laurie said...

Yay for all of you adding an picture to your posts!!

Maybe Gnat is one of those who just reinvents history to please herself. I actually know people like that who will deny things I was a part of. I can't help but wonder who they think they are fooling.

Well, I finally did the sign up thingy. I only hope that BB10 has people that are more intersting to watch and do not depend on berating other players. I was sickened by ED last season, and it seems to only continue in BB9.

OHHHHH!!! All of yall's BEEBIES are so cute!!

I didn't see Jack yesterday, or I missed him passing through and he got his order to go....

However, beebie spaz cat did surface today, along with his Mama. She actually walked up to the screen window and had a looksie inside. Gandalph was lounging in the lawn. It was 73 here today, not a cloud in the sky. Monday... near 90. NOOOOO!!!

There's your 10 PM Dallas update.

I am glad you all are signing up and posting pictures. I started a list of the bloggers with the state you are in and your sex (cause some of the conversations get confusing without knowing). I went back just 2 days and have 40 on the list. There are so many I could not keep up with where you were when you describe the weather or your environment. Like when one of you says it's snowing and here where I am it's 80 degrees!

Jsckie, do you know how many different people blog a day or a season?

meb said...

donna... in case you don't have mine in your list... it's NC ... weather can't make up it's mind ... 20's one morning, 70's the next.

Plaidchick... I can only wish it would be in the 90's here. I moved here 3 years ago from Florida and do I miss the heat..YES!

Donna in Alabama said...

I don't know if you go back to these posts like I do...but my list of bloggers are on my computer on an Excel spreadsheet. I had to go back and change some since they are now adding themselves as bloggers and adding their pictures!

Our weather is like yours MEB, I would like it to stay about 75 or 80 so I can stay outside more. I can't take the heat and humidity in the summer any more. I love being outside doing things.

Hey Donna (and all)...I'm only an occassional poster, but a daily lurker so I'll throw up my stats for your database.

Female, 27, NJ....as far as the weather goes, it's really trying to be spring here but mostly it's just been in the 50s and gloomy the past few days.
