I'm in New Jersey, Get Me Out of Here!

No! Really! I'm stuck on a NJ Transit train ... get me out of here! I'll be like the man who never returned. You know, Charlie on the M.T.A.! You do see I can't escape from television, not even on the train. That's an ad for Top Chef Masters which premieres on Bravo on June 10.

Okay. I lied about being stuck on the train and in New Jersey, too. I can leave. My cat would be upset, but I would come back. But, it's a tip of the hat to the show I just finished watching -- I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here!

Celebrities, eh? I know Lou Diamond Phillips, Stephen Baldwin, and Sanjaya Malakar. Well, not personally, mind you. And Sanjaya is more notorious than an actual celebrity. I don't watch The Hills, but hear a lot about it on The Bonnie Hunt Show. The one time Spencer Pratt was on Letterman, he was a jerk. Guess what? He still is.

Then there's Patti Blog ..er , Blag ... um ... Blagojevich, the wife of the impeached husband with the hair. She sort of surprised me. I think I like her, but her husband irks me just with his hair alone, not even taking any crimes he may or may not have committed into consideration. He's a new age Trump hair man.

The rest of the celebrities, I haven't a clue.

However, I was entertained. I'm not sure if I'll watch its entire run. Four nights a week is a lot to ask of viewers. I came away from tonight's show thinking Spencer is so full of himself. He shouldn't accuse others of being non-celebrities when he's such a non-celeb in his own right. Sanjaya remains very eager and personable, much like he was on American Idol. I just hope he doesn't burst into song.

Did you watch the show? Your thoughts?

I'm now stuck in a flower! Get me out of here!

hey Jackie, can I toss you a rope and pull you out of there?
That flower is a better place to be stuck than the Celebrity show....Janice Dickson is annoying when she is screaming orders to young models....cant think this would sweeten her up....

I do know who John Salley is from those great Detroit Piston teams of the 1980s - Bill Laimbeer, Isaiah Thomas, Dennis Rodman and Salley. Who knew that Spider Salley would turn out to be the most conservative and well adjusted of the bunch.

I watched it and I did find it entertaining too. I will probably watch again tonight.
I recognized some of the celebrities but not all.
To my knowledge I had not ever seen or heard of Spencer,Heidi or the woman wrestler.
I hope Spencer goes home quickly. He is a jerk and "not all that" to me. I think if the home audience gets a vote on who goes and who stays he might be around for a while with all the young people votes.
I have never like Janice Dickinson because she is loud and abrasive but she wasn't too bad last night. I guess she seemed OK when compared with Spencer.
One question I have is, is it possible to have a celebrity reality show without Stphen Baldwin on it? LOL Just kidding.

It was so bad that I couldn't turn the channel! I would vote for Spencer just to make sure he stayed and was miserable!

Beautiful flower photo, Jackie.

My wv is odultri which could have worked for a comment on AI or Jon and Kate, depending on how you sound it out.

Spencer & Heidi were so bad I was beginning to like Pity Patty... I've heard that the brats quit, so here's hoping they really do!
I've heard of some of the "celebrities", but they are not even B list...

O-M-G...I have never heard of this Heidi and Spencer. They are so dillusional it's sad. I heard a clip from someone on the radio today that they wanted to go around Hollywood, load up a truck with Spencer and Heidi, Perez Hilton, Paris Hilton and some other non celebrity and drive them off a cliff somewhere. O-M-G. Who does he think he is? A celebrity to me is a movie star, someone who has acting or singing or comic chops. Spencer has nothing and he's lacking in the looks department too. Palease. He's not a celebrity, thank gawd they got him out of there and his wimpy little wife. Oh and that's gonna last too. He'll bolt from her as quickly as he bolted from the show. What a weasel.

Spencer and Heidi finally caved and left for good, thank goodness. Hope Janice goes next. Then Stephen. I can't believe I'm watching this.

I think the name should be maybe you know us & maybe you don't. There are so few who could actually be called celebrities and most who would just be narcissists. I only watched the first hour and then did picture in picture. Got too tired of that Spencer, whoever he is(I never heard of him) screaming and whining about just about everything. I couldn't stand it. I think if he leaves I may watch it. Too many other shows on that are better than this one on every night. Seems like celebrity show overload. Guess Conan was right when he said lowest ranked network. They need to try something to keep up the ratings.

TMZ is now saying that S & H want back in but the production staff is saying no.

There is also a statement that says they may be replaced with Stephen's brother, Daniel and Heidi's sister, Holly. Oy.

I watched Laguna and the Hills, so I am familiar with Heidi and Spencer. So Spencer has found God, I can not believe that. Never have liked him never will. Tonight he spouted he was the best known celebrity in the world. Can I throw up now? What did they hope to find there? A 5-star hotel, haha. I too hope they do not let them back in. Holly (Heidi's sister) is a nice person and Spencer treats her like crap, same as his sister.
