So, What's New on TV Tonight?

A feral cat poses for my camera near the Plainfield (NJ) Train Station.

Ah, it's dilemma time. Although I do really consider I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here to be shoddy entertainment at its best, tonight is the finale. Add in the fact that America's Got Talent is airing its second show of the season after it ... and there's a block I kind of sort of would like to watch.

But, So You Think You Can Dance is on FOX opposite of those two NBC shows. Yes, it's two hours. Since this is the show I'm most likely to follow until the end of the season, it wins my live in person viewing time. I'll record the other two and may peek in on the first one to catch the winner.

Hmm ... then there's the 10 PM (ET) hour. Now, The Philanthropist on NBC is new but the whole premise of the show isn't quite grabbing me. ABC is having a health care question and answer Primetime with President Obama. I realize that's probably what I SHOULD watch. There's a new Real World on MTV. A&E has two new episodes of Tattoo Highway. Bravo has a new Top Chef Masters.

Decisions, decisions. What will you be watching?

I love the cat photo, Jackie. I am not watching any TV right now, but am recording Philanthropist...just because it is a new show and I am curious. I have 2 Say Yes to the Dress recorded, but may have to wait to see them until tomorrow.

I'm watching Million Dollar password from sometime in the last couple weeks. It has Chelsea Handler and Jeff Galain (sp?) and he is awful. Then I will watch Americas Got Talent when this is over. I have never seen this game played so badly.

Margo, I haven't seen this MD Password, but William Shatner did it a while back. He HAD to be the worst password player yet!

I missed SYTUCD, thought about it after the fact...grrr! There was some really good acts on AGT. I did not watch it last year and got hooked on Britain's GT in Ireland. I tivoed Philantropist and watched 8-10 NBC shows. Fell asleep during TC Masters, thank goodness they repeat that.

Never ever would I watch what was on ABC 10-11. I hate things that are not well thought out being forced down our throats. I say put it to a vote of the "US" Americans, just not a few in DC.

Such a pretty kitty in a b/w background.

Awwwww Jackie... he/she looks just like my Minus (cut me a break, my kids named him that cause whenever anyone comes around, he's minus...can't find him anywhere).

I know you said you also saw Roofus recently but didn't have your camera. Just so we know all is well.

I have so much taped, I don't even pay much attention as to what is on at the moment. I'm taping more and watching a taped show at the same time.

I was watching SYTYCD last night. The dancers this season are really exceptional. My favorites so far are Brandon and Kayla, but imo they are all pretty evenly matched talent wise. Mary Murphy is already driving me insane, and the show is just beginning. That scream of hers is damn irritating, LOL. I love the host, Cat Deeley. She seems like a genuinely warm and caring person. I wish she could take over for Samantha Harris on Dancing with the Stars, LOL. Speaking of Dancing with the Stars, did anyone watch the Superstars on Tuesday night? Maxim is on it and he is very good. Who are you liking on SYTYCD Jackie?

I do not watch SYTYCD because of Mary Murphy. Can't stand her screeching. I watched Wipeout and Japanese Game Show and then went to bed and read for a while.

Farrah Fawcett passed away at age 62 this AM. God willing, she is in a better place.

Now Micheal Jackson is gone too.

1st Ed McMahon - then Farrah Fawcett - now Micheal Jackson

We watched The Philanthropist. Jury is still out. The story was told in a combination of flashback, narration, and current time. He has an accent and mumbles a bit so it was sometimes hard to understand. I'll watch it again to see where he goes and what they show of that area. At one viewing, I'd say it's something to watch if one wanted to watch tv but not something I'd tape for later.
