Big Brother 11 Live Feeds Into the Dawn Thursday 8/06

It's the wee hours of the morning. It's in the vicinity of 3:00 AM there in the Big Brother house. And, once again, they're still up and not drunk.
  • Natalie took a shower. I know. I'm in shock, too.
  • Russell bashed Michele to Lydia, told her about the PhD. Now, there's a big bash, eh?
  • Chima, Lydia, and Russell got into another brouhaha rehashing the previous brouhaha.
  • Ronnie said he'll bash Michele in his speech on the live eviction show.
  • Natalie, in particular, is coming up with scheme after scheme to save Ronnie. Most are off in left field.
  • Everyone thinks their dire enemy in the house has the "wizard power." I've seen nothing which indicates anyone in particular has it.
  • Ah, interesting. Ronnie, Jessie, his pit bull, and Russell are talking. Ronnie said if he makes it through and wins HOH, he'll nominate Jeff and they'd vote him out.
  • "I can't do that," Russell told them. The man has some scruples although he's allowing the bunch to use him.
  • I wonder if Natalie would ever use her harebrained schemes to save her own butt. Some of them are outright ludicrous.
  • I expect today to be rather uneventful in the house as we gear for the live eviction and coup d'etat reveal.
  • But Natalie will surely keep scheming for Ronnie.
  • Ronnie is walking around in his underwear waking people up.

Hi Jackie ,
So happy to hear that Nasty Nat washed her hair and took a bath.

Can't wait for tonight, although sad Ronnie has wormed his way back in.:(

G'morning Jackie & Everyone!

I have no comments on the HGs activities... I am just shaking my head in confused disappointment. Even with the "brouhaha", boring.
And not enough eye candy to make it worth watching - I'd rather catch the show HERE! (the 3 "J"s being the eye candy exception: Jessie, Jeff & Jordan are all adorable, IMO)

Have a great day! :)

Hello all, my computer went a week ago and been having withdrawal over not being able to read Jackies blog. What a sad life i must lead. LOL. I want Ronnie to go so bad i can almost taste it. He brings nothing to the show.Pat in Fl

Anon/Pat - You are right: missing Jackie's parties is a far worse thing than missing this season! :)

Thanks Jackie, Russell is almost two personalities. No, I don't mean I think he is Sybil, but he can be calm, understanding, sweet, rational, almost mature in his demeanor. And then he goes off on some tangent (planted by someone who wants him to go off) and becomes just the opposite of all those qualities. When he gets out of the house and sees the tapes and knows how easily he was manipulated it is going to be very angry at himself. He showed he could have played a good game if he hadn't let other people turn his head.

That brings me to a question. I kept hearing the hgs say that there were 'personal insults or lies' in the house and 'game insults or lies'. Russ said when Chima called him on some insult from their fight a couple of days ago. That was about our personal stuff and not game stuff. I think everything that goes on in the house is game related. I don't think you can seperate the two. Can you?

Morning, Jackie. Just one question. Was there a mud puddle in the shower after Nasty got out?

Y'know, for all the negative things that get said about Jessie and Natalie, you gotta give them props for loyalty. They've gone way out on a limb with the "Save Ronnie" campaign taking huge personal risks to save one of their posse.

I too want Ronnie gone ASAP
I dont understand why Jeff and Jordan dont just hang with Michelle and Kevin to secure that that happens.
They have to know if Ronnie stays Jessie et al will still have the power! egad the worse case would be that twit staying and then winning HOH just awful!
I hope Kevin and Michelle stick to their guns and get him OUT NOW

What does WV mean? I have seen it on here but does not know what it means.

I am confused. Jackie, it has nothing to do with your reporting, which has been it's usual fabulousness. It has to do with the lies, the fake fighting, the real fighting etc. I just can't keep up with this crew this year.

I've never had to put so much thought into BB before. LOL. My head is spinning.

Here's hoping that Ronnie leaves tonight and doesn't get the power.

Have a great day everyone!

I don't think the campaign for Ronnie has anything to do with "loyalty" as much as it has to do with wanting to keep some power. N and J both know they will lose the power seat when Ronnie goes home. He's a tool for them and nothing more. Yes, I know, it's game.

Funny, how just a week ago, it was so boring and predictible. Now,at times, it is almost scary what is going on in the house.
Tonight , alot of people are going to be very happy or kicking themselves, wondering where it all went wrong!
My WV is tuoilet as in I hope tonight's vote doesn't end up in the 'tuoilet'.

Nana in the NW said...

Luckily, today is usually spent cleaning house and primping for the live show so not too much fighting and schemeing can happen. We know Jeff/Jordan won't change their vote and I really don't think Kevin or Michele will vote to keep Ronnie so he should be gone tonight! Glad to hear Russell say he couldn't vote Jeff out...at least he seems to have some scruples. This is the first year I have seen a group that doesn't get drunk every night. And for as boring as most of them are they somehow find things to stay up all night and talk about!

Counting the hours till the show tonight. Being a west coaster I will get to see it at 5p.m.!! YEAH!!

BTW--anon. wv means word verification...that's the scrambled letters you have to type to have your comments published.

Sometimes the wv's interpretations are better than what's going on in the house.

Did Natty change her clothes or put the same ones back on after her bath?

I feel sorry for Michelle... she's already sort of a loner in the house. Now with all the lies told about her (or not), she's also being targeted for verbal abuse.

I just don't think I could be in that house of fables.

I don't think that's completely true. From a strictly power situation, Lydia, Kevin, Russell or Michelle would be equally helpful. Jessie and Natalie risked alienating all 4 of those people with their campaign to save Ronnie. It would have been just as easy to swing Lydia who brings Kevin with her and suck up to Russell which would have given them complete control of the house with Jeff and Jordan completely isolated or stuck with Michelle if she couldn't be swung. Instead, they went all out to save one of their own and risked alienating their second tier allies (Russell and Lydia).

You can think of Jessie as a tool and still consider him a loyal tool.

Laurie said...

Nice thing about being at Jackie's place is we can agree to disagree.

Nessie has said they can trust Ronnie (I don't know how they can say that, but they seem to believe it) and they can't trust Lydia. Ronnie is a firm vote for them. Lydia isn't. They are loyal to themselves and that places Ronnie in the Jessie tool belt.

Cha Cha said...

According to a joker update Jeff may have the power.
I really hope he does but am really not sure.

When the CDT is used do they replace both nominees? I can't remember

Laurie said...

Sizzle, yes, that's what I meant. Ronnie is the tool for Jessie, as is the pit bull named Natalie. I don't think Jessie has any loyalty to them at all, in fact I don't think he's capable of that emotion in this game. He wants to win (worthy goal) and he knows those two will be at his bidding for anything he wants. He also knows those are the only two he has that much control over.

Chauncey said...

Jesse and Natalie know that as long as Ronnie is in the house, HG will target him and not them plus he is an extra vote for them to evict who they want evicted. With Ronnie gone now the HG's turn their attention to someone else, probaly Jesse and Natalie. Ronnie in the house keeps them in the game longer.

cha cha said...

Nessie know there days are numbered if Ronnie goes. There is to much blood on there hands.
What really gets me is that Russell really believes those two.
He will have to reread his HOH blog when he gets out of the house and see how stupid he was. He was in on the lies with Nessie last week. He should know better than to believe him

Joe in NY said...

I know everyone wants Natalie and Jessie to be next, but I don't know that the HGs feel the same way. Seems pretty split to me. As I see it, if you look at each HG and who would want that HG to be next, Natalie and Jessie aren't the biggest target (depending on who gets HOH)

Russell, Nessie, Chima all seem to have Michelle in their sights.

Nessie and Chima also have Jeff in their sights.

Kevin is going with the flow. If he were HOH, I bet he would nominate one person from each side of the house.

Lydia appears to have it in for Lydia.

Jeff and Jordan are laying low but would probably target Nessie given the chance.

Of course, this is subject to change on about 5 minutes notice. But if Chima, Jessie, or Natalie win HOH, Nessie are safe.

If Lydia or Kevin win HOH, I think it's anyone's guess who they would put up. They'd actually have to pick a side...and Lydia might pick Jessie if he played it right.

If Jeff or Jordan won HOH, they might target Nessie as a pair. But I think they are the only ones likely to do that. And I'm really not that sure Jeff has it in for Jessie at this point.

I don't watch the feeds (just Jackie's impeccable recaps) but has Jeff said anything about targeting them? He certainly didn't suggest it to Russell when they were negotiating.

Joe in NY said...

8/06/2009 10:40 AM

Well, I can agree to that! LOL

I still think Jessie et al have shown tremendous loyalty at great personal risk to try to save one of their own. It's downright noble.

Isn't that just the point? Russell believes them which gives them a team of 4-ish (Chima, Nessie and Russell) with Lydia and Kevin firmly in the middle and Michelle isolated, they are still the biggest power block.

Hello Everybody!
It's taken me quite a long time to get with the Jackie program this year, but I've been watching, discussing, wondering here at home and with my BB watchers at work.

I was liking the way Russell seemed to have his head on straight evidenced by the comments he made in DR sessions. I wasn't a fan of the way he followed Ronnie around those few days, but the guy was growing on me. Too bad he got sucked back in with the out crowd.

I KNEW Lydia was a cutter, I commented on that here in my living room the first night. I'll bet some of those tattoos are strategical placed to cover her past. At least she's smart enough to say it out loud or is at least that much of an attention seeker to say it out loud. I wonder if there's anything written into their contracts about having to go and get checked out(even if they say no, they don't want to) before BB will release them if they are self-abusive. I hope so because the BB experience could crush a person who is weak like that.
God bless Lydia.

Here's hoping Jeff or Kevin coup the coup, that'd be fun!
See you later!

Loyalty, smoyalty! Jesse needs Ronnie right now only to protect his muscled derriere. Having nosepicker there IS keeping the heat off himself and Natalie And there's also that ever-present majority vote that helps keep Jesse in power when he or one of his posse wins a comp. Jesse figures once the ggs are gone, he can start the annihilation his own crew, the strongest first, i.e. Ronnie, Russell. And possibly even Natalie.

---------------
There is no loyality there, I mean really. Jessie teamed up with Ronnie so the target wouldn't be on him. Natalie is only loyal to Jessie when he doesn't speak to Lydia. She has told him over and over not to speak to her, and then she's crying to Chima about it last night, and because Jessie spent a lot of time with Lydia last night, she told Chima she's done with him (again). That alliance have, and will again turn on each other in a heartbeat.

Did anyone catch on BBAD last night, Jordan mentioned something about talking to a therapist/someone. She cut herself off and then the camera cut away fast. Make me wonder if they are really screened for mental stability, the more off, the more likely to get on.

Of course they will turn on each other in the end, there's only one winner. But other than the whole Janelle/Kaysar bloodletting season that resulted in the floaters remaining till the end, most people are more than willing to lose a battle to win the war. Jessie's Posse has risked losing the war to win the battle.

Jessie frequently protects his people, you could see it when Casey left and Jessie stood, protectively, between Casey and his crew.

Go Jessie, you earned some love. Ignore the haters.

I was watching BBAD last night and Michele was crying nonstop. Jordan, Jeff and Kevin were there for her. They all agreed Ronnie is out based on the four of them and they all agreed on it, even Kevin. Jordan told him even if Lydia did lie, and you know her words were embelished, that he still should not vote her out and Michele agreed. I think Ronnie is a goner.

Also, agree that Nessie attempting to save Ronnie is for personal advantage only and has absolutely nada to do with loyality. They are too shallow for such a quality.

I still can't believe that I even have to look at Jessie another season! I know, i know, such old news, but GEEZ. I think that i'm probably not even giving him a fair chance because I disliked him so much before. The fact that he is in cahoots with someone as grimey as Natalie though isn't helping my already negative opinion about him!

Ha I apologize for this having nothing to do with what's currently happening in the house, but I am just wishing that Jessica had won the chance to come back into the house! I think she and Jordan would have made an excellent little duo.

I don't believe for a second that Nessie need to attack Michelle the way they have over the past few days. They didn't do it to save Ronnie; they did it because they are bullies plain and simple. It's mean and it's cruel and in no way is it game play. I've heard people try to say that they're doing it out of loyalty to Ronnie to try and save Ronnie and it may be,I don't believe it, but it may be and if it is, it's the stupidest thing I've ever heard. There's no way in hell, Michelle will change her vote after the past few days. Kev is not going to vote against Lyd. J n J aren't goung to change their minds either regardless of what Russ says. They hate Ronnie. Russ is going to go with the power...If Jessie is put up, he'll vote him out esp. if he doesn't get the blood on his hands and plus I don't believe he's that stupid to fall for their crap. No one is that stupid and how can he be loyal to a group of people who let one of their own call him a terrorist on television because his family is from the Middle East.

I want Ronnie gone and Jesse and they can take Miss Piggy with them.

Natalie Rocks???? That should say Natalie Stinks! and Russel Rules... not for long he doesn't! Even if he wins HOH... his power reign is OVER!

I'm loyal to my story, Meb. The name changes but the song stays the same.

I still insist you are selling Jessie short, both on his loyalty and his power in the house. The teams are in flux and he still has the tightest group. Of course, if they lose a couple HOH's in a row, that could change.

I stand behind my characterization of Jessie. If he was worried only about his butt, there are easier, less dangerous ways to secure his position. All he had to do was fake interest in Lydia and he would have picked up Lydia and probably Kevin for long enough to get rid of Jeff/Jordan and maybe Russell.

From the minute the nominations came out, Nessie did not try to form a new alliance. Instead, they sought to secure an old one (Russell) and protect a current one (Ronnie). If that ain't loyalty, well then I need a new dictionary.

***********************************

Seeing as Russ CAN'T win HOH this week, his power reign is over.....for now.

**********************************

Personally I am hoping that Jeff wins the coup d'etat and thusly "throws" the HOH competition. And then next Thursday, he is able to replace/nominate Jessie and Lydia(this is based on the assumption that you CAN nominate the current HOH or are they off limits?) because IMO, the worst case scenario would be a tie-vote and Jeff would split the tie. Although I *think* Nasty & Chima would vote out Lydia while Russ, Michele, Kevin and Jordan would vote out Jessie. Boo-hoo!

.....ummm, not. LOL

Please note that most, if not all, of this hangs on who does win HOH and whether or not they are fair game as far as the coup d'etat goes.

Nana in the NW said...

Really it doesn't matter who wins HOH unless it's Jeff and he has the CDT. Whoever is nominated will be changed if the CDT doesn't agree....so we have another week to wonder. Do you think BB will tell us tonight who won?? I know it's all part of the game but I hate these personal attacks on people. They can act like it doesn't matter but you know that it has to hurt....just like Michelle said when she was crying. The only people that have not attacked anyone(to their face) is Jeff and Jordan. They may have said comments to each other but not to the group in general. That is why they are my favs. They are showing you can play the game with integrity and morals.

4 hours and counting......I already have dinner ready to cook(roast chicken, sweet potatoes, and salad).

From a viewer's point, I want to see each week filled with plans and counterplans and house meetings that out various alliances. Otherwise the snoozefest returns.

I think any week with Jessie and/or Natalie on the block will be angst ridden. Maybe up a few levels from angst ? ! gosh, where is a PhD when I need it to pick out just the right word?

I have a question: Has Natalie said why she doesn't shower? I heard Jessie say something to her about knowing 'you don't like water'. Is it just the taking a shower with the camera there? Or is there any other reason she has given?

Cha Cha said...

CDT can't nominate the HOH or POV winner.
I am sure we will find out tonight who won. It will be before the live eviction.

If Jeff wins CDT and HOH then it really is a bust unless someone pisses him off after POV comp and he changes his own noms. That would be great for Jesse and Nat.The ULTIMATE BACKDOOR!

Again, I don't think Jeff would bother to change any nomination but his own or Jordan's. He's made a point of keeping his head down this week (smartly, I believe), there is no reason for him to lift it next week. I think Jeff is smarter than that.

Of course, as a viewer, I'm hoping whoever wins it is dumb enough to use it just to see what trouble it stirs up. I think Chima or Lydia might be just nutty enough to use it. Russell, Natalie and Jessie would have to be pushed to use it but I could see them taking a shot since they haven't worried about being visible in this game. Michelle, Kevin, Jordan, or Jeff wouldn't use it unless it was self defense (IMHO)

So, I guess I want Chima or Lydia to win it.

Regardless of the outcome of tonight's eviction, I hope at some point within the game Russ has and "Ah-Ha" moment when he realizes that even though he made in very clear to Chima, Jessie and Natalie that his target was Ronnie, they have never been on board with that plan. I believe they all professed that they would support his wishes to evict Ronnie, however, they never did.
As I recall Chima was in bed all snuggled up next to Russ and said in his presence to Jessie and Natalie that Lydia was the one to be evicted. Russ protested and said no I want Ronnie out.
I want Russ to realize that Jessie, Natalie, Ronnie and Chima have been conspiring behind his back to save Ronnie.
I don't care what his reaction to that info is I just want him to know that they were never supporting his nomination of Ronnie.

I believe Jeff would use it if he was sure that he had Michelle and Kevin or Russell with him and Jordan because he could get one of Jessie's crew out and then they would be down to just two members, Chima/Jessie Or Chima/Natalie. except who is Jeff's crew?

It is Jeff and Jordan and...that's about it.

Lydia, Michelle, Kevin and Russell are all floaters. Frankly, the 4 of them could band together and oust Jessie's Posse and Jeff's Twosome by playing them off against each other.

It's Nerd Herd season again. You can see it happening. The floaters will keep floating and Jeff/Jordan will get ousted by Jessie's Posse and Jessie's Posse would oust Jeff/Jordan leaving the self-mutilating floaters with control of the house.

He is the outcast, the one no one likes, Jeff says. He goes over the 1st eviction and how he back Braden and learned from that that no one likes him. Then, Jeff continues, his fear is that Ronnie has the Wizard power and at the ceremony will stand and say Zapp and he and Jeff have to change places. Jessie's face was fun to read. And easy to read. sizzie, yeah I saw that conversation between Jessie and Jeff, and I give Jeff a lot of credit for calmly listening to him and not calling him out on all his obvious and utter bullshit.

For example, Jessie says to Jeff: "Honestly, I have your best interest at heart." (he says this to everyone) And yet nobody yet has called him on it!

I know that unless Jeff is HOH, he *will* be using the CDT next week to get rid of Jessie. The worst case is if Jess/Nat win HOH and POV, because then Jeff can't touch them. Jeff is gunning for Jessie, no doubt whatsoever in my mind. Jeff is smart.

Oh, and Joe, Jessie sticking to the same plan from day one only really shows that he's not a creative thinker, it has absolutely nothing to do with loyalty. He cannot think of a better plan, that's simply all it boils down to.

So glad to read others agree that there is no loyalty in the way one would think of loyalty going on with Jessie. He has a plan, he has his minnions and he wants to keep them. Having Ronnie the Rat (who had that name long before he saw the rats) in his adoration group keeps the heat off him and gives him a vote. Plus, he doesn't need to deal with jealousy over who is next to him when it comes to RR. At least, not so far. RR did say he would do what it takes to stay in the game. Just a couple more hours and we will know the outcome!

I have to agree with you. I think Jessie is making big mistakes with his tunnel vision, but that's my opinion, and if I'm wrong then so be it. Jessie will not win this game because he has STUCK with his original game plan and I think its flawed. He painted the biggest target on himself when he won the second HOH, period. At that time, it would have been smarter to just throw it to Jeff (who would not have been able to put up either of Nessie).

Its too late for the Pinhead to take that one back though.

It will be interesting to see what all they show tonight. They have to show some of the fight, CDT winner, and all the house anxiety about the CDT alond with the usual eviction and HOH comp. It will be a packed show for sure.

Formerly Anon you reminded me of something from that Jess/Jeff conversation last night. Jess says 'when I had the power, i didn't put you up Jeff' and Jeff says, 'well, you couldn't'. That made me laugh.

sizzie, thanks for the laugh. Jesse's an idiot to think he'd get by with that one.

Off Topic:
Director John Hughes died of an apparent heart attack today. He was only 59.

I think I'll watch Breakfast Club tonight!

Oh, I wish I had witnessed that myself. It's priceless. Did Jess react with his usual blank face?

(No offense to you Jessie lovers out there...)

LOL, Laurie. He reacted like "got me there". He immediately realized how stupid it was to say it.
