Big Brother 11 Live Feeds Through the Night Into Wed. 8/05

Oh, I just love hearing tales of terror under night vision cameras with a group that includes RONNIE. Ack. Here are the events of the evening and the night behind us:
  • Chima has joined Lydia in trashtalking Jessie and Natalie. Oh, not to their faces, of course.
  • Natalie wants Jessie to stop talking to Lydia. She claims others are after her because of him.
  • Natalie told Jessie she's going to vote for Ronnie to stay and he should, too. That way, if Chima comes aboard and if there's a mysterious vote, Ronnie might stay. I call that an iffy plan, don't you?
  • Chima is appalled that Russell thought she was trying to seduce him.
  • I saw her and Russell. It was no Lydia blatant, but she WAS fluttering her eyes, petting his head (and other places), etc.
  • Ronnie told Lydia and Chima they shouldn't ever trust Michele as she will flip each week. Um, wouldn't Lydia herself be the flipper? Sometimes she looks like a flapper, but she's really a flipper.
  • Ronnie thinks the votes might be 4-3 in his favor.
  • Jessie told his crew (Natalie, Chima, Ronnie) that he thinks Michele set Russell up, telling him lies about them targeting him. (They DID discuss backdooring Russell, that was no lie!)
  • Heh. Chima made a comment to Natalie about her bathing/showering ... or lack thereof.
  • BB gave them alcohol, but just about enough to blitz a single person.
  • Michele told Kevin that Russell is being fed lies and believes them.
  • They discussed how the wizard voting would go. Chima said America wouldn't be voting for Russell based on his Memory Wall picture. Natalie said she'd vote for the cutest guy. Chima said the cutest one would be Jeff.
  • Aw, I'm glad she sees that. But she better not flirt with him and get Jordan on her case!
  • Chima continued to knock Russell every chance she could get. Is this all real? Previously Russell and Chima talked about staging a rift between them. This might all be an act or ...?
  • Shades of Wahmber! Lydia got all hysterical and crying because Jessie rebuffed her and crushed her heart!
  • Now, this is a girl who went from bed with the guy to trashing him and then back to bed. I don't give Jessie the Powerless Tool much credit for brains, but he knows when he's being used.
  • Lydia told Kevin she wants to cut herself. This goes back to my own doubts about the psychological testing for this show. I know I'd be a nutcase stuck in that house. I personally think when they go for the strong personalities and people who are a bit out there, they're setting up baskets for basket cases!
  • Poor Kevin had to be the one to console his best bud Lydia. He even got a bit emotional.
  • Jordan told the others she hated studying and is computer illiterate. I'm not really surprised. But, to her credit, I think Jordan has great people skills -- she could fit into almost any crowd and folks would like her. Someone like Michele, who obviously has brains, is a bit socially inept and nervous with people.
  • I always wanted to be a Jordan, but with my own brain. Alas, I'm more like a Michele -- not quite fitting in with the masses.
  • But I don't have my PhD. If someone wants to support me, I'd be happy to go earn one! I am computer literate, actually enjoy studying and learning new things. Well, things I want to learn about, anyway.
  • At least I'm not a Ronnie.
  • Chima once again said Russell is a terrorist and implied that he will do the next Amtrak bombing. I think her comments really cross the line. Say he's ugly or stupid, but don't cast aspersions that he's some sort of mad bomber!
  • A bunch, including just about everyone but Russell gathered in one room and told stories of robberies and scary things. Amazing ... no one fought or talked game with the exception of a few Kevin/Lydia knocks after those two split from the group.
  • Lydia and Kevin are still up and in the yard as I post this. They boxed for a while, now Lydia is in the pool.
  • There have been no indications on the "wizard power."
And ... how about that Paula Abdul leaving American Idol? Who will we mock for seemingly drunken behavior now?

Good Morning all,
I am just praying the wizard power is reported accurately and is not rigged.

dang I wanna know if the Russelle/Chima thing is fake or real. There are a lot of coincidences that the fight occurred during showtime. They are also are continuing to bad mouth one another. Don't the hg's usually try to make some sort of flimsy apology after a fight to clear the air? It could be that they are still fighting? But it's also extremely hard to fathom.

I am really gonna miss Paula. Honestly, in past seasons she was frequently loopy, but I thought she was more on point than Randy (always) and Kara (most of the time) this entire season. And her nonsense with Simon was frequently amusing.

Then again, this may all be a negotiating ploy to get a better contract.

I say but Chima on the block and see who fights for her to stay. She and Nat would be my choices. Leave Jesie with L. Shes no help game wise

I still maintain that the wizard power is gonna end up being much ado about nothing. Hamsters like to lay low (look at Jeff this week) and the wizard power is too visible. Now someone like Ronnie or Jessie is just crazy enough to use it and damn the consequences, but I think most of the others would consider using it but, unless personally at risk, decide against painting a target on themselves.

But, despite all the trashing AG gets on here for casting etc., you've got to give her credit for a winner with CDT. That's about all anyone on this blog has talked about all week!

Yes, I saw that, too. She was talking saving Ronnie the entire time and finally her 'dog with a bone' convo irritated Russ enough that he started the 'she's not my gf she can't tell me what to do' talk that led up to the big fuss. But, I, too, was thinking staged fight and Jordan told Jeff she saw Russ wink at Chima just before the fight ended.

However, Chima (maybe Russ, too, I haven't heard him as much) has crossed many lines in her words about Russ.

She is a dangerous ally in any case. I noticed since Nat told Chima Nat's real age, Chima has kept her secret, but has made remarks about age in conversations. She is not above using whatever weapons she has to accomplish her goal and Nat, who has been playing the game, made a mistake in telling Chima, I think. On the other hand, as a viewer, I think it was great step for Nat because I can see what happens because of it.

I think the wizard rule of not telling anyone is a clever one. Anyone who didn't get it will be trying to get all the other hgs to speak of it and make it invalid.

I don't see Michelle as a floater. At least not in the classic sense of the word. I think she is holding back and waiting to see who the end of the game power is. That is very difficult to do and if a hg can survive doing that, then they have indeed been playing the game all along. I don't know if she will survive it. Jeff also is a 'let them throw the stones' while I am sitting out back with a cigarette type of player at the moment.

I have no doubt that Michelle is with Jeff & Jordan.

Chima seems to be such a mean-spirited human being. She obviously enjoys the shock value of her statements and also seems to feel a strong sense of entitlement. When she steps over the line and she's doing it more often now, her lack of inner beauty rages. This is a person who loves to dish it out but definitely can't take any criticism herself. She is the biggest floater in the house IMO.

Wait until she watches this show later and finds out how little she really mattered to any of them.

Jackie, I'm not nearly as brainy as Michele but I identify with her the most, too. I've never quite fit in with the masses either.

Another great report from Jackie over on TV Squad.

Is it possible to file a defamation of character suit against someone if they agree to be on a reality show?

I agree that Chima has crossed the line. As Jackie said, "Chima once again said Russell is a terrorist and implied that he will do the next Amtrak bombing. I think her comments really cross the line. Say he's ugly or stupid, but don't cast aspersions that he's some sort of mad bomber!"

She has already tarred brushed one person as being a racist. Now she is going after a second person. Even if this is a staged fight, she is out of bounds here. I say slap her with a law suit and see what that does to her career.

Another pearl of wisdom that Jackie mentioned.. "at least I'm not a Ronnie". That in itself should give us all pause and make us thank you-know-who that we aren't either!

I am a bit disgusted with CBS and AG. This could be an interesting show. But they continue to dreg the bottom of the scum pond for hamsters. I am sure there are plenty of "normal" people of varying ages who would make an interesting show. Kevin, Michelle, Casey, Jeff and Jordan would have been a good start. You can have drama without it being contrived.

WV is stinkt - I am beginning to think this show stink(e)t(h).

Chima is a nasty person and I can barely look at her. Her inner self is making her outer self beyond ugly.
I hope the fight wasn't staged because I'd hate to think Russ really is with Jessie and Nat. I was exctited when it formed into a Michele, Jordan, Jeff and Russ alliance.
They really need to mix up the houseguests next year and do a variety of ages. Maybe 3 twenty something, 3 thirty something, 3 forty something, 2 fifty something and 2 sixty something.

Does anyone still think that Ronnie is going home, I just dont know anymore, it seems to be in the hands of Michelle and Kevin. a few days ago it seemed as if everyone(except Chima, Nat, and Jesse) was in favor of voting Ronnie out, my dream would be for Jeff or Jordan win HOH, put up Jesse and Nat and them win POV and let the Noms remain and vote out either one it doesnt make a difference, Is there anyone have my dream

Cha Cha said...

Ronnie is definetly going home. I have no doubt about that unless he gets CDT(which i doubt).
J/J would be awesome to win HOH then POV especially if they have CDT.
Nat or Jess have to go. It will be the only way to get them out.

I am convinced Ronnie is dilusional. He actually told Jesse that Jordan believed him last night. As soon as Ronnie left the room last night she said to Jeff she didnt believe him.
I think Jordan playing along is great. She isn't dumb at all.

There was one thing that really creeped me out in last nights episode - Natalie following Jessie to the bathroom. She actually followed him down to the bathroom and waited for him to come out. I don't know what it is with the Natalies that enter the BB house but they seem to become obsessed with their partners in the game (who can forget Gnat and Mattie).

Natalie may have lied about her age but her actions certainly are those of a love-struck teenager.

Well, I would kind of suspect that every hamster's family and friends are voting nonstop. Wouldn't you, if you knew one of the hamsters?

I was just making a point that Jordan wasn't falling for Ronnies crap.

I think yes she is gullible. She isn't just dumb.

Saying dumb and stupid things don't mean you are dumb and stupid.

Maybe she hasnt been able to receive the education and parenting you did.

For me I say stupid stuff all the time but am well educated.

Regarding Chima's flirting with Russell: blatant is exactly what it was. It went on for several days and it was continuous and overt. Not subtle at all, and the only difference between her and Lydia is that Russell would not permit anything to happen, as Jessie did with Lydia.

What's very unfortunate about it is that, from what I've read, Chima was a rape victim in the past, and her behavior with Russell will almost certainly reinforce the mistaken stereotype about rape victims. I hate even saying that, but I know that I thought about it in the sense that she was doing a major disservice to rape victims everywhere. It's, of couse, a delicate topic to even discuss, but on top of all of her blatant racism, especially towards middle easterners, she's just not got very much common sense about some things. Game or not.

formerly anon said...

As for whether the chima/russ fight was staged, I don't think it was but in no way will that prevent Russell and/or Chima from later claiming (to each other) that it was.

formerly anon said...

I had (another) disturbing thought: what if Kevin, concerned about Lydia's mental health in the house, decides to vote her out just to remove her from the source of her pain?

I can see him doing that but not telling a soul. I almost wouldn't fault him for it either.

PlaidChick said...

I agree with Cha Cha, Ronnie is going home. But, he will do whatever he has to do to stir it up. Today/tonight should be interesting in terms of what he says.

Michele is onto Natalie and her game and she's starting to squirm. I think if Jeff or Jordan don't win the CDT, a lot of people will be done with this show.

A lot of people are also saying the Russell/Chima fight was not staged even though the talk between them about staging the fight pretty much went down as they said it would. Tomorrow night's show will tell a lot since we'll see the DR sessions and they should tell us if it was or wasn't. Jordan said as it happened or shortly there after that she felt it was staged, and that she saw Russell wink at Chima. She's dangerous, and she will stick to Jessie and Natalie.

PlaidChick said...

Ronnie stayed up all night in Jeff and Jordan's ear. He told them that tomorrow's vote will be 7-0 to evict him, and he'll be embarrassed at it's the first of the season. Ummm, I would be more embarrassed by Ronnie's behavior, and lying about lies.

So Jordan says "ohhh you need a sympathy vote." Ronnie ran to Jessie and told him it would only take one of them to convince he needed a sympathy vote and he would stay. Jeff told Michele enough already, and I don't think Jordan will give him a sympathy card, let alone a vote.

Jessie is going to try to talk to Jeff later, but he's busy sleeping in the green room with Natalie, which I'm sick of seeing and BB not punishing them for sleeping anywhere but the doom room during the day.

Joe in NY said...

I still say: Thank God for Jessie, Natalie, Chima, Ronnie, and Lydia. How dull would it be with no one to hate in the house? I mean, I could only watch Jeff, Jordan, and Michelle bake cookies for about 10 minutes...LOL

Is there any real rule about napping in the green room? I think they definitely got away with eating fruit (grapes?) the other day though on slop. I think that was a bigger violation.

As for Ronnie vote bots: is that rumor at all substantiated? Even if it were, you can't really blame him for that since he's in the house and not behind it. It seems a bit hypocritical to libel Ronnie while complaining about the morals of the houseguests. I don't like the dude, but that doesn't make him a co-conspirator of Lee Harvey Oswald either.

OT:

I read that Paula Abdul wanted $12 million from $4 million last season. Now, based on what Simon and Ryan got, I can see her point, BUT what is she going to do instead that will get her anywhere near $4 million? I know she has a new supporting role in a cable series, but that probably doesn't even approach 7 figures for the season.

Come home Paula, we need you. We'll trade Kara and Randy for you in a heartbeat!

Joe in NY said...

If I were Jessie, I think I'd go to Jeff and try to make a deal offering to target Chima and Russell. Jeff might go for that considering the rather volatile displays of those two. And, in general, I don't think Jeff really has a problem with Jessie.

Anonymous said...

russ just talked heart to heart with Ronnie about how bad Michelle is. They don't like her 'cause she lies. Yeah, I know, go figure. Russ apologizes to Ron and saying anything bad about him. It was easier to watch the vomiting from the HOH spinning wheel.

Jessie's group is playing along that they are all voting out ronnie so that one sympathy vote from Jeff's side will keep him in. A good plan as far as game play, but I hope it doesn't play out that way.

monty924 said...

I've given up trying to figure Russell out.

Jeff just now to the DR. Please, oh please... BB Gods!

Jordan, Michelle and Jeff will NOT give Ronnie a sympathy vote, and neither will Kevin if he's as smart as I think he is. Nasty, Pinhead and Ronno (Jordanism) are just grasping at straws.

Zoetawny said...

Hi all!

Jackie...

Thanks so much for keeping us informed. Those of us who don't have the live feeds would miss so much without your reporting. I hope you find the "Ronnie the Rat" graphic I sent you over the weekend before it's too late. When I saw the comp last night with all those little rats I couldn't believe it.

It seems as though everyone is flip flopping as the whim of the day influences them.

Chima and Russell? EWWWWW! It was bad enough when Lydia was coming on to Jessie. Both Chima and Russell seem to cross the line with their antagonistic words.

Is Michelle really trying to infiltrate the Jessie gang? Maybe she's waited too long to try to befriend Jessie, Russell and Nat. I don't think they're buying it. I can understand Michele hanging back but now she's already been pinned as a floater. I hope she pulls it off.

Will we know tomorrow night who has the wizard power?

Does Natalie have a crush on Jessie? She won't leave him alone and it's so obvious that is the reason she's against Lydia. Please don't tell me that Natalie is going to be another "Gnat".

I hope Ronnie does get evicted. I'm tired of listening to his delusional attitude and the whinning and begging is really unflattering.

Thanks to all the live feed watchers here reporting. There's so much more going on in the house than the edited episodes reveal.

I was really surprised to hear that Paula is leaving Idol. Haven't we heard that before? Does she have something else in the works or did she ask for more $$ and was turned down?

Later~

Laurie said...

Hi Zoetawny!
I can't decide if Natalie has a crush on Jessie or if she wants to be Jessie! She certainly is joined at the hip and doesn't like anyone moving into her territory. One reason I'd like to see Jessie gone is to see if she has game on her own. I know some people think she does and that she calls the shots for Jessie, but mostly I see her as his willing and adoring slave (which makes me gag, of course!)

PlaidChick said...

Ronnie is using Michele as his little scapegoat. In his mind, if he goes home tomorrow, he wants her gone next week.

I think Jeff and Russell are saying Michele indeed is playing both sides just to keep that alliance of 4 quiet. If natalie and Jessie catch wind of it, they go up next week. Jessie and natalie are hungry to win HOH, after all it's THEIR HOH.

they both need to go. I don't like either one of their game play

Moe said...

Please, please, please just give Chima a case of lip gloss & send her home please. Or, put a bag over her head. Jesse did very good by not just jumping out of the bed when she was cuddling up next to him & stroking him & such.
AND Natalie needs to go ASAP!
And whoever is putting in their two cents about Paula Abdul here & there...Jackie Why are you letting this post in?? Or whoever is in charge needs to cut it!
There are plenty of places for AI addicts so not here, please!

Were the have-nots pardoned for this week? I keep reading about Jesse and Natalie eating cookies and Jessie drinking protein shakes and neither of them sleeping in the doom room, did I miss their pardon? If so, how was it awarded to them?

PlaidChick said...

No they're not pardoned. Jessie and Natalie are not allowed to sleep, nap, whatever you call it, except in the doom room. Every morning this week when BB tells them it's time to get up for the day, they go to the green room to go to sleep, as the lights have to remain on for the day. BB got on their case about it over the weekend, but not since.

Kevin ate grapes by accident, and he got an extra day of slop. The have-nots are allowed to drink protein shakes, slop and what we gave them (squid and squash). BB want this to be the Jessie show.

Listening to the feeds while they rehash this nonsense over and over. Now they're on Kevin's case about Lydia. Ronnie is in the pool room listening.

OK, the discussion in the red room: Chima, Natalie and Jessie. launch straight into an attempt to get Kevin to vote Lydia out by telling him Lydia sold him out to everyone regarding the chess moves...

Natalie, Chima and Jessie are
working overtime to keep Ronnie...

Lydia is in the DR and if she catches wind of this, the big fight will happen. Get your popcorn ready

joy n said...

I don't get why J&N are getting away with all that either. I read here somewhere that Kevin got an extra day of slop for eating grapes. I think Jesse and Natalie should get another week of "havenot" as they've been cheating all week.

To say that Ronnie wouldn't know about bots is ridiculous. He's a nerd! He probably had his wife and, dare I say his "friends" (would he really have any?) all lined up to do just that before he ever left home for BB.

It seems kind of dumb to berate Michele now with the vote one day away. Do the TH really think that that will make her want to save Ronnie?

I agree with Laurie. They should pick one person (Jordan?) to say she'll give Ronnie that sympathy vote and then just screw him over tomorrow night. You know, the same way the TH play this game.

actually, I was the one who pointed out (in the last Sunday live blog party comments)the idea that if there was a personality test, the producers must have chosen those they knew could not handle conflict appropriately and suffered from certain mental disorders from narcissism (Jessie), bipolarity (Lydia) to loss of temper (Russell)
