Big Brother 11 Live Feeds Through Monday Daytime 8/10

Finger-lickin' good slop!

This house needs some shaking up. I want a brouhaha! I want a cat fight! Fisticuffs would be a welcome respite from the doldrums. Hey, throw in a unicorn and I'm so there.

Here are the day's happenings from that Big Brother House of Acrimonious Anti-Allies:
  • After getting up, Kevin was directed to the diary room where there was a brief audio leak. He was receiving instructions on how to do the PoV. Not whether to use it or not, mind you.
  • Then, when the time came (blocked feeds and all) ... he did NOT use the veto to save Lydia. He's going on the promises that she's definitely safe.
  • Lydia isn't a happy camper. Nor would I be if my best friend in the house won the veto and didn't save me with it.
  • Ah, something new and different -- Michele trash-talked Russell to Kevin. Russell's a terrorist, y'know.
  • Chima told Kevin she's angry that Natalie never follows the direction of BB and thinks she can do whatever she wants. I'm paraphrasing there, but you get the general idea. BB tells Natalie to get up, she doesn't -- that kind of thing.
  • Natalie apparently didn't cooperate when BB told her to "look alive" just before the PoV meeting.
  • Chima thinks that Jeff has the "wizard power" because he's always getting called to the diary room and hasn't started any drama.
  • Huh? Jeff has never been one to start drama in the house. He tries to avoid drama.
  • Jeff made a slop concoction; Jordan made a fruit salad.
  • And life goes on.
Today's song lyrics:
There was green alligators and long-necked geese,
Some humpty-backed camels and some chimpanzees.
Some cats and rats and elephants, but sure as you're born,
The loveliest of all was the unicorn.
-- As sung by The Irish Rovers

Wow, the house is as exiting as watching paint dry...

It's so much fun watching Lydia and Jordan clean house. Thinking about that, Natalie never does a thing! The others wash dishes once in a while, but all Natalie does is lay around and connive with Jessie, when she isn't sleeping.

Nat also ate Queen Chima's candy without permission. The girl has no respect for boundaries. : ) I hope she and Chima get into it soon.

Thanks Jackie.

Jordan has been organizing the refrigerator for over an hour. With the frig door open. I thought that house is supposed to be green. Wasting energy on a hot day, I am cringing.

No house with a hot tub, video and sound in every room, and 4000 sq. feet would ever qualify as green (IMHO)

I like that shot of Lydia. It's very Lucy-esque and glamorous in spite of the outfit.

I would love to see Natalie duke it out with Chima. That would bring the energy to the table for sure. It just feels like someone is ready to snap any minute.

Susan, you have a great unicorn picture. I don't know, I may have to run with the unicorns.

Jackie, thanks for the song. It's one of my favs and now it's in my head for the night.

WV: heape There's a whole heape of lyin' goin' on in the BB house!

So Natalie is dirty and lazy!

Reality TV World has an interview with Ratty Ronnie. The man is delusional and talks out of both sides of his mouth. He still thinks he's wonderful. Blech!

Susan in MA said...

Thanks, Laurie. I'd like anyone to duke it out about now.

What happened to Natalie's pit bull behavior? Maybe somebody needs to start something with Jessie to draw her out of her boring shell. Lydia should start sniffing around him again ... yeah, that should do it!

ciplogiv ... I think ciplogiv is good for things that cause itchy rashes.

I'm confused....did Kevin use the POV on himself? Who is on the block?

Laurie said...

Kevin didn't use it and Kevin wasn't on the block. Lydia (Kevin's bff) and Russell are on the block.

I read on another blog that Jeff cannot vote, it this true, because if not, he certainly has to put up Jess and Nat to be assured that one of them has to leave. Does anyone know if this is true or not.

OT, I have an 8 Month old Maltese and she has stoppped eating,I have changed her food twice in the last month but she still wont eat anyting but doggie treats, I dont think she's ill because she runs jumps and plays as usual. She was in heat about a month ago that caught me trully by surprise because I had been asking her Vet to spayed her and he just kept suggesting I wait until she was seven months so I did and she came into heat before I could get her spayed. I hope some of you animal lovers can give me some suggestions as to why she might not be eating and how I might be able to ger her to do so.Ilove her so much.

But Jackie said...
Jessie is sure that Jeff must have the wizard power. He thinks that Jeff will take Lydia and Kevin off the block and he and Natalie will go up.

So I thought Kevin was on the block somehow and Russell was off. Why is Jesse talking about taking Kevin off if he wasn't on?

Joe in NY said...

To anonymous with the Maltese:

Is she having regular movements? There is no need to panic as long as she is:
1) not vomiting
2) passing stool normally

If she starts vomiting or stops having movements, it is possible that she has a blockage - not uncommon with small dogs,
particularly if she's somewhat oral.

As long as she is drinking water and behaving normally, I wouldn't panic. But keep an eye on her for any further changes. My dog often will go a couple days barely eating, sometimes he's just fussy, sometimes he's just a little under the weather.

If this has been going on for a month, you might want to go back to her old food (if you can) to see if she'll eat that. Some breeds, especially pampered or stubborn ones (like mine) will hold out for a better offer. If you withhold the treats, does she eat her food? She might just be playing you...

Jackie, I loved that song!

Malteese lover I agree with Joe. My malteese can leave his food all day and not eat it....then the next day ravenous. When I first got him he was very picky about food, His regular diet is that canned Ceasar food, and Trader Joes dry Holistic at night....he would eat chicken treats before anything so some times I would chop them up in his food and then he ate all the food.
Playing drinking, eliminating...its all good.

Love the Unicorns Susan and Laura. I have mine ready to bust out on Thursday, but I'm keeping my wizard vibes flowing to Jeff until then. And Jackie, love the Unicorn lyrics. I've been singing it over and over since I read your post.

I know everyone is questioning the Coup rules, so... this is a Youtube of Julie Chen giving Boogie his instructions during the original year of the Coup (S7). The rules could be different this season, but BB/CBS aren't saying anything. We'll probably find out when the WIZARD uses it on Thursday.

As with all things BB on youtube, it may not be available. It was still up on Saturday. I watched it. Youtube had been down for maintanence, but when it comes back up check this out.

Sorry... Laurie - not Laura! :(

OT My suggestion is to take her to the vet. Let them exam the dog and come up suggestions as to what the problem could be. Changing the dogs food could certainly factor in why she is not eating.

My vets said that if you are going to buy over the counter dog food Purina One is the best, that it is almost as good as what you get at the vet. Plus they never had a recall on any of their products.

Thank You Joe in NY and TerryinCA, I really appreicate your suggestions, My little baby is very spoiled but she has never refused to eat, I tried mixing some of her treats into her food and she was smart enough to seperate the pieces out of her bowl and leave the ones she didnt want all over the kitchen floor, I'll take your advice and if she continues I'll have to take her to the Vet and pay a cazillion dollars (smile), because I have been worried sick. Thank you again.

perhaps your kitty is preggers and is simply craving dog treats. LOL.

Seriously,n I hope your baby is ok. I know how much I love mine and how devastating it is when one of them is sick and can't tell you what's wrong.

Michelle and Chima are bonding. Weird....Yeah that'll last. Michelle looks like Karl Malden from the front but she looks exactly like Richard Nixon from the side. hmm....

Whatever casting director chose Natalie to be on National TV should lose his/her job. That My Humble Opinion. The girl is as exciting as watching paint dry.

I'm praying for Jeff to be bold on Thursday!

OOPs, Susan already mentioned watching paint dry here!

Maybe I should watch some paint dry!

Natalie is a disgusting freaking pig !!! She NEVER showers and picks her nose all the time and then flicks it on the ground. She should be a freaking man not a woman. I still say she is a lesbian and can't believe that no one in the house has not caught onto the fact that she is a little more than just a tomboy! (I could care less that she is a lesbian but damn she could try to act like a lady!!!)

Thinks that Jeff needs to use the Coup d' and turn the house upside down and break up that jessie grossalie alliance!! Shima will freak out it will be brilliant!!!

And now, we have playdoh! Night

Jackie, first let me say congratulations on hitting the 2 million mark! Although I'm not surprised. You've given us a safe and friendly place to read, chat and make friends.

Thanks for making a silly TV show an important part of so many lives. Not because of the show, but because of the friendships that have blossomed.

I've been too busy to keep up with all that's been going on in the house, but finally got caught up. It's been pretty interesting reading everyone's take on what Jeff should or should not do with his "wizard power."

I, for one would love to see him put up Jessie and Natalie. If for no other reason than to see the reactions in the house. I can see the benefits and pitfalls of both sides. But only because so many here have pointed them out so clearly. LOL

I actually have more of a reason than just wanting to see the reactions. I really, really want to see either J or N walk out that door. I'm leaning towards hoping it will be Natalie. I think she's playing the game well enough that she will do better without him than he would without his pit bull. Then he can let his unicorn poke and prod him out the door the next week.
