Big Brother 12 - Live Feeds Into the Dawn, Tuesday July 27

I wonder if BB got Matt's PJ's from a costume shop.

I keep expecting the unexpected but BB just isn't delivering it. Oh, I long for the days of a Cappy showdown or an Evel Dick brouhaha. Although there are definite sides in the house, these folks just aren't lively --- and they get along too well, even the "enemies." Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of The Problem with Pawns:
  • It really looks like Andrew's speech during the PoV ceremony might have sealed his fate. I don't know exactly what was said, but most of the house is pro-Kathy now.
  • Brendon and Rachel can't agree on the vote. Trouble in paradise, eh? Their votes will likely cancel each other out. Not a good thing for power players in the house.
  • Lane thinks that Hayden doesn't have a personality and possesses a dry sense of humor.
  • I'm not all that into Hayden, but contend that if he indeed has a dry sense of humor, he has a personality.
  • Hayden does seem a bit boring. Maybe it's because I can't see his eyes.
  • Britney mentioned that she's been on a lot of cruises, Hayden's been on none.
  • I've never been on a cruise. I've been on whale-watching and deep sea fishing boats, but I guess it's not the same.
  • Lane agreed with Ragan about keeping Kathy this week.
  • Lane claims it will be Brendon and Rachel's fault if Andrew leaves this week.
  • Huh? Especially if their votes cancel each other out! I guess he means it's because of the Rachel/Brendon/Andrew connection.
  • Kristen told Matt for sure she'll be voting for Andrew to go.
  • They talked about how BB is editing them. Matt says that the show is portraying Enzo as total Jersey guy and capitalizing on the popularity of The Jersey Shore.
  • He does have a point there.
  • Britney is on her Hayden/Kristen being brother/sister kick still. She said that Kristen told her that her parents named all the children with "en" at the end of their names.
  • Meanwhile, watching and listening to Hayden and Kristen shows they're no way brother and sister. If it's some kind of surprise reveal, they're going to be horrified at their actions.
  • Britney thinks Andrew has eaten some non-kosher items. Don't ask me ... unless it's something blatant, I don't know.
  • Enzo doesn't think he's anyone's target. He's basically right although he doesn't realize that he's considered a bit sketchy by Brendon and Rachel.
  • Matt thinks it will be an 8-0 vote to evict Andrew. Maybe, possibly a 7-1 if Rachel sticks to her guns.
  • Looks like Captain Kosher is piloting a sinking ship.

Reality TV World says that CBS has announced that they will air a BB two hour finale after the Survivor Nicaruaga premiere on Wed. Sept. 15at 9pm.

For one hour, the hg's will reunite and discuss their season. I can't wait to hear what R&B will have to say.

That's my birthday.

Jackie, I really hope that show will be a lot more exciting than this season has been so far. For all the hard work you put in here, they need to do at least that much on your B-day. LOL!

Still, I won't miss an episode, just in case these dullards kick it up a notch.

I spelled Nicaragua wrong. Oops.

Really joyn... you spelled Micaruguo wrong... OH NO!!! You're the one I go to for spelling! LOL

Never get yourself put up as a pawn! 9 times out of 10, you're going home! I know Andrew didn't volunteer, as Matt did, but...sounds like he sealed his fate with his speech... Can't wait to hear it... We need a good laugh.

Happy Birthday on 9/15 Jackie... just in case I forget. NEVER!!!

I don't understand why everyone in the house is so friendly. Why can't we have a good fight, preferably between Brendan and Rachel. Oh, never mind, I wouldn't be able to stomach the make up.

Maybe we should role play here Jackie... at least it would be something going on... certainly nothing much going on IN the house.

That's going to be one boring reunion show, unless things start to heat up PDQ.

joyn, a reunion show could be interesting or funny ... or not. It's a good concept but, boy oh boy, not this year! Thanks for letting us. I'm not shooting the messenger, honestly!

Wasn't BB11 a two hour finale.
If I remember correctly they didn't really have a reunion per say..They didn't reveal the winner till the end. I really hate when that happens.
Yesterday afternnon with the veto meeting it did seem to pick up with the feeds for a little while. Then back to dullsville.

JimmyB, Cappy was the short bald firefighter that the Nerd Herd idolized.

Andrew was pretty much the only person in the house I like. Regan would be second choice. I hate to see Andrew go. It's just so boring and disappointing this season. I look forward to it every summer and it's a big let down. Who casts these people? Mix it up next time!

Thank you Lucy! It's starting to come back :)

Monty posted this yesterday on a precious post. I just found it and I don't think I was the only person who was trying to remember just what the coup d'état was.

Thanks Monty for refreshing our memories!

The coup d'état was a power to overthrow the HoH's nominees within two weeks of evictions. Jeff didn't use it the first week, because they were safe. He did use it on the second week to remove the tattooed chick and someone else (?) and he named Natalie and Jesse. :)

I loved it because the ROAD CONE hit the door that night. :) Monty

LOL, Laurie. I remembered later that it was Lydia and Russell that Jeff saved with the power. :)

That's a cool birthday gift from CBS, Jackie!

Sure hope you didn't have any big plans for your birthday, Jackie. Bet you'll be kept busy all night, blogging the show here and then writing your season finale coverage for TV Squad. We'd all better bring some especially good cyber treats!

I wonder if they'll bring all the houseguests back for the reunion, or just those on the jury.

Did you get extra memory installed, Monty? I could use that myself.

That last post was from me--forgot to enter my name. :)

LOL...no, I'm not trying to take credit for Laurie's post. The anon @4:38 post was from me.

Ok, this is funny! I just went to the CBS community site and did the latest poll "Who is your least favorite houseguest". Out of 2134 votes, Rachel has 31% (654 votes) and Brittany has 22% (472 votes). I can't wait for Rachel to find out that America didn't like her!

OMG Britney got 22% I Love Britney and her Briteyness

I don't know if anyone has mentioned this before, but I now think that Brendon and Andrew are related. Certain ways you view them on camera they have the same features and mannerisms. Brendon being the better looking :-)

I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks this season is boring and needs some seasoning to spice it up. Isn't there another "twist" to look forward to since the saboteur twist was a dud?

If it weren't for reading Jackie's witty posts I wouldn't be watching BB at all.

Oh Jackie, I see you haven't read the email I sent a while back with a new graphic attached. I thought it was time to retire the mole/saboteur graphic. ;)

Have to get back to work now.

Ciao~

JimmyB said...

Eileen--It has been mentioned and is an interesting possibility.

Hey Zoetawny... good to know you're out there, even if you can't comment often. Love your graphics as usual.

You have to come to Jackies and get a pick-me-up or you wouldn't be able to continue watching this boredom! She's our BB salvation!

I like Britney too Anon 6:23... She's not as catty with Monet gone!

Matt is so into himself he's making me want to barf... and he's my pool pick. Promise I won't do that in the pool!
