YAY! I'm glad the veto wasn't used. Won't really miss Kristen much.

Ok, I just looked at the screen cap and I do feel a little sorry for her having to wear that ridiculous outfit. I mean, the unitard is one thing but that wig...

Laurie said...

The wig is sad, isn't it? She does look like Mrs Roper as someone said yesterday. Will she have to go out the door in that? I hope not!

Kristin certainly made her own bed. She had just witnessed Andrew self-destruct by repeatedly offending those with the power to seal his fate, and then——even as they voted——openly confronting them! He made it an 8-zip no brainer. Then, minutes later, Kristin torched herself first by badgering, and then declaring open war against the newly-crowned HOH.

I wish I could compete in a game for big money against those two fools.

The unitard and wig should be the least of Kristin's embarrassments.

Good...smart stuff happens sometimes. Definitely the better move for everyone except Kristen.

Does anybody know why Brit didn't use the pov? The last I heard was Brenchal formed an alliance with H/K and was to let Brit take off Kristen and put Kathy up. That was the plan I read about this morning Did Rachel change her mind when she talked to Brit by changing who she would put up? Or was she just playing Hayden/Kristen?

Rachel and Britney talked right before the POV ceremony and Rachel changed her mind about Brit using the POV. She said something like if it was used she might replace with Lane instead of Kathy. They decided that Britney wouldn't use it and Britney wanted to tell Hayden the decision, but she immediately got called to the Diary Room and the POV ceremony started after that, so Hayden & Kristen did not know that the deal was off. I can't wait to see that ceremony on tv. I for one am glad it wasn't used. I thought it was not a smart move for Britney to make at all. I love my wv "entowin" Britney is en to win!

I am glad to hear that the veto was not used. As Anon. said, Kristen did herself in by being so hateful.

Someone said they still did not like Britney because she is mean talking in the DR. Why is she any meaner than Hayden saying he would rather commit suicide rather than go to the HOH room or Gonzo, I mean Enzo acting like Rachel's pictures and stuff were the best thing since white bread?

The whole visiting the HOH room last night reminded me of things we have to go through in the corporate world just because we are supposed to show respect for people who sometimes don't deserve it at all. I just hate that game and it's one of the reasons I don't want to me in management again. Kissing up to people I have no respect for is nauseatingly upsetting. I get what Kristin was doing but we all knew she was ending her game by doing it.

:barf:

Kristen is pleading her case to Britney right now, keeps saying how she's an "asset" to keep in the house.

Well, she's about half right anyway. Especially with that wig!

Re: Laurie

The "corporate game" isn't so much "kissing up" to a person you disrespect. It is respecting the position they hold, and the authority they have. The same is true in the BB house, in real families, and any setting with hierarchy and/or team dynamics.

If you're inclined to show up someone who out-ranks you, you should understand the risk you are taking, the probable consequences, and consider the more viable options you may have. Otherwise, as Kristen and Andrew illustrate, "what goes around comes around", and you're likely to end up on your world's equivalent of Julie's couch.
