Big Brother 12 - Live Feeds Into Thursday Dawn, August 26

Ragan thinks the competition is geared towards Hayden and Lane.

Here's the skinny from inside that Big Brother House of a Defeated Diabolical Super Genius and His Little Buddy:
  • In the beginning, they took turns practicing for the comp.
  • Then Brendon and Enzo got ticked because they thought Britney was hogging the practice time.
  • Lane told Enzo that Britney told him that Brendon is trying to get himself (Brendon), Ragan and Britney to work together.
  • If they did work together, they could smash the non-comp-winning group.
  • They have an ant infestation throughout the house.
  • I guess that's better than bedbugs.
  • Britney thinks it might not be a double eviction and that the catapult ball into segmented wooden doohickey is the trial set-up for HOH.
  • She's wrong. Well, it could be HOH, but it's certainly a double eviction.
  • Britney told Ragan that she believes Lane when he says that the only prize he took in the POV was the phone call.
  • Britney tried to convince the Brigade Boys Minus One that they need to go after Brendon, not Ragan, next.
  • Enzo wants to give a funny speech.
  • Ragan stayed up way late practicing with Matt retrieving balls for him.
  • He can't believe his fate comes down to a water-filled ball on a teeter-totter.
  • Towards the time he gave up, Hayden came out.
  • Hayden landed the ball wherever he said he would.
  • Ragan feels defeated.
  • Matt is still trying to pep talk his little buddy.
  • Matt is resigned to going home.

Thanks for updated Jackie

Just makes me laugh and start off day great.

Thanks

Matt and Ragan are reminding me of the Skipper and Gilligan. Not in looks, of course. The Skipper was a tad larger than Matt!

RyzandShyn said...

That appears to be an official catapult ball into segmented wooden doohickey.
Glad to hear some talk finally of Brendon, Britney and Ragan working together. I'm not sure I believe there will be a committment, but from our view it makes sense.
Britney must think she and Ragan can beat the BM1 if Brendon isn't around to beat she and Ragan. She must be thinking that Brendon would drag Ragan to the F2 and not her, so he has to go.
Hayden has been good at the eye-hand ball comps...bowling and pinball, and Brendon has not.

JimmyB said...

That's hilarious, Jackie. Ragan definitely is Gilliganish.:)

I agree--great way to start the day! Thanks.

One thing I've been wondering about... I understand that with Rachel there, the house was against both Brendon and Rachel. What puzzles me is why they still are so dead set against Brendon now. He seems much better in several ways without Rachel there, at least to my view. Is it just hamster blindness due to obsession with getting Brenchel out? Is it because he's obviously good at comps? I'm curious about what y'all (channeling Britney) think?
Thanks, Sasha

Joe in NY said...

sash,

I agree with you. I've been saying the same thing. They can't seem to let go of the "get rid of Brendon" theme. When they were going after Brenchel, I asked out loud what they would do once they were gone because that has been their ONLY goal all season. Funny thing is, it still is! Not a very imaginative group of hamsters.

Britney must think she has Lane and Ragan so Brendon is expendable. If Matt outs the Brigade she may have to redo her math. Of course Lane will just show up and tell her that he was just pretending to be in the grade and he would never vote her out and she'll go all gooey again.

Best move for Brit is to work with Brendon. Don't know why she won't at least consider it.

Anonymous said...

So if Hayden, Enzo, or Lane wins head of household who will they most likely put up?

cha cha said...

If anyone is interested Britney's HOH blog is up. It actually is a good blog after hearing the mooshy family stuff but I actually enjoyed that too. It seems she is realy close with her family. I would probably write the same things if I were in her shoes.

She really isn't that mean to Brendon in the blog either.

Sasha... I feel that way still about Brendon the same as I said in the last post.

Just when I start to like him, he says something about doing this for Rachel, and he ruins it for me. The mere mention of her name makes me gag.

So... I wouldn't even care if he won and then gave all the money to her... and she left him and spent all of his money ... as long as he didn't mention her ever again.

Call me silly, but her name is like chalk on a blackboard...

I am so hoping Brendon wins either the HOH or POV, I would love to see Britney go home. I think I read on one of the other post here that Matt is now trying to help Brendon and Ragan practice for the up coming comps and telling the two of them to stick together and I think he will eventually tell them about the brigade. Britney with her sick obsession to get rid of Brendon cant see the forest for the trees, does she really think after watching the guys take all of those prizes that any of them are really looking out for her, cant she see that all the guys in the beginning were sending all the females home. She's going to get just what she deserves, I believe any one of them might put her up with the exception of Ragan, and Brendon should put her for sure.

At least Gilligan didn't CRY all the time! LOL

I just read Brendon's HOH Blog from last week and laughed out loud at this...

After this is all over, I am hoping she will move to LA in support of my career as a Biomedical Physicist and to pursue her own career as a scientist.

Really Brendon? She's never leaving her beloved Vegas. Don't you remember her telling you that? That would also mean that she would put you before her own wants. We all know that will never happen!!

Anonymous said...

Anon 9:42

If any one of the Brigade members win HOH they will not put up one of their own, so I think you're probably wrong about Ragan being put up with Enzo.

RBennie said...

Good show last night. Why didn't BB show a few of Britney's zingers on Jesse? I'm surprised to see that Matt has given up. I didn't expect that from him. I hope he does turn on the Brigade in his speech tonight. He should also say point blank that Britney, Ragan and Brendon need to team up. Can you imagine the looks on E/H/L's faces? Priceless.

Anonymous said...

Brendon what is wrong with you regarding Rachel, if you dont win the money you're toast, and even if you do once the money is gone you're so out of her life, her moving out of Vegas for YOU is NEVER going happen.

lynn1 said...

I have not liked Hayden since day one. I think it is interesting that he said that the brigade needed to get rid of Matt because he (Matt) was the head of the snake. IMHO it is a 2 headed snake with Hayden being the 2nd head.
Hayden is like an assasin. He is quiet and deadly. I would not be surprised to see him win it all.

chris said...

I think this ball thingie is for the POV not hoh.
not sure why the hamsters don't realize or even think that.
It could however be questions about the house and you have to get the ball in the answer. There was something similar with the year of Dan

chris said...

Joe

Brit does not consider working with Brendon cause she has no idea about the brigade.
She was upset as soon as they talked about backdooring matt prior to POV. At that moment she had worries about her own safety with Brendon. The boys screwed her over that way.
She is hoping Ragan keeps her safe which is why she told him of matt's plan.
Considering the number of comp wins among hay/lane/enzo she was/is better off teaming with ragan and brendon.
wonder if ragan would ever go for it himself?
right now brit is in a bad position and does not know how bad.
she needs that POV

RBennie said...

I think Brit is well aware of the precarious position she is in. She knew that the minute Brendon won POV. I'm worried for her, because that thing they are practicing doesn't look like something she will be very good at. The only one of those guys that I think won't put her up is Ragan.

ML said...

Can you blame Brendon for putting her up? Britney has basically spit in his face and derided him. While I would much rather see Ragan go, just like Matt did with unnecessary lies and nastiness to Brendon in his DPOV speech, Britney has put herself in this position.

Ragan also seems much better now that he has faced Matt's betrayal. I still don't care for him, but I'm glad to see he is acting less as a victim.
ML
my wv is imoonize-I wish Brendon could imoonize himself from this DE tonight.

DKNYNC said...

Since Matt's attempt to throw Ragan under the bus backfired is anyone else thinking he's laying low just pretending to be depressed and resigned to being voted out? He obviously had to allow Ragan time to get over being betrayed but now he's "helping" Brendon & Ragan and if he outs the Brigade at the last minute and doesn't give them time for damage control it could be enough to keep him in the game.

Hayden & Lane are obvious votes for Enzo but if Brendon & Ragan vote to keep Matt then Britney is the deciding vote. She will be very upset that Lane has lied to her and may vote out Enzo. If Matt can make them believe that keeping him makes an alliance of 4 against 2 Brigade members whereas voting him out leaves 3 Brigade members vs Ragan, Britney & Brendon.

I realize no one trusts Matt but if they believe him when he tells them about the Brigade they will realize the Brigade has been lying all season also.

Exactly!!!! It's driving me nuts watching all of this!

The best thing Regan and Britney can do for eachother is team up with Brendon. OMG, they would blow them away in comps, I've never seen such "stupid" intelligent people before! LOL!

This is truly frusterating to watch. So many times Britney and Ragan had a chance to change their fate but instead choose to be sitting ducks, I don't get it!. Come on Brendon, Come on Brendon win this pleaseeeeee.

Ninboh said...

I honestly think Britney just hates Brendon as a person and she is playing personal and not strategic. She never stops saying mean things about him behind his back either to others in the house or in the DR to us. If Britney is too stupid to realize that Brendon actually wants to work with her and not against her, then she deserves to get beat by the Brigade.

Anonymous said...

I wouldn't blame Brendon for putting her up but I don't know that he would do it. I think he realizes that he needs numbers to stay in the house and even though he's buddies with Hayden and Enzo I don't think he trusts them. Why did he pick Brit for the handcuffs? He said they needed to spend time together but I think he did it for other reasons. If he can get Brit & Ragan on his side then after Matt goes it's 3 on 3. Brendon may not be as dumb as we think he is...

Ninboh said...

Oh yeah and I just want to add that we are clearly headed for a repeat of the Keesha-Memphis thing. Lane is going to be the one who evicts Britney, almost guaranteed.

chris said...

I want matt to out the brigade just to see the fallout, of any kind.
I think he should meet with brit, ragan and brendon as he seems to be doing, and encourage them to help each other.
Then after they take that in for an hour or two he should tell them about the brigade, give some real hard evidence. Perhaps have them listen in on a brigade talk!!!
and then he may just get to stay.
I don't care for him so I hope he is not that smart!
If it were me I would have brit hide in hoh or somewhere and have a brigade meeting for her to hear!

RitaD said...

ROFL @ squatio!!

Sasha said...

Thanks, Joe and meb, guess it's just not letting go of a grudge. LOL @ Brit will go all gooey again. And...LOL at just when you start to like Brendon, he mentions Rachel. Yeah, when it comes to that (her) he is one messed up boy. Oh well, it will be interesting to see how this goes forward.

Hard to believe Matt doesn't have something up his sleeve but who knows if anything will work in his favor at this point. Guess he didn't "orchestrate" this whole thing as well as he thought.

Mimi6343 said...

@ Meb- I feel the same way about Brendon. As soon as I start liking him again and hoping he kicks the stupid brigade members out, he goes and starts talking out loud to Rachel and I just lose it.

At this point the only person I might be happy to see win the game is Regan. mabye

Really? said...

I'm confused, I have seen nothing on Joker's to indicate Matt or Brendon are trying to form a Brit/Rag/Bren/Matt alliance against the BG. But I see lots of people here talking about it as if it's happening.

Britney wants Brendon out bad, it is personal, she appears to hate him because he said something about how Nick is playing around behind her back.

He of course apologized, and she has said things a thousand times meaner about him and Rachel behind his back but Britney is holding a grudge big time and IMHO even if Matt outs the BG, Britney will not team with Brendon against Lane, ever.

Meanwhile Matt nearly constantly betrays Ragan to the BG. He even told Hayden he (Matt) won't feel bad if Ragan follows Matt to the JH because Matt needs someone to talk to besides Rachel and Kathy. That's cold.

Matt is leaving this week whether he outs the BG or not. The top two targets in the house during DE are Ragan and Brendon. I hope Brendon wins the POV, stays, and can then play in the next HOH, that gets him into the F4.

Anonymous said...

Nobody is saying that it's a sure thing. We're all talking about how we would like to see it play out. Several people here do have the feeds so if they say Matt is working with the others to help them in comps then that's probably happening.

Anon-MA said...

Hi all. Is anyone watching the feeds? Is any "game play" actually going on? I can't wait for tonight. :-)

Joe in NY said...

ORK,

When Julie asked Rachel "what's next for you?" She did say "I guess I'm moving to LA."

RBennie said...

I'm not watching the feeds, but I am checking in on Jokers. They pretty much are just starting to get up for the day. They were locked in HOH for a while. Britney packed up her stuff in the HOH room. They are cleaning up and looking for clothes for tonight, etc.

RBennie said...

Yes Joe, I remember that too. She did say she was moving to L.A. Even if she does move, Vegas will go with her, because after all she is Vegas.

IAgirlsmom said...

It's strange to me, with all the lying Matt has already done, that he keeping the Brigade alliance close to the vest. Why can't he see that he has nothing to lose by outing them?
Maybe the better question is, why does this frustrate me so? Really.
I'll miss it live tonight for school volunteering but maybe can check in here with a Blackberry.
Fingers crossed for Brendon.

Joe in NY said...

UGH! Read Britney's blog. She still thinks Brendon is her biggest threat. She's clueless. Gonna end up biting her in the butt. I'd kind of love to see the look on her face when Lane votes her out.

Elizabeth Beetschen said...

I so hope Matt does an Andrew and outs the Brigade in his outgoing speech. Otherwise, this next lil bit of time may be way too predictable.

ML said...

Ragan is the one person I would least like to see win. And that's cold Joe, but i guess I am too, because I think Brit's facial expression will be priceless. I hate to see her hurt though. As far as Matt goes, he has said some gratuitously mean and spiteful things in front of everybody, particularly about Brendon, and I can't see him leaving with his mouth shut about the brigade. He will drop the bomb I'm sure, but it will probably fizzle. Just as well; I want Matt gone.
ML

Anonymous said...

I still say Rachel won't move to LA. She may have told Julie she would but then again, she was on live TV...what was she supposed to say? She told Brendon flat out that she's not leaving her beloved Vegas! It's in her blood!!

Anon-MA said...

Thanks - I did check Jokers and it looked like nothing had been posted for almost 4 hours, so I wondered what was up.

I read Britney and Brendon's HOH blogs. Britney definitely is a little off in her assessment of people, but she pretty much had a good word to say about everyone in the house. She didn't even really rip Brendon.

Brendon's blog, on the other hand, had a lot of bitterness in it I think. And hello Brendon, do you really think you found your true love?? (let me rephrase that - Brendon, can you get back to us all in 6 months and let us know how it's going?)

Jackie S. said...

Almost nothing is going on. They've napped most of the day.

Thanks Jackie.

Just out of idle curiosity, when there is a double eviction or the dPOV scenario and therefore an unexpected eviction, does someone from BB come in later and pack that person's stuff? Or do the other HGs do it and leave the bag in the yard for BB staff or what? I told you I'm bored!!!

meb said...

MA.. usually a friend does it, but for those who may be left after Matt goes, then gets voted out... do any of them have any friends left to pack for them?? BWAAHAAHAHAHAHA

Oh dear... I'm bored too.

cha cha said...

Matt whispered to Haydon a little while ago not to trust Britney.
I think Matt has totally just given up or he really is Brigade to the end. Which his end is tonight.

He may also not say anything in the house and wait to Jury house like Jesse did last year with the whole Gnat is really 24 thing. If a Brigade member and another houseguest makes the final two everyone in jury votes against the brigade member. There will only be three brigade on the jury if that happens and Matt may vote the other way.

Anon-MA said...

They should be worried that a dead fish will be in the bag!!

I was thinking, Enzo should leave the penguin head in someone's bed a la The Godfather. That would be pretty funny.

Yup, still bored. (this has been a looonggg work week and I finished a bit earlier than expected and drumming my fingers hoping I can stay awake for tonight's show) ;-)

Anonymous said...

I'm curious as to why Brendon chose Britney to be handcuffed with him. We didn't see talking game or anything, is it possible that the might have a secret alliance. Then again it's probably my wishful thinking, because I'm sure he didnt want to be handcuffed to a guy so she was his only choice."Please send Britney home next. for being so incrediably stupid and foolish.

FA (Formerly Anon) said...

If Matt truly has even the spark of genius in him, then he will make a big move as his parting shot, outing the Brigade in some sort of convincing manner such that it gives him a chance at staying.

If he doesn't do at least that, then he's been BSing all of us the whole time about how smart he is.

Bark Bark said...

FA -- Matt has absolutely been BS'ing everyone about how smart he is. Have you seen much in the way of smart game play from him? I've seen some blunders, that's about it. I hope Chen-Bot asks him tonight what's up with the hands in pants routine. So gross for anyone over 7, whose name isn't Al Bundy.

RyzandShyn said...

Chris,
That's a good plan you have there.
I hope Matt says something, and not as the Defeated Diabolical Super Genius but as an advocate, advisor...I know, dream on.

OMG I never figured as far ahead as Lane being the one to vote out Brit, but that would really hurt.

Excited for tonight!

OT: Are those of you across the country getting constant news coverage of the controversy over the mosque being built around Ground Zero? I was wondering if it is very hot news only in the NYC area or across the whole country.

Your probably right, it's doubtful Brendon wanted to be handcuffed to another male.

I doubt Brendon would trust Brit, regardless if Matt exposed Brigade.

I would like to be handcuffed to the hot chick too, but it is also good strategy. She's HOH. By tying themselves together, he keeps the other hgs from getting alone time with her and he gets serious face time himself. they didn't show them talking game, but they talked...and no one else could without Brendon listening in!
