Survivor: Nicaragua - October 6th Episode Blog Party Post

survivor,jackiestvblog

Survivors Ready?

Welcome one, welcome all! It's the fourth episode and the blog party is ready to start! Everyone is welcome to join in with comments as the show airs here on the East Coast or even later in West Coast time. Are you as irked as I am that they're still trying to capitalize on Jimmy Johnson in the promos for this week?

As the show airs, I'll post major events here, but the real fun and most of the reactions are in the comments section. See you there!

Rats, NaOnka has the hidden immunity idol.

Younger tribe won reward and immunity ... again.

The knee replacement beats out buffoon. Jimmy T voted out over Danny.

I have 15 minutes left to work so I can hang out here for awhile. It's been one very long day ... but nothing compared to the Survivors' day, I'm sure!

hello everyone

Hi everyone!

Merrilee said...

Hey everyone!

Merrilee said...

Let's see if Marty is going to step up as "leader"

Becky said...

WOW!!! Jeff laid it on the line about the stupid stunt Jimmy T and Marty engineered. It is mean to say, but I hope they SUFFER!

Donna in AL said...

Hello everyone!

Here's hoping my pool girl, NaOnka gets the boot tonight! Since she wants to send Kelly's leg flying!

Merrilee said...

A real stand up guy that Marty is. He goes and sits down unstead of leading! hahaha

Merrilee said...

rats! the Nakomi found the idol

Becky said...

Is that Nay a queen size biotch or what?

Lisanne said...

I second that *rats*

Merrilee said...

Nasty girl!

Joe in NY said...

That woman is a anger-challenged nut bag...this cast is fun but not very likeable for the most part.

Merrilee said...

I don't mean to offend anyone, but isn't that consider reverse discrimation?

joyn said...

If nothing else happens this season, I hope that NaOnka is gone very soon. Long before jury. What a nasty personality.

so we are stuck with her another week? i can't wait until she is gone! she is nasty... -jeannemarie

Lisanne said...

So the other girl only helped but she figured it out? Delusional as well.

Merrilee said...

WHAT???? Marty is delegating authority?

Becky said...

Like anyone would vote for her in the finals. She is so full of hate. I feel sorry for anyone who has her as a teacher. Doesn't Survivor do any kind of mental fitness tests? Or did they test and decide this bimbo would cause drama? I didn't think they could ever find anyone as repulsive as Russell, but the did!

Joe in NY said...

Jimmy T is an idiot, too.

That's a big advantage!

Joe in NY said...

gotta be goodbye Jimmy T

Merrilee said...

Well that went real well. Leadership without Jimmy J sucks.

Donna in AL said...

Good bye Jimmy T

You should have listened.

Jackie said...

Jimmy T is a buffoon.

Can we trade the older guys for different older guys?

Merrilee said...

Please let it Marty tonight going home tonight.
But it will probably be the guy who was calling out the directions.

Joe in NY said...

Tyrone's safe. I would think it'll be either Dan (useless) or Jimmy T (possibly worse than useless as he undermines other people)

Merrilee said...

When it comes to action, Marty is lacking some serious cajones.

Joe in NY said...

Marty really is all talk and no action

Donna in AL said...

I wrongly thought, as men got older, they feel less threatened and the testostrone level goes down! Boy, was I mistaken!

Merrilee said...

Marty got what he wanted. To step up and take over leadership. Well boy, LEAD!

Becky said...

Joe, I agree. I think it will be Dan or Jimmy T who go home.

However, let me point out.... Marty (Who I do not like at all) has just sat on his behind. He needed to be called out. Everyone else was putting what they collected in the net. Marty ate what he collected.

They should send home the man they should have sent home last week -- Dan.

Becky said...

Jill, the ER doctor doesn't have any sense at all. I would hate to have to depend on her to make a snap decision on my health.

That Jimmy T. has diarrhea of the mouth.

Joe in NY said...

I agree, Becky.

Joe in NY said...

Jimmy T wonders why no one talks to him...how can you get a word in when he won't shut up.

Lisanne said...

No matter who they vote off, it still means at least 2 more weeks of my *favorite* young-in. blech

Donna in AL said...

Well, at least they are not getting rid of all the women first!!

Lisanne said...

lol

Joe in NY said...

it is kind of interesting that the old tribe keeps voting for men while a lot of the tribes vote out the women first. Are they smarter or just too alpha?

Joe in NY said...

well, it'll be quieter in the old guys camp

Becky said...

Hehehe, don't let the door hit you in the behind on the way out. Now he knows how it feels to be blindsided. Will he learn from it, heck no! It will all be someone elses fault.

I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one that doesn't like that evil woman who was ready to beat down the Kelly B for the idol clue. I can hardly wait for her to be voted out. I mean I can understand not wanting her to get far because she would be easy pitty vote but that NaOnka has serious evilness in her.

Saw in the clip for next week that Naonka has some kind of breakdown. I can't wait. I REALLY don't like her. I feel like Cartman on South Park relishing in the tears of others! Ha!

Jimmy T. Funny that tribal was basically about him owning up to the fact that the tribe didn't want him as a leader, him saying it would be fine and he would go forward with a good attitude...AND THEN THEY VOTED HIM OUT! Hilarious!

Espada isn't much of a tribe. Though, I do like a few of the players individually.

I completely don't understand why Brenda is the 'go-to' person in her tribe.

It's a fun season, but I'm with those of you who have said that there isn't really anyone to root for.

Monty -- just thinking of you. Hope you and your loved ones are doing ok. Please check in when you can.

monty924 said...

Thanks, Sydney. As good as can be expected. :)

I watched with my brother tonight and didn't have a computer to blog with. :( I wish NaOnka would just go away. We all talked about mean girls this summer with BB, but she is truly a mean girl and not in a humorus or snarky way. Its just plain ol mean.

I'm thinking the oldies are toast and I agree with Jackie. Can we just get a new bunch of old folks?

Thanks for the kind thoughts and prayers... they helped. It was just God's wish to have my Mom with him and back with my Dad again. She's watching all my shoes with me now from heavan.

Hugs, Monty

oops... shows not shoes. :)

Laurie said...

Monty, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I smiled at your little typo, thinking maybe you had a lot of shoes. Know that you are not alone ...

Monty,
Just wanted to say that you and your family are in my thoughts. I am so sorry for your loss.
God Bless all of you.

Hey Everybody. Susan here. Would love to join u if u have an extra seat.
In a nutshell I think Naoaka is pushing on a fine line of threats. And she took the credit for figuring out the clue. GAH! I hope she is fired. Kids shouldn't have that kind of person teaching them.
Some say Marty is playing a good game. I don't like him. I hope they all suffer for getting rid of Jimmy J., which I think I'm already seeing.

Becky said...

Monty, my condolences on the loss of your mother. I had a chuckle too with the typo. I thought, gosh, she must have a lot of shoes that her mom loved.

joyn said...

Monty, so sorry to hear about the loss of your mom. To paraphrase what a friend told me recently, think of all the wonderful moments you had shared together and relish the smiles they will bring.

Laurie said...

Hi Susan and welcome to the best blog ever!
