Big Brother 14: Nominations & WILLIE Episode Blog Party - July 22

BB12 Blogo 3

Now, tonight's show should be good! It's even starting on time here on the East Coast! WOOHOO! I'll update this entry with major events as they air here. However, as always ... the real fun is in the comments area. Come join us!

Coaches comp time -- 90s urban scene wearing MC Hammer harem pants. Transfer cash along balance beam. Dan will throw it to keep his weak team persona. Brit was doing the best, then dropped cash and got the boot. Boogie screwed up and stepped off before hitting the button, Janelle wins!

Janelle chooses to save Ashley. The Have Nots are: Willie, JoJo, Shane and Ian.

Pork rinds and pudding are the Have Not treats.

Finally, the Willie drama. He tells the crew in HoH he's going to get evicted before he gets evicted. He claims he doesn't want his team to suffer for his actions. Ohhh! Joe said something, Willie chased him to the bathroom. So far all we saw is Willie looking threatening and Joe in some odd boxer protective stance while Ian started to head into the fray, then decided not to.

Allison Grodner announced to the HG that Willie is gone.

Due to the drama, they're going to have both nominations and PoV on the Wednesday show.

Mendy - LOL! Pork Rinds! Hilarious!
I brought a cooler of Heineken. Goes great with the rinds!
Hey Ms Jackie!

Petals said...

Hi Ork!

Petals said...

Willie is such a tool, he should sleep in a shed.

Terry is a Texan! said...

Im so sad....my TV says there is difficulty with that station...I want to see WILLIE get angry and make a fool out of himself.

Also..if they do put the coaches in the game, it shouldnt be to win what the regular hamsters would..
that to me would not be fair......

Anonymous said...

Hi Petals!!

monty924 said...

Slide me a Heineken :))) I also have hot mustard for dipping the rinds, YUM!

meb said...

Hi everybody!

monty924 said...

Frank has a freaky blinking thing!!!

Petals said...

This is gonna be great! I love a good melt-down.

Hi Terry!

***MUNCH*** on pork rinds! mmm, thanks Mendy. Saving my Froot Loops for dessert, LOL!

Joe in NY said...

Hi folks. Despite all the fireworks, I can't really get into this season for some reason. I have the same problem with SYTYCD. Maybe I should turn off the TV for the summer.

monty924 said...

Can't wait to see the fight. They have to show it because it happened before the nominations.

Petals said...

Whew, this pool feels great! It was another day in triple digits here in KCMO. No relief in sight. I may sleep here on my floatie.

Joe in NY said...

Not sure why the coaches wouldn't be trying to finish off Dan's team.

monty924 said...

And leave all this good company, Joe. How could you?

meb said...

Shades of Will and Boogie.

Joe in NY said...

I think I don't like Frank. Never liked Boogie.

monty924 said...

Shades of Chilltown, LOL.

Anonymous said...

I seriously can't watch those "scripted" DR's with Boogie! So horribly annoying!!

Laurie said...

Hey everyone! Just stopping by to drop off some fresh guacamole made just this afternoon. Enjoy!

Caela said...

Cant wait to see the Willie blow up!!!

Petals said...

omgosh, MONTY (sorry 'bout the slip earlier...)
I was thinking the same thing about the Chilltown thing.

Joe in NY said...

Despite all his shortcomings, Willie kind of did have it right with his player-only meeting. Britney just proved it: she's distancing herself from Willie to protect herself. Ultimately, the coach's game isn't the player's game.

Word BB People :)

Petals said...

Hey Laurie :)
Hey Joe :)

Anyone want a Heineken? Brought plenty. Goes perfectly with pork rinds, Froot Loops and guac!

Petals said...

After a coupla weeks of BBAD, I love Wil. I would love him to be my gay best/boyfriend.

Willie - hurhurhur - looks so uncomfortable!

meb said...

Team Boogie T-Shirt. that is so cute!

monty924 said...

Lol, Danielle "Is that you?". Sure a baby Boogie would have a team Boogie shirt on in anticipation of one day being called Boogie. Doh

Petals said...

Hey meb! Didn't see you come in. :)

Joe - don't give up on it. We'd miss you. :(

Becky said...

Hey, everyone!

monty924 said...

Never trust a man with a Wolverine on his cap. M means Moron, you know?

Petals said...

Monty - Danielle is my pool girl, and she went to Alabama (my 3rd fave college team), but she is kinda sorority-girl silly a lot of the time. IMO
Cute tho. Sweet. Meh

Petals said...

Hey Becky!

monty924 said...

hey Meb, Ork, Becky and didn't see Laurie drop in here with the quac. It's yummy.

Jackie S. said...

PETALS! Stop throwing the pork rinds at people! You know what that leads to!
;-)

Joe in NY said...

See, again, Brit proved Willie's point. She doesn't tell him that he's going out, he tells him that he's taking down the team with him. Now Willie is a bit of a tool and played it poorly...or rather overplayed it early (much like Danielle last year)...but he is right. It's an individual game. Always amazes me how often the player's lose sight of that. Happens on Survivor also, people stay with an alliance even though they have to know they are on the bottom and don't stand a chance of even making final 3 much less winning.

meb said...

I'll give all the players that it's not fair they can't play their own game, but to make enemies so early in the game like Willie did, he needed a coach.. and he needed to listen to her.

Obviously he didn't!

Petals said...

How old is Willie?

monty924 said...

Danielle is sweet, but a little dingy at times.

JimmyB said...

Hi Everyone!

I don't understand the desire to get rid of Danielle. That team is nuetered + she ain't too bright...apparently. I'd go after bigger game.

Jackie S. said...

Willie is a 36 year old grandfather. @@

monty924 said...

Showmance in the making :)

Petals said...

meb - Willie appears to have the same misogynistic attitude as Russell. Again, IMO. So he refused to take advise or instruction from a girl.

JimmyB said...

Petals said...

How old is Willie?

10.

Becky said...

If it were not for Jackie's wonderful group of peeps, I probably would't be watching. I am missing Leverage to be here. Due to a new format TNT has I can't watch it on line later.

Joe in NY said...

There's something a little odd looking about Danielle. I think it's her make-up, maybe. Like to see her without any.

monty924 said...

LOL @ Jackie

Petals said...

LOL Jackie! I do need to be careful.
36??? Egads! How frightening that his bloodline continuing, and continuing...(just like in Idiocracy - best movie ever! HAHA)

Joe in NY said...

Actually, Boogie is sort of right. Willie deflects from Shane. And if you trade, how do you know that the person you acquire is loyal to your team.

monty924 said...

Hey there JimmyB

JimmyB said...

Hi Monty.

Joe in NY said...

Do we know what happens if your team is eliminated? Does the coach leave also? OR does he/she stay in the house to cause trouble?

Petals said...

Joe - it's her eyeBROWS! Trust me.
They are high, and peaked. Not sure if she was born with them, or shaped them herself (?)

Joe in NY said...

oh, this is so cute/odd

Joe in NY said...

This is totally a showmance/romance I could get behind.

I hate missing this!!!

monty924 said...

Didn't the slop date happen last week? Not that it matters, but BB likes to show things out of time sequence.

watering eye, oh my gosh between that and froot loops I will be milking those for weeks in conversations lol

JimmyB said...

Back atcha Petals

Joe in NY said...

Boy has no moves, but he's actually better looking than Boogie.

Petals said...

Ian may leave the house as less a socially misfit nerd. This experience is a crash course in how to behave & interact with others. It can only benefit him. Plus, he has calmed-down his camera antics.

Anonymous said...

They always show things out of order, I think they actually would told Willie if not mistaken before everything went down not to shave so they could edit stuff.

Becky said...

I bet he's never been on a date.

monty924 said...

JoJo's problem is that she got in tight with Willie and the house sees her as a ticking time bomb too. She should lay as low as she can get.

Critical Media said...

The whole metrosexual, over-geled hair era is so 10 years ago.

I couldn't stand it with Jeff and it's even more annoying with Shane.

Jackie S. said...

Joe - supposedly the coach goes when their last member is gone

Terry in Texas - Try Googling JustTVNuts (or separate the words) or east coast big brother, there are sites out there for watching EDT.

Petals said...

Hi Jon! Just saw ya over there.

Monty, date was last week. I guess they had to show something nice before it becomes "Willie, the Angry Man-Child" show.

Anonymous said...

It's HAMMER TIME lol

monty924 said...

Can't wait to watch Janelle put Willie on slop, wink-wink!

monty924 said...

MC Hammer pants! I love it!

Joe in NY said...

they are apparently too young to remember MC Hammer

Petals said...

LOL Jon!

meb said...

First time I try to make a comment and it told me more than one person tried to comment at the same time and knocked me out!

Thanks, Jackie, everytime Dan opens his mouth now I just hear him screaming like you said lol

meb - happens to me all the time, but *laughs* I do talk a lot. hehe

Those pants make then walk like they have a load in their pants! Olivia used to walk like that when she was in diapers!!

Anonymous said...

I don't know if I missed them saying it a few ago on the show, but I think Janelle said their was a bar between the legs.

Joe in NY said...

ok. I totally LOVE that!

monty924 said...

I think he threw it!

Becky said...

Boogie messed up... hehehe

Critical Media said...

LOLOLOLOLOLOL boogie

Petals said...

that is terrible! They have to walk like they DO have a load in those pants. Ugh, not attractive.

monty924 said...

Throwing my pork rinds at the TV screen... JoJo is as big of a hothead as Willie. Oops, sorry Jackie. At the screen, not at the pool players ;)

meb said...

Shane and Ian are both on twice... that's tough!

Becky said...

Okay, only 31 minutes left. I wanna see Willie get thrown out.

Critical Media said...

I'm confused as to why they're showing that everyone hates willie but never show any clips of him actually being a jerk (other than the house meting he held last week).

Of course Jackie filled us in, but supposed you don't read any spoilers.

Anonymous said...

I think after the have not thing is when Willie starts to spazz.

monty924 said...

It was a bar, JonMD. Janelle said it wrenched her knee when they were working out in the back yard last night.

Becky said...

I don't think Boogie threw it. I think he didn't listen to the instructions.

monty924 said...

They didn't show it, but Boogie and Janelle said Ian raised his hand and volunteered to go on slop again.

monty924 said...

Fight, fight!!!

Anonymous said...

Ok this is going to be bery telling but having to eat pork rinds and pudding is not that bad lol

meb said...

I think Boogie threw it Becky. He was terrified someone would steal Frank and he needs him.

Critical Media said...

EWWWwww Pig fat and chocolate lard.... no thank you....

Petals said...

here we go...

meb said...

I meand I don't think Boogie threw it either Becky. I can't type and watch at the same time...

Critical Media said...

So Britney set him off?

I wonder if it was intentional...or if STILL I'm confused as to why they HATE him so much before his meltdown.

meb said...

and I can't spell

Welcome to thunderdome....

Here it comes!!!!

PDX Granny said...

Wanted to stop and say howdy, and see what's here for snacks. I was going to make some of that fruit salsa that Brit made the other night, but ran out of time. In stead, I'll drop of some chips and regular salsa. Thanks for the Heineken, Petals! Since I have to wait another hour and a half for the shoe, maybe I'll just grab it, and sip on it while watching Leverage.

This should be one doozie of a show, what with all the goings on this past week. I can hardly wait!

Petals said...

pork rind!

They are anger food, apparently. But with Willie, cotton candy & Peeps would be anger food.

Becky said...

Willie with class. He wouldn't know class if it bit him in the hiney.

Anonymous said...

He is such a douche.

meb said...

Oh come on! That can't be it!

Anonymous said...

COMMERCIAL!!!

Ian looked absolutely scared to death! Poor little guy almost got caught between the big boys!

Petals said...

Hey PDX!!! Help yourself!

I missed what Joe said...anyone?

Critical Media said...

I love the editing..really intensified things..like the strings in horror movies

The producers are going to milk this for as long as they can.

Becky said...

JonMD, I agree. Of course I live in the South.

monty924 said...

Meb, Frank was immune from a trade because he is HoH. Boogie threw the comp because he knew Janelle was right behind him and he didn't need to win it.

Joe in NY said...

Actually, Brit did sort of stoke it. And Joe actually set him off. As much as Willie's a hothead, the rest of them were no better at defusing the situation.

Petals said...

Haha Becky - you're right. The only class Willie is familiar with is anger management.

Critical Media said...

Joe said "you're the only %@%@# in here."

meb said...

I keep trying to fast forward, even tho I'm watching live.

monty924 said...

Petals, I'll bring cotton candy and peeps on Wednesday, lol...

Petals said...

Joe - so did he say "b***h"? Or the "C" word?

Anonymous said...

meb, ha I do that all the time, I try it on people now and then.

meb said...

Joe in NY... I agree... at one point I was even telling Britney to shut up... every time she says something it just adds fuel!

You're right monty... I forgot Frank was safe in this one.

monty924 said...

Ork, they all retold it, and said that Ian was shaking in the corner. Even Ian said he was shaking like a drowned rat when he retold it. I agree, poor little guy.

Critical Media said...

Now that I see it for myself...I do understand why Willie lost it...With his ego, Britney's instigation, JoJo's fear/comments, slop, sealed fate and the whole house pretty much ostracizing him...it was a recipe for disaster.

meb said...

Jon... LOL

Poor Ian... he tried to stop it. I was waiting for him to get hit.

meb said...

Gone!

Joe in NY said...

Joe's a punk, too. Frankly, he deserved to go also.

Anonymous said...

Why couldnt Willie have yanked that from Joe's chin.

meb said...

Well.. Chima was pretty bad exit too Ian. : )

Anonymous said...

I like Ian more now when he tried to stop the madness when it was going on.

JimmyB said...

No excuses. Willie's a thug and a criminal.

meb said...

Agree Joe... Joe should have gone too. I have to say Willie didn't really have a chance. His temper, regardless of everyone egging him on, had him out of the house before he even got in.

Joe in NY said...

Seriously, Joe, you're going to ask for peace for Willie after you called him out.

Would serve Britney right if she lost another player. She kept stoking Willie. As clumsy as he was in doing so, he actually was throwing himself on a sword. He told them not to blame his team for his bad behavior. But Britney kept piling on.

It's kind of a double standard. She's as much a hothead as Willie but because she's a cute little blond girl, no one sees it. She's always been a bit the mean girl.

monty924 said...

They didn't show everything, but according to Ian's retelling... he called them all the 'p' word, used the 'c' word, told Janelle "f u" and more. They also said he head butted Joe (x 3) and chest bumped him. They only showed the one head bump.

Brent McKee said...

Joe called that a head butt. I've been hit harder by my nephew when he used to kiss me good night.

Becky said...

Didn't Chima throw the mike in the pool?

monty924 said...

See you all fine folks on Wednesday. I hear Drop Dead Diva calling me. Nite all ~Monty

meb said...

Jon... LOL again. Willie could have yanked that from Joe's chin... that would have been worth being expelled!

A couple of the guys were mimicing the fight last night on BBAD. It was funny, cause Joe was standing right there as they did it, and it was silly. He should have felt stupid!

Jackie... thanks!

Anonymous said...

Chima I think kind of chucked her microphone in the air and it went in to pool, that was all after the Jessie thing.

Anonymous said...

hot tub sorry

Petals said...

I disagree Joe, with Joe being a punk. He may be a bit of a pot-stirrer, tho.

But all the poking, stroking, and stuff is NOT a good reason to get all violent. I just don't condone putting your hands on someone.
It was bound to happen...Willie has issues.

Critical Media said...

Hand over your crown, Chima for worst #BigBrother meltdown of all time. #bb14

Anonymous said...

That was kind of anti-climactic. I wanna know why the group in the storage room was hugging. It's not like they were involved! I can understand Britney being upset but Will, Danielle and Jenn?

I'm with Joe, I can't get into this season either. This group is disappointing to say the least. The whole coach thing is just dumb. Janie dumping Brit because of Willie and joining forces with Boogie, stupid! Boogie being there at all, disgusting! The Nerd Herd was even better than this group of sheep!

Becky said...

Thanks, Jackie.

Critical Media said...

I blame Britney, but I DON'T blame Joe.

Willie said "You all a bunch of $^$#" as Joe walked by, and Joe, not knowing Willie would attack him, simply went on a defense by calling Willie a &&^$ back. It wasn't like he lashed out at him.

Anonymous said...

Thanks Jackie!!!!, now on to True Blood :)

~~Silk said...

When Willie caught up to him, Joe challenged him. He should have turned his back on Willie and said something about the rules or whatever. By facing and challenging, Joe precipitated it.

Petals said...

In any case, he's out.

Thanks Jackie! Bye guys! Everyone be safe.

(PRAYERS & THOUGHTS for the victims, the wounded, their families & friends in Aurora)

Critical Media said...

OrkMommy, The whole situation was heavily edited (of course)...it was longer and Willie's tirade was more intense.

On the feeds last night, Danielle and Wil were discussing how they thought Willie, in his tirade, were going to come after them next, so they locked themselves in the storage room. The whole ordeal was a lot more scary (to some of them) than the editing let on. Basically they thought Willie was a ranging lunatic and were scared.

meb said...

While I can't find anyone really endearing in this group Orkmommy, I cannot, remotely say they are worse than the nerd herd.

That group made me want to head-butt somebody. : )

Critical Media said...

raging lunatic***

Anonymous said...

Oh whatever! Wil and Danielle thought he would come after THEM next? Two of the physically weakest, not to mention non-entities, in the house? I have male relatives exactly like Willie and I can say with certainty that they probably weren't even on his radar! Can anyone say drama queens?

Joe in NY said...

But as soon as Willie arrived in the back room, Joe was in a boxing position. Joe needs to change his name. He's a punk and he totally shares the blame for escalating the situation. Joe never pulled the trigger, but he was actually the first one to make a fist.

He's a punk and I'll be happy when he's gone. YAY! I finally have someone to cheer against. Now if only there was someone to cheer for...maybe Ian and his gf. :)

Anonymous said...

At least the Nerd Herd made for good television. We loved to hate them. I can't conjure up any emotion other than disinterest for this group.

Witt said...

Ork, I disagree. People who are in a rage don't discriminate between the person they are after and the person that is there; by then the person is COMPLETELY unpredictable. I don't doubt that Wil and Danielle wanted out of the line of fire, since there was NO WAY of knowing which way it would blow and if it would blow UP.

Joe in NY, I also disagree with you. Joe had no role in this; he just happened to be there and I seriously doubt that he knew what reaction his words (tossed off as they were) would have.

Also: we saw SO LITTLE of this situation...I seriously doubt it was a realistic representation of what actually happened.

However, I'm glad the guy's gone. I have so little respect for people with no self-control and respect for opponents. He had no one to blame but himself.

Witt :)
