Big Brother 17: Live Feeds into Monday Morning - July 20

Everybody but Audrey

It's not looking good for Audrey although she's not technically on the block ... yet. Here's the latest from the overnight happenings inside that Big Brother House of Bad Boy Bands:
  • Claiming anti-mob mentality and niceness, the whole house held a meeting in the HoH room ... except Audrey.
  • Clay said how the game is supposed to be fun and they should all like each other.
  • Um. No. It's Big Brother, Clay. Venom and backstabbing are expected.
  • Unfortunately, clueless dudes in showmances aren't unexpected. I'm looking at you, Clay and Shelli.
  • One thing the meeting did was give the opportunity for the invisible gamers to become a bit more noticeable and fit in with the power players ... for a bit.
  • I saw more of Becky and Jackie through Sunday night than I have all season.
  • Audrey was completely out of the spotlight from before the meeting against her.
  • It looks like there's no way she can save herself.
  • In a way, that's okay with me. Jason will stay and I kind of like him in the game. It's good for the rest of the house because it (temporarily) brings them all together for a common goal.
  • But it's bad because watching her instigate weird rumors, tell lies, tell worse lies when getting caught telling lies and then playing the martyr is good for the feeds watching. If they all like each other and hold hands while singing Cumbaya, that's some real boring feeds watching!
  • Audrey, conspicuously absent from games of charades, watching the Whackstreet performance and more, was supposedly in the Diary Room for over two hours.
  • Then she went to bed, er ... dentist chair.
  • James and Jason talked about the "what if" they were HoH -- Steve and Austin would go up.
  • WHY IS NO ONE REALIZING THAT THE TWINS NEED TO GO BEFORE THEY HAVE TWO SOLID SOLID PEOPLE IN AN ALLIANCE?!?!?
  • Jason knows the twins will both play soon. He should realize that time dictates a move being made.
  • A few tried to be nice to Audrey (Jason, Vanessa and James), giving her a bit of a pep talk about how much she has going for her in life.
  • They didn't tell her how little she has going for her in the house, though.
  • As per the norm, Jason and Steve remained the last up.
  • Jason spends the time smoking and pondering, then left Steve alone.
  • Steve did his usual talk out strategy thoughts in a rambling fashion. He really wants James out -- much of it to do with a necklace, I think. I'm not sure what that's all about. I must have missed something. I do, of course, work a full time job atop the BB blogging, so it's quite possible I may have missed something.
  • Steve also thinks Audrey is not coming after him. Yet he knows she's a goner this week.
  • Steve thinks James is probably the most popular with the show fans.
  • I don't think so.
  • For me, I like James okay. But there are more than a few rather interesting people with different strategies this year. My heart-tug favorite is Steve. But I do like Jason, James, Johnny Mac. I'm really not too keen on the women.
  • Steve thinks he should stick with Austin and Liz.
  • Hmm.
  • Steve and Jason think they are both targeted a bit due to their personalities.
  • Jason is concerned that he's Plan B if Plan A didn't work out. Well, yeah. He's right.
  • Yet Jason and Steve don't have an alliance. They really should get together more on strategy instead of just liking each other in late night talks because they're the only ones who are awake.
  • Jason told Steve he needs to stop popping up everywhere like he's afraid to be left out of things. It reminds him of Andy.
  • (Well, Andy did win. Hmm.)
  • But he has a point.
  • After they broke up and headed to bed, Jason mumbled something about not knowing why he's helping "the kid."

Whackstreet again

Now she's around a lot

Jason should be safe this week

He wants James out

Now she's around, too

Can anyone explain to me why so many of the hamsters want to get rid of James? I don't have the feeds so maybe I am missing something. He doesn't seem to be that much of a threat in the comps. He hasn't been in a brouhaha with anyone that I know of. He doesn't seem to be into using a lot of strategy.

They seem to think he's some mastermind, he was Audrey's cohort and he's yet another one they think might be America's Player. Austin really had a thing against James and spread the venom against him, too. I personally don't totally get it and I do have the feeds. About the only annoying things about him is that he's sloppy and maybe his prankster stuff is a bit much.

Maybe Audrey is having meltdowns?
She's apparently been in DR for 30-40 minute time periods a couple of times.
Jason has mentioned her having a "chemical imbalance" a few times also.
If so, maybe has to do with her change?

Sharon N said...

WTH, is Production having to talk Audrey off the ledge? LOL
Everyone waiting for POV, but she's been in DR for over an hour.

Lots of speculation going on about her self evicting but I don't think Grodner will let that happen. If it does, then I think JMac could be screwed. Vanessa saves Jason and then Shelli puts up Becky as the replacement and the house votes out JMac because he's a comp threat. That would be the worst possible outcome. :((

Sharon N said...

You're probably right Monty.
BB would want the televised hysteria, courtesy of Audrey. lol
Too bad she wasn't already on the block... if she self-evicted at that point, maybe that would stop another eviction?

monty924 said...

I think there would still be an eviction. There was when ED left. Maybe they would sequester the evicted hamsters from here out for a revive a hamster if she does. I still don't think production will let her, or they will do everything to make sure she doesn't, but you never know.

Someone posted that Audrey has been in DR since 10:45AM BBT.
geez... that it's going on for 3 hours is absolutely ridiculous!!
I'd ask how much one person can talk, but we've seen that with Vanessa! LOL

monty924 said...

And we've seen it with Audrey just yesterday. Austin openly talking about the twins with JMac??? I guess it doesn't matter at this point. I still don't think she's gone. The feeds have been up the entire time.

Sharon N said...

If Audrey has indeed not left, it makes me wonder if this is BB's way of trying to get the rest of the hamsters worked up. To what end... no clue.

Chacha said...

One would think thisis a sympathy tactic that Audrey is using.
I don't think AG would put up with this for going on three hours now.

Sharon N said...

Chacha, if this is a sympathy tactic by Audrey, I don't think it will work.
The natives are getting restless and irritable over the whole thing! LOL

uncartie said...

I'm betting that she's either...

1)threatening to blow up what goes on in production
2)Playing the LGBT card in some way
3)Having a mental moment that's lasting hours
4) All of the above

uncartie said...

Audrey finally comes out of DR and we have Fish.

Sharon N said...

My bet...
Uncartie labels the entire episode with her 4th choice. LOL
Audrey doing some major sulking after exiting DR.

David said...

OMG can I jump off my pool pick now instead of waiting until Thursday? lol I am even willing to support Jackie since no one wants to do it if you will let me. =)

I do agree that this was probably a last ditch effort to get sympathy and try to stay off the block. Not a chance it will work. She is just irritating production at this point and making it so they will be glad when she is gone also

monty924 said...

I had to leave the all day watch for dinner, but did watch her come out on flashback. She came out with a hood over her head and sunglasses on, went into HN room and turned the lights out without saying a word. Jackie was in there sleeping and when she popped her head up, the feeds went to fish. Audrey isn't gone and didn't self evict. Must have been a medical emergency or just a marathon melt down. Who knows??

Sharon N said...

So, Jason Off the block and Audrey up.
But she stayed in HN room and didn't participate in the ceremony. @@
Wonder if someone played the part of Audrey... going OTB??? LMAO
Can't recall that ever happening before. Anyone know if that's a first?

Jessica Underwood James said...

I heard Audrey was in the DR total of 5 hours

monty924 said...

It is a first. Jocasta missed picking players for the veto last year after she got sick after the BOB, but she was at the veto meeting when Donnie took her off the block.

David said...

I wonder how they will show that on Wednesday. lol I bet they have footage of her in that chair they could splice in if they wanted or just make them do a quick gathering and her taking the chair tomorrow.

And if she refuses to show up for eviction? Send in the armed guards and drag her out. Now that would be must see TV.

I don't think it has happened before Sharon. I know a few have done the hang out in DR and had to be talked down from self evicting. Think one managed to get evicted but not sure. The girl who threw her mic in the pool?

Sharon N said...

I remember the "mic in the pool" girl David, but not her name.
Quite the temper tantrum and it cost her.

monty924 said...

Chima did that after Jeff used the Coup d'etat.

Anonymous said...

It was Jeff Jordan season her name was Chima.

Anonymous said...

I wonder if they will whip out a coup I can't spell it Monty lol on Audrey

Sharon N said...

Hush Jon!!!
I'm hoping Production has has enough of Audrey-drama! LOL

uncartie said...

David,I say if Audrey refuses to show up for eviction, strap her down on a hand truck and wheel her in ala Hannibal Lechter.

Audrey will be gone on Thursday. They won't manufacture a twist between now and then, and she brought it all on herself. jmo

monty924 said...

I see Chelli splintering off back to the other side of the house soon. She's really suspicious of Vanessa now and was spilling it all to Clay at the hot tub. I hope he runs and tells Austin/Liz or Vanessa but doubt that will happen.

Sharon N said...

IMO Clay is out for Clay.
Didn't he make some statement at the beginning of the season that he'll keep Shelli until she become a liability, or it's time for him to move on?
