BB18: Live Feeds into Saturday Morning - September 3

Cap'n Crunch from the box

Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Pain:
  • Yes, pain.
  • Pain because all involved in the HoH comp have sore hands and little cuts on their fingers.
  • Pain because I'm watching them do nothing but cook, eat, and play dominoes.
  • Pain because Natalie keeps fussing that she will miss James, can't win comps and no one talks to her (other than James).
  • Pain because James keeps showing compassion to Natalie, the person he let lose him the game all summer.
  • Other than James coaching Natalie what to do after he goes, there's no strategy talk.
  • This is what boredom on video is, BB18 when there's no hope for excitement to come.
  • If James or Natalie win veto and one gets taken off the block, there's no expectation that there will be a blindside and someone other than the remaining one will go home.
  • Gah.

Paul never cooked before this summer

But they don't even talk to me!

The dudes

After this next eviction (no doubt, James), I think Paul will start working on getting Victor out. I'm pretty sure that will be a shock to Victor... having his guaranteed F2 BFF turn on him.

If he's going to get out Victor, his best chance is getting the next HOH and blindsiding Victor. Paul could be "counting his chickens" if he thinks he can beat Nicole and Natalie in any upcoming comps (Corey is a given, lol).

Just get Corey out. He's a waste of time. I don't like the way they are treating Natalie. I know what it is for people not talk to you. Their day is coming. Sooner than they think. I know James is going out and I hate that. We'll see.

Jackie, has the POV comp been played? If so, who won?

Petals said...

Depressing & boring, Jackie. Not your fault, I know. I feel for you. I need to
donate EXTRA this week for your alcohol fund! LOL Just to be able to watch this
drivel, you must have to be at least a little lit *wink*

As far as Paul and Victor are concerned, I'm sure Corey's ONLY worth is his vote.
Corey assumes he's completely safe now that he and Nicole have a F4 agreement.
Heck, Corey probably thinks the old "F3 Bro-Alliance" is still in effect.

Corey is much more important than Nicole ya'know, so he's not even inclined to study for upcoming mental comps. In fact, his whole demeanor has been announcing how completely bored he is with the whole BB experience. Almost as bored as we are with him.

Getting Corey out is not strategic. He's not a threat in competitions, nor for jury votes. Threats, in order of ability to win both comps and jury votes, are Victor/Paul, James, the other half of Victor/Paul, Nicole, Natalie, and then Cory.

Petals said...

What Natalie doesn't realize is that she will be the most unhappy, unwilling & unlikely 3rd place BB winner of all time.
Idiot.

Sharon N said...

Silk, agree completely.
At this point, Corey will be the last one considered for eviction because he hasn't won anything that hasn't been handed to him.

So this is highly unlikely, but the thought kind of has me both appalled and snickering...
Wouldn't it be funny if Corey somehow makes it to F3, with the other 2 a mix of 1 male/1 female? Then somehow Corey manages to become the final HOH who choose the HG going with him to F2? Now THAT would be an Season 18 abomination!!

Jean,
No, the VETO comp hasn't been played yet today. I don't think they've picked the players yet, so it will probably be late afternoon or the evening.

Corey winning the final part of the final HOH would be the ultimate shocker and long-shot of the season. It won't happen. He didn't have any conversations with any of the jurors other than Paulie. He's been holed up in bed with Nicole the entire season.

I don't like the lack of talking either Jackie H. It does bother me. But, in all fairness, neither Natalie nor Nicole have spent any bonding time together! Natalie spent most of her time tied to others (3 girls B, M, then Bridget) and James. Nicole spent most of her time with C, Z, P, and Paulie.

Two of the remaining three Showmances have spent this season mainly by themselves, so they don't even know what they may have in common or what to talk about besides game talk... and that was even limited between Nic, C, J and Nat.

Neither one of the two girls have reached out to each other, nor have they really trusted each other... Which I feel made it difficult for Nicole to truly trust that James wouldn't side with Michelle and Natalie and turn on C and Nic. Especially with James telling Victor (in front of everyone) that Natalie wanted to vote out Corey rather than Victor AND that they even fought over it! That was a little stupid. That was when Corey and Nicole first started questioning should they trust their foursome... BEFORE they agreed to team up with Victor and Paul (just rewatched that).

Nicole was already goosy when it came to Michelle, but that slip of the tongue and the lack of communication between M, J, Nat, C, and Nic just opened the door wide for V and P to slip in! Victor and Paul have worked very hard to keep the others from having any bonding time or fun together!

I hope James wins POV. I would love to see Corey put on the block and sent home... But I think they would vote out Nat before C. Frustrating...

monty924 said...

Sharon, they won't pick players. All 6 will play.

Sharon N said...

Monty,
Yeah, the idea of Corey winning anything is remote, at best.
Hey, I'm bored! LOL

Sharon N said...

Thanks Monty, I forgot all 6 will play. Of course, that leaves even less chance for James to win, especially if it's something like the Comic or Morph comp.

James readily admits he's not good at those comps, but in both seasons, he hasn't spent any time studying for those. When your BB life is on the line, I don't understand that kind of thought process... or lack of it?

monty924 said...

Silk, I agree that Corey isn't a threat to win the game and would be a great goat (hate even having to type that last word considering) to take to the end, but that in and of itself is the perfect reason to get rid of him. Why would anyone want to let a Victoria go to the final 3 again if they themselves have a shot at final 3? You have to get there to have a chance at final 2. I would never leave the "goat" in there myself.

Judi Sweeney said...

I agree with you Monty. I wouldn't leave him in there either, plus Corey and Nicole need to be broken up!

monty924 said...

Yes!! They need to break Corey and Nicole up. Don't wait until final 4 to do it. jmo

Sharon N said...

So James says he has dyslexia, so it's no wonder he has issues with certain comps.
He could study all the time and still get thing wrong, especially if there's Alpha involved.

Jackie H. from NC said...

If they don't watch it Nicole and Corey just might win this. They haven't even played the game. All they do is stay in the bed playing their own game.

monty924 said...

I finally learned my lesson. I went out to dinner and went Krogering and still made it home before the Veto comp is decided.

Judi Sweeney said...

Smart move Monty. It must be one heck of a POV competition!

monty924 said...

Ugh, the SLUG Corey won POV

Anonymous said...

Corex won! Noo

monty924 said...

Nicole's already campaigning to get Natalie out and save James. lol

Judi Sweeney said...

I hope Nicole's campaign works! Bye, bye Natalie! Let's keep James! Good work Nicole!

I REALLY hate how the 4 are just sitting up there and bashing everyone!!

Nicole has the same syndrome that MOST women have: only-chick-among-the-roosters.
