BBOTT: America's Nom, PoV Winners - Into Monday Evening - October 17

America's nomination reveal

And the winner is ... DANIELLE! Yes, she wins nomination for eviction from America! Feels good, doesn't it, girl?
  • Ahem.
  • I'm usually not that evil.
  • She broke down when she learned she was America's nomination.
  • Shane consoled her.
  • Alex and Justin were random draws to compete in the Double Veto comp with Scott, Danielle, Kryssie and Neeley.
  • The veto comp was a four-piece puzzle with them going in rounds, choosing whom they'd play against in order of winners.
  • Danielle did win one round, but Justin won the next time she was up.
  • She went into a huge hissy fit, crying in the corner as the rest watched Alex and Justin get their PoV medallions.
  • Apparently BBOTT can't afford two necklaces. Neither Alex nor Justin can wear their PoVs.
  • Danielle went on and on about how Justin should have thrown the comp to her.
  • Justin told the others that when he came into the house, he decided that he would try his best at everything. And, so he did.
  • Justin tried to work his way into things with the HoH crowd (Scott, Alex, Morgan, Shelby and Whitney), complaining about Danielle.
  • He said he'd do whatever they wanted him to do with it.
  • Although it looks simple that Danielle should go home, they still want Shane out.
  • They didn't tell Justin that.
  • They think (probably rightfully) that if Shane goes home, Danielle will be totally useless for anything.
  • It sounds at this time Alex will use her veto and Shane will go up. They have the votes to send him home.

Unless I'm confused on how this competition worked, when it got down to three people, all Justin had to do was pick to go against Alex and Danielle would have automatically won a veto, right? I didn't get to see the comp (hopefully can go back and watch all of it tonight + what happened after), but is this not being brought up to him by Jason and that group? What possible defense does he have for that?

This is definitely just the results the other side of the house needed. I see things turning drastically in their favor, especially if they win the next HOH. I'm also kinda surprised they wouldn't take Jason out this week...they certainly have the votes and he is the one houseguest that nobody has a chance against in the F2 (at least that's what they all believe).

Yes, I'm with Danielle on this one. There is no reason why Justin shouldn't have chosen ALEX to compete against. That would have gauranteed Danielle the veto/safety!!!!!

Then HE could won and that would have been 3 people safe on their side. Shane would have been backdored.

They were saying maybe he didn't understand the rules, completely, but Justin is silly, he isn't DUMB. Shane made good points in saying there are no excuses for what he's done. Even if he didn't understand the rules, that's not a good reason.

He also fraternizes with the other side way too much for my liking.

If you want to go any distance you have to be able to fraternize with everyone/sides! Maybe Justin just feels it is best that Danielle and Shane are broken up... especially since America put Danielle up! It's hard to ignore what America wants and think you will be safe next time. I think the fact that America has a say will affect how all of them play the game. JMT

HA! I loved Danielle's meltdown. Spoiled, nasty Veruca Salt brat!

Kudos to Justin for A) winning and B) hanging out with whomever he likes. He's great. And he sure doesn't owe Danielle anything, so why throw the comp to her?

Shane thinks he & Danielle will be together outside the house? BWHAHAHA...think again, DADDY!

I don't think he should have thrown the comp to her, but he certainly should have picked to go against Alex, therefore handing Danielle one of the vetoes. Alex still would have taken Kryssie down and Shane would have gone up, so Scott's plan would have worked in that scenario. Sometimes I think Justin is playing the game hard...and then I watch his live diary room sessions where he skips a couple questions and just rambles for most of the others. He's highly entertaining obviously, but overall as a player not sure about him.

Tomorrow's HOH is going to be so critical...if Shelby/Morgan/Whitney/Alex win then the Late Night Jamboree is done, which will be sad to see. But it looks like Jason is in a good spot no matter what, so that's a plus.
