BB19: Live Feeds into Saturday - August 19

Final two plan with Christmas?

Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Mousy Malcontents:
  • The live feeds returned at midnight-ish, East Coast time with the HoH comp long over -- done really late on Thursday night after the live show ended.
  • So, we didn't see it.
  • Christmas is the new HoH.
  • And, her nominations are Jason and Matt.
  • Gosh, I wish it was Raven up there!
  • Anyway ... the backdoor plan is in for Mark to go on the block and out the door.
  • Of course, if Mark gets chosen to play and wins veto, he lives to suffer another week in the house.
  • Kevin is in hot water with The Powers That Be for telling Jason if he wins veto, not to use it and Matt would go home.
  • Kevin, Kevin, Kevin ... you're on their radar. You know the backdoor plan. Don't put more of a target on yourself.
  • Christmas, though hobbled with a broken foot and often bad-tempered lately, is no dummy.
  • Although she has had a touchy-feeiy close relationship with Kevin, she doesn't want him in the final two with her. He could very well win because he's liked by all.
  • So, the time has come to work against him.
  • She doesn't want Paul in the final two with her, either. He's hands down the best player all season in the house, like him or not. (Yeah, I know a lot don't like him. I find him obnoxious, myself. But he's playing a very good game.) If it's Paul and Christmas in the final two and the jury votes purely on game play, Paul would win.
  • But, the time hasn't quite come to work against him. She will use him for at least a few more weeks to rally people, then stab him in the back.
  • Who does she want in the final two with her?
  • Why, her puppy dog Josh!
  • If she gets him to the final two with her, she would be the winner due to Josh's behavior (often coached by her).
  • At least that's how I see it, hamster watcher that I am.
  • In the anti-Kevin arena, Paul and Josh talked about Kevin needing to go away after Matt leaves. They think he's a big show fan and has just been acting dumb about the show and throwing comps.
  • WHY AREN'T THEY TALKING ABOUT GETTING RAVEN OUT!?!?!
  • I realize Raven's not much of a threat.
  • But I'm tired of watching someone with so many supposed diseases look, act and eat so healthy. Plus she does little other than cook chicken and hang on Matt.
  • Now, Josh whispered to Matt that Alex and Jason have been acting sketchy for a while.
  • Hmm ... coached whispers from Christmas to create rivalry between the others?
  • I don't know.
  • It's well known that Alex wants the couples out.
  • But does the remaining couple (Matt/Raven) know it?
  • Josh has been making nicey-nice with Mark -- mentioning that Mark and Dominique were the only two who talked to him the first few weeks.
  • They both vow to be friends outside the house.
  • Josh claims that he's lost family and friends over his quick and severe reactions to things. He thinks BB has helping him get over those issues.
  • I say, wait until the circus music fades.
  • A lot will hinge on the veto comp later today.
  • If Mark wins, he's safe.
  • If Jason or Matt win or someone else saves one of them, Mark will go on the block and out.
  • If the noms remain the same, it would likely be Matt going.
  • I guess we'll see.

Bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches coming!

Must play and win Veto this week

Chows down well for all her diseases

Has a plan

BB, don't call out my name and say nothing!

Thanks for the updates Jackie. I must admit, watching just a bit of the clip show reminds me how much Josh annoys me. I will be curious to see who is the true Josh - the crying woe is me or the bully.

Carol - I'd say Josh is both. haha

I heard that the Temptation is $25K to switch places with a member of Jury? Which is odd, right? So Kevin could take the $25k, he'd have $50k, and get to relax in Jury?

Thought Christmas said on the show last night that when she got HOH they'd really be surprised or they won't expect her moves, or something along those lines. But her target is same old, same old Mark?! Sheesh. Boring.

If it is 25k to switch with a jury member, the fun would be Kevin taking it and swapping with Cody....of course Cody wouldn't go along with it but would be funny because it would be one short lived and two would make Cody the most evicted house guest ever in one season I know it would be at least three times but with everything so far this season I'm not sure how many times he's been evicted so far... Seems like it's been every week.. lol

Anon - I think Cody may not have a choice, especially if AMERICA is who votes on the returnee? Not sure of the deets, but it sounds like what may be a great way to have him back in the house.

It would be hilarious if cosy came back again

Mark apparently gave his "save a friend" temptation to Paul. LMAO. *smh*

Well, we know that someone will take the $25k (hope it's Kevin), but there are so many ways for the swap to happen:
1) Kevin picks the swap
2) HOH picks
3) America's vote
Or less likely,
4) Cody & Elena flip a coin to see who wants to give up Jury comfort to go back into that mad-house. lol

It's been so long (and dreary) that I don't even remember Mark getting the "save a friend" Temptation!! And then to give it to PAUL?
geez, as if Paul didn't receive enough perks in the game.
Mark is a likable teddy-bear, but that just goes to show how dumb some people can be.
He could have used it to save his "beloved." (gag)

What a twist i hope its true!! I loved paul last season but he wreaks of arrogance tis season so i kinda dont want hom to win, though, none of those other dummies who followed him deserve it

Interesting temptations. Can't believe Mark gave his "Save a friend" temptation to Paul. Maybe he did that because he wants to take another one. If he gives it to Paul, will it pacify Paul? Probably no. Can't wait to see what happens with these temptations. Paul will have a fit if someone takes the $25,000 and gets Cody back in. How funny would that be?

I'm either going to vote Kevin or Cody for AFP.

Nickelpeed,
That's the way I feel... torn between voting for Kevin or Cody for AFP. However, with the 2 larger dollar-amount Temptations, I hope BB will have the AFP this year.

IF so, I am tempted to vote for Kevin, especially if he doesn't take this new $25k. With 7 kids, I'm thinking he would be more inclined to use the money wisely.

On the other hand, it would be SO worth it to vote for Cody and watch the faces of that miserable 'gang' of followers. :D

Wow.... I'm praying right now for that temptation to be true! Paul would die just seeing Cody come back through that door!

Anon 9:19, Victor was evicted three times last season.

All my AFP votes are going to Kevin. Not single second thought. :)))

Nickelpeed said...

I think most AFP votes will go to Kevin. The only reason why I would vote for Cody is to irritate the remaining HGs to death, especially Paul, Alex, and Josh. LOL

Veto players have been picked and it's apparently... Mark, Paul and Raven along with Christmas, Matt/Jason. No surprise... Paul wants to try and ensure Mark doesn't win.

I think Kevin will be America's Favorite pLayer, but I have hopes it will be Cody. I actually felt bad for him toward the end. He played a bad game, but felt the bullying toward him was HORRIBLE so he deserves something to stick it to THEM for their treatment of him, especially Paul. You would have thought Paul would know that Cody was SMART for trying to get him out, so hopefully Paul can own that later. I would LOVE for him to come back another season with different players to see how it turns out for him.

I hope Mark doesn't end up with Elena. He deserves better.

Was the info about the temptations from the feed, or speculation?!? What did viewers see? Jackie, help us out

Judi Sweeney said...

I agree Anom! Especially if Kevin gets additional money... Kevin has $25,000. Cody could probably use it also for his daughter! I know I am alone in that thought process, but that's OK...

If Christmas does shock everyone by back dooring Paul... it would be interesting if the speculation is right, to see who America would vote to come back. Cody or Paul? I think everyone has been waiting so long for someone to make a big move and get Paul out, America won't want him back in... people could careless about Elena!

I'm surprised no one talks about the girl that came up with the backdoor idea in the first place. That was the season where she was in with a brother she didn't know she had. And apparently, she was the smart one. Too bad she didn't win.

monty924 said...

Barbara, it's sad that players today don't even know who Nakomis was or what she thought of. The brilliant "Six Finger Plan". She invented the back door, the real one. What they call a BD now is often wrong.

Nickelpeed said...

I know how you feel, Sharon. I'm not sure how old they are, but one runs his twitter account right now. Out of all of them, I'd pick Kevin over anyone in the house right now. I hope he lasts to the end. With 7 kids, he definitely probably needs the money with that many. I grew up with 6 brothers and sisters, know what that's like.

Nickelpeed said...

They have no idea what a backdoor is in the game today. I loved Nakomis. I even liked Cowboy; but I was rooting for Drew because he was from my local area.

Same here Penny!!

Stormy said...

If Mark gave his save a friend temptation to Paul then he deserves to be voted out this week. Stupid

Nickelpeed said...

Agree Stormy. If he gave that away, he deserves to leave. However, he doesn't really need it. He can't save himself. Some of the temptations are interesting: Bounty on your Head, Eliminate 2 eviction votes, Second Veto, Save a Friend, and Can't Play in the Next HOH. No money to switch places with an evicted HG. LOL. I am sure for everyone the house guests take, there will be a punishment. It'll be interesting to see what the punishments are for the house guests.

If they bring back another player I've had it. This has become nothing more than a scripted soap opera where production can just dream up another twist to bring anyone they choose back into the game.

Once upon a time it was you're out..you're out! Now it's wannabe professional contestants and recruits that have no idea of how to play the game and are only here for the paycheck and a shot at being a contestant on some other show.

Bringing back someone once isn't enough anymore. Now they can come back 2 or 3 times? Ridiculous!
