Big Brother 20: Live Feeds into Tuesday Evening - July 10

Talking sports ... boring!

Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of W (Who?) List Celebs:
  • Interesting ... somehow JC got out of sleeping in the Have Not room -- his fellow Have Nots are not happy.
  • You would think it would be easier for a small person to sleep there. Maybe he has a doctor's note.
  • Sam would like to stay around forever in the house if for no other reason than to offer emotional support.
  • Now Scottie is in a "the only people I trust are Kaitlyn and Tyler" phase.
  • Kaitlyn is still waffling on whether Swaggy should go or not despite her thinking that it was an epic legendary move and all.
  • She has no vote unless it's a tie.
  • JC has told her he will vote whatever way she wants.
  • Hmm.
  • Tyler and Sam are still in the Vote Swaggy Out camp.
  • Heh. Scottie was talking with Tyler and Kaitlyn discussing whether Swaggy had the power last week and used it to save Sam.
  • If Scottie wasn't so absent from it all last week, he would have realized that Sam and Swaggy barely talked until last night.
  • No one (except maybe Brett) wants Winston around.
  • But the plan was a Swaggy out scenario.
  • Will they stick to it?
  • On a side note -- If Fessy keeps flipping his head because of his silly haircut, he's going to end up with whiplash.
  • Now the men loyal to Kaitlyn are: Fessy, Tyler, JC and Scottie.
  • Maybe it's voodoo.
  • Oh my. Sam told Tyler she'll vote whichever way Kaitlyn wants. She thinks that Swaggy is "emotionally pliable" while Winston is a "brick wall."
  • Ew. Kaitlyn said she let Bayleigh and Swags have sex in the HoH shower as a goodbye present.
  • Why do these idiots have no respect for themselves, no shame, no common sense?
  • Kaitlyn admitted to Haleigh that she was the vote that saved Sam last week.
  • Haleigh is upset that Tyler didn't let her in on the plan.
  • Say what?
  • She was flirting all over Fessy at the time!
  • Lots of small talk, sports talk and the like.
  • They still have the yard for now. I imagine they'll be stuck inside tomorrow.
  • Yawn.

Lazing about ... boring!

A subdued Swagster

I see dead hamsters

Could he be in danger this week?

Quad Cam ... cutting staff or what?

Big Brother 20: Live Feeds into Tuesday Morning - July 10

Hot tub flirting

Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Swaggy Scrambling:
  • I've come to the conclusion that the two best hamsters in the house to talk to when you need someone to listen and advise you are ... (drum roll) ... Sam and JC.
  • What? No Tyler?
  • Nope! Although I think Tyler might be the best game player in the house, most of his consoling is part of his own game plan.
  • I'm surprised about JC -- he did some obnoxious and stupid stuff around the times the feeds arrived. But I've watched and he genuinely has compassion for others. Who woulda thunk it?
  • Sam and Swags had what might be a record-breaking long talk overnight.
  • He told her all of his woes.
  • And, yes ... he does indeed come from a rough environment. Bridgeport, CT has one of the highest rates of violent crime in the nation. I know the city. I don't blame him for wanting out.
  • Sam told him that had he come in as Chris instead of all Swaggy, he probably wouldn't be in the position he's in now.
  • She told she thinks he's shy and the bravado and Swaggy persona are his attempt to hide it.
  • And, the way she listened and told him these things struck a chord with him. It was perhaps the best long talk about personal development I've ever watched on the live feeds.
  • I think she's still going to vote for him to go.
  • Even though she gave him the new nickname of Sunshine Swaggy and he told her how much the talk meant to him.
  • She does seem to read people better than a certain "Life Coach."
  • Ahem.
  • As it stands now, Swaggy's not having much luck going after the two elusive votes he feels he needs.
  • He talked to JC who, while sympathetic, told him he wasn't voting as any part of a group. His vote would be what he feels is best for his own game.
  • He didn't tell Swags what that would be.
  • Hmm. Kaitlyn must have worked her whatever it is she has on both Tyler and Fessy. Both have said they would never vote to evict her.
  • Gah!
  • The person I think I'd like to see gone the most is Rockstar.
  • Even more than Swaggy.
  • Maybe it's just me. But she irks me every time I see her.
  • Tyler pointed out to Swaggy that Rockstar's mouth caused a lot of the issues people had with him.
  • Kaitlyn, still in her feel sorry for Swaggy epiphany, was told by Tyler that he is still voting Swaggy out and thinks more than six will be aboard that train.
  • JC told Tyler and Kaitlyn that his vote would be for Swags to go. He thinks that, if Swaggy stays, that side would target Kaitlyn next week.
  • I think they'd target Tyler. But what do I know?
  • JC is yet another guy (in addition to Tyler and Fessy) who's soft on Kaitlyn.
  • I'm just not seeing WHY.
  • Rockstar wants to win so her kids won't have to share bedrooms.
  • Huh. In my family we shared bedrooms until my parents worked so much that they could buy a huge old fixer-upper. They worked for it; they didn't spend three months of their lives going on reality shows on a chance they might win money. I had to share a bedroom with my baby brother until he was two years old. I hated it!
  • Even though I think Swaggy now realizes the error of his ways and attitude, I think he will probably be out this week.

Sam and Swags have a LONG LONG talk.

Big Brother 20: Live Feeds into Monday Evening - July 9

I'll be all alone in the house!

Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Shock the Hamster:
  • Bayleigh just can't live without her only friend, Swaggy.
  • Swaggy's main argument for staying is because he doesn't want to leave Bayleigh.
  • Now, this is from a couple who were just saying yesterday (or was it this morning?) how secret their showmance is.
  • Bayleigh told anyone who would listen how she tried to tell Swaggy that he needed to mellow himself in the house.
  • I have heard her give him advice along those lines.
  • Rockstar seems to want to make it seem like Kaitlyn is putting Swaggy on the block because "he's black and he scared her."
  • Rockstar also said that Bayleigh can't just go crazy because she would come across as "a mad black woman."
  • Hmm. Methinks that Rockstar is the one with the issues about race.
  • I'm not seeing it from Kaitlyn. We know Tyler influenced her.
  • We also see Swaggy's attitude which is really what's done him in.
  • Neither Swaggy nor Bayleigh seem to think it's anything about race.
  • Rockstar.
  • Lots of tears were shed by Kaitlyn ... who had Tyler to console her.
  • Fessy wants both Tyler and Kaitlyn evicted next week. Um. I don't think we're due for a double eviction yet.
  • Swaggy thinks he has five votes he can count on -- he needs two more.
  • Kaitlyn apparently apologized to Fessy for "what she was about to do" just before the ceremony. He says that's not good enough.
  • JC has been supportive of Kaitlyn, telling her he would vote how she wants.
  • Fessy and Swaggy think JC can be swayed to the Swag.
  • I don't think so.
  • Haleigh warned Fessy that if he goes around with Swaggy to fight the cause, he just might be the next target.
  • Kaitlyn, in between her weeping, says it's a new start to everything.
  • Kaitlyn tried to tell Bayleigh that, based on her conversations all weekm there are no established alliances.
  • Well, that might be because no one invited her into one.
  • Scottie feels guilty and kept telling Swaggy he had no clue.
  • He didn't.
  • But Winston knew.
  • Eventually Fessy spoke with Kaitlyn.
  • Things are calming down.
  • Swaggy has delusions that he'll get a power app before Thursday.
  • The App Store opens on Friday.
  • Swaggy talked to Kaitlyn, telling her he trusted her until the Haleigh/Kaitlyn/Fessy blow up.
  • She told him she was proud to stand up for herself.
  • Then she crumpled and told him if he leaves on Thursday she will send him a check for $5,000 so he can get settled in Los Angeles.
  • And ... guess what?
  • Now she told Tyler she wants Swaggy to stay.
  • @@
  • In talking to Fessy, she told him the Swaggy move was all on Tyler.
  • Oh, girl Go sniff an aura or something!

Must be nose issues week

So, how is Swaggy taking it?

And like this, too.

I have to get two more votes.

Dazed and confused.

Rachel can smile, though.

Big Brother 20: Live Feeds PoV Ceremony Bulletin - July 9

The long feeds block was indeed the Power of Veto Ceremony.

Fessy is ticked. He told Bayleigh and Swaggy he will not talk to Kaitlyn.

Kaitlyn kept up with the plan. Swaggy is now on the block with Winston.

Big Brother 20: Live Feeds into Monday Morning - July 9

All over the feeds this week!

Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Whirling Dervishes:
  • Not a heck of a lot has happened in the overnight hours into the morning.
  • Bayleigh and Scottie still believe the lie that Kaitlyn will take Scottie off the block if veto is used and put up Angela.
  • Scottie will come off the block ... but it will be Swaggy going up.
  • Angela is the invisible hamster this week.
  • Scottie has become like the old radio show Chickenman -- "He's everywhere! He's everywhere!"
  • Okay. I know I'm dating myself with that reference.
  • Rockstar's get-up makes me think of the Far Side comic ladies.
  • At least that reference isn't AS old!
  • Although Swaggy doesn't really trust Tyler, he's sure Tyler wouldn't make a move to target him.
  • So, Swaggy will be benevolent and keep Tyler around for a few more weeks.
  • Isn't that so nice of Swags?
  • Brett and Winston continue to be joined at the hip.
  • Scottie thinks there may be two powers out there now.
  • Y'think?
  • The boy is disappointing me thus far.
  • Baleigh and Swaggy, after Swaggy said their showmance is secret, made out under the covers.
  • @@
  • JC complained how uncomfortable sleeping in the satellite dish Have Not beds is. I can only imagine how Fessy must feel.
  • As I post this, the feeds are blocked with BB reruns.
  • I'm hoping it's the PoV ceremony.
  • I need some excitement.
  • I will update with a bulletin if it is the PoV ceremony and let you know if Kaitlyn did according to plan.

Might have a chance if Swaggy goes

Big Brother 20: Live Feeds into Sunday Evening - July 8

Over 100 degrees and sunning? Ridiculous!

Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Hamster Havoc:
  • I don't understand why people lay about sweating in the sun. They're having extreme heat in CA.
  • The hamsters still have the yard and some were wise enough to head out early and not cook in the afternoon sun.
  • Kaitlyn hemmed and hawed over naming the Have Nots. She had so many reasons not to name people that it made it so much harder -- no one who was on it last week, no one who's having their period, no one who's sick, two of each gender, no one who's ovulating ...!
  • The Have Nots ended up being Rockstar, JC, Fessy and Haleigh. They volunteered and took the weight of Kaitlyn's conscience.
  • JC will fit nicely in the satellite dish bed, Fessy not so much.
  • Kaitlyn has delusions of grandeur (not as much as Swaggy, but ...) -- she thinks they're D List celebrities.
  • More like the W List. That would stand for Who?
  • Oh geez. Kaitlyn tells Haleigh that she plans to take Scottie off the block and put up Swaggy because of the things he said about her.
  • @@
  • Life coach my foot.
  • Then she told Winston that she told Haleigh.
  • Swaggy was already a bit worried. You know it will get back to him before the veto meeting.
  • At least Haleigh was smart enough to lie to Bayleigh about it. She told her that Kaitlyn is planning replace Scottie with Angela.
  • Oh, wait ... not so smart.
  • Haleigh told Rockstar about the real backdoor plan.
  • She told her that she cannot say anything and she was only telling her so they could regroup and plan ahead.
  • For now, at least, Bayleigh believes the Angela lie and reported to Swaggy.
  • Kaitlyn got eyeglasses with a camera that even has video -- the "high tech" version of the HoH camera?
  • She and Fessy took selfies with them.
  • Rachel screamed a lot as per her Crap App.
  • For the most part, we still have doldrums.

Invisible before, now he's everywhere

At least she's in the pool

HoH camera eyeglasses

Plain old very weird eyeglasses

Swaggy, you did it to yourself

Big Brother 20: Nominations Show Blog Party - July 8

I'll be live-blogging the show as it airs here on the East Coast -- refresh this page to get the latest update! As always, the real party is in the comments area; please feel free to join in on the fun!

Just a reminder ... some folks only watch the aired television shows and don't read the live feeds reports. The Power of Veto won't air until Wednesday on the show. Please keep comments spoiler free! Thank you!

Of course, we must sit through "previously on." Tapping my foot here.

Kaitlyn is seeing the signs and the universe is going the way it's supposed to go. Tyler wants to use his new alliance with Kaitlyn to get a Swaggy side person out of the house.

Winston is taking the credit with Brett and Rachel over Kaitlyn's vote to keep Sam. But Tyler wants it to remain a mystery. Swags is ticked that Winston accused him of having a meeting with Tyler and Fessy. Bayleigh thinks Swags should control his mouth a bit better.

Scottie is bereft without Steve. Poor baby.

Nine hours before the eviction Tyler told Kaitlyn that her alliance doesn't trust her -- Swags called her a cannonball and bottom of their alliance. Tyler told her she needed to vote for Steve to be evicted. And, as we know, that's what she did.

Swags and Bayleigh have decided they're Swayleigh. Blech. Both know the showmance isn't good for their individual games.

Heh. In a shaving JC's back segment, Rachel was using the shaver upside down.

Tyler tells us Swaggy must go as he's the leader of the other side. He wants to get Kaitlyn thinking it's her own idea. He tells Kaitlyn that Sam has the power to have her not put Sam on the block. She wants to put Brett and Winston up. She's keen on a Backdoor Swaggy plan.

Sam is using the idea that she has the power to keep her off the block with Kaitlyn. Winston is receptive to going on the block as a move to backdoor Swaggy. She tells Scottie she wants Winston out and she wants to put him up as a pawn. He thinks it's a dumb plan. They don't realize she's working with Tyler and Company. She also tells Swaggy her target is Winston.

The App Store is about to open! Rachel gets the Crap App and chooses YELL. She will get feedback on her game and YELL!

Yep, I guessed it right! TYLER got the Power App. He chooses The Cloud. Keep himself from going on the block during any one nomination or veto meeting, he sits on the cloud. It's good for two months.

Kaitlyn tries to console Scottie about putting him on the block. She promises him he won't go home.

She's worried that whoever has the Power App might influence her nominations or HoH. Tyler is remaining mum about his win.

Nominations Ceremony time --
Scottie, then Winston. Loves Scottie but could have gone on the block if he could save Steve.

Wednesday's show will be 8pm ET/PT, not 9pm ET/PT

Off Topic: Plainfield NJ Fourth of July Parade

I've been absent from my off topic photography posts due to needing back surgery, having back surgery and now slow recovery from back surgery. I haven't been able to really get around much. However, the local parade goes right by my apartment building. Even so, I had to give up sitting in a hard folding chair after more than two hours and missed the end of the parade. (I certainly heard it, though!)

Here are some of the photos I took ...

Needs to get her own game on

Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Misguided Mice:
  • As you (should) know from my last brief update, Tyler won the Power of Veto.
  • The comp, blocked to the live feeds, had them individually timed running back and forth trying to put up the right answers concerning previous hamsters.
  • Obviously, they were able to read something during the comp as half of the hamsters don't know anything about previous hamsters.
  • Cody made an appearance and was the "special guest."
  • Swaggy told Fessy he's worried about how tough Tyler is with two comp wins.
  • He should worry.
  • Me? I like Tyler better anyway!
  • Tyler thinks if he takes Scottie off the block, Scottie will switch to their side.
  • He might have a point. Scottie has only really hit it off with Kaitlyn and Steve so far. And, of course, Steve is gone.
  • Tyler told Kaitlyn he really didn't want to win the veto and just guessed right.
  • Kaitlyn is more worried by the minute that, if she backdoors Swaggy, the other side will come after her.
  • Well, that is the game, girlie!
  • She also thinks Cody doesn't like her.
  • Why should she even care about that? After watching Cody last season and her this season, no ... I bet he doesn't. She would drive him up the wall. But, what difference should it make to her?
  • Heh. Winston apparently picked Tyler for the PoV comp as Houseguest's Choice. And, if all goes as planned, Tyler will pull Scottie off the block and leave Winston sitting there.
  • Fessy is still working on his Kaitlyn alliance. He told her that although Swaggy and him are close, he will always come in second with him due to Bayleigh. Kaitlyn is his Number One.
  • Oh my.
  • Swaggy is feeling quite insecure right now. He feels that backdoor coming, probably sooner rather than later.
  • Winston knows of the plan to take Scottie off the block. He's a bit antsy because no one knows who has the power.
  • We know that Sam only has this week and next to save a hamster until the power just goes to whoever is evicted in the fourth week.
  • Nah, she ain't gonna use it on Winston!
  • In her renom speech, Kaitlyn is going to mention Swaggy calling her a liability and the bottom of the pack in the alliance. She's also looking for new dirt and has people listening for more.
  • JC continues his caring about Sam despite the absence of SamBot.
  • Rumors keep flying because no one knows who got the Power App.
  • I personally think, with no confirmation on the feeds, that Tyler might have it. I can see him keeping it a secret.
  • They got the backyard after 1am their time. Commence just hanging out, using the hot tub, using the gym equipment and catching up on laundry.
  • They will surely sleep in this morning.

Tyler is a good influence on her game

Dirty feets there, Sam!

Big Brother 20: Power of Veto Winner - July 7

Over five hours. Yes, we're talking five hours of blocked live feeds. If I wanted to watch reruns of previous BB seasons, I could watch them on CBS All Access. But we finally do have a winner and that won't air until Wednesday on the show. Spoilers ahead ...

Will the Tyler/Kaitlyn plan to backdoor Swaggy stay in effect now that Tyler has the PoV? I don't know. It's a long time between now and the PoV meeting.

Big Brother 20: Live Feeds Into Saturday - July 7

Haleigh gets around, doesn't she?

Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Wanton Wombats:
  • I swear BB gave a lot of staffers time off during the holiday week. I don't think I've ever seen focus on one room as much as lately. All four cams will be on one room with Cams 1 and 3 identical shots, Cams 2 and 4 will be another angle of the same room.
  • Okay, if you missed the latest -- Kaitlyn put Winston and Scottie on the block and is hoping one will come down, Swaggy goes up and out.
  • And, that's kind of where I left you last night.
  • Bayleigh and Swaggy continue their showmance although both fear it could lead to ruining their games.
  • I personally doubt it will last beyond the house, too.
  • But they're young and foolish.
  • Lots of rumors flying about who got the Power App -- whoever it is is keeping it on the down low for now.
  • We know Rachel got the Crap App and chose YELL.
  • Winston and Brett think that Scottie must have it because he lost Steve.
  • Hmm.
  • Winston knows that Kaitlyn wants to backdoor Swaggy and that he himself is a pawn.
  • Kaitlyn told Scottie that he (Scottie) is a pawn and Winston is the target.
  • Kaycee and Sam are bonding a bit. Kaycee gave Sam some solid advice like not to talk game with Scottie or he'll run it right to Swaggy.
  • That's spot on. But Sam feels Scottie is an ally and a friend. We'll have to see if she heeds the advice.
  • Sam told Kaycee the names of the other Power Apps she saw when choosing her power. Without the actual descriptions, they can only guess at the powers themselves.
  • Heh. Swaggy told Fessy he doesn't trust Tyler. And, get this ... Fessy spoke up for Tyler and said he wouldn't go against him.
  • Making that stereotype of brawn and no brain an apt descriptor, huh?
  • Swaggy is even sure that Tyler leaked to Kaitlyn that he said she was at the bottom of the alliance.
  • Tsk, tsk. He's no fool, but he's certainly made himself a target.
  • After going on about things to Fessy, Fessy told Swags that if they can get Tyler and Brett out, Kaitlyn will come back to them.
  • Good luck with that, boys.
  • The Power of Veto players were picked -- in addition to Kaitlyn, Winston and Scottie, we have Tyler, Rachel and Fessy.
  • Kaitlyn is nervous that Swaggy might be popular and she'd look bad getting him evicted.
  • Tyler thinks that America is not thrilled with Swaggy and she'd be fine.
  • Kaitlyn told him that she likes Fessy, but trusts Tyler more.
  • She's smarter than I initially gave her credit.

Big Brother 20: Live Feeds into Friday Night, Nominations - July 6

Thought brawn would rule the comps

Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of New Nominations:
  • Early in the day there was a pinky swear between Tyler and Kaitlyn.
  • What was it?
  • Well, she would put Scottie and Winston on the block with the idea to backdoor Swaggy.
  • How good is her pinky swear?
  • Stay tuned.
  • Then Kaitlyn told Scottie that she can't put his choice of Brett and Winston on the block together because she feels Brett is a friend.
  • She and Scottie talked about an Angela backdoor.
  • There was no pinky swear.
  • Now, earlier she had told Brett that she wouldn't put him, Tyler, Fessy, Rockstar or Haleigh on the block.
  • Sam and Kaitlyn talked. Sam thanked her for the vote and promised honesty and friendship. She also told her of her power.
  • Kaitlyn told Sam that she plans on backdooring a big target this week.
  • In her talk with Winston, she told him she was going to have to put him and Scottie on the block but the plan was to backdoor Swaggy.
  • She also asked him if he is a surgeon. Remember, she can read people and she is SO sure he's a doctor.
  • He once again said he sells medical supplies and yeah, to surgeons. But, no. He is not a doctor.
  • In her talk with Fessy, she said Winston is the target.
  • When she talked with Swaggy, she said the same and made him promise not to use the veto if he wins it.
  • She's playing this (at least for now) smarter than I thought she would.
  • When JC talked with her, he told her he didn't want to know the plan now. Just tell him before the vote how to vote.
  • He also hinted that "people" were after her and wouldn't name names. But he gave a nod when she mentioned Fessy's side.
  • We had a long feed block with BB reruns.
  • Real long.
  • It was the BB App Store.
  • Rachel got the Crap App -- she chose YELL.
  • Kaitlyn promised Scottie if she can HG Choice Fessy and he wins Veto, he will pull him off the block.
  • Scottie isn't any sort of real target at all ... for anyone.
  • But you do know what they say about pawns.
  • There was another long BB rerun feeds block and ...
  • ... Kaitlyn nominated Scottie and Winston for eviction.
  • Wasn't there a rule that they aren't supposed to tell nominees prior to nominations?
  • Hmm.

Whoa! That's worse than a man-bun!

But I look so good shirtless

Definitely has game

A new bromance?

SamBot didn't whisper. Sam does.
