Remember the good ol' days of Big Brother 1? And Chicken George, named that because he tended the chickens? Oh, and the feeds were blocked by focusing on the chicken coop, so at least we got some sort of action... watching chickens strut. The game was very different back then, as George has certainly found out. One thing (of many) they didn't have that season were clocks or watches. So, George made a potato clock so they'd have a rough idea of the time.
What? You didn't want BB trivia, you wanted a report?
Here are the events of the daytime hours today in that Big Brother House of Men Who Can't Control Themselves and the Women Who Walk In On Them:
- Ohhh... Danielle threw out Janelle's prom queen flowers when she woke up! Hopefully it was because they were wilting and not just a malicious act.
- Mike is to keep working on Erika to put up Danielle if Janelle comes off the block with the veto.
- Woogie thinks Danielle has ill feelings towards them due to James' eviction. They were asked by the Diary Room about it and doubt the DR would even bring it up unless something was said. [Editor's note: She is angry.]
- Woogie mentioned James calling them pre-season, but the James they saw in the house wasn't the same attitude. Only his last night did he seem like the one they knew.
- Danielle did her devil horns bit over Will to Erika. [Editor's note: Oh, no! It's like Roddy all over again! He's the devil!]
- Danielle told Erika that her strategy changed after talking to the show shrink and she will not be trying to play honorably anymore. She will "scumbag" Chill Town. [Editor's note: It's AWN!]
- Janelle slept a good portion of the day again. She really should try sleeping at night.
- Woogie told Chicken George that they will take him off the block if they win POV. The plan this time is that Danielle would go up, they control the vote between Janelle and Danielle and Danielle would be evicted. They didn't tell George the last part, just that they would use the veto to save him.
- Meanwhile, Danielle told Erika that they shuld win POV, save George and put Will on the block, evict Will. [Editor's note: Only if George voted Will would the vote swing.]
- Erika pondered getting rid of George if Janelle wins POV.
- George got a whole lot of housecleaning accomplished.
- Woogie ran down scenarios of every sort working their strategy in alternate plans.
- Will thinks the POV comp will be around 8 PM PT.
- Uh-oh. Mike took a towel and a bottle of lotion. Could he still not be the Master of his Domain. [Editor's note: Covering my eyes...!]
- Oh, NO! Danielle walked on him as he committed the deed! Her eyes! Her eyes! Call a medic!
- She ran to tell the rest. [Editor's note: I would too, after I had a good laugh at him.]
- They played cards. Boring.
- Erika talked to one of the cameras asking why she's there and if she's crazy. [Editor's note: Perhaps she's there because she's crazy!]
- Erika seems really torn between siding with Mike or Danielle.
- Then she started talking to a teddy bear, telling it she must win. She went over different strategies with the bear. For some odd reason, the bear didn't say anything. Perhaps he's her silent partner in the game.
- Janelle is worried that if she wins veto, Erika will put Will up.
And there's where we stand. When they finally do the POV comp, I'll post a bulletin, but I don't expect it for a few hours.

Jackie, what is your gut feel on what Erika is going to do? As in whose side she is really in an alliance with? Boogie or Dani? She's playing it both big time and I think even she is confused based on how she was acting a minute ago talking to the camera in the HOH room. Oh and yes, the "incident" with Mike was hilarious. When the camera guys were zooming in on him afterwards and showing the lotion and the toilet paper rolls that was funny! - Chris

I agree, the best thing that could happen in my opinion is if Will wins and takes of Jani so that neither have to go home. In a way though, I hope the nominations stay the same and Woogie votes to keep Jani. Then, Jani or Will win HOH in the "action packed hour" and send Dani home...a girl can dream...

Janie is desperately trying to talk to Will alone before the POV which he thinks is about an hour away. He wouldn't talk to her and said basically that he can't be seen talking to her that it's too risky. She pleaded but he wouldn't give in. The house is on high stress levels right now and everyone you can tell is stressed and paranoid. Especially, if Will won't be seen talking privately with Janelle before the POV. But from the way I gather Will basically is inferring to Janelle that if he wins POV that Erika would put Dani up. Janelle was jumping up and down. I personally think that he's had no proof of this happening based on what I've seen in the live feeds today. - Chris

A Janie Fan -- I disagree. I've been watching several clips (nothing better to do waiting for the POV) and I definitly see genuine flirting. Not just game play, but real flirting. She doesn't talk to the other guys the way she talks to Will and vice versa. Go check some clips out and maybe you'll see what I'm talking about. It reminds me of junior high...when boys and girls are learning how to flirt. They don't want their friends to know that they like each other.

From what I understand they said Mike was under a towel, so Dani didn't SEE anything. Opened the door could tell what was going on and left. He then WASHED his hands afterwards. A thought to consider...Janelle works as a cocktail waitress. That makes it reasonable to assume that being up late at night (that would be normal working hours for her) is NORMAL for her. ReplyDeleteMany people work swing shifts(my husband for example) so their sleeping is never on a clear schedule. They work nights one week and then days the next week and then evenings another week. It doesn't mess up your system!

ReplyDeleteWow, is this a Jani crowd or what? I'm pulling for her too! It's a little after 10 p.m. on the West Coast. Hopefully, this isn't one of those comps that goes until someone gives up. This could go on all night.
ReplyDeleteI am responding to several different comments. As far as the "horrible thing Mike did in the bathroom"! I am not a Mike fan, but all guys do it and do it quite a bit from what I understand (I am a woman). From talking to a few guys, three months is DEFINITELY a long time. I think he was going into the bathroom alone thinking they could not film him since he was alone, can only film if two people are in there together. I am not saying he made a good choice there, but it is not the end of the world or something so horrible and I really don't like him so I am not partial. Of course they will not show it on T.V. and they won't even mention it. It is something funny to laugh about in the house and for people with the live feeds to know about and share with others, but I don't think that CBS would allow them to mention that, it would just bring the show down to not a very classy level.
ReplyDeleteAs far as Mike's other behavior in the house and his associates and employees seeing this, I have been saying this from the beginning about Danielle, but I don't think anyone agrees with me. I know she agreed to come on this show and knew what she was getting into, but I can't understand her behavior because she has children who will some day see this and at least people will be talking about this around them. (Don't know the ages of her children) I would just be really horrified if anyone in my family saw me acting that vindictive and mean and saying such horrible things. I am no Angel, believe me and I say things I definitely shouldn't, but I would not do that on a nationally televised show so that people could judge my family or hurt my family by my actions.
Okay enough preaching.....I am not trying to be judgemental, it has just bothered me from the start.
I love reading these postings, it really is addicting and Jackie and Zoetawny are doing such a GREAT job. Thanks for keeping us entertained!

I don't see why people were stressing so much over the Boogie issue either. I don't personally like him but all men do it and most women as well(Although they don't as readily admit it). And you can WASH YOUR HANDS! He was in the bathroom for crying out loud and Danielle never actually saw anything.
ReplyDeleteOk, I wouldn't want to SEE what Boogie was doing but I'm actually surprised that all of the guys haven't done it on the show at one time or another. People don't jump on this bandwagon with Howie, who created a whole shack for it. I don't like Mike either but let's not get carried away. The other guys are probably just more discreet and I'm sure Mike could use a lesson in discretion in this area.
ReplyDeleteI guess the bottom line is you'd think Mike would realize every moves he makes is filmed. Some things should be left for private. Let's not get our drawers in a bunch about this. The guy's a real pig and anything he does just seems worse because he's not liked. (Except by his mother and Erika.)

ReplyDeleteJD - No, they can't eat the sort of recipes they made for the comp. When they're restricted to slop, they can only have condiments with it. Most, if not all, of the recipes for the comp have more substantial ingredients.

JJ - I doubt it's an endurance comp (unless we're competing). Those they show on the feeds and they're HOH. I've seen it blocked this long before. Sometimes what you see on the show in 10 minutes takes them well over an hour... or more. Then they also block a while to let the houseguests decompose... er, decompress or something.
