'Big Brother 8' - Live Feeds - Noms Confirmed
The feeds came back on about ten minutes ago and we have confirmation.
terry in ca. --I commented about your mom on the previous post--she must to doing well...glad to read it.
kat--I also responded to your ? Dick asked the DR about using the POV if he won and they said you can only use it on yourself this time. He can't save his brat daughter!!!
Since I was bored tonight I went online and googled Dolphin Crash. I found Zach' myspace. His education background was impressive. He has his undergrad degree in business with a minor in theology. He has his Masters in graphic design.
lynn 1-I agree with you! Atleast Zach realized that he messed up on not using the POV on Eric last night. But really how much time did he have to think about using it? A commercial break-if I was him, I would be excited to win and overwhelmed on all of the possibilities if I did use it. He probably didn't think it through completely before the ceremony.
Some more random thoughts: Zach wants to prove he's had a game plan all along??? What kind of game plan calls for admitting you are willing to settle for second place? Since I could care less about who wins this year (anybodybutacurrenthouseguest), I would like to see a "Where are they now" segment a year from now answer some of these questions.
Does Kail have any employees left from August 2007? Has Amber been in therapy? Is Dick still wearing black nail polish? Who is Dani's boyfriend? Are Eric & Jess in a relationship with each other. What job is Alison Grodner holding?
It doesn't matter which of the Donatos win the veto because whoever isn't on the block gets to vote out who they chose. If either Dick or Dani win the veto and take themselves off, they'll vote Jam out.
It dosen't matter if Dick or Daniele can only take themselves off the block,because if Dick takes himself of Jameka goes up and Dick is the only one voting so Daniele stays and vise-versa
Well, that turned out pretty much as expected! But remember folks, that's only one Donato gone. It probably will be Dani unless she does win the POV. If only one can stay, I truly hope that it will be Dick. Then, it will be Jameka's turn to go. The only way that Jameka would stay is if Zach is serious about only "needing" to win 2nd place. And, if that is so, then Zach is creepy and dumb.!!!

So no matter what Z has a chance to go for final two. All he has t do is win veto next time.
Dick and Dani are talking about how they will hinder everyone else playing for veto by spitting on them. Now that's what I would call good sportsmanship, good gameplay, and good strategy. How ironic. Remember how they complained about Jen eating and acting like a baby because she was being backdoored and wasn't able to fight for herself. At least they get to do that.
I can't help it. I can't stand either one of them any more. Isn't it amazing what some people will do for money.
Spit is a bodily fluid, and BB should tell Dick and Dani they cannot spit on other houseguests...that is just vile and not gameplay. Time for a Diary House warning and a penalty vote for eviction to them if they spit on anyone.
I think Zach wanted Eric out, he had problems with Eric all through the game. I don't know if Zach is saying now that he should have taken out Dani last night, but I think he had a plan and a clear idea of who should go when. Zach (none of them really) knew who they could trust and Eric was in the Ds alliance. So, while I see Eric as a weak player and Daniele as strong, I can see why from inside the house Zach chose Eric as the bigger threat. But, as I say, I haven't heard the feeds, so maybe Zach is saying something different. Sue

Dick and Dani are absolutely driving me crazy right now. They are such whiny crybabies. They expect everyone else to handle it fine when they are on the block, but as soon as D&D are on the block they have this "how DARE they" attitude. Dani is not a good person, at all. She is acting so spoiled and like she is so much better than everyone else. Noone else could possibly deserve to win, only her. Umm...honey...like you have told everyone else...it is just a game.
Love the new name that Kay gave Dani in the previous post...Whinelle fits her perfectly. If Dani spits on anyone I hope they give her a penalty nomination...that's just too gross to even think about. My 5 year old Granddaughter has better manners and attitude than Dani has. What a spoiled BRAT,hope she goes next.
If you really believed it was just a game, you'd stop repeating over and over and over how much you hate Dani. It's so boring no matter how many different names you choose to use. And you think Dani is hateful!
I'm betting Dick gets really abusive toward Jam and Z right before and during this upcoming POV, he's such a one note when it comes to strategy. I hope Zack get POV, plus the next HOH and takes Jam to the F2.

Okay thanks for clearing that up orkmommy. All I remember is Jani, Erica and Boogie doing some comp. Boogie jumping off and Jani trying to see what was going on and letting her hand off the thingy and Erica winning. I just thought it was POV. At any rate, I'm glad Z has a chance to compete and that after tomorrow the game isn't entirely in one persons hands. I would like for it to be fair with everyone getting an equal chance to win.

I was one of those waaayyyy back when, that said Zack gave me the creeps and that I wanted him GONE!
Well I'm here to tell ya, as quick as the tide can turn in the house, my mind can turn just as quick. Now, I'm all for Zack and Jameka going to the end.
I've never been a big fan of D&D. Not because of their game. I think they've been two of the most strategic players we've seen so far. But because of the WAY they've they've played their game. I know that lying, cheating and deceiving are all part of the game, but they can lie, cheat and deceive without being bratty, mean and abusive.
Zack may have been way out there at times with his comments, but looking back her was nothing compared to others!
Now I can hardly wait to see Dani go out the door, and have daddy dearest follow closely behind.
How delightful will it be when Daniele goes home and she is kicking and screaming all the way to the door..... "I hate this place, I hate these people, this really sucks..... and oh Nick, sorry.....we can't afford that vacation now!"

I still believe Zach could very well beat Jameka, in fact Jameka would probably only get Dustins and Ambers vote, I highly doubt Dani nor Dick would vote Jameka winner over Zach, I'm not buying for a second that she'd beat Zach, of course unless Jameka is the one who ultimately evicts both Dan and Dick, otherwise No, Sure Jameka's well liked, but Zach didn't make any enemies, Despite D & D various attempts to convince Zach. I don't think Zach would win against either of them ( D & D ) maybe against Dick, though it'll be very close,Dani would beat Zach hands down, perhaps that's why Zach made comments; he'd settle for 2nd place, Regardless HG who wins POV holds the most power. At least Zach secured a place in the final 3, I hope POV is an endurance though I believe it could very well be similar to last years in which Erica won. Jameka certainly realizes she has no choice but to try her hardest, it'll be hilarious if Jameka does win POV, she's won it before, this time it counts the most. Jameka sitting out 5 HOH's worked well for her. Last year Erica actually believed she'd win against Mike Boogie,( he convinced Erica she would win only against him what a dummy she was ) Erica stated later her gut instincts had been that Mike B might win because Will was in the jury pool, yet Erica bought into the greedy bit on how much more Mike was hated, D & D will even use this tactic against Zach if Jameka is in a similar position, Without a doubt if Jameka was in a position on who she'd rather be sitting in the finals; with Both D & D would do this same song and dance about how she'd never win against Zach, that she'd only win if she took one of them. I'm sure they all know, regardless they'll beat Jamkea. I know many of you feel jury will vote personally, IMO I don't believe that to be true at all. I'm pretty sure Jameka even knows she can't beat any of them.
Hi Nana in NW...I'm actually from Redmond, but generally say Seattle or Washington. Transplant from central Jersey. I hear you have a great glass museum in Tacoma...Hope to visit it one of these days. See you on the Survivor blog! This season of BB is pretty much a wrap after POV...at this point I'm pulling for Zach.

Well I'm here to tell ya, as quick as the tide can turn in the house, my mind can turn just as quick. Now, I'm all for Zack and Jameka going to the end.
I've never been a big fan of D&D. Not because of their game. I think they've been two of the most strategic players we've seen so far. But because of the WAY they've they've played their game. I know that lying, cheating and deceiving are all part of the game, but they can lie, cheat and deceive without being bratty, mean and abusive.
Zack may have been way out there at times with his comments, but looking back her was nothing compared to others!
Now I can hardly wait to see Dani go out the door, and have daddy dearest follow closely behind.

I still believe Zach could very well beat Jameka, in fact Jameka would probably only get Dustins and Ambers vote, I highly doubt Dani nor Dick would vote Jameka winner over Zach, I'm not buying for a second that she'd beat Zach, of course unless Jameka is the one who ultimately evicts both Dan and Dick, otherwise No, Sure Jameka's well liked, but Zach didn't make any enemies, Despite D & D various attempts to convince Zach. I don't think Zach would win against either of them ( D & D ) maybe against Dick, though it'll be very close,Dani would beat Zach hands down, perhaps that's why Zach made comments; he'd settle for 2nd place, Regardless HG who wins POV holds the most power. At least Zach secured a place in the final 3, I hope POV is an endurance though I believe it could very well be similar to last years in which Erica won. Jameka certainly realizes she has no choice but to try her hardest, it'll be hilarious if Jameka does win POV, she's won it before, this time it counts the most. Jameka sitting out 5 HOH's worked well for her. Last year Erica actually believed she'd win against Mike Boogie,( he convinced Erica she would win only against him what a dummy she was ) Erica stated later her gut instincts had been that Mike B might win because Will was in the jury pool, yet Erica bought into the greedy bit on how much more Mike was hated, D & D will even use this tactic against Zach if Jameka is in a similar position, Without a doubt if Jameka was in a position on who she'd rather be sitting in the finals; with Both D & D would do this same song and dance about how she'd never win against Zach, that she'd only win if she took one of them. I'm sure they all know, regardless they'll beat Jamkea. I know many of you feel jury will vote personally, IMO I don't believe that to be true at all. I'm pretty sure Jameka even knows she can't beat any of them.

I hear you have a great glass museum in Tacoma...Hope to visit it one of these days. See you on the Survivor blog! This season of BB is pretty much a wrap after POV...at this point I'm pulling for Zach.
