Okay, I know the screen cap above isn't a current one. But the feeds are blocked and I didn't get a chance to post this one the other night during the first part of the HOH comp. I thought it looked all dramatic and stuff, so there you are. I'm using it for this entry!Speaking of images, I received more word about graphic artist Zoetawny's computer woes. She's in the process of replacement, but there are issues with recovering her data and programs from her deceased computer. She should be back online before the end of the month.
Onto the events of the day from inside that Big Brother House of the Donato Duo's Dwindling Days (and Zach, but he ruins my alliteration):
- All three had to pack. "I haaate to pack, it hurts my arms!" Even Dick laughed at that one. It hurts Daniele's arms because she has so many things that she has to roll them really tiny.
- Dick and Zach talked about their eye and ear infections. (Most likely flared by the comp the other night.)
- Zach and Daniele started to talk about the blue ball going into Jameka's tube literally from the sky and BB not viewing the tapes right away ... then the feeds got blocked.
- They waited through an outdoor lockdown, then napped and Daniele primped.
- Dick didn't primp.
- Nor did Zach.
- The feeds have been blocked for an extended time now and I don't foresee them returning before the show starts.
I will not be live-blogging the President's appearance after Big Brother. I'm so sorry to disappoint everyone, but I have a prior commitment.

ReplyDeleteJackie: What a day! Started out being stuck in a parking lot on the expressway into work... Both the inner and outer beltway were tied up. I happened to look over to the cars on my left (who were stuck going in the opposite direction) and stared straight into the eyes of some older guy staring at me. He smiled... Since I'm old too, do you think he was flirting? I've forgotten what that was like too.

ReplyDeletesomeone in the last post asked about why everyone hates Zack, what did he do that made everyone hate him, or was it just his nerdy ways - i also wondered why everyone, or especially Dick, hated Jen so much - she didn't really do anything that i could see, she was pretty much immune to Dick's tirades, & i didn't see her really piss anyone off, so why do they hate her ??
ReplyDeleteI have a problem with the phrase "deserve to win" so many hamsters talk about how they would use the money, or how they are so broke & their father needs surgery or their mother is in dire straights, etc etc & they think they deserve to win - i think that when you are playing a game, someone wins & someone loses, there really is no "deserving" to it

ReplyDeleteZack was hated because he used to say odd stuff and tell outrageous, fraternity lies (I remember one about wrapping a naked woman in saran wrap or something like that). He made a lot of the women uncomfortable. I know everyone now wants to ascribe everything Zack did to brilliant strategy, but he was just plain odd and, I don't believe, "laying low". He would keep going up to groups of people and start talking and then they would gradually excuse themselves.
ReplyDeleteAs for Jen, she was very self-absorbed and became the butt of a lot of jokes (remember the "I" drinking game) in the house. I'm not sure how the dislike of her became Dick's hatred of her, but she was simply never liked because of her egocentrism and sometimes bizarre comments. (Personally, she amused me. I loved to hate her)

Barbwire.... Not too sure, but I think when Jen made the comment in one of the first comps (the butter one) that she did not some old man(Dick) rubbing the butter off her body. I remember that ticked him off because she assumed he wanted too... I could be wrong, but his hate for her seemed to grow from there.
