My computer had issues ... and I had to wait for a part and have been offline since my last post here. I'm alive and well enough, though. I'll be writing a review of tonight's The Big Bang Theory for CliqueClack TV in a bit.
Did anyone watch The Beast on A&E -- the new Patrick Swayze series? I watched it and will probably watch again. But, overall, I came away with the feeling that the whole show (writing, characters, storyline) was a bit overdone. Is it just me?
Thanks for letting us know Jackie -- we, your friendly addicts, were just starting to feel withdrawls... or at least I was!
ReplyDeleteAlso, I just wanted to say, in case JOYN is looking in, that you are missed...
ReplyDeleteI watched it Jackie, in honor of Patrick Swayze due to his cancer issues. I wasn't sure whether I would continue watching, but I liked it, so I probably will.
ReplyDeleteDitto to both missing Jackie and missing joyn. Glad you're back Jackie and sorry you were having computer glitches.
oh Darn, I missed the Swayze show.
ReplyDeleteHi Jackie. Good to know you are okay!
ReplyDeleteI too was wondering why you had not posted, Jackie! Glad it was your computer and not you. Joyn, hope you are okay too.
ReplyDeleteI do not know what The Beast is about and have not planned to watch it. I do watch The Big Bang Theory, and love it, love it!
Hey, Jackie. Good to see a post from you. I agree with Sydney, we were beginning to have withdrawlal.
ReplyDeleteGlad to see that the "health issues" are with the computer and not you.
I watched True Beauty last night. That is a very interesting concept. Too bad it will be a one season show. No way they could do the same thing again.
Is everyone watching AI tonight? I will not be, I will be watching NCIS and The Mentalist.
ReplyDeleteIs our new president sworn in yet?
Jackie, sorry about the computer issues. I love Big Bang, have recorded it and will watch soon. Then I'll look up your review. Thanks!
ReplyDeletedonna and sizzie... you have the same avitar. Interesting.

ReplyDeleteMorning Jackie-
ReplyDeleteSo excited about the inauguration today. Know your computer is broken for now but ... at some point are you going to give us your take? Look forward to it if so!
Just want to say here among special friends how proud and hopeful I am right now. Let us go forward and be the change we want to see.
ReplyDeleteJackie, I'd love to read your views on today and talk about it with "Friends of Jackie".
Hope your computer troubles get taken care of Jackie... we can't wait too long before we start with the many emails asking where you are and how you are, etc. etc. etc.

ReplyDeleteand YES the speech, this whole day has ROCKED! I've found myself tearing up several times.
OK hope everyone has a colorful day!!!
ReplyDeleteAmazing what you can find on the internet!
ReplyDelete2 hour Biggest Loser tonight!
Yes Delee - I will definitely be taping Biggest Loser tonight. I find with these 2 hour shows its better to tape and then skip through commercials. I had taped the first two episodes and just watched them this weekend. I'm officially hooked. I like the concept they came up with this season.
