Big Brother 11 Live Feeds Into the Dawn Thursday 8/20

While tonight's show should be interesting (although it can't top Tuesday's Chima Blow Out), the house itself has been relatively quiet. Here's the news from inside that Big Brother House of Feisty Fibbers:
  • Before BB could block him, Jeff sang a line from "Jessie's Girl" to the amusement of Natalie and Kevin. Lydia didn't think it was funny.
  • Natalie accidentally broke her microphone. "Uh-oh, I'm going to get sent home!"
  • They got the materials for tie-dyed t-shirts, a BB standard diversion.
  • The instructions were no dye fights, shout-outs, or messages.
  • The shirts can't be worn on the live show.
  • Lydia acted like a fussy child who thinks she's an expert with the shirts.
  • But she was good at it.
  • But it's supposed to be fun, not art!
  • Natalie is still harping on the Russell problems.
  • Michele is, too.
  • So much for the big happy family.
  • They talked over scenarios if someone uses the veto to save either Lydia or Natalie. It seems to be Russell in the glare of the headlights.
  • Jordan has a hankering to backdoor Russell because Natalie told her if she wins HOH, she'd nominate Lydia or Michele.
  • Um ... what's wrong with Jordan's logic?
  • Well, chances are that Lydia won't be around if Natalie's around.
  • Jeff said he doesn't trust Russell.
  • Once again, I think Jordan and Jeff can only really trust each other. I don't know why they don't get that yet.
  • Jeff thinks they need to keep Russell even though he doesn't trust him.
  • I think he's right there.
  • Jordan has developed a soft spot for Natalie. Argh!
  • Kevin and Natalie studied for comps.
  • Everyone to bed rather early for them.

  1. I don't think I've ever seen Nastily in a dress! Blech! Anyway, THANKS JACKIE!

  2. She was trying to decide what to wear for the live show.

  3. Thank goodness its THURSDAY. Looking forward to an interesting night.

  4. ok the way I see it is that the alliance with looney michelle and Russell is the best they have.
Tonight is not the night to make it 3-3 since clearly nat and lydia and even kev can not be trusted. Do Jeff and Jordan not recall how they all acted after losing the myth jessie?? or the mouth Chima?
so they should get out nat since she is stronger in endurance or kev who clearly does well in question/answer comps.
They can worry about russell after that.
Surely they have to see that Michelle is off balance but she did not put them up so just stick with the alliance.
Russell did screw up with the jessie vote and it surely could have ruined it for j/j had jessie stayed so Jeff is right to be pissed.
move on from it as they now seemed to have done.
jeff seems the voice of reason, jordan should listen.
i think kev would have jury votes if he makes it to final two.
russell maybe not altho i dont think the jury will give it to jordan over russell since they they dont seem to like nice, lol
i just want tonight to happen already
    the suspense is killing me
and clearly I am worried they BD russell and hurt their own chances!!!
    DONT DO IT J/J!!

  5. Somebody was tallying votes and mentioned that Natalie would not have America's vote if she made it to the finals, I think that if she hangs on and makes it to the finals, she actually stands a good chance of getting A's V.

We as a nation might not "like" her, but even we can admit if someone has played a game good enough to get to the finals, they deserve a vote.
Especially, when they worked over their previous enemy to make it there.

Our disgust at JJ for leaving her in this week might be all it takes to turn the vote.

    ReplyDelete
  6. I hate to say this but if Natalie does survive to the end with anyone except Jeff then I would vote for her with an america's vote.
If she can make it past this week she has done what BB wants her to do.You know the Survivor mentality, Outwitt, Outsmart, out play.

Come on Jordan.....Have an Epiphany today and get Nat out.

    ReplyDelete
  7. As my avatar implies, J/J may be up that creek if they let Nat stay in the game.

I thought she looked ok in the dress, but if it's an endurance HOH, does she really want to be wearing a dress? I know the endurance is speculation, but still...

I'm looking forward to a fast paced show tonight since they have so much to get crammed into the hour.

    ReplyDelete
  8. Oh poo...the avatar is too small...

Ever been up a creek without a paddle? Well I found it! It's a place called:

    Sh*t Creek Paddle Store...
    just ask me for directions.

  9. Thanks alot Jackie....Now I can't get "Jessie's Girl" outta my head!

  10. Hopefully J-J-M-R talked it our last night and will take one of the TH out...if not they deserve to lose.

I imagine once the hamsters get up the feeds will be blocked most of the day with POV drawing--POV--POV Ceremony...hopefully when they are up we will get a hint of the way the winds are blowing!!!

WV swant I swant Nasty gone!!!

  11. I think I would vote for Natalie if she made it to F2 for the reasons already stated. It would take great game play on her part to make that happen tonight. If she wins POV, she could do it.

Kevin always has such a miserable look on his face. I wonder if he has had a happy moment in the house.

Looking forward to another good show tonight!

    ReplyDelete
  12. Maybe the dress is so she will look like a girl when she goes to see Jessie tonight!

    ReplyDelete
  13. I am not even sure if I will watch the lice show tonight. I am afraid I will be too frustrated to enjoy it if Natalie wins POV or isn't voted out.

    ReplyDelete
  14. live, not lice

    ReplyDelete
  15. That's what I was thinking about Nat wearing that dress, Laurie. Despite her protestations about Jesse now, I think she is still be carrying that torch. I have to say, she doesn't look bad in that frock. She actually looks feminine for a change.

    ReplyDelete
  16. is still be? Oy! Some of us aren't quite awake yet.

  17. Jackie, LOVE that shot of J&J together. If I were in Jordan's shoes......

    ReplyDelete
  18. nooooo!! Natalie must gooooo!!

  19. Joyn, if I were in Jordan's shoes they would be under the bed ... I'm just saying!

  20. Had to turn on my AC, gonna be another hot one. Ah, the dog days of summer.

Best scenario is Jeff winning that POV tonight and Russell and Michele sticking to the plan. If it is a tie, hopefully Jordan will have listened to Jeff's common sense and remember that Jeff handed her that HOH. because he trusted her. If Natalie stays because someone saves her with the POV or Michele and/or Russell turn on Jeff and vote to save Nat or in the case of a tie, Jordan is dumb enough to save Nat, we're in trouble. The gg's may be doomed.

    ReplyDelete
  21. Gosh for a season that started out so miserably its SO GOOD NOW! We are all on the edge of our seat..I just Pray J & J can stick to the Nat plan...no POV...If Jeff can win it then she is gone
    My WV is nodyses
They want to play games but there are nodyses

  22. Tie-Dye, Yay! ****-You BB, I'm gonna wear my tie-dye on the live show, see if you can stop me, I'm going to get the FCC on you, you can Fish-Tank me for the whole hour BB, see if I care. (missing Chima already...)

  23. AlbGlinka,

Don't forget, "Didn't you f**kin' hear me? I'm not going." (to DR)

    ReplyDelete
  24. Good one AlbGlinka... Truly laughing out loud. Can't quite say I miss Chima though.

    ReplyDelete
  25. joyn...gonna have to send you to the DR... LOL

  26. All but Russ playing in POV Comp tonight.

    ReplyDelete
  27. Cha Cha... Do you know whether any of the picks were "houseguest choice" or were they all picked randomly?

    ReplyDelete
  28. Sorry spoke to soon.
    I got bad information.

I will send the correct info as soon as i see it somewhere and its right,

    ReplyDelete
  29. I've been relying on your recaps and updates more than ever this season, Jackie. Thanks!

Sure hope Jeff/Jordan and crew stay with their original plan to evict Nat tonight. She's motivated (avenge Jessie! get Michelle! make Jeff pay!) and a very good liar, which makes her a dangerous player, even thought she hasn't won any competitions.

    ReplyDelete
  30. If Lydia really wants to stay in this house she should really rat out Nat and Kevin with the LML.

That would save her and get Nat out. Not that she would win anything.

    ReplyDelete
  31. chacha seems to be correct. according to suvivor sucks, russ is the only one not playing for pov. it looks like he's going to be back doored. if he is i'm done watching this season.
    -jeannemarie

wv enest if russ was playing for pov he would ernest right to stay...

    ReplyDelete
  32. Backdooring Russ at this point would be a huge mistake, in my humble opinion (IMHO). If they do that then I may have to become a Natalie fan and I really don't want to compromise myself that way!

    ReplyDelete
  33. I just read that POV pics were Russell as host and the rest are playing. How does he get stuck being host?
The way they are talking today, they want Russ out and are siding with Nat.

    ReplyDelete
  34. OMG, how stupid are they? They want to get rid of Lydia before Nat. How does that make any sense? Lydia can't win anything and Nat could.
It's starting to look like Russell is the only player who has any integrity and keeps his word.

    ReplyDelete
  35. OMG, how stupid are they? They want to get rid of Lydia before Nat. How does that make any sense? Lydia can't win anything and Nat could.

  36. Below is according to Jokers---But the feeds have been blocked and I haven't seen anything to prove it true or false

Thu 10:39 AM BBT PoV Picks... -
    Russ is the host
    Jordan drew Kevin
Next up was Jeff (Looks like Nat)
    Followed by Michele(Lydia)

Did they see that from the control room screen?

    ReplyDelete
  37. Russell to host
    Jordan drew Kevin's ball
    Natalie drew Jeff's ball
    Lydia drew Michele's ball -jeannemarie

    ReplyDelete
  38. Those DR sessions must really rattle a person's cognitive abilities.
A clean, clear-cut plan trashed after a long POV delay and daily brainwashing from DR.

Silly, optimistic me, I still hope they stick to the Natalie out plan.

Wonder what info Nat got from her Dad?

    ReplyDelete
  39. New here but have eavesdropped for a couple years

Just a thought - Could Michelle actually be 2 people ?? - Like BB did a few years ago having twins change places in Diary room Could explain why Michelle sometimes forgets things and is bi polar (meaning "bi" "2" People)

Maybe BB is "punking" America thr audience

    ReplyDelete
  40. Ultimately, Natalie's plan and efforts probably aren't going to save her this week, but she does deserve kudos for game play. She picked up a few pieces. Then, with her back against the exit, she "thought up a lie and she thought it up quick. She enlisted Kevin, and almost swayed Jeff and Jordan. She recognized a weakness in them, and did everything she could to exploit it to her advantage.

    That's the game.

    ReplyDelete
  41. This comment has been removed by the author.

    ReplyDelete
  42. J/J just said if Lydia takes herself off then Russell goes up. If Kevin takes lydia off the block Russell goes up.

    ReplyDelete
  43. That was so sweet that Jeff let Jordan win HOH, it makes me like him even more. I hope Jeff is careful with Russell.

    ReplyDelete
  44. I still think it is not such a bad idea to cut Russell loose. Why is Nat any more dangerous than Russell? Russell played both sides of the house. Russell terrorized Jeff, then Ronnie, then Michelle. Russell and Jeff were the last 2 standing on the last endurance comp, loooong after Nat was out.

And Michelle...??? Girl can't even keep her story straight when she's telling the TRUTH!!!

Honestly, I'm not so sure (from a J/J standpoint) that replacing Michelle and Russell with Natalie and Kevin is such a bad idea.

Russell and Michelle are going to be looking to deal with whomever is left from Lydia/Nat/Kevin next week anyway. They would be stupid to go to the final 4 with a solid 2 in the mix. So if you're J/J and you know you really can't trust anyone in the house, you know everyone has lied at one point or another, why wouldn't you take the physically weakest players with you. The all important final HOH is always endurance: Jeff against Kevin, Natalie, and Jordan? I would bet my house on that one. Put Russell in the mix...

    ReplyDelete
  45. chacha it;s got to be right because survivor sucks is reporting the same information -jeannemarie

    ReplyDelete
  46. As much as I hate to say it, I'm afraid I have to agree with you Joe. Get rid of Russ now so he won't be around to play for the HOH. That would leave Jeff as the strongest player for the rest of the competitions.

Jeff probably let Jordon have this HOH because he knew it would really be "theirs". Now he can play for the next HOH. It's only Jordon who can't play for the HOH this week.

    ReplyDelete
  47. meb,

Glad to hear that you hate to agree with me. Someone should start a support group for people who find themselves unwillingly agreeing with me. :)

    ReplyDelete
  48. Nat is a great player in the every day game. Is she good at comps? I think she took credit for the first one that brought Jessie in..but franky, it was so long ago, I have forgotten.

    What do you think?

my wv is prosme which could go several ways, but I see it as promise me, since that is what the hgs want to hear.

    ReplyDelete
  49. Boston veiwers have to watch the show on WSBK again this week. Channel 14 on Comcast. The patriots are playing again on usual channel.
wv podesse. I hope they podesse the smarts to stick to their original plan.

  50. Natalie in a DRESS!! whose is that? Oh please let me in there to gussie her up just a little!

    ReplyDelete
  51. IS ANYONE WATCHING PROJECT RUNWAY WITH ME TOO TONIGHT? OR TIVOING IT so they can watch it? If there are enough of us, I'd LOVE to have Jackie set up a sidebar discussion thingy for us, would love to hear your comments. Can I see a SHOW OF COMMENTS please? Thank you :-)

    ReplyDelete
  52. Me, me, me!

Project Runway used to be my only reality show. And then TerryinCA told me about Jackie's and then ....
well, I'm one of you now!

    ReplyDelete
  53. Me too Sydney... I'm taping Project Runway, and will probably watch it later. It'll be my first year watching, but I want to chat with all you guys about it. So there ya go!

    ReplyDelete
  54. Sizzie,

It's hard to ever know if someone is really good at comps because people sandbag so many of them. Does Natalie suck at comps on purpose or because she actually does? Hard to ever know.

    ReplyDelete
  55. I just read that Michele is really trying to convince Jordan to keep Russell. I do think she (Michele) and Russell should stick together and yes, you know who has a point about taking the weakest players to the end. I was just hoping to see Russell win. Also a good point about J/J being a solid two and it would be in Russell's best interest to get rid of Jeff soon and J/J knows it.

wv: diaked, Russ may get diaked tonight.

    ReplyDelete
  56. Anon 4:39!!!

I'm now "you know who"? This is a tremendous breakthrough in our relationship. You and meb may be charter members of "I can't believe I have to agree with HIM!"

    LOL

    ReplyDelete
  57. I'll agree with ya Joe - You do have a big dog. If that is him in you picture.

I believe my stain is with you all the way. (my talking stain avatar - nothing nasty here)

    ReplyDelete
  58. Father forgive me, I agreed with Joe.
    *grin*

    ReplyDelete
  59. And Joe I'm appointing myself president of the club of: Oh Crap, We Agree With Joe! I'll try to keep you posted on how long the club exists...but right now it's a few strong.

    ReplyDelete
  60. I guess since I agreed with Joe on a point or two in the past, I'm a card carrying member of the Oh Crap... club. Hugs to Joe! :)

I wanted to see Russell win the POV to save himself, but alas it will not happen. :(

    ReplyDelete
  61. Does anyone know who won POV or will we not know until the show?

WV snail. Time is crawling like a snail until I can watch BB tonight.

    ReplyDelete
  62. Joe,
I have only one problem with your take on it. I think I'd be in agreement if J&J were going into that alliance with their eyes wide open, saying, for instance "We know Natalie is lying." It bothers me that they might go into it with a soft spot for her. That would indicate a dropping of the necessary guard.
I'm beginning to think J&J are in trouble either which way though. They certainly need some luck.

    ReplyDelete
  63. Did JJMR all change their minds again (Laurie I see the Waffle House reference..funny) since the last night meeting? They said they would stay together until there were 4. I missed it if they have flip flopped back to backdooring Russ. Michelle, felt bad about having to ditch Russ because of all her promises to him. He is the closest ally M has in the house, though. Even though they don't like or trust each other.

I will be interested to see the show tonight and what the selection process reveals. And, Jessie, bless his heart, will finally get a bunkmate.

    ReplyDelete
  64. The flaw (IMO) in Joe's overview is that he totally discounts the jury. Kevin and Natlie have more votes with the jury than do Russ and Michele.

    ReplyDelete
  65. I guess I am dense but I don't see how it helps Jeff or Jordan to back door Russell at this point in the game.
If Russell is gone the smart move by the remaing hamsters is to evict Jeff.
I can't see Natalie nominating Lydia or Kevin.
I can't see Kevin nominating Nat or Lydia.
I don't think Lydia would nominate Kevin or Nat.
Assuming each of those three would put Michelle up that would leave only Jeff or Jordan to be nominated.
If Michelle won HOH it would be a crap shoot as to who she would nominate.
If Russell stays and won HOH I think he would choose Nat, Lydia, Kevin or Michelle for eviction before he would choose Jeff or Jordan.
Of course I am trying to think logically which means I am probably not thinking at all like the hamsters.

    ReplyDelete
  66. We have learned in the end that the Jury doesn't always vote personal.
They do vote strategic as well.

    ReplyDelete
  67. lynn1 I agree with you on the voting is Russell leaves..

Kevin stated last night that he would take lydia down. I am not sure if he was lying or not cause he said the same to Nat

    ReplyDelete
  68. The jury more often votes personal than not, although, some will try to couch it in terms of game play.
IMO, that is why Boogie beat Erica, Maggie beat Yvette, Dan beat Memphis(it works even they like you too).

    ReplyDelete
  69. i agree with the last few posters
    worry about jury votes
    leave russ in
he kept his word once to jeff in getting ronnie out
he does not seem to have anything with anyone except michelle, and so what J/J have each other too.
if they want get rid of russell next week
but they cant trust nat that is the worrisome part, they think they can!!!!!!
lydia is the one they should keep, as she is not good in any comps
if they backdoor russell they just seal their own fate out the door with only two players playing in hoh for them!!!
    that is just insane!!
they need the numbers for now
go with what you know not what you think you just learned
egad it is frustrating reading jordans blog about how nice nastily is!

    ReplyDelete
  70. vw; soreras, if Nasty gets the boot, bet she'll be a soreras~~~~

    ReplyDelete
  71. I went over to Jokers to see if I could find and make sense of conversations they have had recently.
It seems to me that Jordon said if Lydia is taken off by POV winner, then Russell would go up and Nat would be voted off. Except she's worried that Russ would then be mad at her.
If Nat is taken off, then Kevin goes up and he goes out. I guess that's possible only if Nat wins POV.

I'd hate to see Lydia get to the jury house before Nat.

    wv; dentinso
I should stop BBing because I need to make a dentinso many things on my "to do" list.

    ReplyDelete
  72. The BS is so high in that house right now that I decided I needed rubber boots to protect my feet.

WV: backshi -- yeah, the stuff is ankle deep.

    ReplyDelete
  73. OMG...I just checked again and NOW it seems that if Lydia goes off the block then Russ goes up and they vote Russ out.

    WV: makenn
The strategy flip-flops are makenn me crazy!

    ReplyDelete
  74. Love the boots, Becky! I'm just glad that Jordan isn't voting tonight. Who knows what she would do off the cuff??!!!

Michelle has been the voice of reason today in 'keeping Russell'. I just hope Jeff is thinking clear come eviction vote time. Tonight's show will be interesting to say the least.

    ReplyDelete
  75. Have I mentioned that I really, really, really want Nat to go tonight?

My confession about agreeing with Joe was a joke. I think keeping Russell this week is the best way to go. Getting rid of Nat will leave Lydia and Kevin without a strategist. Keeping Russell will ensure his loyalty a bit longer.

Hmmm... I need to come up with a word for our drinking game tonight.

    Any thoughts?

    ReplyDelete
  76. The HGs are sitting around waiting for the show, just like us. What time does it start tonight?

    ReplyDelete
  77. Just checking to see if my skater girl works.

  78. 8 pm tonight, which is 5 pm here in Sunny and Warm California. 30 minutes to go. I better get home to blog!

    ReplyDelete
  79. OK, I'm all set up to watch with the easterner's tonite! Now, as long as nobody calls again I'll be happy!!

Haven't had a chance to read anything yet, so plan to catch up while waiting. I've got some hot wings that should be ready in time for the show.

Hot wings, a cold brew and BB in real time. Life can't get much better than this!

  80. I'm loving all the creative avatars!! Mine seems so lame now.

But it is how I feel.

  81. In honor of Jessie getting a new roomie after tonight, I'm bringing back the cone. This one's not busted, but its looks sort of crumpled.

    ReplyDelete
  82. Chris -- good comments!

And Cha Cha -- Yes! Praying for that ephiphany!

Loren, I got over it but now that I saw it in our comment, the song has started up in my head again too, lol. Danke.

    ReplyDelete
  83. OMG that RAWKS!!!! Jordan gets the POV!

    ReplyDelete
  84. Now we know why Natalie eats like a truck driver -- she's been raised by a dad,no females around. Nice to see her show a softer side....

    ReplyDelete
  85. DO we like Julie's outfit tonight?

I'd like it if they got rid of the broach (keep the matching earrings)

and take the multicolored trim off the bottom of the white shirt.

(i know no one cares, lol)

    ReplyDelete
  86. didn't they just have Natalie give her speech... did we miss the POV? That Jordan didn't use it obviously.

    ReplyDelete
  87. what do we think? Lydia? It would be so great if Natalie went, but she is a good player, a smart player and probably deserves to stay and get the $$. I am a Jeff and Jordan fan saying that too. I think Jeff is a very good player too.... voice of reason.

    ReplyDelete
  88. Are they nuts? Lydia is no threat. They will regret keeping Natalie. She and Kevin will pal up with Russell and oust Jeff. Stupid move.

    ReplyDelete
