Big Brother 12 - Episode 4 Eviction Blog Party Post

big brother,jackiestvblog

The show is about to start here on the East Coast. Tonight we'll see the first eviction and the reveal of the saboteur (to us, not them). As the show airs here, I'll update this post with the major events. Later on, I'll be writing up my full review of the show for TV Squad. Then, late tonight, I'll bring you the latest from the live feeds.

Hamsters ready?

OMG - The saboteur is ANNIE!

Monet, Andrew and Lane voted to evict Annie. Lane was her only ally. Not looking good. Commercial break. Unanimous vote - Annie is out.

Rachel won HOH!

  1. First in the pool! I hope Brenden gets HOH. Do I dare wish he'd put up Rachel, or is that just too much disappointment to face?)

  2. SPLAAASHH! I'm here but will probably just comment after! Did I get you wet Sharon?

  3. *splash* Got my leopard floatie!

    ReplyDelete
  4. The mole has been a non-entity from what they have shown.

    ReplyDelete
  5. Joe!! Get in the pool!
Did you have a good day?

    ReplyDelete
  6. Splash! Nice and cool in the pool, and I even brought my own flotation devices. :)

  7. There's a lot I don't understand about this bunch ("I Don't Understand" is the title of my blog, and incidentally, I am a member of both Mensa and Intertel, and I agree that IQ tests measure only logical ability and pattern recognition, and there's a lot more than that to intelligence, so I don't consider it worth bragging about because I know my deficits are also huge, but mention it only to ask that you folks please don't tar us all with the same broad brush, although it is true that many Mensans, particularly those with no other claim to fame, do refuse to acknowledge that they have any deficits, puff, puff, end of rant). Anyway:

    - All Hayden had to do to defuse Brendon is tell him that neither he nor Rachel were Hayden's target, but that he was planning a backdoor, and he chose B and R because he figured one of them had an excellent chance of winning the POV, since whether it was physical or intellectual they had it covered. I believe that's called schmoozing?

    - BB lies! They know that. So why haven't they figured that there's a fair chance that the "longtime friends" is a lie told just to stir up paranoia, and relaxed, instead of falling into paranoia?

    - The saboteur is "in the house". So why has no one pointed out that the crew behind the walls is also "in the house"? It's probably not a crew member, but the possibility could, again, lessen the paranoia.

    - How come no one has done outrageous things and blamed it on the saboteur? If three people worked together on it, taking turns, they would each arrange to have an alibi. In fact, one could target a suspected saboteur by doing something (not illegal) to a suspect's bed or property and then watching that person's reaction when the saboteur is blamed.

  8. Rachel talks like a valley girl, not at all like an adult.

    ReplyDelete
  9. I'll just dangle my feet on the side.

    LOOOOONG Day.

    ReplyDelete
  10. Lisanne - your own? haha Like rachel's?

I brought key lime pie martinis. The glasses are chilled with graham-cracker rims. Help yourselves!

    ReplyDelete
  11. Joe - cool off, have a drink...relax.

    ReplyDelete
  12. Annie sounds fairly rationale in the DR, but acts like a spoiled brat among the other houseguests. Not a good strategy.

    ReplyDelete
  13. effin brigade...kind of hate them although I like Hayden.

Matt, wtf? Real hard to "run the house" when one of you is HOH the first frigging week and there aren't a lot of strong alliances. Let's see how you do if Brendan is HOH...

    ReplyDelete
  14. Hmmmm. Annie could take that performance to Hollywood.

    ReplyDelete
  15. seriously, I can't stand those two...worst Showmance since Mike Boogie and Ericka!

    ReplyDelete
  16. ML -- no worries, I was already wet!

What did R. mean when she Brendan why did he let someone he just met 8 days ago get between something "real?" Didn't THEY just meet?

    ReplyDelete
  17. Like Rachel's? Nope, no serial numbers here.

Gosh her voice is really annoying. I feel sorry for those with the live feeds. Ouch!

    ReplyDelete
  18. Hello Brendon? Of COURSE it's all about Rachel, duh.

    ReplyDelete
  19. UGH! I hate Rachel even more...why they want to keep her, I'll never know.

    ReplyDelete
  20. Joe, I'm with you, I can't stand this showmance, although I like Brendon, I can't stand Rachel..

    The Brigade.. whatevah

    ReplyDelete
  21. Lisanne~ She doesn't talk much on the feeds, she's too busy slurping..

It's been the Annie show on the feeds

    ReplyDelete
  22. Love the blue dress, so cute.
    ML

    ReplyDelete
  23. I'm here for awhile. It was a hot and sunny day in SoCal today so we may see some sunburned noses!

I left some sun tea and fresh lemon slices on the table by the pool.

    ReplyDelete
  24. I seriously wanted to change the channel just now...Brendon is just one of "those guys" -yuck (voimits in mouth a little)

    ReplyDelete
  25. Sorry, folks, I've got to stop calling Brendon Brendan...

    ReplyDelete
  26. Hey PlaidPlus! How are you feelin?

    ReplyDelete
  27. I think Brenden and Annie are the life long friends

Go Ragan! ( I have him in the pool)

    ReplyDelete
  28. I read Hayden's blog. Kind of like him more...very down-to-earth, well-spoken and my new gay crush!

    ReplyDelete
  29. so much for annie lasting half way...

    ReplyDelete
  30. Hey Silk, I'm thinking you should be in the house. You have the creativity to get things going and have some fun ... so far something quite lacking in the house!

    ReplyDelete
  31. I had read that the foot shot of Annie with those weird sandals, showed she was the sabo

    ReplyDelete
  32. LMFAO. "Escaped eviction"!!! This is too funny, especially for CBS. What good is there little Saboteur stunt if she goes out the first week!

    ReplyDelete
  33. so she doesnt get any $$, right? And now she is gone, so there is no twist in the house.
    what a waste.

    ReplyDelete
  34. It was the thinkgeek beeping device I thought it was (at the end of the first thread where Jackie mentioned it). Yay!

    ReplyDelete
  35. What happened? We non-viewers need to know. Was Annie the sab?

    ReplyDelete
  36. She can kiss the 55 thou good-bye!

    ReplyDelete
  37. Joe, you & I can share Hayden!

    ReplyDelete
  38. Not for nothing, but why should Andrew get special food? Kosher is a choice and he could choose NOT to be on BB. It's not like it's a food allergy or something.

    ReplyDelete
  39. Never mind, I see Jackie posted it. She was my guess on the TVSquad poll.
I thought it was why she was campaigning so hard!

    ReplyDelete
  40. Laurie,

    Annie is the saboteur.

    ReplyDelete
  41. So...How is that not cheating?

    ReplyDelete
  42. P.S. for about another 20 minutes! LOL

    ReplyDelete
  43. what happens if annie is voted out? -jeannemarie

    ReplyDelete
  44. Laurie, yes, it is Annie.

    ReplyDelete
  45. Epic Fail CBS, Epic Fail...

    ReplyDelete
  46. It was (is) Annie.

    ReplyDelete
  47. Thanks Joe. I wish it had been Rachel with the annoying laugh!

    ReplyDelete
  48. I wonder if she goes if they will recruit one of the remaining house-guests?

    ReplyDelete
  49. Sorry CBS, you are trying to hard to convince us that Rachel is in trouble.

Oh, btw, that means Kathy really is that incompetent in comps! LMAO!

    ReplyDelete
  50. If the saboteur has a lifelong friend in the house--doesn't the friend KNOW they're the saboteur?

    ReplyDelete
  51. If Annie gets evicted, she's out, and she doesn't get the money.. noone really knows what happens if she gets evicted, will they be told, will the saboteur go on and all be lies etc...

Obviously the message of they escaping from the block is a lie

    ReplyDelete
  52. Lisanne, I was wondering the same.

They really should have picked someone who is more subtle!

    ReplyDelete
  53. Joe, don't they have to let him observe his religion, tho, even if it is a choice and just food?
I wonder what happens when a vegan goes on? Havent there been one or two vegans or vegetarians?

    ReplyDelete
  54. The "lifelong friend" was most likely a lie to get them even more paranoid.

    ReplyDelete
  55. Joe, you make a good point. Kathy wasn't throwing the game, she just isn't a good competitor so far!

    ReplyDelete
  56. There is talk that AG will offer it to someone else.. or that there is more than one and the two don't know about each other

    ReplyDelete
  57. I wonder if Brendon is actually playing a smart game: build a strong alliance/showmance with the most annoying girl in the house-Makes her the target...anyone who's studied the game would know that the house always targets the superhero's sidekick first in fear that the stronger player is too strong. I doubt he's that smart

    ReplyDelete
  58. I am not a big Annie fan, but I dislike Rachael more. The HG are D-U-M-B if they don't break up Rachael and Brenden this week.

    ReplyDelete
  59. I'm having even more trouble understanding Annie's game strategy seeing that she's the saboteur. I'd think she'd be trying to stay out of the limelight and just observing things, instead of trying to work everyone right away.

    ReplyDelete
  60. Of course this still doesn't explain yesterday's question of why they are keeping Kristen invisible. Or did I just imagine a house-guest with that name?

    ReplyDelete
  61. Sally, I think that by being the Saboteur Annie thought she had an uppper hand on the rest and that she had the game in the bag. Being put up on the block may have come as a huge shock and drove her crazy. "you can't vote me out I'm the freaking saboteur dang it!"

    ReplyDelete
  62. Wow! Right on Annie, calling them out, baby!!!

    ReplyDelete
  63. Prediction: Brendon wins HOH..if Annie remains she and Hayden are up.

    ReplyDelete
  64. Sour grapes for Brendon from Annie. She's desparate.

    ReplyDelete
  65. Saboteur or not, Annie is herself so she has to play it her way. Unfortunately, she's a little abrasive! LOL

    ReplyDelete
  66. Jackie said...
The "lifelong friend" was most likely a lie to get them even more paranoid.

And CBS or the "s" lied about escaping the block. That's just cheating in my book. Not right.

    ReplyDelete
  67. I can't wait to see the Chen-bot try and spin the Saboteur failure. LOL

    ReplyDelete
  68. JimmyB,

I don't know if it's cheating since the whole role of the Saboteur was to screw with people's game.

    ReplyDelete
  69. Either my TV needs adjusting, or Rachel's hair is an extremely unnatural color, among the worst dye jobs i've ever seen.

    ReplyDelete
  70. Keep your game face on, Julie. You've just lost millions in text revenue. LOL

    ReplyDelete
  71. Annie is DUN

Noone cares about Brendon carrying Rachel to the end, if they did they would of VOE Rachel..

    They're stoopid

    ReplyDelete
  72. Sally, "kids" like those unnatural colors. I have students with blue, green, chartreuse hair all the time. I had one girl who had a mixture of red, green, and blue.

    ReplyDelete
  73. If Annie's evicted, I wonder if BB will tell the other houseguests that she was the Saboteur, or if they'll be left waiting for the Saboteur to strike again.

    ReplyDelete
  74. there goes the 'twist' of the Saboteur... it looks like annie is going to be voted out... -jeannemarie

    ReplyDelete
  75. Plaidchick,

I agree with you. It is awfully strange that the "solid two" doesn't carry any weight with the HGs.

Of course, the joke is on them when a week or two from now you hear them all complaining that Brendon and Rachel are running the house.

    ReplyDelete
  76. so the BB twist of the summer backfires in the virst eviction...hope they have soething else up their collective sleeves.

    ReplyDelete
  77. Joe in NY said...
I don't know if it's cheating since the whole role of the Saboteur was to screw with people's game.

My only problem is that it seems to be sanctioned by the producers. They assisted in the lies.

    ReplyDelete
  78. Couldn't they let us pick a new saboteur?

    ReplyDelete
  79. I want at least one stray vote. Gotta shakeup the house and make things interesting.

    ReplyDelete
  80. I love the way they make it look as if the HG's have flipped, but then vote for the person they planned to evict anyway.

Frankly, I hope the saboteur thing is ended. I don't remember Julie telling them to not necessarily believe what the saboteur says, that they could be lying just to stir up trouble.

    ReplyDelete
  81. sorry BB, you should have went with Kathy...then America would be happy and you'd have a twist that lasted longer than 3 episodes

    ReplyDelete
  82. I would kind of love to see Rachel win HOH just to see how the HGs react to that...especially the "Genius Brigade"!

    ReplyDelete
  83. I bet AG is wearing a pair of OOPS I CRAPED MY PANTS

    ReplyDelete
  84. Do not adjust the color on your TVs, Rachel's hair is indeed an odd eggplant shade.

    ReplyDelete
  85. Lisanne,

Good point, someone should have flipped their vote just to screw with the other HGs. Always makes them paranoid.

    ReplyDelete
  86. Why did she hug most of them? They all voted her out.

    ReplyDelete
  87. haah Petals and Hayden is indeed that orange!

    ReplyDelete
  88. OMFG! Rachel! What a dolt. She's making us chemists look bad.

    ReplyDelete
  89. last minute arguments have NEVER worked in this game no matter how convincing they are. The guests have their minds made up and without a chance to deliberate they won't go against the house.

Based on BB patterns Brendon will win HOH...which makes me wonder if there is some algorithm that can be made to predict the winner of BB-I'm sure there is....all we need is to get Matt, the genius, to figure out then find a random octopus and sneak the good food in the computer's choice.

    ReplyDelete
  90. Well so much for the saboteur plan! The producers must be so pissed, LOL.

    ReplyDelete
  91. OK after that I want Annie to come back

    ReplyDelete
  92. chemists Joe? She's making the human race look bad!

    ReplyDelete
  93. Annie is bitter!

Why blame Brendon? Hayden put her up.

Her sloppy seconds? I don't think so.

    ReplyDelete
  94. I hope Julie tells us whether the Saboteur lied about the life-long relationship in the house.

    ReplyDelete
  95. Joyn,

She wasn't blaming Brendon. In fact she was very complimentary towards him. She just said that she stuck with him, to her detriment, because she figured he could get her out of trouble. She didn't say it was his fault. In fact, I think she openly took the blame for her own demise by claiming she came on too strong.

    ReplyDelete
  96. Hell...Rachel's making us non-chemists look bad.

    ReplyDelete
  97. Britney was a little beeotch in her goodbye message. I don't like her now.

    ReplyDelete
  98. That's funny because I think Kristen has a much better body.

    ReplyDelete
  99. Ha! All the guys think Kristen looks better than boobie girl!

    ReplyDelete
  100. That says a lot about Brendon.

    ReplyDelete
  101. Yep...Kristen by a mile. too bad the camera won't give her any time.

    ReplyDelete
  102. why would anyone pick Andrew to pack their parachute. That was a dumb question.

    ReplyDelete
  103. Joe, are you rooting for Rachel? eww

    ReplyDelete
  104. awwww...the Brigade is screwed!

    ReplyDelete
  105. Rachel should win this as a chemist.

    ReplyDelete
  106. watch the "chemist" not have a clue

    ReplyDelete
  107. shouldn't a chemist be able to estimate this?

    ReplyDelete
  108. HOLY COW!!!! Rachel won HOH!!!

    ReplyDelete
  109. I LOVE THAT!!!! Dumb a$$ HGs...I smell Brigade toast this week!

    ReplyDelete
  110. UGH THIS SHOW IS SO RIGGED!!!!

I can't watch them all week!

    ReplyDelete
  111. wait, what was the answer 330? she was off by...250! Oh yeah, she's a brainiac, that one.

    ReplyDelete
  112. Actually 80 gallons was a dumb answer. Proves Rachel is no chemist...unless she means it in the street sense and she cooks meth in Vegas.

    ReplyDelete
  113. Joe you were so right, they're both safe for another week

    ReplyDelete
  114. Rachel seems genuinely stoopid. I'm not forgettin' about her saying Andrew wears that "Yom Kipper" hat. What a maroon.

    ReplyDelete
  115. Actually, I'm excited to see the Genius Brigade suffer through this week...

    ReplyDelete
  116. Ok so everyone start saying it now. 'Brendon will run Rachel's HOH'.
    ML

    ReplyDelete
  117. And next week could be a physical HOH and then Brendon can win that one, and then......

Yep they should have broken that up when they had the chance.

    ReplyDelete
  118. Me too. Joe. Bucket brigade has to be a little nervous.

    ReplyDelete
  119. meth in Vegas -- lol Joe!

    ReplyDelete
  120. LOL. "Yom Kippur hat" was one of the best BB lines ever. Right up there with "losing my dignity on a giant wiener".

    ReplyDelete
  121. I don't think the show's rigged, patterns in human behaviour are more common than we think the so called underdog always comes back in the competition. I predicted Brendon, but Rachel got it. I found it funny that most people got out on the question about themselves.

    ReplyDelete
  122. Oh my, what will the Brigade do now. I hope Rachel is at least smart enough to put Hayden up. Oh what am I saying, we know Brendon is really HOH this week.

    ReplyDelete
  123. LMBO! Did we just see Annie's last trick---a spider in her seat!

    ReplyDelete
  124. Brendon promised to go after Hayden unless they reached a new agreement. Once they went after Brendon and Rachel they should have finished it. All they did is create an enemy and leave him in control.

I've got a bad feeling that this is a floater season. You've got the Genius Brigade against the Scientists. It's a perfect setup for people to float while the two sides knock each other out.

    ReplyDelete
  125. Joe, ya I don't understand her degree, yet she's a cocktail waitress in Vegas, the economy is that bad???!

    ReplyDelete
  126. It's ironic that they evicted the saboteur without realizing it. Regen may be the only one who even suspected it was Annie, although several others likely will claim that they knew.

    ReplyDelete
  127. Oh yeah didn't you know Plaidchick. The girl that does my nails is a brain surgeon, LOL

    ReplyDelete
  128. Sally they'll be told before the taping of Sunday's show, so between now and then they'll know

    ReplyDelete
  129. At least those two will be able to get it on in a bed, privately! Maybe it will be the end of the showmance. Isn't he already getting tired of her?

    ReplyDelete
  130. They all look shocked sitting there, like how did this happen Brendon's running the house now? Ragan looked mortified, and Andrew, too.

I was sad to see the snarky comments by Britney and Rachel in Annie's goodbye speech. Neither of them will be winning any America's Choice votes anytime soon.

What's with Kristin? Has she been sick? She looks so different tonight and not just her hair. I think BB is trying to make them not look alike and then seating them together on the couch. They still look related.
    ML

    ReplyDelete
  131. well, back to work for me. Thank you folks for some company and a pleasant hour.

    ReplyDelete
  132. Anon E... The tie breaker question is easily rigged... too many people that needed to win/America didn't want to see win... win HOH

Noone in America likes Rachel, in fact she was gone until Brendon won POV and Annie got too annoying

They needed to win because everyone was coming after them again...

    ReplyDelete
  133. Well, I am a Hayden fan, still. And a Kristen fan. But I sure don't like the mean girls, Rachel & Britney. Stupid, mean, petty...and chesty!

    ReplyDelete
  134. Petals, most people say they done the deed already, although they don't seem to think they did..

    ReplyDelete
  135. Well look for Britney to go on the war path this week

    ReplyDelete
  136. never ever thought it was annie
why would the sabotuer not lay low
why show your alliance colors right away?
she immediately went to brendona nd rachel after they were nominated and enzo witnessed it
    ugh
    stupid cbs
wow rachels jealousy and attitude should be a turnoff to brendon!
it certainly made me dislike her.
he wanted empathy and all she could talk about was herself!

    ReplyDelete
  137. Joe in NY you are hysterical! Just tuned in now as I was gettign home from work. Go Rachel and Brenden!

    ReplyDelete
  138. Rachel and her oversized boob job look ridiculous :P

    ReplyDelete
  139. I have a hard time understanding the lack of logic in that large group. Rachel was the obvious person to evict. Even though I knew it would be Annie, I kept thinking, maybe they'll get a clue. Even Ragan, I had hope for him.

    SSW

    ReplyDelete
  140. Well every season there's the chick with the realy big silicone boobs who winds up in a showmance.
    There was Janelle...
Rachel is here for ratings = this seasons "Janelle"

    ReplyDelete
  141. Annie? for real? Surely they wont
continue the charade of a sabateur?
They should fess up, CBS and Allison, please reedemm yourselves...this whole season may crash and burn.

    ReplyDelete
  142. OOOHH Eric I think a lot of people would say "I've seen Rachel, I've heard what comes out of her mouth in between sucking face episodes with Brendon, and Eric, Rachel is no Janelle."
    ML

    ReplyDelete
  143. ps Rachel will never be in janelles league!

    ReplyDelete
  144. **Pool Update**

  145. "OOOHH Eric I think a lot of people would say "I've seen Rachel, I've heard what comes out of her mouth in between sucking face episodes with Brendon, and Eric, Rachel is no Janelle."
    ML"

Agreed, but you catch my drift, she's the "token" (suppossed) "hot" girl this season.

    ReplyDelete
  146. Annie is going to sequester.. it's not over yet

    ReplyDelete
  147. I thought she said at the very very end that the house-guests would be told on Sunday that they have voted out the saboteur.

    ReplyDelete
  148. Eric

I am sure I speak for many jackie bloggers
Rachel could not hold a candle to janelle.
She did not have a showmance and was quite the competitor both times she was on.
and janelle was not the jealous possessive type in the house.
Rachel showed tonight that she could not handle the "competition" for Brendons attention.
geez like lydia and nat fighting over Jessie.
anyway i thinkg cbs should have schooled the sabotuer in how to last more than one week. what a let down.
and as far as the tie breaker, clearly just looking at the mess the number of gallons used had to be over 100 so britney stood no chance and Monet, well clearly 725? seriously!

    ReplyDelete
  149. I, for one, am disappointed in Annie as the saboteur. It was really nothing and much build up for what, a padlocked closet, annoying beeeping, and a spider? Was it even real?

Did anyone notice the question about who the hamsters would cheat off of on a test, ie., who is smarter, Ragan or Matt? They picked Ragan- so much for Mensaman Matt and the Brigade's brains.

I still think there's something more to Rachel and Brendon's relationship, like time before the BB house. Maybe the feed watchers can find it?
    ML

    ReplyDelete
  150. I actually wanted Rachel to win. They were all not so smart to leave the two of them in. Other than her annoying laugh, what's not to like? =) Especially if the other choices were Brittney and Monet...

    M

    ReplyDelete
  151. ps eric
is that you? americas player with a chip on his shoulder?

    ReplyDelete
  152. I will stay out of most of the Rachel fray, however, because she is my pool girl, and Estelle and Auntie Leigh. So from that standpoint, Rachel, you go girl.
    ML

    ReplyDelete
  153. ML, it's my opinion and other feedsters Rachel and Brendon didn't know each other outside the house.

    ReplyDelete
  154. "ps eric
is that you? americas player with a chip on his shoulder?"

It took me a miniute to recall "that" Eric. lol
Hell No! I am not that dork.
Just a fan of the show who enjoys others thoughts / views on the show :D

Huh? Sure Janelle had a showmance with Dr. Will...

    ReplyDelete
  156. Also...
I never said Rachel was = to Janelle as a competior.
I said she's the suppossed eye candy with the big fake boobs ala Janelle.

    funny! :)

Just now checking in. Had to travel for a wedding this weekend. I'm thrilled Rachel won HoH. I love when kharma comes around and bites them in the butt.

Wonder who she will nom besides Hayden? Notice he gave her a big ole hug when he turned the key over to her. LOL

  158. Thanks PlaidChick. There's just something about them that is too quick. The way Brendon comforts Rachel, like giving her a gentle kiss on the head. He just seems so otherwise together and smart, and he must realize how he would be perceived by others both in and outside the house. Just because she can say the word 'chemistry' does not make her smart. Anyway, maybe they are actors, (bad ones at that) because the whole thing is just too out in the open and flaunted, especially so early.

  159. eric

dr will had a girlfriend at the time
while janelle flirted with him and fell for his smile
they did not have a showmance ala the disgusting boogie and erica.
janelle was not jealous and insecure
    or mean
rachel is mean and insecure as shown last night.
she wanted annie gone for that reason

so the only thing janelle and rachel have in common are silicone breasts

Janelle had it bad for Will.
Just because he had a gf doesn't mean they weren't flirty / affectionate etc.

Once again I said Rachel is this seasons chick with the big fake boobs ala Janelle.
Meaning IMO she will be around for awhile as she is the suppossed "hot" chick that will ( hopefully) draw in viewers.
I'd venture to guess she ain't going anywhere anytime soon.
This show is more calculated than one might realise.
Although I'm a fan and I find it entertaining there is no true "reality" TV (one would be very naive to believe this to be true)
Keyword being "REALITY" it's about ratings.

  162. Ohhhhhhhh, puh-leeez!

Janelle played Will like a fiddle.

She was the one who gave him the boot.
