The Amazing Race - Nov. 28 Episode Blog Party Post
I'm in shock. The show will air on time here on the East Coast. Now, THAT is AMAZING. As it airs here, I'll update this post with major happenings. Later tonight (or at least by morning) my show review should be posted over on TV Squad. But the real fun will be during showtime right here in the comments area. Everyone is welcome to join in!
1. Nat and Kat - won trip to Rio de Janeiro
2. Jill and Thomas
3. Brook and Claire
Nick quit the Detour! It's the final non-elim, so they have a six-hour penalty and a speed bump in the next leg.
I'm thinking tonight might be the last non-elim as we're down to the final four. Your thoughts?
ReplyDeleteHey Jackie - The holiday movie that follows must be why the football ended on time.
ReplyDeleteHi, Jackie. Eating supper so typing limited at this time.
ReplyDeleteSince we had the unplanned non elim aren't they done??
ReplyDeleteWe only had the early game in CBS here, it is delayed when they air a 3pm game.
ReplyDeleteHey, everyone. I hope everyone had a good TG.
ReplyDeleteSorry I am late. Was watching "Star Wars" marathon on Spike and lost track of time.
ReplyDeleteI caught the last few seconds before the commercial and nick the dick strikes again.
ReplyDeleteUnplanned non-elim? It seems we've had two -- Kevin/Michael and the singing duo, right?
ReplyDeleteWell, Nick is definitely the A-hole of this week! And sfter that lovely speech earlier.
ReplyDeleteDecided to change my avitar. These are my two Beagle girls, Pebbles and Maggie. Our vet has Mr. & Mrs. Santa come every year for pictures with pets.
ReplyDeleteOn time? I wasn't expecting that! Here are the four teams still in the race:
ReplyDeleteBrook & Claire- Jackie, ML, Lynn1
Jill & Thomas- Laurie, Buzzman, JennasMom
Nat & Kat- meb, PDX Granny, Delee
Nick & Vicki- Becky, Karen in CA, dla
Yeah, I thought Nick had perhaps learned his lesson... nope! He is an A-H.
ReplyDeleteIf she is going too slow then take her pack, DUMMY!
Has anyone noticed when you go into a Chinese food takeout the pictures of the food on the wall is the same in every one! LOL
ReplyDeleteBoy, I would be poop out of luck! I don't eat "ese" foods and I am afraid of birds!
ReplyDeleteDid someone say something somewhere that several of the people who ate got sick?
ReplyDeleteJill and Thomas took Ding Ding - I saw a Pit Stop sign, was there another one?
ReplyDeleteLooks like Jill and Thomas will be re-doing that ride.
ReplyDeleteNick is such a lovely gent, isn't he. Doesn't care about Vicky's asthma nor Claire's being sick.
Pit stop, statue and square, Jackie.
ReplyDeleteI saw those also Joy
ReplyDeleteThey did not blow the whistle for the birds!
ReplyDeleteYEA Nat and Kat first!
ReplyDeleteEvery time the birds make noise, Vincent alerts from his cat nap.
ReplyDeleteNick is right. Vicky is stupid. For taking his crap! What a jerk!
ReplyDeleteVincent would have loved either of these detours. Raw fish and birdies. Cat heaven!
ReplyDeleteVincent needs a tape of bird songs. I can imagine him trying to find them!
ReplyDelete:::sarcasm alert:::
ReplyDeleteWow, Nick-the-Dick, your compassion apparently knows no bounds. @@
Douchebag!
I hope Vicki has more brains than Stephanie and dumps Nicks behind.
ReplyDeleteJackie, I haven't been able to check out the WTW yet.
Stupid Nick isn't even looking at the numbers on the boats. Bet he still blames Vicky.
ReplyDeleteWonder if this is how Nick handles his job? Gives up when tough. JERK
ReplyDeleteMy adopted team may be in the final 3! yay
ReplyDeleteYeah, after giving her crap about making them miss the ferry, she hangs in there eating and not giving up -- yet the whinie crybaby wants to give up! I agree, what a douchebag, dip stick, jerk!
ReplyDeleteTell it like it is Becky!
ReplyDeleteAm I the only one who is soooo tired of hearing Nick the dick apolozie for his behavour?
ReplyDeleteNo you are not. If he thought this was hard the speed bump and 6 hr delay will eat him alive!
ReplyDeleteYikes Korea...at least before the hostilities. Matthew turned down a return for work there in Nov. Glad he did!
You're not alone there, Merilee!
ReplyDeleteInterested in who has the most wins? Nat & Kat have 4, Jill & Thomas have 3, Brook & Claire have 1, and Nick & Vicki have 0 wins.
ReplyDeleteBreakdown of wins and prizes:
10/17: Nat & Kat (Trip to Belize)
10/24: Nat & Kat (Trip to Costa Rica)
11/07: Nat & Kat(5K each)
11/28: Nat & Kat(Trip to Rio de Janeiro)

ReplyDeleteDecided to change my avitar. These are my two Beagle girls, Pebbles and Maggie. Our vet has Mr. & Mrs. Santa come every year for pictures with pets.
ReplyDeletewhat got me was nick said 'i havent eaten today and i havent slept in 2 days, its not worth it".. REALLY ??? a million bucks isnt worth no food for a day and sleep for 2? what an idiot!!
ReplyDeletedebi in calif!
Well, it's true. Nick is a dick ...
ReplyDeleteShe needs to dump that idiot asap and move on.
I'd say he is a baby but ... I don't want to insult babies.

ReplyDeleteThe unplanned one was the one with the potato planting. I think it was Nick & Vicki who came in last and were not eliminated then the next leg there was no speed bump. Anyone remember that one?? There was lots of discussion about why there was no speed bump.
ReplyDeleteMargo, CBS had announced that there were production problems that affected several teams that week. Hence, the non-elim and no speed bump.
ReplyDeleteLatest news -
ReplyDeleteAs much as we screamed "say no," Stephanie didn't listen. Then, we hoped she would see the show and see Chad's real being, but Stephanie didn't listen. They are married. Don't bother to tell her to not start a family just yet, because she's three months pregnant-the baby's due in June.
You saw the proposal on 'The Amazing Race,' but Chad Waltrip and Stephanie Smith have more good news -- they've already wed and are expecting a baby in June.
ReplyDelete"We were going to get married in March, but we didn't see the point in waiting because I'm three months pregnant and due in June. In fact, we're driving back from Ponte Vedra Beach [in Florida], where we had a small wedding at a friend's house," Stephanie told PEOPLE.
"I'm still getting used to saying it out loud. This has been a whirlwind, but it's very us and we're very happy," she added.
During an episode of 'Race,' Chad got down on one knee and proposed in Oman.
"You've come into my life and done so many amazing things and taught me so much. I couldn't see spending my life with anybody else other than you," he told his future bride, who obviously said yes.
Oh, Nick made me cringe last night... AGAIN. Dump him!
ReplyDeleteI am liking the doctors... anyone else have a favorite?
Yes dla... THE DOCTORS! cause they're my pick in the pool. :)
