Survivor: Nicaragua - December 1st Episode Blog Party Post

survivor,jackiestvblog

Survivors Ready?

Welcome one, welcome all! The blog party is ready to start!

This is post number 3000 on this particular blog. Oh my. I could have written a dozen novels by now! But this is more fun. Tonight's episode sounds very interesting ... according to promos, two might quit. And, on Jeff Probst's blog, he said he thinks we'll all be happy with the outcome. Ohhh ... does that mean we might be rid of Na'Onka?

Everyone is welcome to join in with comments as the show airs here on the East Coast or even later in West Coast time. As the show airs, I'll post major events here, but the real fun and most of the reactions are in the comments section. See you there!

Whoa! Na'Onka gave Chase her hidden immunity idol. She seems ready to pack it in.

Benry. Chase, Na'Onka and Holly won reward. Dan won for supporting him. Now Na'Onka and Kelly both claim it's their last day and they're quitting.

Holly volunteered to sit out the reward so that they all will have a new tarp and rice.

THEY BOTH QUIT!

  1. Evening Jackie, all we have left I guess for us is cold now that the rain has passed.

  5. Bet they would love that tarp now!

  6. maybe maybe maybe she will quit. I hope I hope!

  7. As many shows that have been done, you would think that players would dress accordingly when they go to camp the first time. I would wear a swimsuit (which in itself could scare the heck out of a lot of them), but over the suit I would wear a long sleeve shirt and pants, plus two pairs of socks. Dry socks would be worth a lot.

    ReplyDelete
  8. I would wear a swimsuit under a wet suit, then in the rain I would be dry!!! Haha

    ReplyDelete
  9. I would have a swimsuit under a wetsuit under nylon sweatpants!

    we think alike!

  11. yay! Naonkia quit! whoop whoop!

    ReplyDelete
  12. So these 2 stupid girls take a spot from someone who really wanted to be on Survivor and then they quit? Jeff is not happy!

    ReplyDelete
  13. Holly is 100% right about Nay. What a worthless person!

    ReplyDelete
  14. That was great of Holly! I hope she goes to the end. Let Nay and Kelly go home. They don't want it bad enough.

    ReplyDelete
  15. I agree with Holly. Naokina SHOULD have stayed behind knowing she was quitting, unless she is playing the sympathy card by saying she is quitting which will irk me because I want her gone.

    ReplyDelete
  16. There was NaOnka's chance to redeem herself for stealing the food and that biotch let scrawny Holly do it. Good riddance to the selfish wench.

    ReplyDelete
  17. I think Holly nailed Nay very well. Why didn't she skip the reward if she is going home. Wonder if they will vote someone out if two go home?

    ReplyDelete
  18. 'nay is a bigger naracasist than Marty!

    ReplyDelete
  19. Well, now we'll be back to a jury of seven. I can't imagine that Na and Kelly will be on the jury.

    ReplyDelete
  20. Congrats on 3000, just went back and read your opening, Jackie!!

    ReplyDelete
  21. Howdy everyone - just checking in and can't wait to watch all this unfold in a couple hours!!

Sue on the left coast (who knows she needs to change her picture!)

    ReplyDelete
  22. I would ask if they could take a hot dog back for Holly!

    ReplyDelete
  23. Dan, who deseves a reward the least, wins big time.

    ReplyDelete
  24. Nay, you are a fool! If you change your mind you will still be gone!

    ReplyDelete
  25. IF Nay DOESN'T quit, evryone should VOTE her out!

    ReplyDelete
  26. NaOnka, don't you dare change your mind and stay!

    ReplyDelete
  27. Dan is what they call in BB, a "floater". Worthless but gets carried along!

    ReplyDelete
  28. Posted this on Facebook, but new Top Chef All-Stars starts at 10p on Bravo, 75 minutes long!

    ReplyDelete
  29. Just by chance of choosing blue. Maybe he could have offered to give up the feast for the tribe's sake.

    ReplyDelete
  30. Merrilee, you and I think alike!

    ReplyDelete
  31. Did he not choose last week too? But chose poorly!

    ReplyDelete
  32. How are water levels near you, Jackie? We are still under flood warnings, but I live away from any water!

    ReplyDelete
  33. oh good lord! Nay is going to cry.

    ReplyDelete
  34. oh good lord! Nay is going to cry.

    ReplyDelete
  35. I am glad I do not know here in real life, she sure would not be my friend!

    ReplyDelete
  36. That woman is delusional! She had no chance in hell of winning. I don't think they should let her go to jury.

    ReplyDelete
  37. holy moly! I thought purple kelly would stay

    ReplyDelete
  38. Unreal, but are they on the jury?

    ReplyDelete
  39. Dan can barely WALK, but he is still there. Boy Jeff is Pi$$ed.

    ReplyDelete
  40. GOOD Riddance, NaOnka! She is pitiful.

    ReplyDelete
  41. Great show. Goodbye to bad rubbish (as my mother would say)!

    ReplyDelete
  42. ding dong the witch has quit!

    ReplyDelete
  43. Will be interesting to see how the alliances may change now!

    ReplyDelete
  44. They can't be on the jury, can they? That would SO unfair.

    ReplyDelete
  45. See everyone back here Sunday for Amazing Race!

    ReplyDelete
  46. No idea about jury, guess will have to check out Ponderosa on Thursday to see.

    ReplyDelete
  47. Delee - I exiled myself with my tarp and rice, so I don't know!

    ;-)

The rain stopped hours ago. But I haven't been outside.

    ReplyDelete
  48. Yeah, keep tooting your own horn, NaOnka, because nobody else will.

    ReplyDelete
  49. Okay, what do they do with the torches after someone is voted out? They should make the quitters turned in their buffs so they can't sell them on eBay! Oh, and I have a suggestion about what they could do with Nay's torch, but will be nice in case kids read the blog.

    ReplyDelete
  50. Great show. Good night all. I will e-see some of you Sunday for TAR.

    ReplyDelete
  51. That was insane! I really expected they'd change their minds.

    ReplyDelete
  52. LOL Becky...I bet Jeff knows where he wants those torches to go

    ReplyDelete
  53. After all that I can't wait to read Jeff's blog to see what he really thinks/thought LOL. I have seen NaOnka's name pop up on some Facebook lists, but the real Survivors will pretty much shun her at events I think...

    Sue on the LC

  54. BOTH of them??? Grrr. There were others who wanted to play really bad and they QUIT!!!!??? That's irritating. Did they have a TC?

I have got to wait until 1:35 am to see this? :::Sigh:::

    Penny

    ReplyDelete
  55. I do not think they should have the right to be on the jury. That's bad.

    Penny

    ReplyDelete
  56. Exactly! Two losers should not be able to vote on a winner!

    ReplyDelete
  57. Penny, I agree with you. They should stick them in a hut and make them wait there rather than let them enjoy the Ponderosa. They should NOT sit in judgement of who gets the money since they quit. Seven is still an uneven number.

    ReplyDelete
  58. I am wondering how they are going to work this. It would be so unfair for them to be on the jury. They'll be ripped apart at the jury house. How did the others react?

    Penny

    ReplyDelete
  59. I'm happy Naonka quit but she really should have stepped up and let Holly go on reward, what a selfish move on her part. Good for you Holly, you set a far better example. I don't know why I would have thought Naonka would have done any differently when she's been so ornery and selfish up until now. Kelly though she really should have sucked it up and finished.

    ReplyDelete
  60. Wow, that was some show. A few people revealed their true character, didn't they?

I agree with those who say the two quitters should not be on the jury. I don't think those already on the jury are going to be too kind to them either. I know I'd be really ticked off!

This would be a fine time for a little shunning!

    ReplyDelete
  61. Oh my! Now wasn't that interesting?!?

Completely agree with everyone - they should not be on the jury. There should be some interesting fallout this week!

    Off with their heads!! lol

At least the end result got rid of Naonka :)

    ReplyDelete
  62. Yes, I actually thought NaOnka might change her mind and stay, but she stayed true to form. All the way to her exit.

She'd probably better hope she doesn't go to the jury. Marty and Brenda would love a tete-a-tete with her. LOL!

    ReplyDelete
  63. Hi All

    Jackie congrats on 3000.

I am pretty sure I heard Jeff say they would be on the jury.

The one he is really pissed at was
nay, he was real nasty to her.

    ReplyDelete
  64. The Ponderosa clip of them arriving is up on CBS.com.
Brenda did better than Alina and Marty at accepting them. She does have some people skills and can separate from the game mindset.

    ReplyDelete
  65. I was genuinely surprised that both were at Ponderosa. If you quit, you shouldn't have the opportunity to either enjoy Ponderosa or vote for a winner. Quitters should be put in sequester by themselves until the vote is over and then, not be allowed to be on the finale.

Their quitting and being allowed to still enjoy the fruits of this game is possibly going to set a precedent for future players. If you get too cold, just quit and enjoy a very cool vacation. And still be allowed to vote for your best buddy to win, deservedly or not.

    ReplyDelete
  66. I know Nay said she was a PE teacher but didn't she say she coaches track too? If she were my child's coach I'd move for her immediate removal as coach. After she took the reward and let Holly go back with nothing...then she said she was only thinking of herself...that's not being a team player. How can she expect to teach team values to a bunch of kids when she herself is a) a kid and b) not a team player is beyond me!

    ReplyDelete
  67. Reality TV World has an interview with NaOnka. She comes off as belligerant as usual but also not very intelligent. She didn't understand some of the questions. What a totally unlikable person she is.

Kelly's interview will be up tomorrow.

    ReplyDelete
  68. Hi, Jackie! Just wanted to drop in and say hi. I'm always late getting to watch the show & miss all the fun over here at the blog.

Was quite a show! But with good results--bye, bye Naonka.

    ReplyDelete
  69. Kelly comes off as an airhead in her interview with RTVW. Both of them have seen the shows and STILL believe they would have won if they'd stayed. Can we spell d-e-l-u-s-i-o-n-a-l?

    ReplyDelete
  70. Hey Jackie... been having trouble trying to get over here... my fault, not anything with the site.

3000th post!!! Wow! wonder what how that computes when added to all the other blogs added in. Awesome accomplishment.

I guess I would understand Jeff's explanation of why they can't change the rules in mid stream, so the quitters get to go to the jury, but!!!! They have had quitters 5 times before.. why didn't they change the rules then.. so no excuses! These girls do NOT belong at the Ponderosa. If nothing else... give them a different place to 'survive', with the least amount of amenities, away from the other jurors, don't let them talk with the other jurors in any way, and they can only see each other at tribal council.
