I don't blame Jeff for his reaction to initially seeing Shelly. He needed to get that out, as her actions were so underhanded and personal. I'm sure Jeff is over the situation by now.

I know nothing about Jeff's family or upbringing but I'd be willing to bet that he's an only child OR an only son who was given everything growing up. His mother probably doted on him and treated him like a prince. He has such a sense of entitlement. He's be way hotter if he wasn't so self-centered!

ReplyDeleteBeadlebug - The #1 advise I can give you is to make sure you're really ready! My 8 year old has been after me for months to quit so I just decided. I don't have any mental cravings so I know this is the real thing. For the physical cravings I keep Blow Pops & Tootsie Pops close by. I also have great friends who let me 'abuse' them when I'm feeling bitchy. My biggest fear was of losing my 'best friend' but my REAL best friend asked me if I would be friends with someone who made me stink, cost me so much money and tried to kill me. That put it into perspective for me. Good luck to you!

ReplyDeleteThe eviction and HoH weren't exactly rumors, Jeannemarie. They came from folks attending the live show.
ReplyDeleteAny speculation on nomination is just that ... speculation. Since Adam had talked to Jordan and Rachel about putting Jordan and Porsche on the block well before he actually won HoH (when the feeds were still on), it may happen. That's probably where those rumors came from. But no one really knows except the hamsters and the people in the walls right now.
I'm a little confused. Jeff accuses Shelly of going back on the deal - Jeff, Jordan, Adam, and Shelly in final four, and he admitted to that alliance with Brendan standing right there. But wasn't Brendan under the impression final four was to be Jeff, Jordan, Brendan, and Rachel?

Feeds return at 9 pacific. That sucks. I will have another late nite as I didn't get BBAD this year only the feeds. Oh well I only have one more week and after tomorrow night only when there are the results of the first two comps will it be worth watching.

ReplyDeleteThis coming February I will celebrate 8 years SMOKE FREE! It took me 5 months to do it -- I took several days and wrote down every time I had a smoke, then systematically eliminated one every few days (the one in the car after work, the one before bed, etc). It was great going from cartons to having a pack last a week! When I got down to two or three a day and my last pack ran out,I stopped buying them. My body didn't notice since I had been weaning myself off the nicotine bit by bit.
I used Dentyne gum -- sugarfree! -- to combat cravings. Just think...what will you spend on all the money you'll save?

It was very obvious that Jeff had not gotten over Shelly betraying him. On the other hand I think Shelly's conscience had been bothering her. Why else would she have been nervous or even cared about what Jeff might say to her.

I'm on West coast so I am watching the episode now, I just watched the part where Jeff and Shelly have words. I have to defend my Jeff (yes I'm on the Jeff float). I was so upset at Shelly when she turned on Jeff and Jordan at first then I realized I was taking it personally so I took a step back and just thought Shelly made a stupid mistake, because obviously she wasn't going to get any closer to the money in the newbie aliance than she would have with Jeff and Jordan. When Shelly was evicted she somewhat redeemed herself in my eyes when she admitted to Julie that she made the wrong decision when she flipped on J/J. Now she goes to the Jury house and because Dani is there she acts cocky and self absorbed with her "big move" and how good of a player she is. Gag me. Jeff was right to smirk when she said she would have stuck with Jordan and Rachel, who can trust her? What a wishy washy loser she is. Jeff may be taking this personally but he's right, if she woudn't have flipped they probably both would still be in the game. She's an idiot. Jeff is not perfect but he definately has a point and is gorgeous to boot.

ReplyDeleteAnother west-coaster here who agrees completely with what you said about Jeff and Shelly. I thought Jeff had a normal reaction to Shelly, and I myself had the same one. I cannot stand someone who smiles in your face and stabs you in the back, and that is exactly what she is, she is the epitome of that. I can't even stand to look at her face, all smiles and thinking she can just charm her way out of it, ugh, I detest that sort of person, and clearly Jeff does too.
Further, she lied right to every face in the jury and the audience when she stated that she would have stayed true to J&R (the second time around). LIE! In one DR session she flat out said she would betray it in half a heartbeat when the time came. So why is she still lying to the jury, when the game is OVER for her? Because it is her nature.

It would be funny if Jordan beat them all in whatever comp, but I would really like to see Rachel one of the F2. She has earned it!
