Survivor: One World - April 18 Episode Blog Party

Survivor: One World, By Zoetawny for jackiestvblog.blogspot.com

Survivor fans ready? The show will be starting in a few minutes here on the East Coast. It sounds like it's going to be One World against One Man this week. Troyzan is definitely on the outs with the world! Will he survive? I guess we'll find out!

As the show airs here, I'll update this entry with major events. However, the real fun is in the comments area! Come join us! The water is fine, the beverages flowing ... and we all get comfy floats in the pool.

It's auction time! While others spent on food and letters from home, Troyzan went for the clue to help him in the next immunity challenge. His advantage is that he's automatically forwarded to the second round of the challenge. Now he's searching for another hidden idol.

Untangling ropes in the first round. Second round with four including Troyzan is knocking out targets. Oh my, Tarzan was first, Kim and Christina. Troyzan is moving on to the next one. It's Troyzan and Tarzan. Yipes! The final round has the two slingshotting coconuts at a paneled wall doing a tic-tac-toe dealy.

Troyzan wins Immunity!

If the girls stick together, it will be Leif or Tarzan out. Troyzan is pushing the underlings -- Alicia, Christina, Tarzan and Leif to join in with him in voting out Kim.

Tally: Leif, Leif, Leif, Kim, Kim, Tarzan, Tarzan, Tarzan, Leif.

Leif is history.

Hello Jackie and all. I've got pigs-in-a-blanket and iced down beers over at the bar.

  2. Hi folks...or just MOnty!

    ReplyDelete
  3. Just you me and a Jackie for now.

    ReplyDelete
  4. Stopping at store for chips & a watermelon.

    ReplyDelete
  5. I don't see how that was an attack. He very calmly asked Christine why she didn't want to vote with him.

    ReplyDelete
  6. Troyzan is just as guilty though. He went along with Kim's plan to get rid of Mike. He should have seen the writing on the wall.

    ReplyDelete
  7. But wasn't that Alicia claiming it was an attack? 'Nuff said.

    ReplyDelete
  8. Really! Alicia has room to talk, cough!

    ReplyDelete
  9. That's true, Monty, although I don't think Mike was really loyal to the guys. The fact is Kim and Chelsea played it right: they had enough of the guys in the alliance to guarantee the first few votes went their way.

    ReplyDelete
  10. Yep! Kim is way smarter than Troy!

    ReplyDelete
  11. Wow, Troy... sexest much?

    ReplyDelete
  12. Troy is no more sexist than all the women who want to stick together just because they're women.

    ReplyDelete
  13. Christine is an idiot if she sticks with the girls, as is Alicia. They have to know they are at the bottom of that 6.

    ReplyDelete
  14. I thought his comment about women was sexist. :)

    ReplyDelete
  15. Seriously, is it obvious Kim is running the show. No one even wants to bid against her.

    ReplyDelete
  16. It was sexist, Monty. But so is banding together just because you're women.

    ReplyDelete
  17. I'm a little surprised at Tarzan

    ReplyDelete
  18. What, nothing gross? James got bat soup!

    ReplyDelete
  19. Splash. I hope Troyzan is voted off. Christina was stupid for not buying the clue.

    Penny

    ReplyDelete
  20. I agree, Joe. I'm still pulling for Troyzan, but he has an uphill battle that he helped create.

    ReplyDelete
  21. Kim and Chelsea are right and they are playing it right, but they are at the top of their alliance. It's just stupid to sit at the bottom of alliance and just let yourself be cannon fodder. It's like Rob's season. Those dummies just sat back and let him win. It's an individual game for everyone. If you are at the bottom of the 6, you are better off joining the guys and even if you are at the bottom, you're at the bottom of 5. With the top 4 women solid, the bottom 2 should jump now, otherwise there is no later. 5-4 they can run the game. Once they are down to 8, then the 4 women can run the show to the end.

    ReplyDelete
  22. For once, the women are sticking together, Joe. It doesn't happen very often. Go women! ;-)

    Penny

    ReplyDelete
  23. his only hope is if he wins immunity and he can put the fear into the bottom group of the others and maybe they jump.

    ReplyDelete
  24. Go men! Destroy those women.

    ReplyDelete
  25. Yep! I've always said if you are at the bottom of one group, you can't go down with the other. True, true....

    ReplyDelete
  26. Seriously, I don't know why they are running scared. There's 9 people there. even if he wins 2 or 3 in a row, they'll still get a chance at him.

    ReplyDelete
  27. When Kat is the voice of reason, you need help.

    ReplyDelete
  28. If I had been Christina, I would have done anything to move myself up the ladder. I do not think she'll jump ship because she wants respect from the women. However, I think she lost that awhile back.

    ReplyDelete
  29. what I can't quite figure is Tarzan and Leif. Have they not figured out that they have penises and it's a vagina alliance?

    ReplyDelete
  30. Yeah, Nickel, can't quite figure Christina. Just seems needy and looking for acceptance. The women despise her and yet she's going to be loyal to them? IT's ridiculous. They might vote her out before Leif and Tarzan.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Lifeguard Laurie, here with my new whistle and prepared to use it!

    ReplyDelete
  32. Hey, everyone. Wonder who wrote to Tarzan?

    ReplyDelete
  33. Christina is disappointing because she begged the men for an alliance at the other camp over Colton and Alicia. Now she isn't fighting for her life, or is she?

    ReplyDelete
  34. Lief looks like a little elf with his colored nose.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Hey Laurie. We're all being good swimmers, I promise. :)

    ReplyDelete
  36. What? Tarzan and Christina??? I'm smiling a lot tonight.

    ReplyDelete
  37. Joe, you are funny. The women do not see a threat in Tarzan or Leif. However, if one of them get there, the men could be so angry at the women, one of them men could win.

Christina just doesn't play well. She doesn't think ahead.

    ReplyDelete
  38. Joe said When Kat is the voice of reason, you need help.

Now that is so true! I also agree the the women on the bottom should be creating their own alliance with Troyzan and try to win. Or, just lose now and go enjoy time at Ponderosa. Seriously, if you don't think you can win then now is the time to get out!

    ReplyDelete
  39. Tarzan and Troyzan... interesting final two!

    ReplyDelete
  40. Kim is very smart, but I just don't care for some reason. Troyzan is an idiot. He does everything to make the girls angry.

    ReplyDelete
  41. I hope Troyzan is feeling the love.

    ReplyDelete
  42. Nickel, I see why the women aren't afraid of Leif or Tarzan. What I'm not clear on is why Leif or Tarzan think they are so safe with the women.

    ReplyDelete
  43. He did it when he needed to. Good for him.

    ReplyDelete
  44. Christina will go home tonight.

    ReplyDelete
  45. Oh man, he is soooo arrogant. I hope he gets his bigtime. Yuk.
Well, it'll probably be Christina who goes.

    ReplyDelete
  46. I am playing Heinz now (ketchup)

(sorry, took a call on my way back with the chips & watermelon)

    ReplyDelete
  47. tough call. Troyzan sort of has to play large to put some fear into the women. It's fear that makes them jump, like the nerdy guy last season who was afraid of the rocks. If he makes himself seem more invincible than he is, they might jump out of fear. Problem is they never do the math. If they don't jump this week, I think they are sort of screwed. 5-4 works, if they wiat till 7 to go 4-3 they'll need 3 of the women to "jump"

    ReplyDelete
  48. Troyzan would really only need to swing Christina back to Lief and Tarzan and he would have 4. Why not go for it?

    ReplyDelete
  49. ~~~~Splash~~~~

Made it!! Now someone pass me a cold one!! Happy Hump Day!

    SueGee on the Left Coast

    RIP Dick Clark

    ReplyDelete
  50. Joe, I think they believe if they stay a low profile, they'll get the chance to go to the final 3. Leif is non-threatening and Tarzan is a jerk. Not likable. When the time comes, the women who are close, will have to turn on each other. They either stay together, or they take the people they are sure they can beat. Only time will tell which way they'll go.

    ReplyDelete
  51. This makes for an interesting tribal.

    ReplyDelete
  52. In a way I feel sorry for Troyzan, but then he pulls one of his stunts and I can't stand him. I meant to say that I just didn't care for Kim for some reason.

I still don't have anyone that I am really pulling for this season.

    ReplyDelete
  53. Troyzan doesnt bother me at all. Yet.

    ReplyDelete
  54. I agree on the Christina vote. The women weren't happy with her not buying the advantage. So many stupid game plays this season beginning with the men giving their tribal immunity to the women when they were down already. Pfft

    ReplyDelete
  55. Ughhhh! Tarzan kills me!!!

    ReplyDelete
  56. Kim, never chop a coconut while holding it in your hand. *cringing*

    ReplyDelete
  57. Joe, you were channeling Troy.

    ReplyDelete
  58. he's totally right. But are Christina and Alicia smart enough to see it? I'm guessing not

    ReplyDelete
  59. I can see Alicia doing this.

    ReplyDelete
  60. Christina would probably go for it. Problem is Alicia.

    ReplyDelete
  61. Troyzan has a good point.

    ReplyDelete
  62. I'm guessing that means they stick together. We didn't see enough of Kim and Chelsea presenting the "other side"

    ReplyDelete
  63. I agree with you, Joe. I doubt they will flip even it is the only way they will get further than six or seven before they are gone.

    ReplyDelete
  64. Jury is enjoying this tribal.

    ReplyDelete
  65. The jury and all of us :)

    ReplyDelete
  66. I'm a little disappointed in Chelsea's math. LOL

    ReplyDelete
  67. I am still at the auction, so I am just sitting in the shallow end, snacking on pigs-n-blankets (mmm, Monty!) and drinking my beer. :)

    ReplyDelete
  68. Troyzan laid that out about as perfectly as anyone ever has at tribal council...and I'm betting it still makes no effing difference. LMAO

    ReplyDelete
  69. But, the thing is, where will they be in that group. They'll still be on the bottom.

    ReplyDelete
  70. I knew they would screw up.

    ReplyDelete
  71. I like Troy. I am old-fashioned, so nothing he says offends me.

    ReplyDelete
  72. Tarzan must have voted for Leif also...

    ReplyDelete
  73. Nuts... they all are nuts. This group is "So frustrating" (in my Danni Donato voice)!

    ReplyDelete
  74. MMM....Ozzy's ad. Me likey. Me likey alot.

    ReplyDelete
  75. Next week will be interesting. I'm betting Leif, and the two girls voted Tarzan. The rest voted Leif.

Christina and Alicia can go to the guys, but they will be on the bottom, too. Troyzan would never let them go higher. Just saying.

    ReplyDelete
  76. Bottom of 5, Nickel, beats bottom of 6 any day. And consider who the 5 are: Leif and Tarzan don't scare anyone. If you're alicia or Christine do you really want to sit next to Kim and Chelsea at the end? Or would you rather sit next to Tarzan and Leif?

    They are just lemmings.

    ReplyDelete
  77. Monty! Danni Donato!? That was a random blast from the past! wow

    ReplyDelete
  78. :( about Leif, I liked him.

    ReplyDelete
  79. LOL, Monty. Speaking of Danni Donato, I always thought she and Dick would be fun on Amazing Race.

    ReplyDelete
  80. Lemmings. Good word, muffin.

    ReplyDelete
  81. Well, they weren't together at all, were they? 5 is no different than 6 Joe, still the bottom

    ReplyDelete
  82. See you guys later. I hate to see Lief go.

    ReplyDelete
  83. Tarzan is a freak of nature!

    ReplyDelete
  84. I did like Leif, too.
    See you all Sunday.

    ReplyDelete
  85. They would still have more respect for Leif and not Christina or Alicia. :::Shrugs:::

    ReplyDelete
  86. No offense, Nickel, but that's moronic. You think they should just lay down and die because they are at the bottom of 6? They are right in the mix in the 5. Who's at the top? Troyzan and then #2? Totally up for grab.

There is NO doubt that jumping is in Christine and Alicia's best interest.

    ReplyDelete
  87. Danni and daddio Dick would be fun to watch again on TAR. I felt cheated that he left the game when he did last season. Always loved him from the get-go :)

    ReplyDelete
  88. Joe, they can jump, but they'd still be on the bottom. They have to fight their way up anyway. IMO, I'd take my chances against the guys before I'd take it against the girls. However, they are still on the bottom. They lost their respect weeks ago.

    ReplyDelete
  89. Yay, I get to watch along with you fine folks on Sunday. See you at the TAR blog party. Thanks Jackie!

    ReplyDelete
  90. Thanks for coming by everyone!

    ReplyDelete
  91. Who did Tarzane vote off

    ReplyDelete
  92. Bringing up the rear, Ms Jackie :) Thanks for having me. I put the other half of watermelon in the fridge in the cabana.

    ReplyDelete
  95. I see what happened. I forgot to take Nina off the list when she was voted off the island. I will fix that error and we can all sleep better for it tonight.
