Big Brother 14: PoV Episode Blog Party - July 18

BB12 Blogo 3

So, tonight the hamsters vie for the Power of Veto. Will there be fisticuffs? Well, probably not. Perhaps we'll see some good footage, though.

As always, I'll update this entry with any major happenings. However, the real fun will be in the comments. Come join in the conversation! Bring beverages and snacks -- we already have the cozy chairs ...

Veto comp time -- huge washing machine. Race through the suds, find a coin, thow into coin slot on their machine. $1.30 exactly.

Shane wins!

The America's Choice for have not food -- liverwurst and licorice, pork rinds and pudding, tofu and taffy.

Veto meeting time -- to not create waves, Shane does not use the veto.

I brought a box 'o' Zinfandel and Froot Loops!

  5. cute pic, meb!

    Hey Brenda

(as always - bowing to Ms J!)

  6. It's so hot here and I'm ready for the pool tonight. I brought watermelons for all and of course one is Spiked. Diving in...

  7. Hello Petals, Meb, Brenda and Jackie!

    ReplyDelete
  8. *excitedly paddling around in my zebra floatie*

    ReplyDelete
  9. Thanks Petals... My great grand-son!

  10. Looking forward to the show tonight.

    ReplyDelete
  11. I bought a leopard floatie just for the BB pool this season. :)

    ReplyDelete
  12. anyone want some Froot Loops?

    ReplyDelete
  13. Delicious watermelon Monty... my favorite..

Happy Dance going on in the house. Well for now.

    ReplyDelete
  14. Pass me some of those Froot Loops, and the wine is fine.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Frank is being a yes man... Boogie is Mr. know it all...

    ReplyDelete
  16. Willie, you are a smart man right there on that one!

    ReplyDelete
  17. Hey sweetheart xoxoxo

Monty - I loved Russell, but YUCKY on Willie.

(sorry Joe - no offense to your baby)

    ReplyDelete
  18. Was Jannelle always that well endowed????? Just don't remember that flat stomach! LOL

    ReplyDelete
  19. Wonderful watermelon! I have to pass on the Fruit Loops.

    ReplyDelete
  20. Hey there, Joe. I loved Russell, but his family members don't live up to the legend in my mind! There can only be one Russell ;)

    ReplyDelete
  21. No Boogie... the worse thing that could happen is if you ran the girls out of the house.

    ReplyDelete
  22. Meb, a good plastic surgeon can make you big on the top and flat in the middle.

    ReplyDelete
  23. Boogie is an idiot and that's why I want Frank gone this week. Dan's down to two girls already who aren't that great. Let Boogie take a hit this week. SWEET

    ReplyDelete
  24. I'm with you Monty... let's get Boogie's team out first. Please!

    ReplyDelete
  25. *tossing Loops to Monty*

Monty, did you see the Froot Loop blow-up? LMAO

    ReplyDelete
  26. Ian is a strange character, but I think he'll bring us plenty of comic relief this summer.

    ReplyDelete
  27. meb...Janelle was always that "well-endowed". Her stomach was always, as I recall, flat at the beginning of every season but she had a tendency to put on some weight in the house. Slop must be fattening. :)

    ReplyDelete
  28. If anything, I thought Janelle looked thicker in the middle. But she did have a baby, and not that long ago.

    ReplyDelete
  29. Yeah, Petals... I was watching it go down. I love the fights, LOL!

    ReplyDelete
  30. meb - Janeygirl was always busty, but now she has a lil baby.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Shane looks sooo much like Tom Cruise.

    ReplyDelete
  32. Monty, I tend to agree with you on the Hantz family. Of course the nephew is really certifiable. Willie seems okay, but he's not the PLAYAH that Russell was.

On the other hand, the other Hantz's are always saddled with having to apologize for being a Hantz. LOL

  33. Hi Everybody,

Unforunately due to a very hectic schedule I missed the the live premiere show and missed out on a 'Pool Pick'. I'm pulling for Dan or Janelle@@ from the coaches, but don't have a favorite from the regular cast yet.

Thanks Jackie for your recaps! Helps to keep me up on the happenings when I have to miss a show.

    ReplyDelete
  34. Janey has always been the buxom blonde of BB!

    ReplyDelete
  35. Ah yes... the baby .. I was really kidding .. I just think she looks even bigger... but I think she looks bigger everywhere.. along side of Britney she even looks taller. She's still my favorite, no matter what ..

    ReplyDelete
  36. True, Joe. Hi Ed, happy to see you back in the pool.

    ReplyDelete
  37. ~~~~SPLASH~~~~~

SueGee checking in from her vacation hide-away. It is HOT here in the state of Misery

SueGee usually on the left coast

    ReplyDelete
  38. Britney is mean, but, heck, she is funny.

    ReplyDelete
  39. Just saw the Showmance shirt on Boogie... these younger girls may not know any better, but he's so much older now, who would even think of a showmance with him! YUCK!

    ReplyDelete
  40. Hi Monty, Thanks!

To me I'm still playing 'catch up'here but it looks like Britanny has a very good team!

    ReplyDelete
  41. Boogie's never come up against a Britney in his TWO seasons, LOL!

    ReplyDelete
  42. Hi Ed!

My girl-crush on Janey remains totally intact - marriage, baby & all. *sigh*

My normal crush on Dan remains intact, too.

    ReplyDelete
  43. Meb, he's already hit on Kara for when the season is over. Blech!!!

    ReplyDelete
  44. The connection is way too slow for me to be doing this but I will try

I need some watermelon pass my was please...

    SueGee

    ReplyDelete
  45. Drive that wedge between Dan and Boogie, Jannelle... get Boogie out of there.

    ReplyDelete
  46. Hey Sue! I have a box of Zinfandel that I can float your way, as well...

OOOPS~ dropped a coupla Froot Loops in da pool

    ReplyDelete
  47. Meb, I figured you were kidding. I tried to think of the surgeon who was on Survivor -- after I posted I remember Tarzan. I meant to add -- But Tarzan is not one I would select to touch me.

    ReplyDelete
  48. Double Blech on that Monty!

    ReplyDelete
  49. Hi Petals!

Yep, I hope Janelle & Dan are able to hang in there all summer, they're 2 of my 'all time' favorites!

    ReplyDelete
  50. Hey, SueGee - sliding some watermelon at ya!

    ReplyDelete
  51. Thanks Petals...I have plenty of ice.

    SueGee

    ReplyDelete
  52. I love the comps on Wednesdays :)

    ReplyDelete
  53. Nice to actually watch it and chat for a change.

    SueGee

    ReplyDelete
  54. Ed - Me too. Love me some Janey Girl & Banana Dan!

    ReplyDelete
  55. Shane & Danielle are SUCH the obvious showmance of this season...

    ReplyDelete
  56. *grape Froot Loop wedged in bellybutton* grrrr! Joe??? hahah

    ReplyDelete
  57. Poor Jenn (tattoo). She is the most visible invisible player/person ever.

You guys know what I mean?

    ReplyDelete
  58. Couldn't they put the mic pack on an arm band rather than shove it up their butts?

I mean it is totally ruining the lines of the suit! :)

    ReplyDelete
  59. I hear thunder rumbling in the distance, grrrr! We need rain, but no storms to knock out the power again.

Frank having the advantage and blowing it, was quite funny to me :)

    ReplyDelete
  60. Liverwurst and Licorce is my vote!

    ReplyDelete
  61. I wonder how many people it takes to clean a mess like that up? Looked fun tho

    SueGee

    ReplyDelete
  62. Got so caught up in the comp I forgot to comment. That was fun to watch. Frank had all those dollars and with a target on his back, he couldn't get one in sooner???

    ReplyDelete
  63. Me too Delee! L & L LOL

    SG

    ReplyDelete
  64. All the players in Glass House wear the same thing around their necks. I have been wondering if those are their mics! Looks like a brown cord with about a 3 inch metal cylinder.

    ReplyDelete
  65. Wow Monty! Send some thunder this way. It hasn't rained here in weeks. All the lawns are brown. We broke a record high yesterday 98 degrees. "Oh how I wish it rain"!!!

    ReplyDelete
  66. I think that is what they are Delee and they appear to be cordless.

L & L would be great for me... I love them both!

    ReplyDelete
  67. We're getting thunderstorm warnings too with winds in excess of 60 MPH... Just in case I should disappear. : )

    ReplyDelete
  68. I voted pork rinds.
OMGosh, no rain in a month here, over 105 degrees for the next 5 days at least. Seriously. Mohave conditions in the KCMO area.

    ReplyDelete
  69. Ed, I'll take rain but lightening and wind - NO! My little Joey was never afraid of storms and the noise until the Fourth of July and now he is completely freaked out by them.

    ReplyDelete
  70. Hahaha hilarious editing as Boogie spoke about his " Team" members

    ReplyDelete
  71. Don't count your chickens just yet, Boogie!

    ReplyDelete
  72. Petals - I'm over in Branson and it is over 100 here too. Will go home through KC Saturday...

    SueGee (missing home)

    ReplyDelete
  73. Didn't the voice over say to watch for live eviction Thursday at 9? Are they confused?

    ReplyDelete
  74. Sue, we were ub Branson in June. I had a wonderful time. Have you beren to Mels
    's Hard Luck Diner?

    ReplyDelete
  75. Well, I'm outta here for tonight. Thanks for the company at the pool and as always, thank you Jackie for hosting us! See you all tomorrow night

    ReplyDelete
  76. Thanks for stopping by! I'll be putting up a feeds report in a few hours. My electricity was out with a bad storm earlier and I didn't get the early evening report up.

    ReplyDelete
  77. We went there twice. The waiters and waitresses sing. Also went to see the Liverpool Legends and the Doug Gabriel show. Both were top notch.

    ReplyDelete
  78. Sue- wow. you are close. Branson (heck everywhere in Missouri) is soooooo hot now. Record-setting, nearly unprecedented.

    ReplyDelete
  79. Well, here I am, late as usual. I even made some home made Rocky Road ice cream. I guess I'll just go sit in a corner and eat it all by myself while I wait for the show to come on. I'm really looking forward to it. Having the feeds for the first time, I'm curious to see how different the editing makes it look. One things for sure, with all the flip flopping, if they try to catch it all, I'm going to be dizzy before the end of the show!

    ReplyDelete
  80. sorry I missed the party....glad Shane did not use the veto.
