Big Brother 14: HoH Results and Nominations Show Blog Party - Aug. 19

BB12 Blogo 3

It seems like so long ago, but the TV viewing audience will get treated to the endurance comp result, HoH winner and nominations tonight. Well, at least those items should be on the agenda!

The show will be starting on time tonight here in the NYC viewing area. Yay! I say that because the season finale of Falling Skies is on at 9pm. I don't want to delay that.

As the show airs here, I'll be updating this entry with major happenings, so please refresh to see the latest news. However, the real fun is in the comments area. Come join us! We don't bite ... hard (as Dr. Will would say).

In the HoH comp, lots of falls. Ouch. Britney won Safety. Boogie got the ten grand. Shane wins HoH.
Ohhh ... the big HoH room reveal. As Boogie says, lots of pictures of his dog, none of his father. His letter was from his sister.

Now we see Ian telling Britney that Boogie was pressuring him to put up Britney and/or Shane if he had won HoH. Britney lets Shane, etc. know. The Quack Pack decides that Frank and Boogie should go on the block together.

Uh-oh, Britney is going to Nair Ian's armpits! The agony! His date with Ashley was a bomb, not the bomb.

They found balls leading to the arcade room where there is now a question mark on a cube in with the balls in the machine.

Nominations today.

Key order: Britney can't be nominated. Danielle, Dan, Jenn, Ashley, Joe, Ian. Boogie and Frank are on the block. Let the fireworks begin!

  2. Hey, folks! Ready for the show?

  3. Hey JimmyB. I wonder how close they will make the endurance comp seem? It wasn't close at all...

hey guys! I brought 2 bottles of Pinot Evil and a fire extinguisher!

  5. Monty - are you still sick? I finished my Z-pack and am back to new. Maybe you need an antibiotic.

  6. SLASH~~~~ Hi everyone! Hi Jackie!!

I did not see Will go home. Forgot to tape it because I was working. Missed a lot!!!

  7. Monty, I am sorry you are sick. Z-pacs are great, Petals!!!

  8. Hey Petals,Penny and Meb. Yeah, my summer colds hang on for a while. I just don't do antibiotics for a cold unless it's turned into something else.

  9. Dang, I did miss a lot. I can't believe I missed all of this!!!! Rats!! When was the live eviction? I have this to DVR automatically, but it didn't? I wonder why?

  10. This is what I love watching, lol

  11. I'm actually not a fan of the endurance comps. They're unfair & they take too long (The shows are only an hour minus commercials). We don't even get to see the end; a silly trick to get us to tune back in?!

  12. bushy-haired maniac. LOL

    ReplyDelete
  13. Good, Frank. Open your eyes and see that Boogie doesn't care about you.

Didn't Booger win $16,000 earkuer this season.

    ReplyDelete
  14. Boogie's is getting punked in the DR as far as the edit.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Hi Becky - How are YOU doing? You holding up?

    ReplyDelete
  16. Didn't know Joe cried when Wil left.

    ReplyDelete
  17. Did she say zing or zen?

    ReplyDelete
  18. I'm sure she said Zing. @@

    ReplyDelete
  19. btw...There IS a Jenn.

    I saw her.

    ReplyDelete
  20. Today was a good day. It was our anniv. so we went out to eat. Momma didn't want to go so we brought her back something.

    ReplyDelete
  21. There you go... I knew CBS would make it seem closer than it really was.

    ReplyDelete
  22. Monty, thank you for always asking. I really appreciate it.

    ReplyDelete
  23. Becky - If memory serves, he won $6000 after being obligated to give 3000 and 1000 to others. That was an earlier comp.

    ReplyDelete
  24. I have to give it to Dan that he was able to overtake Ian. He should have gone for the HOH.. he may have won it. But then he didn't want to be the one to make any surprise nominations either. Too bad, since he ends up being blamed for the noms anyway.

    ReplyDelete
  25. Meb, I think Dan would have given Shane a real run for it if he hadn't wasted so much in the safety jar.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Hey all, glad to finally join in your pool party... instead of being one of the Anons!

Mountain Time here in CO, so I won't get to see the fun for another 40 minutes. :(

Petals, Pinot Evil made me laugh... made me think Pee-No-Evil?
Which in the house of Don't Wash Your Hands after BR visits... seems rather appropriate!

    ReplyDelete
  27. They're really milking the competition this episode. Is there nothing else that they can talk about this week?

    ReplyDelete
  28. Were they told they had to try to stay on their feet? I would lie down and push off with my legs - toboggan down and maybe back up, too.

    ReplyDelete
  29. Ashley the cheerleader after the fact, lol

    ReplyDelete
  30. Hope you had a great anniversary, Becky. Congrats!

    ReplyDelete
  31. Sharon, welcome to non-Anonship. :)

Kim - oh, there is plenty, but nothing they can mention tonight.

    ReplyDelete
  32. I know, it's just so frustrating. So much fluff and filler sometimes.

    ReplyDelete
  33. Silk... I thought the same thing. I would have tried to slide on my back... might have gotten some of the slick off the lane in the beginning.

Monty, Dan had a reason to go for the safety, but as Joe said, HOH would have given him both. I don't know where his head was.

  34. Hi all,

Not watching but popped in to say "hey"

    ReplyDelete
  35. Well at least there is a letter this time for Shane.

    ReplyDelete
  36. Thanks, Jackie. Don't know why I thought it was $16,000.

    ReplyDelete
  37. Awww... Jenn the invisible is crying.

    ReplyDelete
  38. Wednesday's show will be the good one. Lots of fire for that one.

    ReplyDelete
  39. Yes, Petals. Jenn. The one with the colors so she'll stand out from the crowd.

    ReplyDelete
  40. Oh my gosh! The quack in quack pack! LMAO!

    ReplyDelete
  41. Hey Joe, just saw your post. Why aren't you watching?

    ReplyDelete
  42. Nicklepeed... I think that's the onlyr eason Ian changed alliances... he likes the name Quack Pack... in face, he named them didn't he?

    ReplyDelete
  43. I can't help it..gotta make a little fun of Jenn. Haven't really done that since Rachel.

    ReplyDelete
  44. Hey Joe. Are you at least keeping up-to-date on what happened today?

    ReplyDelete
  45. Becky - Together, his two money wins add up to 16 thousand. Maybe that's it!

    I too love Ian.

Mind you, not like THAT. I'm no cougar!

    ReplyDelete
  46. Jackie is a cougar! LOL

    ReplyDelete
  47. Brit is hilarious in the DR when she's on a roll

    ReplyDelete
  48. We with feeds are like wild animals. Once we have regular feeding, we forget how to hunt for ourselves (or rather, how to just watch the program)

    ReplyDelete
  49. I agree...Brit is very entertaining.

    ReplyDelete
  50. They really burnt him bad with this. Not cool!

    ReplyDelete
  51. Me either! I have grandchildren older than him.

    ReplyDelete
  52. Oh Deer... Britt is gagging.

    ReplyDelete
  53. Brit's face: priceless.

    ReplyDelete
  54. Wait until the hair starts growing out!

    ReplyDelete
  55. You can't help but like Ian. I really hope he wins.

    ReplyDelete
  56. This is worse than crickets. Poor Ian.

    ReplyDelete
  57. Poor Ian. He is so socially inept
    t.

    ReplyDelete
  58. If he believes that, he is SO dumb.

    ReplyDelete
  59. Shane.. you're an idiot!

    ReplyDelete
  60. Bwahahaha, again you got to love Ian

    ReplyDelete
  61. Ian, Ian, Ian! You are adorable! But such an innocent.

    ReplyDelete
  62. Yes Dan, Ian IS America's sweetheart!

    ReplyDelete
  63. I like how everyone calls Ian in the room to ask what the mystery bod means.

    ReplyDelete
  64. But, it wasn't Pandora's Box

    ReplyDelete
  65. I hope they don't pull a dirty one on Shane again.

  67. Is this the double elim. week?

    ReplyDelete
  68. Lol, CBS labeling Jen, Ashley and Joe all floaters. Well, they are!

    ReplyDelete
  69. Did Ian not tell anyone that he thought it had to do with pandora's box? Wow.. is he playing sneaky now too.

    ReplyDelete
  70. It is Becky. An entire week in one night on Thursday.

    ReplyDelete
  71. Meb, they all speculated all over the place about a Pandora's Box this week. It turned out to just be a hint to the POV competition.

    ReplyDelete
  72. I wonder if one of them will figure out it is a double elimination week?

    ReplyDelete
  73. I should have said this weekend. My these weeks are getting longer, lol. Most are planning on a double this week.

    ReplyDelete
  74. Did they ever say what the comp was or why it took so long to come back to the feeds?

    ReplyDelete
  75. Yea, Jenn. You've got a huge target on your back. @@

    ReplyDelete
  76. Meb, it was the guess how many are there comp and then they stay or fold.

CBS dropped the ball with the feeds. When they came back it was at least two hours after the comp ended.

    ReplyDelete
  77. Hi Monty,

I'm kind of busy doing something else and I really haven't been that interested this year. You guys keep me caught up and I normally watch on Thursdays.

    ReplyDelete
  78. it was a counting comp. Like "how many candy canes are on this christmas tree", etc. And Ian didn't win.
    Hmm

    ReplyDelete
  79. Joe - sorry if I interrupted your other stuff when I buzzed you the other day. My icky-sicky day. :)

    ReplyDelete
  80. I loved the expression on Ian's face. He actually looked afraid. Oh, the ego's of Frank and Boogie!

    ReplyDelete
  81. Hope neither win POV. See everyone Wed! Thank you, Jackie Night everyone.

    ReplyDelete
  82. I think at least Boogie understands this is how the game is played.

    ReplyDelete
  83. Thanks again, Jackie.

    See y'all next time.

    ReplyDelete
  84. That was satisfaction for me to see that smirk on Boogie's face.

So hoping he goes first on Thursday. Nite all... see you on Wednesday night for the fireworks. :))

    ReplyDelete
  85. Thanks for coming by, everyone!

    ReplyDelete
  86. Monty thanks... I never did hear what actually happened in POV.

Jackie thanks again for a fun night. See you Wednesday.

Well I typed this over an hour ago... was getting ready to log off when I see it didn't post.

Now Ihave to show I'm not a robot. : )

    ReplyDelete
  87. Poor innocent Ian...

He still thinks Ashley is close with him and doesn't like Frank.
I hope he keeps his mouth shut and doesn't spill the beans to her!!

In a way, he's becoming almost as delusional as Danielle. He will be heartbroken when his "un-girlfriend" doesn't vote with the QP.
