Big Brother 15: MVP Nomination, PoV Show Blog Party - July 31

Everybody got their beverages and snacks at hand? The party's starting! As tonight's show airs here on the East Coast, I'll post the major events right here. To get the latest news, refresh the page.

But, if you came to party and discuss the show with others ... head to the comments! Please, though, I do ask that things are kept to a PG-level. Thank you in advance!

Amanda is the MVP nomination -- of course, she blames Howard. The additional veto players are Candice and Jessie. Helen is the host.

Veto comp time! Mad scientist Helen is in the time lab. They must travel back in time to solve a puzzle in prehistoric backyard times. Spencer wins PoV!

Aaryn is leaning towards Candice as the replacement nominee. But we all knew that would happen.

Veto meeting time. Spencer saves himself and Aaryn puts Candice on the block. No surprises there.

    ReplyDelete
  8. It is true that Helen is playing the BEST game in there right now. Her non-stop talking to everyone will throw a wrench in that quick.

    ReplyDelete

  15. Hi Andrea!

What's our drinking word tonight? Veto, lol

  16. missed a lot of the feeds this week. but I wonder if they will show Spencer telling Amanda off?

    ReplyDelete
  17. I am so glad that I brought garlic bread and wine.

I am so sick of these hamsters. I wish Amanda would pull one of her big scenes and get tossed out.

Petals, thank you. I always use Snoopy on my posts.

  18. Happy HUMP day ladies and gentlemen!

    ReplyDelete
  19. I wonder if any past HG has ever written a memoir about their experience in the house. I know about Dan's books, but they aren't even about his own BB time.
Do you guys think CBS has some confidentiality thing that lasts years?

    ReplyDelete
  20. if we choose "howard" as our drinking word, we may have to bunk here tonight!

    ReplyDelete
  21. Great idea Andrea!!

Howard is a great word. Everybody in?

    ReplyDelete
  22. Spencer is my pool assignee but I wouldn't mind seeing him go -- after Amanda, GM and Aaryn.

    ReplyDelete
  23. HOH bed - cringe, cringe, cringe!

    ReplyDelete
  24. omg, maybe TOO good a drinking word.

    ReplyDelete
  34. We the people did it, Macdum-dum.

    ReplyDelete
  35. eeek. The one and only thing on which GM & I agree is that Candice really does have terrible taste in earrings.

mmmmm...all the food is delish! Thanks everyone :)

(oops - getting crumbs in the pool)

    ReplyDelete
  36. If she doesn't go this week I will write her name down again!

    ReplyDelete
  37. McCrae is really looking like Sara Gilbert tonight, more so than usual.

    ReplyDelete
  38. Jackie, LMFAO!!! But its true!

    ReplyDelete
  39. Don't worry about the crumbs. This pool is equipped with a super sweeper, lol.

    ReplyDelete
  40. This MVP is the best twist ever. So much paranoia in there and it is hilarious!

    ReplyDelete
  41. I can't wait until they learn that America is MVP. They seem truly ignorant of how they are being portrayed to us. Hilarious - they think they are "beloved".

    ReplyDelete
  42. DRINK... there you go. She can't manipulate him, LOL

    ReplyDelete
  43. Yes, Amanda, I put you up on the block.

    ReplyDelete
  44. Thanks you Amanda for speaking the truth - you want Howard out because you cant manipulate him.

    ReplyDelete
  45. Yes, we did put you on the block. I will drink to that!

    ReplyDelete
  46. Amanda asks America if they put her on the block.

Yes maam and we're gonna do it again too.

    ReplyDelete
  47. I'm watching a bit behind on DVR so bear with me. What is up with Demanda and the Betty White velour track suit? Has she worn it before and I missed it?

    ReplyDelete
  48. Sorry I'm late I have a kit kat, go-gurt, slim jin and a 2 liter Dr. Pepper ha.

    ReplyDelete
  49. I'm sitting on the floor right now. Don't want to injure myself tonight. *hic*

    ReplyDelete
  50. I'll take the kit kat JonMD - but maybe not - too much drinking tonight. Wont be pretty!

    ReplyDelete
  51. Is that all of the bird attack that was lame then.

    ReplyDelete
  52. Ollie was terrified of birds. lol

    ReplyDelete
  53. Going gourmet, huh Jon? :)

That bird/Andy was hilarious. I rewound it a coupla times.

    ReplyDelete
  54. lol I love BB

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  59. Candice, duh? cant protect yourself from being backdoored AND get Howie off the block.

    ReplyDelete
  60. I'm gonna totally rip that off Petals and claim it as my own lol

    ReplyDelete
  61. Like Spencer turned in to rain man all of a sudden.

    ReplyDelete
  62. Sliding some crackers over to Petals!

    ReplyDelete
  63. Like he is looking for a cookie.

    ReplyDelete
  64. He did it when he needed to. DRINK

    ReplyDelete
  65. speaking of CHEESEY - time machine special effects!

    ReplyDelete
  66. What the duece is the drinking word see, you show up late and you miss the details lol

    ReplyDelete
  67. As Howard was the regular nominee, not the MVP one, if Candice had won she could have saved Howard and the HoH couldn't put her on the block. The veto winner cannot be put on the block. But both she and Howard did horribly on the puzzle.

    ReplyDelete
  68. I see they went major budget for those special effects! Heh.

    ReplyDelete
  69. Hey everyone! I've been in the hospital and moving but I'm back!

    ReplyDelete
  70. Howard should have helped Candice to find her puzzle pieces. I wonder if that would be allowed? It would have been best for both of them if they had worked together so she'd win.

    ReplyDelete
  71. howard is our drinking word tonight. making uo for last week since we didnt do much drinking.

    ReplyDelete
  72. What? I loved those special effects... DRINK *hic*

It's hard to reach the puter from down here.

    ReplyDelete
  73. I'm not fond of Candice at times but yes, Aaryn she is the cause of all your problems HA

    ReplyDelete
  74. Jessica - Sorry to hear about the hospital and moving ... not sure which is worse! I hope you're feeling better.

    ReplyDelete
  75. She said later that Spencer put her up to this. That led to house meeting #1 yesterday.

    ReplyDelete
  76. Oh my gosh Howard!!, thank gosh I did come late I would be on the floor by now lol CONSUME lol

    ReplyDelete
  77. Helen - you are so full of it!

    ReplyDelete

Sorry Monty, but those effects make Chuck E Cheese look like a Speilberg production.

    ReplyDelete
  82. LULl, oops lol... I need a driver ;-)

    ReplyDelete
  83. I used to like Helen, but she is just as much of a bully as Amanda.
There is not really anyone in the house that I am liking right now.

    ReplyDelete
  84. Petals, you know you luv dinosaurs ;-)

    ReplyDelete
  85. Saddle up ha

    ReplyDelete
  86. LOL Monty. I think I'm ok to drive, I'll bring ya...

  88. She looked to cool and comfortable doing that.

Officely honester... I've had nothing. Take me drunk, I'm home.

    ReplyDelete
  90. You know it will be good when Amanda and her boy are on the block together lol

    ReplyDelete
  91. Thanks Jackie - did you get new trunks for the pool boy? *hic*

Tell hiim sorrry abut the bread crumbs

    ReplyDelete
  92. Tami, I don't think Helen is a bully at all. She's pushy with her game, but it doesn't compare to the real bullies in there. :)

    ReplyDelete
  93. Thanks for coming by, everyone! I'm thinking tomorrow night will be an endurance comp. I'll have to nap after work.

    ReplyDelete
  94. Thanks Jackie!!!, See you all Thursday, have a great evening and be safe!!!

    ReplyDelete
  95. If we get to choose MVP again, I think I am going to choose Helen over Amanda. She is really starting to irk me. She is just as controlling as Amanda. Plus she annoyed me when she said that she uses tears to manipulate her children. MC

    ReplyDelete
  96. I may be in the minority, honestly I don't know but I split my votes for Amanda and GM for MVP nominee, so when Amanda had her diary session and she was trying to figure out who put her on and she said "did you" I was yelling YES back at her ROFL I love this game... I just wish people in the house would put two and two together that WE are the MVP nominator and realize that perhaps there is a REASON the person being put up is being PUT UP ...tee hee hee I have to say though Amanda is an AWESOME diary session person. :-P
