Big Brother 15: MVP nom, PoV Show Blog Party

Well, well, well. There seems to be some scuttlebutt on the Internet that (a) the remaining hamsters will go to jury -- including the two from tomorrow night (b) the MVP twist might be ending.

As tonight's show airs, I'll update this entry with the major happenings. Refresh the page to see the latest! The real party will be down in the comments ... come join us!

After Jessie drama and McCrae/Amanda drama, we get to the MVP reveal -- Amanda. McCrae isn't surprised. The two additional PoV players are Spencer and Judd. GinaMarie chooses Aaryn to host the comp.

PoV Comp - The yard is done up like a frog pond. It's a comp where everyone wins something, but those staying in longer can trade prizes.

GM out first, got the veto.
Amanda out, got doggy cone of shame. She traded for the veto.
After a cat fight with Amanda, Candice is out. She got a Bahamas vacation, traded for the veto. Spencer out, got 50 Shades of Orange (tanning), he traded for the vacation. Judd wins over Jessie. Jessie got $5,000, traded for the veto. Judd got a clown-itard.He traded it for the 5,000.

So ...
Amanda gets an orange tan.
Spencer goes to the Bahamas.
Judd got five grand.
Candice got a clown-itard.
GinaMarie got a cone of shame (Elizabethan collar).
Jessie has the PoV.

Veto Meeting -- Jessie saves herself. GM puts Spencer on the block.

  7. Hi everyone! As usual, I will know through the posts what's happening... long before it comes on tv (MT time). But I don't care - it's just fun being here. :)

Joe in NY - lots of people are feeling that way this summer.

  8. Hi Ed. SMH is all we can do

    ReplyDelete
  9. lmao. Spencer ended up tongue-tied in a hurry.

  10. Amanda doesn't have a clue! re: America

    ReplyDelete
  11. oh man...so this is what started Amanda on Jessie's ass again. Geeminy. Jess can't do anything right. Not even breathe.

  12. Hi Petals, Yes this is 'some' season!!

    ReplyDelete
  13. you ARE on her leash, McDog

    ReplyDelete
  14. Amanda really is a nut case...or a genius. I mean, this has really been an effective strategy for her...if it is strategy. She is kind of a master of manipulation...or just a high maintenance nut case.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Hi all...can't believe Amanda thinks America would never vote for her...lmao

    Cheryl

  16. Henpecked, Table for One!

    ReplyDelete
  17. Hey, Mc wants to dig through the dry wall to get away from her.

    ReplyDelete
  18. @ Joe...I am going with nutcase..lol

    Cheryl

    ReplyDelete
  19. Strategy aside Joe, I'd prefer to think it's more of a 'nut case'.

    ReplyDelete
  20. Hey Peoples !!!

    ReplyDelete
  21. I wasn't on here last Sunday but I thought Amanda prancing around in her 'undies' was very unattractive.

    ReplyDelete
  22. I vote for high maintenance nut case

  23. Hey Jon & Cheryl & Anon

  24. America Loves me how could they put me up HA

  25. Amanda LOL!!!

    Watch your back Judd

  26. Yet - Aman deSade totally attacked the other 2 nominees, b/c she is gutless. She picks on the weak. She is a jackal.

    ReplyDelete
  27. Hi Jon

    Cheryl

  28. "Sketchy" possible future drinking word ha

    ReplyDelete
  29. Spencer being witty ha

    ReplyDelete
  30. She acts like the effing Godfather. Dictatorial, racist RAG!

    ReplyDelete
  31. Hey, I'm not saying she's NOT a nutcase. But much like ED, it is sort of an effective strategy. Make alliances, bully the house when necessary, appear unpredictable at all times. The only difference is ED and Dani won a LOT of comps between them and Amanda wins nothing. But Dr. Will won nothing either. I'm just saying that she's effective, nut case or not. She gets everyone to do what she wants almost all the time.

    ReplyDelete
  32. HA, these fools are crazy lol

    ReplyDelete
  33. Let's see Aryan, you don't want to be on a GAME SHOW with someone only interested in themselves? HELLO? THAT'S THE WHOLE POINT - WIN THE PRIZE!

    ReplyDelete
  34. Then if everyone is so safe Amanda then stay on the block ha

    ReplyDelete
  35. Amanda seems to think America would only put up floaters. She hasn't really said that America would love her. She said that she felt America would respect her playing the game.

    ReplyDelete
  36. You're right Joe & that's exactly why these sheep need to put their personal feelings aside and evict Amanda while they can.

    ReplyDelete
  37. The best thing that could happen is for Amanda to win HOH. How much fun would that be?

    ReplyDelete
  38. Mc makes sense when he pulls his head outta her nasty butt long enough to speak.

    ReplyDelete
  39. On my..I think Amanda is losing it.

    Cheryl

    ReplyDelete
  40. It's to late for either of them to try and play there own individual game at this point, they are like one unit now, and everyone sees them that way.

    ReplyDelete
  41. Too bad Mc used-up his one shot at being on his dream show. He self-castrated when he allowed Aman deSade to put that nappy bandana around his junk & lead him through the game with it.
For being a "super fan", Mc is nothing but a super FLOP.

    ReplyDelete
  42. Hello everyone! I guess you'd call this fashionably late!

    ReplyDelete
  43. That entrance was like looking in a mirror for her ha

    ReplyDelete
  44. Hey Andrea, I was wondering about you!

    ReplyDelete
  45. Honestly, I think the hgs are right to keep Amanda right now. It's a numbers game. There is no strong alliance of more than 4 people. So you are better off keeping the core together until they get to the final 7 when 4 might be able to carry the day or maybe even 6.

You also have to remember that unlike Survivor where a simple majority can rule the roost, the fact that the HOH and nominees don't vote actually makes it possible for a small clique to actually rule the house, especially with 3 nominees. If you've only got say 7 people in the house, if one of the bottom 3 wins HOH, they can put up 2 of the top 4 and negate there votes. That means that, depending on who the MVP nominee is, the bottom 3 could have 2 out of 3 votes for eviction.

So for people like Helen, Elissa, Judd, Andy and McCrae who have been sort of working together (and no Aryan), there is no point in tossing out Amanda as long as she's cooperating. (That's not a real alliance of 7, mind you, but they have been running the house).

    ReplyDelete
  46. Hey Petals! I see you've given Demada a new name, it really fits, good job!

    ReplyDelete
  47. He/She who wins last...wins best!!

    ReplyDelete
  48. (I still love lil JessieClaire. Their hatred of her is so wackadoo)

    ReplyDelete
  49. 23 Classic

    ReplyDelete
  50. CHECK PLEASE How is she even on this show no knowing 48 HOURS WTF

    ReplyDelete
  51. I'm not sure McCrae is playing such a bad game. He's in the core group and he's got Amanda in front of him as the bigger target.

I think people at Jackie's tend to play with their emotions. They try to eliminate people they hate when they are better off eliminating people in their way. Amanda isn't in the way of any of the core group. In fact, she's universally at the bottom of the core group.

    ReplyDelete
  52. no one standing up for her, either. ALL ARE A**HOLES

    ReplyDelete
  53. I pick Amanda as being the next to loose a job, what a witch.

    ReplyDelete
  54. Amanda is so passive aggresive.

    ReplyDelete
  55. See, right there, Amanda is either total whack a doo or a genius. She might some day get someone to actually punch her and self-evict. LOL

    ReplyDelete
  56. Aman deSade (and all of them) keep calling Candi "fat". Well, she is in better shape than than the tyrant-rag. She has a VERY cute figure (as Clowni-tard shows)

    ReplyDelete
  57. GM might need her own show with Paris Hilton as a partner.

    ReplyDelete
  58. Oh my gosh lol

    ReplyDelete
  59. Jeez! Not at home yet so in the same boat as Sharon. Is she being that awful???

    ReplyDelete
  60. I don't know, I think they are all math challenged. They all keep playing for jury which is $750 per week. So, $5000 is better than 6 weeks of jury.

    ReplyDelete
  61. Andrea, there aren't words. (well, there are, but they are too dirty)

    ReplyDelete
  62. Amanda's paranoia wil be working overtime now

    Cheryl

    ReplyDelete
  63. Yay Jessie! You Go Girl!!

Too Bad So Sad Amanda :((

    ReplyDelete
  64. I wonder if Julie is going to tell them of the double eviction before the vote this week and inform them who ever goes is going to jury as well. Maybe that might shake things up with the vote and Amanda might not be safe.

    ReplyDelete
  65. But! Will we remain MVP? How will we vote in the DE? Will they announce that this evening? URGH!

    ReplyDelete
  66. Drama, IKR? She is like that day & night! Black-hearted, soul-less jackal.

    ReplyDelete
  67. Deep breaths everyone ... repeat after me, "It's just a game. It's not part of my life." And, let's not get so graphic, please!

    ReplyDelete
  68. sorry :(

    Candice looked cute.

    ReplyDelete
  69. Doubt there is any MVP in the DE. I mean they'd have to do all the voting like right now either way. I mean, I guess they could announce it at the end of the show. But you'd think they'd be announcing it periodically during the show if that's what they were doing.

I also think those Fast Forward DE barely fit into an hour as it is. Adding the MVP would be one more event in an already busy schedule.

Julie always tells them it's a Fast Forward DE at the top of the hour, at least to my memory.

    ReplyDelete
  70. Am I going to want to watch this when I get home? Jackie has to give a warning???

    ReplyDelete
  71. I wish that Jessie would spill or someone would rat out Andy.

I have been reading posts on Jackie's and Joker. Have strong feelings about them, up until now I have not said anything.

ChaCha said that GM might have dyslexic. She also stated that she is not making fun of her for any learning disabilities.

Someone else ( think Sharon) posted about either her or Sharon having dyslexia and still managing to graduate from college. My second son was also dyslexic. He had to work harder for grades and even graduated from college with a double major. He was never mean to anyone, went out of his way to be kind (was voted Senior Class Favorite). Using dyslexia as an excuse is no excuse.

She may have other disabilities, but being crude, rude and sociably unacceptable is not an excuese.

    ReplyDelete
  72. I do feel kind of bad for GM. She needs some help.

    ReplyDelete
  73. All I know is she (GW) was shoveling in that food like I don't know what the other night to the point I had to turn it off and I like to eat lol

    ReplyDelete
  74. I am one of those people who does NOT feel bad for GM. A self-proclaimed "winner", "hottie", and "beast" without a hint of humility or humanity for Candice? GM is vile.

    ReplyDelete
  75. Becky, I partly agree with you. But if GM is on the autism spectrum, for example, she really isn't in complete control of what she says. My college is actually #1 in the country for students on the autism spectrum. It is a wide range. But some of them do some of the most bizarre, anti-social things, but they really can't control it.

Now, I'm not actually saying GM is on the spectrum. But I think people tend to overestimate the amount of self-control people with psychological issues actually have over their behavior. There might be room for just a little compassion for some of the more troubled souls in the world, even in the BB house.

    ReplyDelete
  76. My question is, Professor, who helped her with her application? And were these psychological deficiencies not evident in the pre-screening?? (being serious)

    ReplyDelete
  77. Petals, I disagree.

I had a girl in class this summer who had an Asberger's like disorder. She was incapable of self censoring. She said HORRIBLE things about her parents almost every day. And she would make all kinds of contradictory declarations. But I'm quite sure she didn't recognize how horrible her comments were or how impossible some of her proclamations were.

I mean, it's possible GM is as sane as you or me...well, as me (kidding). But it is also possible that she has a personality disorder and really can't process the social awkwardness of what she's saying.

    ReplyDelete
  78. hur hur, Joe. That's my question. Being that out of control? How did she get to be 33yrs old & not in jail or an asylum? She worked with kids for criminy's sake!

    ReplyDelete
  79. Petals, I don't know enough about the vetting process. But look at what CBS did with Baby Hantz on Survivor - TWICE! He clearly shouldn't have been out there even the first time. But he got through the screening then. And even after he melted down the first time, they sent him back out their a second time...and he melted down AGAIN! Big surprise, right?

If GM had, for example, Asberger's, there's really no reason why she couldn't be on BB. It's not the same as being a dangerous sociopath.

    ReplyDelete
  80. Ok ok. I get your point.
But no. I have zero compassion. She has made herself a despicable troll IMO, and I don't have that kind of compassion in me (not for humans, anyway).
But I appreciate you trying to throw her a bone, you are a good guy, and I'm sure an amazing Prof.

    ReplyDelete
  81. I personally think anyone willing to go into that house is a bit "off."

    ReplyDelete
  82. One more thing that really bothered me this week is Spencer's "joke" by sayin Mac's mike about how he loves kiddie porn. As far as I am concerned that is NOT a funny subject. If by a snow balls chance he won then I would renounce myself and declined the bragging rights until the next season. In other words I am self-evicting from the pool. Will still hang with you guys.

Joe, interesting point. Would love more insight into this.

    Jackie, thanks for hosting us.

    ReplyDelete
  83. Petals, you are looking at the autism spectrum as a binary condition, you have it or you don't. It really is a very broad spectrum. Some people on the spectrum are almost impossible to identify. Others, can be spotted on a city bus from 50 feet away.

But large segments of the spectrum consist of people who aren't capable of recognizing normal social cues. That makes them appear socially awkward, but not necessarily dysfunctional in any way.

[Again, I'm not putting GM on the spectrum. I'm just saying that she could have a learning disability, a mental instability, or both. As such, I do have some sympathy for her because she looks a bit the lost soul.]

    ReplyDelete
  84. LOL Jackie. But at least most of them can SPELL "off".

    ReplyDelete
  85. Thanks Jackie!!! See you guys Thursday night and have a safe and happy day!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  86. The house does tend to fill up with a fair number of people who don't have full lives. I mean, I don't even have kids, but I couldn't go into that house for 3 months. I'm a teacher with a lot of flexibility in summer, but I'd still have to quit my job because of the overlap.

    ReplyDelete
  87. For the past 1+ weeks, I've felt McC has been ready to part ways with deSade, and tonight's episode pretty much confirms it. Even for the big pre-fake bachelor/ette parties, they haven't acted the same. deSade didn't even want to wash her hair or get dressed up for her big party.

He's boxed himself in with this relationship and now afraid of how she'll react if he backs up.

    ReplyDelete
  88. Joe in Ny made many wise statements. Very logical and thought out. I agree with all he said about GM. She might not be able to help herself. I have seen a nice and sensitive side to her so maybe she has one of the many problems Joe mentioned.

Amanda is on a TV Show and although no one agree's with the way she is playing the game, she is playing and everyone knows who she is. Everyone. I did not like Rachel when she was on screwing around with Brendon in the same way Amanda/Mc do. I saw her underware, knew what she was doing under the covers, and saw her not wearing underwear under a short dress. She is now some sort of BB celebrity now. Maybe Amanda is taking cue's from Rachel. Birds of a feather.

    ReplyDelete
  89. Que's. No I am not related to GM. :o)

    ReplyDelete
  90. I think, Ian, last year's winner had Asberger's . Remember the Quack Pack?

    ReplyDelete
  91. Asperger's not asberger's

    ReplyDelete
  92. Lynn, and he was a very intelligent & funny kid. Oh, and most important? He was NICE!

    ReplyDelete
  93. OT Good luck to everyone who bought a lottery ticket! I hope I go to bed rich!

  95. Hey becky saw an article today about spencer saying that and the police or fbi are investigating it

    ReplyDelete
  96. traci,
My understanding is that the police were called in and they investigated. They found nothing.
Spencer was joking in McC's mike.
It was an extremely bad joke, in extremely bad taste, but it was a joke nonetheless, and police found nothing suspicious.
