Big Brother 15: New HoH and Nominations Show Blog Party - August 11

Here it is! The second HoH from last Thursday's whirlwind double eviction show! As it airs here on the east coast, I'll update this entry with the major happenings. Refresh the page to get the latest. I'm putting this post up on time, but fear the show is delayed due to golf here. It should start about eight minutes late. (Grr ... but we have been lucky for several weeks, I guess.)

As always, the party is in the comments area. Come join us!

Recap. recap, recap. Some more insight into the Judd eviction.

Finally, halfway into the show, new news. The HoH comp has them "building" a sundae by rolling a ball (cherry) atop a huge sundae in a fake diner set-up. It's done tournament style. HoH will decide the Have Nots for the week.

Jessie won over Helen to move on.
Andy won over GinaMarie.
Amanda won over Spencer.
McCrae over Elissa.
Round one over.

Andy beats Jessie.
McCrae beat Amanda.
Round two over.

It's down to Andy vs. McCrae. ANDY is the new HoH!

He ends up getting volunteers for Have Nots -- Helen, Aaryn, Elissa and then GinaMarie.

Amanda is SO upset that McCrae didn't let her win their round!

Have Nots Vote: cottage cheese and cow peas, turnip and taffy, head cheese and habaneros (sp?) -- this would be for next week as this week they're already eating mung beans and whatever.

They skipped Andy's HoH room reveal and went to Helen campaigning to have Andy put up (his allies) Amanda and McCrae.

Nominations ceremony time. Key order: GinaMarie, Helen, McCrae, Aaryn, Amanda, Elissa. The nominations are Jessie and Spencer. He adores them both, strategic move to secure his own position in the game.

  6. Hey Monty. GM IS SUCH A TOOOOOOOOOOOL

    ReplyDelete
  7. LOL Candice just ZZZZIIIIINGGED GM HA

    ReplyDelete
  8. Oh my, that was the lowest of lows Gina Marie!

    ReplyDelete
  9. LOL, Yes Arynn GM is going to bring your game down HA.

    ReplyDelete
  10. I just never realized how horrible GM really is. Well, it'll be nice to see her face when she finds out she has not job. What an absolutely horrible person.

    ReplyDelete
  11. I don't know why they always vote in some pack mentality. And the dark cloud looms again with Aaryn winning HOH.

    ReplyDelete
  12. I said it Thursday night and still feel the same way, that was as low as you can go. It was classless!

    ReplyDelete
  13. I agree with you Monty, lowest of low.

    ReplyDelete
  14. Jon, they've been voting that way because the super majority alliance has cut everyone else off at the knees. You have to admit that it has been an effective alliance so far.

    ReplyDelete
  15. I love how all of them are offended because they have been lied to...what do they think this is "To Tell the Truth"????

  17. Hi everyone. I'm traveling and my computer is squirrley tonight.

    ReplyDelete
  18. I know and I agree with you Monty, they have been a block to reckon with. Maybe it's me being a snark but I would throw a vote here and there to stir things lol

    ReplyDelete
  19. Hey, Jackie and everyone. Word of the night?

    ReplyDelete
  20. I am so hoping Judd comes back in the house. That would freak them all out, big time.

    ReplyDelete
  21. Love how Judd got snarky with Jessie like it was her fault. Amanda is such a TOOL

    ReplyDelete
  22. Hey Patty, lynn and Becky.

This is so hard to watch. I miss mumble mumble :(

    ReplyDelete
  23. What hypocrites! What a mindless bunch of lemmings.

    ReplyDelete
  24. He blamed most of them who had nothing to do with his eviction. Sad.

    ReplyDelete
  25. The only people that were OK with Judd leaving were Helen and Amanda

    ReplyDelete
  26. Heck, let's all just take a DRINK just because...

    DRINK

    ReplyDelete
  27. These people are a bunch of zombie robots. Not one can think for themselves.

    ReplyDelete
  28. While it was fun to watch them all go paranoid when they couldn't figure out America was MVP, that move by Grodner was a good 98% why Judd got the boot. It was out of his control.

    ReplyDelete
  29. Yes, Jackie it was. America got Judd evicted, literally.

    ReplyDelete
  30. I know this wont happen this week, but if Gina Marie got evicted and went to sequester ... With Candice and J-U double D ... It would be like Shark Week all over again.

    ReplyDelete
  31. I just threw up in my mouth hearing Helen say that to her.

    ReplyDelete
  32. ~*~*~*~*~* SPLASH *~*~*~*~*~*~
I liked the "behind the commercial" footage. Shows that Aryan has a pulse.

I do despise Judd, tho. I hope he rots in the Jury house. Lashing-out at Jessie? What a turd.

    ReplyDelete
  33. There's the mastery of Helen's game. She pumps people up and makes them feel special and appreciated. She's the one to reckon with, not Amanda. IMO

Helen is running the game this season.

    ReplyDelete
  34. With a little luck, Grodner will see to it that Judd is given another chance and bring him back.

    ReplyDelete
  35. I would think MVP wouldn't work next season.

    ReplyDelete
  36. PS - I'm pleased that everyone gets to see what a despicable thing is GM.

    ReplyDelete
  37. Aaryn back in the 50's where she belongs lol

    ReplyDelete
  38. Helen is definitely the best player this season. Part Cub Scout leader/ part cult leader. Kool-Aid anyone?

    ReplyDelete
  39. I must say, I am surprised that the ants did not move in sooner. From the looks of the house, it's a mess most of the time.

    ReplyDelete
  40. Hey Petals and Drama... this has been a great episode so far showing all the behind the scene stuff we missed on Thursday.

Taking another DRINK just because :)

    ReplyDelete
  41. I wonder what Spencer would really do if he ever won HoH?

    ReplyDelete
  42. *drinking*

Judd is as big a wuss as McFly. He completely turned-on and bullied the weakest players. He is as dead to me as is that guttersnipe GM.

    ReplyDelete
  43. Aaryn is being used as a pawn for Helen and Amanda. It's to keep their hands clean. It could very well backfire on them

    ReplyDelete
  44. Andy is more of a man than McFly and Judd.

    ANDY FOR THE WIN.

    ReplyDelete
  45. Do you think we would be able to see a picture of Marulyn? Does she really exist?

    ReplyDelete
  46. oops, Marilyn*

    ReplyDelete
  47. oops, Marilyn*

    ReplyDelete
  48. PS - welcome home Monty!

    ReplyDelete
  49. Can she not use some of her flipping YOGA Energy and focus on these things.

    ReplyDelete
  50. Thanks, Petals. Good to be home.

    ReplyDelete
  51. Ok she did LOL My Bad lol

    ReplyDelete
  52. HA THAT WAS FUNNY lol

    ReplyDelete
  53. Too bad the banana doesn't split.

    ReplyDelete
  54. Oh brother, poor Amanda. Taking a drink myself.

    ReplyDelete
  55. I can't look at Andy the same way again after Evel Dick's description of him. ***snicker***

    ReplyDelete
  56. Too bad you are a puppet with Amanda pulling the strings.

    ReplyDelete
  57. That look is priceless!!!! You are such an idiot, Amanda.

    ReplyDelete
  58. and Aryan being a good sport with a decent sense of humor redeems her, somewhat

    ReplyDelete
  59. Monty what did he say ?

    ReplyDelete
  60. Andy has them buffaloed.

    ReplyDelete
  61. OH MY GOSH DUDE, if he does not like look at this and realize how she is then he is a bigger fool then I ever thought he was.

    ReplyDelete
  62. Hi Monty - Everybody thinks they're in an alliance with Andy.
That says something about his game play.

    ReplyDelete
  63. Some people call black-eye peas cow peas.

    ReplyDelete
  64. I bet it will end up Head Cheese and Habanero's!

    ReplyDelete
  65. I think since they volunteered I will say #1.

    ReplyDelete
  66. Becky, those choices are for the next set of HN's. This group has been HN's since Thursday night!

    ReplyDelete
  67. Helen doing the mom thing - again.

    ReplyDelete
  68. Good advice Andy!

    ReplyDelete
  69. "You are winning by not winning"

    "You ARE Janelle"

    Helen's a genius.

    ReplyDelete
  70. Helen makes me gag.

    ReplyDelete
  71. Has Amanda been a hn?

    ReplyDelete
  72. Drama - hey man, SO TRUE! (re Helen. I am a few minutes behind)

Helen is amazing at the game.
Maybe it is her political training.
    But it works.

Andy & Helen for the dream final. Two people who game and seem to actually have a soul.

    ReplyDelete
  73. Jon, bringing his status update over from FB:

Is it just me.... or does Andy look like the love child of howdy doody and Mr. Spock (with those pointed ears)?

    It is SO true, lmbo!

    ReplyDelete
  74. Boy, she's good. Really good.

    ReplyDelete
  75. If Amanda wants to see her family so bad, maybe they should send her ass home. I dispise her and Andy.

    ReplyDelete
  76. Joyce, yes she has been, just once.

    ReplyDelete
  77. Oh, okay. Well he pulled that one out. Guess he won't be cut off.

    ReplyDelete
  78. That is Spot on Monty ha

    ReplyDelete
  79. But she's (Helen) is only saying this because she can push it off on Andy and keep her hands clean. Another brilliant move by Helen, but this time it didn't work.

    ReplyDelete
  80. Helen is playing very high-risk trusting Andy.

    ReplyDelete
  81. Right, Jon? So funny and so true... I almost choked when I read it earlier today. :)))

    ReplyDelete
  82. So, when Julie told them a coupla weeks back that there "are no more have-nots"...that was not true.

And when she says "no more MVP"? Maybe that is equally temporary?

    ReplyDelete
  83. Okay, so Jessie was not the one who suggested McCrae and Amanda. Why did Andy tell them Jessie suggested it? So they target her?

    ReplyDelete
  84. They all keep wanting to put off the power move on someone else so they can do the dirty work and that is risky because it could backfire and getting you out could be the power move.

    ReplyDelete
  85. Too bad Andy didn't read his letter from his mother on the show. It was great ... talked about the weather, an ill neighbor who's recuperating, just small talk. Very unlike most they get as HoH.

    ReplyDelete
  86. Helen was absolutely right about how many chances are left. Andy is playing it too safe.

    ReplyDelete
  87. Jessie also suggested it, Penny. But I guess that wasn't as "good tv" as the Helen nudge.

    ReplyDelete
  88. Question for you who know computers. A bubble ad keeps popping up on my computer. It freezes up everything. The one that pops up is AT&T. I would never get them because of this.

    ReplyDelete
  89. Sorry to leave early tonight. I am a big fan of Breaking Bad. It is starting now. Nice chatting with you all.

    ReplyDelete
  90. I love when they talk like that, War time has come lol

    ReplyDelete
  91. Patty - I am right there with ya on Breaking Bad. Best show EVER!

Andy is so frightened of the Sasquatch. He will never forgive himself.

    ReplyDelete
  92. Ahhhh, thank you Jackie.

Becky, do you have a pop up blocker? I've gotten it, too. I just went back to make sure my pop up blocker is on. It was freezing up my computer, too.

    ReplyDelete
  93. Jessie has an amazing tan.

    ReplyDelete
  94. No, Spencer she is screaming shut your mouth lol

    ReplyDelete
  95. Thank you for hosting Jackie.

I won't be here Wednesday or Thursday. I have to work both nights. :-(

    I'll check in though.

    Penny

    ReplyDelete
  96. thanks Jackie. see all of you Wed.

    ReplyDelete
  97. I definitely enjoyed the first part of the show during the double eviction. Helen has Andy figured out. Does she call him on it? Probably too risky.

    ReplyDelete
  98. Thanks, Penny. I hope that takes care of it. Thanks, Jackie. See you Wed. I need to let hubby have the computer since I kicked him off.

    ReplyDelete
  99. Thanks Jackie!!! Everyone have a great rest of the night and work week. See you all Wednesday !!!

    ReplyDelete
  100. Petals, I think she said for 'that' week. I'm still surprised that they are sticking with the have nots, because as someone said on Thursday, it's four of them and so few of them left.??? Anyway, I guess I will go with #1?

I have to go back now and watch this entire episode. I have a Bassett Hound puppy in residence (short term, I hope) and she is keeping me busy trying to keep her and my Boston Terrier calm. I didn't have this much of a problem when he was a puppy. Oh, the joys of a puppy in the house. :)

See you all on Wednesday. Have a great week. Thanks Jackie!

    ReplyDelete
  101. Thanks for stopping by, everybody!

    ReplyDelete
  102. WOW I had no idea he held that against Elisa/Helen when it was more Amanda @@ she was so paranoid it was someone in the house just wait until she finds out it was US not anyone in the house... wait until the others find out that it was US

    ReplyDelete
  103. I saw pic of head cheese... it looks so gross :P yuck done voted for but I feel bad for choosing it LOL
