Let's get the party started!
They're staying in Malaysia at least for the start of the leg.
Roadblock -- Who's got a spring in their step? It entails jumping on a trampoline thingee supported by locals to pull down a clue.
Next they're off to Kuala Lampur with only three flights available. Dave/Connor are still maintaining their lead.
Margie tells us Luke came out to her as gay. Not a problem.
Uh-oh, the second flight is delayed and the third flight will get there before it. Dave/Connor, the Cowboys and the Afghanimals are on the first flight.
Detour: Mixmaster or Master Mix -- They have to learn how to DJ and show their scratching skillz. Or they have to mix a drinks into a pyramid of glasses.
Most of the teams go for the drinks part of the detour only to find out it's very difficult. The Cowboys have taken over the lead and are heading to the Pit Stop.
The Afghanimals and Dave/Connor are also heading there.
Pit Stop --

Luke is breaking down with frustration (deja vu) on the drink task. I don't see where switching tasks could help him as he can't hear. They HAVE to do this task. Brenchal is also stuck on the drink task.

Rachel, of all people, pep-talked Luke/Margie and Brendan. It really helped Luke. He did it!

I predicted that early on in comments, mind you. They will encounter a speed bump in the next leg.
Heck, Brenchal has improved and they're just about bearable this season.

ReplyDeleteWhen we go to my MILs we have to put everything way back because between Sarah (beagle) and Kale (Australian Cattledog), they'll get it.
When Sarah was really young, my MIL made a chocolate pie. I told her to make sure she put it really far back on the table because Sarah would get it. They didn't think she would do it.
I went to the store, came back and saw something on her whiskers. I asked my husband if she went in to the dining room. Nope, she was here all the time. I looked at her whiskers again and said, I don't think so. Is that pie all the way back on the table? Yep, I pushed it back. Uhm...I don't think so, look at her whiskers, they have white on them.
We went in to the Dining room and sure enough. The pie was still up to the edge and she had licked everything she could get. The white meringue was on her whiskers.
I got a good laugh. They didn't listen to me. She got herself a treat!!! LOL

ReplyDeleteI have to wonder at this point if the Globetrotters team is paying for the Trotters being on multiple seasons of TAR. It's getting ridiculous. They are TOO famous to be on TAR for even one season, let alone three. It just feels like they are on to advertise the Trotters, and what the hell do they need a million dollars for? I'm sure they are not uber rich, but they have good high profile jobs. Come on now.
ReplyDeleteThey also are quitters, if anyone remember when they had to take a four hour penalty because one of them wasn't smart enough to finish a challenge and I think that got them Phileminated.
I hope I'm not the only TAR fan who hates the Trotters and cringes when they get on a season and roots for them to be eliminated ASAP.
