Big Brother 16: Not So Live Eviction Show Blog Party - September 16

Big Brother summer on Make A Gif

Bring your popcorn, get that grill going! Are you ready to party bloggy-style?

As the show airs here on the East Coast, I'll update this entry with the major happenings. Refresh the page to get the latest! As always (and perhaps especially tonight), the real party is in the comments area. I hope to see you there!

Rewind recap and more recap. Frankie is shocked. Too bad, so sad. Caleb has a big mouth. He pretty much told Frankie that the others consider him (Frankie) a threat.

Because they know what the veto comp will be, they're studying. Relentlessly studying.

Ack. The Team America offer rumored is TRUE. TA is over, playing for yourself. As an individual, if you win, you take home an extra 50 grand. Note that there's nothing about BOTH of them making it to the final two. It's just if either Frankie or Derrick win the show, it will be $550,000, not $500,000.

Freak Show comp is on again. Cody is up first.

Cody's time: 2:21
Caleb can beat it, nor Victoria. Frankie out. Derrick was almost done when time ran out.

Cody wins Power of Veto!

Veto meeting: Victoria gives her usual speech. Frankie thinks Derrick should be on the block instead of him. Cody does NOT use the veto.

Time to vote! Speech time - Victoria, the usual. Frankie, greetings to Mommy and Ariana, hope to make you proud, on and on, shine bright as a Frankie, kept all safe, final four agreement. Go Grande or Go Home and tonight I might be doing both. (That was cute.)

The vote to evict:
Cody -- Frankie
Derrick -- Frankie

Ding dong, the witch is dead! Which old witch? The wicked witch! Frankie is gone!

He went out with the hamsters well. But then he pulled a Richard Simmons act going out to Julie, throwing glitter and all.

HoH comp time -- It's a step forward/step back questions about events before or after. Caleb can't play as HoH. Cody and Derrick go to a tiebreaker. Derrick wins HoH!

  8. BNC and FRANKIE works for me :)))

  9. LMAO - Caleb using that chess piece was hilarious. He thought it'd make good TV, I guess. But no...

    ReplyDelete
  10. I could watch that awkward kiss a million times, LOL

    ReplyDelete
  11. Thank you! I love popcorn!!!

    ReplyDelete
  12. Hey, Petals. Drinking word? How about every time Frankie opens his mouth to try and stay.

  15. Jon - can you multitask? Want some help behind the bar?
*tying-on an apron, flinging a towel over my shoulder*

  16. Hi all!!!
I posted this on the other thread, but thought I'd do it again here. It's just a suggestion:

Save the CBS AFP link as a special tab... so it automatically comes up with the internet.
I decided to do that so I will see it first thing each day... along with the rest of my favorite sites (like Jackie's).

    ReplyDelete
  17. Well, we'll have to hear him whine and complain the whoooooole night until he's gone. UGH!

    ReplyDelete
  18. LOL I will try Petals

    ReplyDelete
  19. Hey Gang! Cause for celebration?

    ReplyDelete
  20. FRANKIE as a drinking word might just give us all alcohol poisoning. Rethinking that one.... :///

    ReplyDelete
  21. Oh, wait... we could have picked "literally" as our word!

    ReplyDelete
  22. Frankie - yes, it's a good name to take a drink.

No, Frankie, you are not a threat, they just do not like you.

    ReplyDelete
  23. Hello everyone. Finally Frankie squirming.

    ReplyDelete
  24. Cold Champagne for everyone. Fresh strawberries if you want! You know, just in case we want to celebrate later!

    ReplyDelete
  25. Whine and whine and whine. Geesh.

    ReplyDelete
  26. OMG, it was true! SCREAMING and throwing popcorn at the screen

    ReplyDelete
  27. Monty - we literally could!

I'm helping Jon at the bar - name your poison! (but I can't do much...we have a margarita machine and Stella & Heineken are on tap)

    ReplyDelete
  28. I don't know why BB did that. Dang.

    ReplyDelete
  29. ~~~~SPLASH~~~~ Waving Hi at everyone. Hope there is some bd cake left for us tonight!

Sorry I'm a bit late. Had to go pickup some Chinese food for dinner...I got a little of everything so we can celebrate!!

  30. I missed that DR bit about the 50k. What happened?

    ReplyDelete
  31. They're just giving money away this year!

    ReplyDelete
  32. Yeah, WOW

But it was just one of them and the entire thing/conspiracy/scandal was what most called it. Frankie's way of getting Derrick to save him. Bwahahaha

    ReplyDelete
  33. {{Laurie}} mmmmm

I'm so glad you are here. Are you feeling better?

    ReplyDelete
  34. Oh, slide me a margarita on the rocks with salt. YUMMY

    ReplyDelete
  35. Is he going to cry when Julie says "By a vote of two to nothing, Frankie you have been evicted"? I hope so! I want to see him sob like a little girl. Hey, I never said I was a totally good girl. I do not hate Frankie. I just don't like the way he acts.

    ReplyDelete
  36. Petals, BMC & eye liner? Really??

    ReplyDelete
  37. Petals, you new Avi just may choke on the margarita :)))

    ReplyDelete
  38. So...everyone knows that I am a Grassy Knollist.
BUT! Doesn't this latest stunt kinda prove that BB was pulling-out all stops to save Frankie?

(when I type that, all I can think of is *save Ferris* from Ferris Beuhler)

    ReplyDelete
  39. Hiya's Everyone. =))

Everyone remember to go to CBS.com to vote for America's Favorite Houseguest. Jackie has the link on the previous post.

Good thing that was popcorn in your hand you threw at the TV Monty. =)

    ReplyDelete
  40. A Margirita on the rocks with just a little salt.

    ReplyDelete
  41. oh - it must be mentioned that Victoria is matching or surpassing Dr Wil's record for times on the block. She has been a pretty good sport, too, IMO. JS

    ReplyDelete
  42. *sliding Becky a salted rocky Margie*

    ReplyDelete
  43. rocky Margie to Monty !

    ReplyDelete
  44. The studio audience has sounded pretty enthusiastic I sure hope they give frankie his due

    ReplyDelete
  45. Notice that the offer is nothing to do with BOTH of them making final two.

    ReplyDelete
  46. like that was every going to happen even if it was 2 hours lol

    ReplyDelete
  47. I am in the minority, I know - but I don't think Frankie has done anything "booable"

    I don't think he'll be booed.

    ReplyDelete
  48. wa wa wa waaaaa

    ReplyDelete
  49. DRINKING to game over :)))

    Slide me another one bartender

    ReplyDelete
  50. Laurie - I want some of that bubbly...I'm getting ready!!

    ReplyDelete
  51. Hi folks.

Dying to see the crowd reaction to Frankie walking out.

    ReplyDelete
  52. I am still on with Verizon lol they owe me a night of BB ha

    ReplyDelete
  53. JOE!! Do you have the baby Andi home yet?

    ReplyDelete
  54. Ed? BMC, movement?

    Bowel Movement Cowboy

    ReplyDelete
  55. These ritas are going down way to smooth tonight, *hiccup*

    ReplyDelete
  56. Hope you get some help soon Jon. At least it isn't Comcast. Their Cust Service put the guy on hold and went home!!

    SueGee on the LeftCoast

    ReplyDelete
  57. I don't think Frankie will get booed... bad that is. He may still get a smattering but we know it was a canned audience so probably not.

    ReplyDelete
  58. *hands Monty another*

    Anyone else?

    ReplyDelete
  59. Petals LOL, I think that moniker should go to Frankie

    ReplyDelete
  60. It's a CBS worker audience. They probably wouldn't even boo Christine. Grassy knoll folks think that's another pro-Frankie rigging the show move.

    @@

    ReplyDelete
  61. I'm hoping they boo him. I know that sounds terrible, but I want him to know he is NOT all that. He thinks he's so loved. I don't hate the guy, I just do not like his arrogance. It sucks.

    Penny

    ReplyDelete
  62. exactamundo, Monty. I don't see him getting booed.

PLUS! He was not nearly as evil in his DRs as Crusty was. She was just plain mean to nice people. Frankie has been pretty normal to people. And he won a lot.

    ReplyDelete
  63. The not live eviction going to final four is always CBS people.

    ReplyDelete
  64. You mean, these are not fans in the audience, they are workers? NOW, THAT DOES SUCK. I bet they planned it this way. Really bad. Now, I am unhappy. :-(

    ReplyDelete
  65. Petals, his comment about the guys ganging up and taking all of Voictoria's virginities and the hand motions and noises that you know are Robot was enough to get him booed.

    ReplyDelete
  66. Penny, that's how I feel about Caleb. He thinks he is the King, the star of the show. @@

    ReplyDelete
  67. Frankie just happened to get evicted on a taped show. No 'live' audience.

Probably won't get a single Boo

    ReplyDelete
  68. Tell it like it is Lynn!!!

    ReplyDelete
  69. Becky - all that stuff I took as jokes. I knew he didn't mean for Vic to be raped. He was kidding. I know, I am in the minority. I think he has a filthy sense of humor, but...that's just how I feel.

    ReplyDelete
  70. greed or honor come on Frankie get real

    ReplyDelete
  71. That's funny coming from Frankie, who trashed Jocasta after she delivered the eulogy for his grandpa. sigh

    ReplyDelete
  72. We are choosing honor -- you flunked, goodbye.

    ReplyDelete
  73. *drinking* cuz I need it.

    ReplyDelete
  74. Well, there is a real live audience at the finale...not CBS robots!! He will get some girly screams and some adult boos from that audience I bet

    SueGee on the LeftCoast

    ReplyDelete
  75. Petals, I'm not a Caleb fan, either. The way he acted around Amber was horrible. He's a stalker. I felt bad for her. He only got to stay because he was a guy.

    ReplyDelete
  76. Huh. A casting ad for BB17. Maybe I should enter Vincent. He'd have a good social game. And no mouse in the house would have him hiding up on a chair!

    ReplyDelete
  77. Petals, I know he was joking but I didn't think it was funny. I thought it was inappropriate.

    ReplyDelete
  78. Petals - You've backpedaled on your grassy knoll a lot. You were posting how it was all rigged and calling him all kinds of names just a few weeks ago!

    ReplyDelete
  79. Jackie, Vincent has too much class to be on BB

    ReplyDelete
  80. Hope thay have better luck casting for BB17!

    ReplyDelete
  81. Baby Andi comes home Thursday morning, Petals.

    ReplyDelete
  82. Vincent for #BB17 AFP :))))

    ReplyDelete
  83. Maybe they can get some of the idiots from Utopia for BB17! They would kill each other in that tight of a space!

    SueGee on the LeftCoast

    ReplyDelete
  84. They sure seem to be starting early on the BB17 casting calls. Maybe they didn't get what they wanted this year. LOL

    ReplyDelete
  85. NO Jackie! I still think it is rigged for Frankie, but I don't hate him.
I know he is "in" at CBS.

But even tho he has these connections, and has all these unfair advantages, I don't think he is a sinister person.

    ReplyDelete
  86. I just filled the popcorn machine. Get you a bucket and get ready to throw it in the air like you just don't care!

    ReplyDelete
  87. Oh Gawd!! Just Go Already!!

    ReplyDelete
  88. Showboat in short shorts!

    ReplyDelete
  89. He just can't let anyone up front him, can he? UGH

    ReplyDelete
  90. My hubby just called Frankie a bad name I won't share but it cracked me up

    ReplyDelete
  91. Will Frankie go to Jury House?

    ReplyDelete
  92. We know Derrick, we know

    ReplyDelete
  93. I thought thats what the popcorn was for. I didn't know you could eat it too. =)

    ReplyDelete
  94. MINE TOO, Lynn! Hhahahaa

    ReplyDelete
  95. The writing is on the wall - Frankie. I still wish you were being booed. You received a reprieve. Maybe they'll boo you in the reunion.

    Yep - YOU ARE GONE!!!

    ReplyDelete
  96. That's OK Lynn we can use our imagination!

    ReplyDelete
  97. LMAO... that was good :)))

    ReplyDelete
  98. WOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! yehaw!!!!!!

    boooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo such an ugly player

    ReplyDelete
  99. See, I don't think that's the reaction he would have gotten from a random people audience.

    ReplyDelete
  100. What a jerk.

Dang, why are they cheering him so much. Damn it! Don't give him any ideas. Darn. I hate that SO much!!! He thinks people really like him. UGH!

    ReplyDelete
  101. That was kind of shady I don't think he would get that many claps on a normal night lol

    ReplyDelete
  102. WOW! Interesting speech! I love the Caleb one!

    ReplyDelete
  103. No boos. What dip-sticks CBS!!!

    ReplyDelete
  104. I knew he wouldn't get booed...

    *drinking* A lot. Geeminy!

    ReplyDelete
  105. I would have booed him even if it meant losing my job.

    ReplyDelete
  106. I have extra Barf bags if anyone wants one

    ReplyDelete
  107. So if they were able to "cast" the audience, why wasn't his sister there?

    ReplyDelete
  108. I'll take a barf bag and I even have my tv on mute.

    ReplyDelete
  109. Frankie will go to jury. He'll be at the jury round-up that they will tape for next Wednesday. It's over a week to finale.

    ReplyDelete
  110. Again kind of wa wa answer you didn't have to vote Donny out

    ReplyDelete
  111. How long are we going to have to watch frankie and Julie

    ReplyDelete
  112. I threw all my popcorn at the TV!!

    ReplyDelete
  113. (wow, it's true. Ariana did take over the world while he was in the house)

    ReplyDelete
  114. Derrick is so full of it trying to work that jury vote

    ReplyDelete
  115. Geesh...why mention her...that is his claim to fame. That's all.

He didn't even talk to others this long. Yep, CBS, promote him.

Why say that to him....his head is going to swell up SO much!!!

    ReplyDelete
  116. Jury vote pandering, LOL

    ReplyDelete
  117. Actually, I think the reception he got from the hand picked audience is going to make him think he's so loved.... so it is going to be a much bigger blow to the ego when he finds out what everyone else thinks. I kinda like that thought. But gosh... you know he was playing for charity. @@

    ReplyDelete
  118. I know, he is gonna be like what the deuce when he reads the net and all.

    ReplyDelete
  119. And my float sinks!!! And I am sooooo happy!

    ReplyDelete
  120. Gary says, "SHUT UP and get out of my television already!"

    ReplyDelete
  121. I had never heard of Ariana until this BB season. Then, after he said who she was, that's all I've seen...is HER... everywhere!

    ReplyDelete
  122. Goodbye and good riddance

    ReplyDelete
  123. Ed, I went back to the machine for more and it was empty. Filling it back up for the HOH competition

    ReplyDelete
  124. Becky - you had Frankie? I think I had Amber, but have nearly forgotten about the pool, LOL

    ReplyDelete
  125. I highly doubt it will ever occur to him that people don't like him. I can't really see him watching the season once he is home you know his precious family will shelter him from that negativity.

Also, I find Julie's hair to be distracting. That one piece reminds me of one of those headset with the microphone that comes around to your mouth.

    ReplyDelete
  129. I had Paola so I was free to cheer for anybody I wanted for almost the entire season

    ReplyDelete
  130. His family can't stop the internet and Frankie will look. He will know!!

    ReplyDelete
  131. Think Derrick will put up Caleb and Victoria?

    ReplyDelete
  132. Penny - exactly. That's all I'm sayin' with my conspiracy shite.

It won't matter to Frankie if "we" love him or not. He will still have a huge fan base, and he will go on to Survivor or DWTS or some other reality show.

    ReplyDelete
  133. I really hope we get to see the jury house reaction when he walks in.

    ReplyDelete
  134. Audience helped Derrick, huh

    ReplyDelete
  135. Here's to Frankie going back to being a big internet star that we never have to see again!!

    I'll drink to that!!

    ReplyDelete
  136. I wonder what will Cody do after the show? He is too pretty to just go back to car sales...

    ReplyDelete
  137. I had Zach in the pool but sorry Zach, I am going to have to vote for Donny for AF. =)

    ReplyDelete
  138. Petals, yes, I had Frankie. I kept trying to drown him, but he kept getting away!

    ReplyDelete
  139. This is the week that POV has the power - the only vote for eviction!

    SueGee on the LeftCoast

    ReplyDelete
  140. I can't really see Frankie on Survivor. He wouldn't have a mirror to put on his make-up. Plus, he couldn't be a have-not because he couldn't go without food and they never have food on Survivor.

  141. I would love to see Frankie on DWTS. I never watch that show but I wonder if they could find a short enough partner for him?

  145. Ritas, Champagne and popcorn might not have been a good decision on my part. I have a tummy ache now, LOL

Can't wait to see who won veto tonight. I'm putting my money on Cody. He's had the days and events memorized for weeks.

    GO CODY for POV

    Later. Thanks Jackie & everyone!

    ReplyDelete
  153. That's a great quote Sharon and Becky!!!

    ReplyDelete
  154. Thanks Jackie :)

We didn't eat all of the leftover birthday cake.

    ReplyDelete
  155. Petals - I'm not mad at you. Not at all. I just see you falling for the rumors every year! I keep telling you not to believe everything you read on Jokers! Yet, you're a stubborn kid.

I basically wanted Frankie out because he constantly mugged the cameras, sang and basically annoyed me. He was fantastic at comps. I also get mad at Caleb for all of his singing auditions as they block the feeds each time one of those Froot Loop dinguses sing!

    ReplyDelete
  156. Thanks for coming by everybody! I should know (and tell) who won the veto on a feeds report tonight.

    ReplyDelete
  157. Thanks again Jackie!
    Always enjoy your parties. :)

    ReplyDelete
  158. I'm Frankie will get "his" BOOs at the live Finale.

    ReplyDelete
  159. The minute the show opened I could tell it was all CBS shills in the audience. Much older crowd than usual.

Noms? If I was Derrick I'd put up Cody & BMC and let them fight it out. Thoughts?

    ReplyDelete
  160. Oh, Jackie:
You are so right. Frankie pulled a Richard Simmons. I could not have described it better. I wondered who he reminded me of, with the short shorts and the glitter and that is it!!!

    ReplyDelete
  161. Thanks Jackie =))

Commercial break here. They just gave them the news about TA. Booooooooooooo!!!

    ReplyDelete
  162. OMG Richard Simmons! LOL That is exactly who he looked at right down to the shorts & sneakers

    ReplyDelete
  163. Thanks Jackie you're the bomb!

    ReplyDelete
  164. Please don't insult Richard Simmons... at least he's been funny and enjoyable! LMAO

    ReplyDelete
  165. Are the live feeds going to come back on?

    ReplyDelete
  166. Derrick gets to have his HOH room all to himself!!

    ReplyDelete
  167. Richard Simmons may be as flamboyant as Frankie, but Richard actually truly cares about other people. Like, if you could imagine a flamboyant Donny....

    ReplyDelete
  168. I really wanted him to get booed! Oh well....at least he is gone!

    ReplyDelete
  169. Silk, I agree. Richard is flamboyant (perfect description), but he has always been outgoing and caring spirit. I remember all the times he performed on "Whose Line is it Anyway" and he was absolutely hysterical!! He could bring an audience to tears laughing.

    ReplyDelete
  170. Brrrrrring....

    ReplyDelete
  171. Sharon N, Too Funny!! LMAO

    Thanks for sharing!

    ReplyDelete
  172. Frankie went out the way I expected him to go out. I actually loved he 'speeches', LOL. Yes, he would have had some boos probably if he would have went out any other week, but really unless it was a total acting job I thought he was spot on with his take on the season and his eviction. I don't think he'll be a bitter juror at all. I think he will look like one on finale night and play it up, but I think he will vote Derrick like the rest of them.

I see another unanimous winner and Kudos to Derrick if that happens. Hasn't happened but only once and that was Dan. I'd put Derrick up there with Dan for the best of BB players.

    ReplyDelete
  173. Derrick does expect to be taken to F2 with any one of the remaining people, but the worm could still turn.

I heartily agree that Derrick deserves to win, but if Caleb wins POV and isn't evicted, both those guys are good at comps and could still decide to turn on Derrick. Not likely, but...
