BB18: HoH Comp Completion, Nominations Show Blog Party - September 4
Hamster watchers ready?! What fox will rule the chicken coop and be the new HoH?
As the show airs here on the East Coast, I'll be constantly updating this entry. Refresh the page to get the latest news! As always, the real party is in the comments area!
Previously on Big Brother and blah-blah-blah ...
After the recap, we pick up on the eggs/chicken wire comp in action. They're wasting FOOD, I say in my best Victor impersonation.
Flip back to right before the eviction. Nicole warns James and Natalie that they're probably going to evict Michelle tonight because she hasn't approached them at all. Some last minute tears and scrambling from Michelle. But we know it's to no avail.
Back to the comp and many broken eggs.
Corey goes for the Have basket and makes it. Victor gets a target, then Natalie does the same. Then Corey got one. Paul got one. Corey has two letters of the three down, then Victor does the same. Natalie has her second letter. Lots of close calls. Natalie broke an egg on her ramp thus making it even harder for her.
Paul finally got his second letter. They haven't mentioned that both James and Paul have eggs in the Have basket, along with Corey.
James finally got his first letter.
Victor gets his third letter, acts like a testosterone injected idiot and wins HOH.
James knows his butt is going up, as does Natalie.
Paul says a Victor win is a Paul win. Nicole and Corey ingratiated themselves to both Victor and Paul last week, keeping them safe and giving Victor the five grand "gift" bribe.
Heh. They went back to Michelle grabbing Pablo and Paul's reaction. BB had a photo of Pablo, the inflatable pelican floatie, turn to black and white.
Lots of self-congratulations going on with Paul and Victor.
Natalie fusses that she will either be alone in the house without James or be in jury without James. They promise to use the veto on each other. Gah.
After a few puff filler segments, James goes to Paul and Victor and tells them that they were working with Nicole and Corey. Victor points out that they (Natalie and James) flipped and betrayed them after the Paulie exit.
Nominations ceremony -- Victor nominates Natalie and James, tells Natalie she's the pawn.
Whew... got home from C-bus just in time. I brought pulled pork, slaw and potato salad.
ReplyDeleteHi everyone
~~~SPLASH~~~
Hi Jackie, MMMMMOOOOONNNNNNTTTYYYYY lol
ReplyDeleteHi Jackie! How you feeling? Thank you for hosting us!!! :::scratch:::scratch:::Vincent!
ReplyDeleteHi Monty and all else who follows!!!
Hey JJJJJOOOOOONNNNNN
ReplyDeleteHi Jon!!
ReplyDeleteGood evening Jackie, Monty, and everyone else who arrives.
ReplyDeleteNot real excited to see the outcome of this but will be interesting to see how BB edits it to make it seem interesting.
~~~SPLASH~~~
ReplyDeleteHi everyone, help yourself to the tacos and salsa at the end of the bar!
Hope your sprain is doing better Jackie.
PITA when you have to walk to get on a train to work!
Hellooooo
ReplyDeleteHey Jackie..Monty...Jon..and Penny
ReplyDeleteHi Jon and Penny. Missed you while typing, ( slow typer)
ReplyDeleteThrow them comps James lol
ReplyDeleteThey really need to stop this heads up junk
ReplyDeleteHi Cheryl and David.
ReplyDeleteSharon and Cheryl too. =)
ReplyDeleteMonty, Columbus is one of my favorite places to visit. A lot to do there.
ReplyDeleteShe aint a threat to string cheese lol
ReplyDelete~~~~SPLASH~~~~ Jumping into the pool and waving at everyone.
ReplyDeleteSueGee on the LeftCoast
LOL @ Victor's fox ears.
ReplyDeleteJust goes to show James, how throwing a comp especially this late in the game can have major consequences.
ReplyDeleteHi SueGee!!!
ReplyDeletelol Victor
ReplyDeleteHi everyone! I'm Back....Missed last weeks shows. Took a week off from BB. Guess I didn't miss much, but did miss everyone on here!
ReplyDeleteWas doing some traveling. Celebrated a milestone birthday. Took in a Browns game (they suck!). Ending the week a little under the weather (something I ate).
Very very disappointed in Big Brother this season! I might not be in CBS's demographic any longer.
No drinking for me tonight....just sippin' on some ginger ale.
Was James & Nat at a disadvantage in the egg comp because of their height?
Yeah, I have family there and my nephew was up from Florida so we had a cookout for him today and I'm beat, lol.
ReplyDeleteHey Sharon, David, and Cheryl
Hi everyone!!
ReplyDeleteI brought cornbread tonight. Enjoy!
I agree, David. He's been throwing it way too much. Now, it's going to hurt his game.
ReplyDeleteHi all the people before and after I arrived... too many to name! lol
ReplyDeleteI don't understand calling it a 'blindside' if the victim is told ahead of time.
That's not very "blind" lol
Hey homie. I don't think they were. I think the coups were where they could all reach the top easily.
ReplyDeleteHi Ed and TCB!
ReplyDeleteHey Davis ..Sue and Ed welcome back.We missed ya
ReplyDeleteYou got that right, Nicole.
ReplyDeleteSpeaking of demographics - can't wait to watch the youngsters fight it out on the new Survivor!! Counting the days for that and TAR
ReplyDeleteHi Penny, Homie/Monty, Cheryl (thanks)... and everyone above
ReplyDeleteher first O lol I sayyyyy nothing lol
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to survivor and TAR SueGee. I haven't had anyone to spark my interest in BB all season. Watching the comps has been fun but the personalities have been blah to me.
ReplyDeleteI'll be glad when I don't have to listen to Paul runnin' his mouth anymore!
ReplyDeleteI like Vic but he looks ridic in those fox ears
ReplyDeleteLol, Jon. I said the same thing to myself. How many O's are in HOH, Nat???
ReplyDeleteHi all! I've been out due to family obligations. Jackie hope you are feeling better.
ReplyDeleteJames has got to up his game. They'll be the next 2 up. I think James's fingers are too small. Paul is making me laugh. This game has not been good to him. LOL
ReplyDeleteVictor rolled about three or four through his last H. It had to be frustrating.
ReplyDeleteYou got that right David! I like the scheming on Survivor. I know it goes on 24/7 but we don't have to watch it like BB
ReplyDeleteNat broke an egg in the wrong place
ReplyDeleteI don't get All Access, so will miss their Internet only BB. I can't wait until Survivor and TAR!
ReplyDeleteDisappointed in James. Thought he would get it together. Nicole, just dumb.
ReplyDeleteHi Ashes
ReplyDeleteDo we have a pool match for Survivor yet?
ReplyDeleteHi Monty!
ReplyDeletePenny, I agree about James' fingers.
ReplyDeleteHis hands are small and fingers kinda thick, so it doesn't make for great dexterity.
I wonder if they could have like stockpiled the eggs and rolled a bunch at the same time.
ReplyDeleteI agree Ashes...disappointed and dumb and dumber
ReplyDeleteShe really did, Ed. It caused a lot of problems with rolling the others down after that or she might have won it. :((
ReplyDeleteSurvivor is still a couple weeks out, same for TAR I think
ReplyDeleteProbably not, Jon. None of them tried it so I'd say not.
ReplyDeletei dont know why they are rolling out that all access one so close to the end of this one
ReplyDeleteHomie, I know it was just Bowling Green.....but how' bout our Buckeyes!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteYou are right Ashes. I had high hopes for both James and Nichole. They have been an extreme disappointment is season and I doubt they helped their case for getting asked back for any other CBS or BB shows.
ReplyDeleteMmmm pulled pork. I agree my mind Monty, she "might" have won without the scrambled egg on the ramp.
ReplyDeleteI wonder if those are fresh eggs or maybe they were expired.
ReplyDeletePaul's in the "ho"club....
ReplyDeleteVICTOR lol
ReplyDeleteYou're right David. Don't care about them getting asked back for other seasons but this has been a bust!
ReplyDeleteMy Boy My Boy.....blah blah blah!!
ReplyDeleteEd, the second string just as impressive as the first. I loved it!!
ReplyDeleteYou may have something there Ed. I have heard the hamsters complain about expired food all the time. I wonder where they get the stuff for comps etc.
ReplyDeleteMayne not Jamesee
ReplyDeletewSomebody tell Paul to shut the f... up
ReplyDeletelol What does the fox say
ReplyDeleteThere goes James and Natalie up on the block. See James, you should have tried harder to win some of the competitions. You trusted too many people.
ReplyDeleteVic and Paul need to be more humble. Vic keeps spewing all of his comp wins and doesn't realize that it only paints that target larger than it is already.
ReplyDeleteI know I wish he would not be so vocal with that stuff Monty
ReplyDeleteOr maybe James should have talked to Nicole LAST WEEK
ReplyDeleteLOL @ tbc
ReplyDeleteIt's my only gripe with my pool boy right now, Jon. Not smart and it shows how little he knew about the game before he went in there.
ReplyDeleteSadly, nicorey are not smart enough to hear what victor is saying.
ReplyDeleteNot sure how much I'll follow the fall edition but it's only ten weeks long so I'll probaly follow.
ReplyDeleteLOL, Nicory only care that they can "play" under the covers for another week, not what this means for their game.
ReplyDeleteI have cbs all access so will follow but for how long.....
ReplyDeleteAPB out on Pablo!
ReplyDeleteLOL Pablo went black and white :))
ReplyDeleteSick of where it's going.Paul's big mouth. Vic.dang, dang, dang.
ReplyDeletetake off the damn ears already..geez
ReplyDeleteThat was her best move in the game lol
ReplyDeletePablo is to Paul as Wilson is to Tom Hanks in Castaway....
ReplyDeleteI had to rewind that back, LOL
ReplyDeletePoor neighborhoods Nicole. Not really. Hayden was genuine. Corey, never cared
ReplyDeleteI've got no interest in the All Access edition after watching this mess all summer.
ReplyDeleteYes, tbc and Mr. Jenkins (the basil plant) to Bridgette
ReplyDeleteOk the 10 year reunion thing was funny
ReplyDeleteSad when the most exciting thing about this season is what happened to Pablo gets air time.
ReplyDeleteYeah cause I still have to throw you under the bus lol
ReplyDeleteI hope James and Natalie last outside the house. I think it's sweet. But, this may have hurt his game because he was always trying to protect her.
ReplyDeleteYou're so right David!
ReplyDeleteYeah, the 10 year anniversary was kind of funny. Sounds like my graduating class. I graduated with 64 people in my house. There are also schools around me that still only have about 10 people in them. That's funny.
ReplyDeleteI liked the yearbook... one page :))
ReplyDeleteOoops, 64 people in my class.
ReplyDeleteI'm with you Ed... zero interest in the online season.
ReplyDeleteThat is funny, monty. LOL. Mine was a little bigger than that.
ReplyDeletePenny, I had 56 in my graduating class. Small catholic school. The grades now average around 20 to 25. Even smaller.
ReplyDeleteMust be viewership was down and they have to have an on-line one.
ReplyDeleteOk that is fn funny lol
ReplyDeleteWhat was the Harry Potter thing about? LOL
ReplyDeletelol...David...but it was awesome what she did
ReplyDeleteOoooooo, I had I think a whole 165 in my graduating class. I must have gone to a big school. lol
ReplyDeleteThis is cracking me up
ReplyDeleteI like that, "It's not every day I run in to a girl like you, though." Oh, James, that was sweet.
ReplyDeleteBut, Natalie, he really, really, likes you...a lot.
EPIC lol
ReplyDeletePenny,
ReplyDeleteIMO, there's no way James/Natalie will have a romantic relationship after BB.
Friendship, maybe. Natalie has already been dropping some pretty strong hints his way.
It just depends on where you're from, David. That still is not a huge graduating class. My daughter had 400 in her class and a neighboring school had 600. Now, THOSE are large.
ReplyDeleteMy other half had 300+ in his senior class. The public school... same city as my small school
ReplyDeleteMy graduating class - 33. My hometown 31. Obviously from BFE.
ReplyDeleteI think James has learned from all this and would do better if ask back. I really hope he is safe and Natalie goes home/jury house. Keeping him will make the show better. Trust me!
ReplyDeleteNicole and Corey busted this up before James could finish
ReplyDeleteVictor...news flash.....Nicole's not loyal either & maybe your boy Paul too!
ReplyDeleteThat's what I thought, Sharon. I think she only likes him as a friend.
ReplyDeleteBoy, James is doing everything to save Natalie and throwing everyone, including himself under the bus.
Nicole got too much pleasure out of that
ReplyDeleteJames was asked back already and didn't learn. Love him but his involvement with Nat has been hugely disappointing.
ReplyDeleteMy oldest daughter's graduating class as 983! Can you imagine?
ReplyDeleteI graduated from a small school in Middlesex County in Virginia. The high school had kids from three counties in it. =)
ReplyDeleteThey all want to win. So, they're going to throw each of them under the bus. LOL. They gave him money, so he's not throwing them under the bus just yet.
ReplyDeleteI agree him and Nicole no more BB unless they roll in like Jessie and host a comp.
ReplyDeletePenny, Corey talks in his sleep and he sleep walks
ReplyDeleteAlmost 1,000 kids? Wow, tcb! That is HUGE!!! A lot of people look at me as if I were crazy when they here that I went to a small school system in UpState NY. They all believe every part of NY is huge. It really is not. LOL There are still schools who have graduating classes under 15 people.
ReplyDeleteOh MY GOSH! Monty, I forgot about that. So it was he who was talking about Harry Potter? LOLOLOL
ReplyDeleteMy class was about 400....all male Catholic School
ReplyDeleteBefore that in Grade School my 8th grade class had 4 girls & 2 boys. I Nun teacher in one room class.
Transitioning to an enrollment of over 1200 was quite the experience!
My graduating class had around 700. Nowadays they're near 1,000. Fastest and largest suburban school district in New York State.
ReplyDeletePenny,
ReplyDeleteJames didn't have to throw himself UTB. Natalie did that for him last night!
Not that she told James she him UTB, mind you.
A few hours later, James asked P/V to evict him, not Natalie. @@
Nicklepeed, we are in NY, near Poughkeepsie. I'm from LI and had a graduating class of 175. I went to college in NY and knew a lot of kids from those small schools.
ReplyDeletePoor Jamesy...Nic & Nat were really his downfall
ReplyDeleteWow, Ed. That is large for a Catholic School, but I know the ones in Cleveland, Columbus and Cinci all had large schools. The ones in Cinci are still large, but in my area, all of the industry is gone now - steel mill, rail yards, shoe manufacturing plant where my Dad retired and two brick yards. Our only industry now is the hospitals and university. Pretty sad.
ReplyDeleteI lived in Beacon many years back! But my high school was in southern Saratoga County.
ReplyDeleteNot a pawn any longer, lol
ReplyDeleteI bet it was, Ed. Big change. I was lucky to got to the same elementary and high school...all in one.
ReplyDeleteHa Monty don't start lol
ReplyDeleteI do not want to see James go home, but he needed to play a real game, he didn't. I would have rather seen Paul on the block. They should have voted him out when they had a chance. JMO
ReplyDeleteThanks Jackie =)
ReplyDeleteEveryone have a great week. And hope you are healing fast Jackie.
Jackie, we are the Arlington district in Dutchess.
ReplyDeleteI mean what a putz
ReplyDeleteMonty sticking her tongue out Jon :P
ReplyDelete:)))
G'nite folks. Have a Great Labor Day!!
ReplyDeleteThanks Jackie!
I CANNOT stand Nicole. I really hope she goes home next week.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much, Jackie. I get to be here Wednesday and Thursday. Every one have a wonderful week.
ReplyDeletelol You know they gonna vote her out this week and then he will finally come to life and play the game lol
ReplyDeleteNicole's my pool pick, but she's disappointed me this season.
ReplyDeletetbc - I'm familiar with that although my Beacon days were after college (Albany State).
ReplyDeleteI hope so Jon. Finally is a good word, lol
ReplyDeleteThanks Jackie. I'm off to read everything and catch up on the feeds from everything I missed today.
Have a great week everyone
Thanks Jackie! Thanks to all of you who remind me that nothing is all that bad when hamsters are being idiots!
ReplyDeleteIt is sad Monty. No more factories. Jobs are all gone.
ReplyDeleteThanks Jackie as always!
ReplyDeleteGoodnight alll...have a safe holiday!
Thanks Jackie!!! Everyone have a great Monday and see you all Wednesday :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for hosting Jackie. :)
ReplyDeleteSee you all Wed/Thurs.
Thanks for coming by!
ReplyDeleteMonty, all the GM plants were closed in Dayton and left a mess because they just stopped using them. They finally took a lot of the old brick and built our baseball stadium.
ReplyDeleteGood night all!!
ReplyDeleteAlways a pleasure!!
