BB19: PoV and (not live) Eviction Show Blog Party - Sept. 13

As the show airs here, I'll be live-blogging and constantly updating this entry -- refresh the page to get the latest! As always, the real party is in the comments area. Come join in on the fun!

The live feeds have been down since the hamsters woke up Tuesday morning. For those who worried about me, I just took a little rest of BB because I could. The live feeds won't return until midnight ET tonight.

Here are the blog pool match-ups for easy reference tonight --

Alex Ow - jujufruit423, caela, Donna in FL, Nickelpeed
Christmas Abbott - Willie J, Rich from Buffalo, Glenn, QuixoticElf
Josh Martinez - Petals, Stormy, Kelsey in NY, Dr_Celine
Kevin Schlehuber - elee86, aya, SueGee on the Left Coast
Paul Abrahamian - Indiana Jane, Jackie, Brian, Marlo L

JURY:
Cody Nickson
Elena Davies
Mark Jansen
Matthew Clines
Jason Dent
Raven Walton

Hamster watchers ready?

Julie gathers them in the living room to the couches, She tells them one of them will be evicted tonight early. Of course, this was taped last night, but ...!

Then we go into the recap.

Alex cries about being nominated. Josh tries to talk to her. Okay, she's faking. So then Josh real cries. Of course. Paul and Christmas try to console him. Josh wants Alex to win veto so he stands a chance to backdoor Paul. Paul and Christmas tell him Alex has to lose the veto -- she must go home.

Christmas won't commit to Josh when he asks for a final two with her. Hmm.

Josh cries some more.

Paul tells Josh that Alex can cry on command. He says her last ditch effort will be to get sympathy from Josh.

It's veto comp time! And, as we knew it was coming, it's the BB comic book cover zipline comp we've seen before. Christmas is not cleared to play. The time limit is 45 minutes.

Pottymouth is perfect for Paul. He can't say a single sentence without cursing. Mind you, all of them have pottymouths this season ... even Kevin.

Kevin timed out. Alex thinks that Paul is still her hero. Gag. She thinks that either she or Paul need to win.

Alex - 14.34
Kevin - 45.0
Josh - 24.36
Paul - 12.10

Paul wins the Power of Veto! He plans not to use it. Alex thinks he'll save her.

Ah, Paul has to tell Alex he won't use the veto. He tells his truth to her -- that he can't use the veto on her because it would blow his own game. He tries to be oh-so-nice to her as he puts the knife in her back.

She goes to the bathroom alone crying while he goes crying on Christmas's shoulder. And then he cries to us in the Diary Room. Oh, so sad. Yeah, right.

Veto meeting time --
Although he has no intention of using it, he lets them talk.
Alex -- You were the only one I trust
Kevin -- You make the decision.

He doesn't use the veto.

Eviction time!
Kevin -- Says hi to all. Third time on the block, fighting, thank you all want to keep on fighting.
Alex -- Thanks and hi. She's in tears. It's been a struggle. She failed Jason, sorry.

The votes to evict:
Christmas -- Alex
Paul -- Kevin

He's even shedding the bloody hands to Josh on this one. Josh has to cast the tiebreaker. Tears are welling in his eyes. He tearfully evicts Alex.

HoH Comp, What the Bleep? The traditional statements from previous hamsters, one word bleeped out, they must guess true or false when Julie says the word.

1. All right
2. Paul right, other two wrong
3. All right
4. Paul only one right
5. Paul right again.

Paul wins HoH and is guaranteed a spot in the final three.

  4. Hi all!! Ready for the "live" eviction??

I have Pinot Grigio and sangria tonight. Double fisting....

Thanks for having us tonight, Jackie!!

  5. Hi everybody finally back to the land of the living

    ReplyDelete
  6. Hope everyone and the friends and family are safe after Irma.

  7. *~*~*~*~ SPLASH ~*~*~*~*~*

Hi Jackie, Vincent, Monty!!!, Penny, Cheryl & everyone who follows...

I wonder how that rabid, little Paullower will leave? With grace? Or like Cody, Jason & Craven?

    ReplyDelete
  8. Cheryl - I am so sad to hear about the nursing home residents who all died of heat (no AC). They were across the street from a hospital too.

    ReplyDelete
  9. Hi Jo, glad you're okay. Hi TCB, I have margaritas.

    ReplyDelete
  10. Hi Jackie and Cheryl, and Monty and Nicklepeed and TBC and anyone else I missed! this should be a interesting episode!

    ReplyDelete
  11. Lol, Kevin. He wanted to nominate Raven and Raven and now is asking if he can put Josh up twice :)))

    ReplyDelete
  12. Oh yes! I have Death By Chocolate ice cream. My favorite. I don't need it, but it I love it!

Oh Alex, you did it to yourself. You allowed everything up to this moment.

    ReplyDelete
  13. Lol...jo hey ..stupid auto correct

    ReplyDelete
  14. You know what really chapped me this weeK? When Alex read the Bible all week! After the made a point of mocking Cody for the very same thing.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Hey dummies...there is no backdoor anymore when you ALL play for veto...geez

    ReplyDelete
  16. I am over all this crying..ughhh

    ReplyDelete
  17. Wow, Julie's top. Different.

    ReplyDelete
  18. So that was the big slap that made TMZ go nuts @@

    ReplyDelete
  19. This is cracking me up!

XXXmas will "murder families"? That's OK now?

    ReplyDelete
  20. Josh has been crying the whole time. I don't even cry that easy. I wish he would take out Paul at the last minute. However, this is when Paul is really good. He wins at the end. He knows he's burned bridges, so he has to win to ensure he's in the F2.

    ReplyDelete
  21. Actually - NO person should slap another person. Period. Big slap or little slap, it is wrong. If Cody had done it, they'd have slapped him with an assault charge.

    ReplyDelete
  22. I know, monty. I was thinking Paul REALLY slapped Josh. That was a love tap.

    ReplyDelete
  23. I never saw it but read about it. I was ticked about it, but that was hardly an assault. It was a snap out of it smack on the cheek. He shouldn't have done it, but it wasn't what it was blown out to be.

    ReplyDelete
  24. Stare crow is fitting when you think about it, lol

    ReplyDelete
  25. Just because Paul is tiny and Josh is normal-size, it is OK? I just don't think anyone should put hands on anyone, not like that.
Maybe my hatred of Paul is clouding my judgement, but I don't know...I thought laying hands on anyone (no matter how soft the slap), was against the rules.
What if Matt had love-tapped Raven when she was tormenting him?

    ReplyDelete
  26. Now they are gunning to win? They sure weren't thinking about it before.

What gets me is they helped Paul and Christmas to win HOH, Veto, etc. But they never once let Kevin win. Each time they've been told to not win so someone else could win. Kevin never got the chance for a letter from his wife and kids. I think that is terrible. Even though they never believed he had a wife and kids, they wanted to make sure he never got the chance for love from home. It's sad.

    ReplyDelete
  27. Poor Kevin. He only had four wrong and then it all went sour, lol

    ReplyDelete
  28. Monty - my FAVE thing about this comp was when you posted the split-screen of Pauls last season and this season - hilarious!
"Potty Mouth" was weird, I admit. I mean, he is a potty mouth, but what a weird thing to use as the comic. LOL!

    ReplyDelete
  29. Poor Kevin. I wonder if he would have ever won a challenge if given more chances? He was terrible in this challenge.

    ReplyDelete
  30. 45 minutes. Oh boy

    ReplyDelete
  31. Wonder if he was throwing this one, too, Penny?

    ReplyDelete
  32. Last year the timed out at 35:00. Probably because they had one less player this year??? Who knows!

    ReplyDelete
  33. Paul is potty mouth. Although Alex and Christmas are right up there.

    ReplyDelete
  34. Hi everyone. Alex wore the Perfect outfit for her funeral

    ReplyDelete
  35. Alex still, at this point, thought Paul was saving her. WOW! Her Kool-Aid was particularly strong, huh? LOL

    ReplyDelete
  36. Petals, if all that were true, Alex would have been ejected weeks ago. She was constantly punching Jason or slapping him with her flip flops. There's a difference. imo

    ReplyDelete
  37. I can't wait to hear what she says when she realizes nobody is going to save her. What goes around, comes around, I guess. I can't believe these HGs really thought Paul was on their side. All of them except Jody and Mark. I don't get it. In a game, HGs are not your friends. I know you need an alliance, but all of them?? Come on!

    ReplyDelete
  38. Monty - Most of this season has been overblown and over-sensationalized.

    ReplyDelete
  39. Hello Everyone. =)

I actually think the comic was a subtle way of telling them all that Paul is full of crap and everything coming out of his mouth is toxic waste. That seems to have gone over everyone's head. lol

    ReplyDelete
  40. Petals & Penny, yes. They're all potty mouths in there. Paul's is funny because he went from Motor Mouth to Potty MOuth with a literal toilet for his mandible in one season, LOL

    ReplyDelete
  41. David - kind of like Craven's Zing about her clown makeup? Bwhahahaa

    ReplyDelete
  42. Penny - Even Kevin is a pottymouth this season. They all were, perhaps not Ramses so much. They should give up 25 cents of their stipend with every F-bomb.

    ReplyDelete
  43. Jackie, I used to have a horrible habit with the F-bomb when I was in my 20's. I had a swear jar and it broke me of it!

    ReplyDelete
  44. And he even lies now. Paul, come on. But, again, she walked in to this one. They all did. She's thrown competition for him. Yes, Alex, you set yourself up for this.

    ReplyDelete
  45. Jackie - good idea! If they had a "swear jar", the person who contributed the least gets the prize at the end of the season!

    ReplyDelete
  46. Really Paul...please give me a break

    ReplyDelete
  47. That's what you get when you final two and three's with everyone in the house.

    ReplyDelete
  48. Hi everyone... welcome to Alex's demise.

Agree David. The word "toxic" on Paul's comic should have been more revealing.
Instead, they focused on the toilet bowl and pottymouth.

    ReplyDelete
  49. Savior Complex, much? ick

    ReplyDelete
  50. The funeral music is kind of amusing

    ReplyDelete
  51. Really, Alex?

    ReplyDelete
  52. and this three other F2s think he ditched Alex for them. LOL

    ReplyDelete
  53. I agree with monty he deserves it

    ReplyDelete
  54. and another academy award for Paul

    ReplyDelete
  55. Paul may have a problem in the final 2. Depending on the questions they ask, will he own his game or continue to lie with a lot of them knowing the truth. What a conundrum he has put himself in.

    ReplyDelete
  56. Kevin for AFP. Cbs.com/bbvote

    ReplyDelete
  57. You are right, Jackie. They were all f-bombers this year. I've rarely ever sworn my entire life. For me, it's been because I've taught Sunday School. I was afraid if I had a habit of swearing, I'd use the wrong words in church. LOL. Even when I went in to the Air Force, I still didn't swear; and there were many times I should have.

    ReplyDelete
  58. I bet they split the vote and Josh will be forced to break it. Yikes.

    ReplyDelete
  59. That's what happens Penny

    ReplyDelete
  60. ~~SPLASH~~~ (I'm still in the pool tonight!!) Howdy everyone!! I come bearing BBQ chicken & salad...and will mostly watch while you chat and I eat tonight!!

    Squeegee

    ReplyDelete
  61. So this is going to force Josh to break it and have blood on his hands once again.

    ReplyDelete
  62. Just voted 20x for my fave! ♥

    ReplyDelete
  63. Wow, that's a huge cheer. I'm surprised.

Now, Alex, you walked right in to this. You did helped your demise.

    ReplyDelete
  64. I wonder if there is an Applause sign. LOL

    ReplyDelete
  65. there goes another jury vote. I think Paul will be a bridemaid again this season.

    ReplyDelete
  66. lets all vote Cameron.. :)

    ReplyDelete
  67. As they say, Pal... I just cancelled your twenty and you cancelled mine, LOL!!

    ReplyDelete
  68. goodnite. I can't stomach to watch the end.

    ReplyDelete
  69. Hi Suegee. I like that in her speech Alex told Jason's Mom and Wife she let Jason down. I wonder if Alex brought Jason's shirt and Raven's heart pillow to jury to give it to them.

    ReplyDelete
  70. Paul, you look like a monkey doing that!!

    ReplyDelete
  71. Night Petals. This comp is always funny.

I'm going to say Thank You to Jackie early. Really appreciate your time and patience. It is so greatly appreciated.

    See everyone tomorrow night.

    ReplyDelete
  72. petals I should have left with you

    ReplyDelete
  73. OMG they are giving it to him

    ReplyDelete
  74. Oh, what a shock... not

    ReplyDelete
  75. It's gonna be a great finale when he comes in second again

    ReplyDelete
  76. OMGosh, the tears, the tears.

    ReplyDelete
  77. What a farce

    ReplyDelete
  78. Vote Cody!

    ReplyDelete
  79. Night Petals. See you tomorrow night...

Can't wait to find out who won the veto. Hoping it's spoiled before the feeds come back up at midnight!

Thanks Jackie and everyone have a great evening!!

    ReplyDelete
  80. Anon - Why would I do that? Cody isn't my favorite. I don't do "revenge" votes.

    ReplyDelete
  81. He could have won all comps. What you talking about, Paul?

    ReplyDelete
  82. I'm off to Cbs.com, vote for Kevin, and commiserate in Jokers chat room with other Paul haters.
    Thanks for hosting us Jackie.

    ReplyDelete

  83. I was convinced we were going to have a bitter jury.

    Me thinks I am wrong.

We are going to have a very, very, very bitter jury.

    ReplyDelete
  84. Are they ever going to show the jury house again?????

    ReplyDelete
  85. Thank you for coming by! Feeds don't return until midnight here. So, expect a report on the blog come morning.

    ReplyDelete
  86. Is there a link for voting?
I went to CBS.com and didn't find one!

    ReplyDelete
  87. Thanks as always Jackie for having us! See y'all tomorrow night!

    ReplyDelete
  88. BEST HOH to win, you can be HOH two times in a row. woot woot.

Okay I heard that people are actually voting Cody for AFP ...what on earth has gotten in to people, yikes.

    ReplyDelete
  89. Sharon, it's cbs.com/bbvote

    ReplyDelete
  90. Thanks Nickelpeed.
I went to CBS.com and finally found it.

    ReplyDelete
  91. Interesting how Paul is now trying to rehabilitate his shady persona with tears!

    ReplyDelete
  92. Jackie, thanks for hosting.

See everyone tomorrow!! Have a good night.

    ReplyDelete
  93. Shannon, after reading blogs and twitter, there are a lot of angry fans. The vote is actually going to be between Kevin and Cody. There are past BB players who were saying they are voting Cody. Kevin's daughter is asking for votes for her father. I don't think there will be votes for any others. But who knows?

I am so torn what I want to do. I'm one of few on this blog who did like Cody. Kevin is one of my favorites. I'm torn between giving Cody the votes just to show the other HGs how disliked they were; or vote Kevin (basically for the same reason) because he's such a sweet guy. I heard his talks to the cameras were fantastic.

I just want to see the faces of the other HGs (who treated others so badly) when they realize they were not the favorites. So many of them talked about getting AFHG. They talked about how people probably did not like Cody, Jessica, Mark or Kevin. They called them liars. Talked trash about them, really nasty trash talk. I want to see their faces when they find out people did not like what they said.

I know that sounds terrible, but you get what you deserve. I do not want any of them to lose their jobs. This is a game; however, some of the stuff they said was horrible. And, that goes for Cody and Jessica. It never stopped, though, after Jody was gone.

We'll see what happens. Paul does deserve to win, but how bitter will Jason and Alex be when they get in to the jury house? Will they try to affect the others? I hope it's not a bitter vote. From Mark on to Alex, they decided to follow Paul blindly. They all thought they would be in the F2 with him. He convinced them all that he was in an alliance. They CHOSE to believe him. They did everything he asked them to do. To me, if they are bitter, it's their own fault.

    ReplyDelete
  94. Crap, I just realized I let my military spouse ID expire. Crap. That means I'll be running around with my head cut off for a few days getting another one. My poor husband now has to take time off to take me on base to get another one. Crap again. Need to find my marriage and birth certificates, then my Social security card. Crap, crap! Been so involved with midwest league baseball playoffs, I forgot. Dayton lost, so they are not on their way to the championships. :'( But that does mean I get to be here!!!

    ReplyDelete
  95. Sharon...

    http://www.cbs.com/shows/big_brother/favorite-houseguest-vote/

    ReplyDelete
  96. I will vote for Kevin because I think that sticks it to the others too.Plus he's about the only one I could tolerate all season.Though I do hope Cody comes in 2nd. I have been trying to figure out who Paul might actually take to final 2 if it's his choice.I believe he wants to take Kevin, and that's why he tried to poison the others against him these last few weeks. He has to be scared Christmas could get pity votes because of her injury. And Josh can win comps and he could be too afraid that Josh could win final hoh and take Christmas over him. just saying...but I'm probably wrong...lol

    ReplyDelete
  97. Nickelpeed :(
Sorry about your Military spouse ID. PITA, but sometimes life gets in the way.
At least it's not a one-n-done and you can get it renewed.

    ReplyDelete
  98. Yikes Penny..good luck with that

    ReplyDelete
  99. Thanks ... got all my votes in for Kevin also, and the tab is 'pinned' so I don't forget each day. As Cheryl said, either Kevin or Cody still sticks it to the others.

    ReplyDelete
  100. I think Paul is convinced that Josh is the only one to take to the end. I could be wrong, but I don't see him taking Kevin if given the chance.

    ReplyDelete
  101. Cheryl, I too, believe voting for Kevin does the same thing as voting for Cody. Neither are liked; and it irks the daylights out of me how they treat Kevin. The way they talk about him just rubs me the wrong way.

Monty, I've always believed Paul would take Josh to the final. I don't think Paul will take another woman. He could take Kevin because he thinks nobody likes him; but IMO, he'll take Josh because Josh has had a hand in everyone leaving. He thinks everyone in the jury would hate him because of the pots and pans, etc. I see him taking Josh.

I do not think Paul understands how he's alienated a few of the players. You can bet Kevin and Christmas will be as upset as Jason and Alex. Matt and Raven do not care. I think the people who will have the biggest influence are Cody, Elana, and Mark. They've seen it early and often with the videos. They knew how much Paul has influenced everyone. Cody has already said his vote will go to Paul because he was playing all of them.

I hope they go talk to the jury before the end. I always like to see what people are thinking before the vote.

    ReplyDelete
  102. Thanks Jackie. =)

The voting system is broken for me. Either I have thrown hundreds of votes at the HG of my choice or they are not registering. I suspect the latter, but who knows. If I was a bot I could exploit this. Tried signing out and back in, refreshed the page, but it will still let me vote. Even threw a couple of random votes at others and it still lets me vote. Strange.

    ReplyDelete
  103. IVE ALWAYS SAID IT, CBS IS PLAYIN ALL OF US, THAT DIARY ROOM IS TO TELL EACH PERSON HOW TO DO WHAT, AND TELL OTHER'S SECRET, LIKE THIS IS PAUL'S SEASON....I LIKE THE PEOPLE IN BB, BUT I DONT LIKE THE CHEATIN HELP THEY GAVE PAUL THIS YEAR, OR EVEN AS FAR BACK WHEN THEY LET WILL WIN...IT ALL LOOKS GOOD FOR TV, BUT NOT TO ME!!!
IT'S NOT REAL TV, IT IS THEIR REALITY TV

    ReplyDelete
  104. Thanks Jackie! Tomorrow should prove to be extremely interesting!

Hope you get your ID and it turns out to be easier than you think Penny!

    ReplyDelete
  105. Hey all! Well, we made it through Irma. Still no power. Lucky to borrow a friend's iPad with data!! So finally got the BB updates!! Thanks for the well wishes. QuixoticElf

    ReplyDelete
  106. If I were Alex's grandparents and watched all the things she said about Kevin shuffling his feet and being old, I would be wondering what she must think of me too! The same with Christmas! They are so disrespectful...

    ReplyDelete
  107. Glad to hear it QuixoticElf!

    ReplyDelete
  108. Same guy posting on reddit says Paul won the Final 4 POV

    ReplyDelete
  109. Paul has supposedly won the POV. Wouldn't it be a hoot if Paul used it on Kevin,Xmas has to go up as a result, and Kevin votes out whoever Paul wants him to? @@

I'm going to pull the needle out of my arm now. :)

    ReplyDelete
  110. Lol, unc. I'd love it but I don't think it will happen. On the other hand, I'm not sure Paul wants to cast the vote to evict Kevin... another jury vote he could potentially lose like Alex and Jason. As far as I can see, Paul only has Raven and Matt on lock in the jury. Paul could totally lose this by being sloppy at the end!!

  112. Didn't BB used to make they stay awake for BBAD?
Kevin is awake and alone... as usual.
XXmas & Josh are asleep, while Paul is no doubt mulling over his next move.

    ReplyDelete
  113. Paul just confirmed he won the last Veto. SMH

    ReplyDelete
  114. Wait a minute....who did Paul put up? Kevin and whom else?

Cody had already said, if Paul made it to the end, his vote would go to Paul. Whether he does that or not, we'll see soon enough.

I think Paul is hoping that the others dislike Josh enough to not vote for him.

    ReplyDelete
  115. And Sharon, yes, they used to make them be awake for BBAD. I guess not tonight. They also did not allow them to sleep anywhere but on the beds. Josh was just sleeping on the HOH couch.

Paul also says he's taking Josh to the end. So I guess it is goodbye Kevin tonight.

    ReplyDelete
  116. Paul's 'friendship chat' ... maybe he'll break his arm patting his own back.

    ReplyDelete
  117. I've logged into CBS for the AVP vote on my iPad, my phone and my desktop at work. All let me votes way way over 20 times, so guessing my votes aren't registering somehow despite trying all those devices.

    ReplyDelete
  118. Same thing happened with my votes, and my daughter lives across town... said the same for her also. There's no clue if the site accepted any votes past the first.
