Big Brother 20: Live Feeds, Nominations Friday - August 17

Hungry hamsters

Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Not Too Cool To Fool:
  • Um. It's been an odd day.
  • Haleigh told Fessy that she needs to make friends even though she'd love to hide in the HoH room all week.
  • He sees nothing wrong with hiding and the others can come up and visit.
  • Nope -- Tyler and Angela won't come up here! -- according to Haleigh.
  • So ... she wants to make nice with them? Yep!
  • Angela had told her that she knows she lost her best friend when Rockstar went. If she ever needs someone to hang with or talk to ...
  • Kaycee apologized to her for her outburst when nominated.
  • Oh, boy! Let's all be FRIENDS!
  • Heh.
  • Then there's Sam.
  • I have no clue what's going on with her.
  • We know she has a longstanding final two deal with Tyler.
  • She might as well have one with JC, too.
  • So, she goes after Brett.
  • Sam thinks the nominations will probably be Scottie and Angela.
  • She told Brett she knows he's all alone in the game, same with her. Rockstar had been her Plan A, now he's her Plan B.
  • Brett eats it up, saying he's been alone all along, but didn't want to bother her. He's worried he'll go on the block!
  • They agree it's to the end. They will confide in each other honestly, observe and report.
  • Then JC walked in.
  • So, Sam told him about all her and Brett.
  • She declared that Brett would always be second to JC.
  • Huh?
  • She also is irked that people are making the Have Not room a meeting space when she wanted to make it her personal space. She should know by now there is no personal space in BB!
  • Sam confuses me.
  • JC is still doing the Scottie frame.
  • Even Kaycee got into it, telling Fessy and Haleigh that she thinks it was Brett who voted her out because she's always been close to Scottie.
  • Fessy still has the "always on the wrong side of the vote" bug up his butt.
  • Fessy said he won't send Tyler home -- it's the 6th anniversary of his father's death.
  • He made a deal with both Angela and Tyler that neither would use the veto if they won it.
  • Both Brett and Scottie denied being the one who flipped the vote.
  • With all the talk about Sketchy Scottie, Haleigh and Fessy think he's most likely the culprit.
  • After all, Brett wouldn't lie and Scottie has flipped votes before.
  • Fessy wants Scottie and Brett on the block.
  • Haleigh thinks ... what if Scottie wins the veto?
  • Hmm.
  • Scottie was the closest to winning HoH next to Fessy on Thursday.
  • JC even pushed a bit for backdoor Scottie.
  • JC is still working it.
  • He pointed out to Fessy that his back was sore before the HoH comp and more sore now.
  • But all are complaining of aches and pains.
  • They'd be calling ambulances if they had had a real slip and slide comp!
  • Of course, if Scottie does go up and doesn't win veto, Fessy will (for the first time in the game) be on the right side of the vote!
  • That would be like winning the whole shebang!
  • The feeds were down for nominations.
  • They're back now.
  • Scottie and Brett's photos are on the Nomination Wall.
  • Scottie is balking at whatever Fessy said in the ceremony about hinky votes.
  • He's already campaigning.

What the heck is Sam up to?

Sure, Sam, I'll be in your alliance.

JC, Brett is my final two with me.

Chewing nails and making friends

Let's stay up here all week!

  1. Fessie put up Scottie and Brett................. YES

  2. I don't think JC has a path to win, but he has my AFP vote!!! Kudos to all the crazy/insane scheming that's gone on this entire season. Calling it... best season for me at least. :)))

  3. FOUTTE.....the gift that keeps on Giving!!

  4. I can't even comprehend no word for all these dumb moves. Tyler for the win.

  5. YAY!!! I was hoping Fessy would be stubborn (and stupid) enough not to listen to Scottie.
It's been really frustrating (and amusing) for him to always be "on the wrong side of the vote." It may even be subconscious, but he wants male competitors for Haleigh's attention GONE as well. Welcome to the jungle!! LOL

Now if Scottie can just lose the VETO comp....

  6. I can't call it the best season ever - to me. But it is the best season in a loooong time. Maybe since Season 6? Evel Dick's season was also pretty interesting because it was played so differently than other seasons.

Level 6 has been probably the best alliance of all time and has played by far the most strategically EVER! I don't know that anyone has ever played it that far forward. Look at these nominations! The seeds for these were sown going all the way back to the early weeks when they started positioning Scottie, pretending he was close to Tyler. They think Angela and Tyler are working together. They suspect KC. But the hacker made that necessary. They still haven't figure out Brett's role in this. And they totally have the wrong read on Scottie. All thanks to seeds that Level 6 has been sowing all along. Even Brett's hinky vote last week allows them to sow distrust of poor Scottie.

I don't know that I've ever seen an alliance play so far ahead in the game. And they also do so dispassionately. They lost two members along the way - one by accident, one they jettisoned themselves - but they never played for revenge. They stayed the cold, hard, emotionless assassins the whole time. That is AMAZING!

  7. Joe, unless something goes off the rails, I'm calling it for my personally. This season is just so exciting and when we think that FOUTTE will gain a clue, they continue on the path of the worst alliance ever. It's just BB Gold!!

Homie (Ed)... it was really fun watching our OHIO girls come home last night. Big welcome home but I'm about half an hour away from them so I went to the route to watch the caravan. It was impressive and fun.

  8. Yes Monty I watched most of the game, all the girls should be proud. That left handed pitcher was outstanding. I hope they gave her a game ball.

  9. One other thing, Scottie sort of sunk his boat with the vote to evict Swaggy. That has been the major thing that everyone is doing to pin suspicion on him. That was all Scottie and not L6. Any other season, it may have worked, but this season is different. Scottie is up against a firm/tight alliance and a couple of outsiders (Sam and JC) that aren't allowing him to do what other hinky voters have done. I say Scottie did this to himself in a way.

  10. Looks like someone, maybe Sam, needs an Epi Pen

  11. Sam looks like was having Anaflatic Shock from her Tuna. Her Lips were swelling up.

  12. Joe,
YES!! That's the perfect description to the way they play: dispassionately.
Always thinking ahead to the next move and working to make it happen, even when a particular situation seems lost.

Due credit HAS to be given to JC though. Even though JC isn't L6, everyone thinks he's their friend and it's making him integral to L6's progression.

The FOUTTE group has been clueless the entire summer.
I almost feel bad for Fessy... almost.

    ReplyDelete
  13. That's what i think too, Glenn. The feeds were all on the sky bridge so I didn't see it

    ReplyDelete
  14. I'm trying to think of what's in Tuna to cause a reaction, but it looked it up and it apparently can happen with any 'finned' fish, and an allergic reaction can be very dangerous.
    I hope Sam is ok.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Still fish... could be serious

    ReplyDelete
  16. Mercury, fish type, etc. I have a friend who loved shrimp and ate it all of her life and them one time, BAM. She can't eat any shell fish at all now.

    ReplyDelete
  17. And I'm not trying to make light of this situation, but I had a reaction after eating a Big Mac about thirty years ago. Yes! I'm not allergic to anything in that, but the ER doctor said it was probably a pesticide on the lettuce that wasn't washed properly. Yes, folks... I had a Big Mac attack (and that was the ER Doc's words to me). Full blown hives from head to foot. Chemicals can really mess with our immune system.

    ReplyDelete
  18. Monty,
I've heard of shell-fish allergies. Like you, I had a friend who had a sudden reaction to shrimp and can no longer eat any shell fish. But didn't realize there were allergies related to other types of fish as well.

  20. Feeds back and they don't look worried

    ReplyDelete
  21. And back to fish immediately

    ReplyDelete
  22. Sam back and no clue what that was all about. I'm about out of here. Sam, Sam, Sam... drama queen. ugh

    ReplyDelete
  23. Appears Sam is ok. If it was an allergy attack, they must have caught it fast enough.

    ReplyDelete
  24. LOL... Big Mac Attack..... very good Monty! Yah, I’m loving L6/4... heads on straight and very calm! They all trust each other and are loyal

    Thanks Jackie!!

  25. Hemp seeds in the tuna dish. She's allergic to hemp seeds. She said she never had a problem smoking pot. Feeds cut.

  26. Vegas said Zingbot will host the hide the Veto in the house. Sam will go ballistic when the house gets destroyed. Tyler needs to tell Brett to pick him for houseguest choice. I could see Sam using Veto on Scottie or Hailegh using veto on Scottie.

    ReplyDelete
  27. I meant Veto being used by Sam on Brett.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Destroying the house like James did could lose you Sam's vote!

    ReplyDelete
  29. These comments cracked me UP!

Can we stop mention the Swaggy shirt? WHY ARE THEY STILL HONORING HIM? He was there
2 weeks, all he did was act cocky and bang Bay in the HOH room. He is no hero!

    ReplyDelete
  30. Sam will go first, walk in and after looking, walk out after making the place neater than when she walked in.

Second round, she will take 1 step in the house, break down and cry without even looking until she times out.

I have always wondered why people never look for ultimate hiding spots while killing time in the house. They know the comp is coming and it's not like they don't have the time. After them hiding the bonus power in the house that one time, I would be investigating every nook and cranny in that place.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Angela and Tyler and Hailey are the picks for the Veto Competition.

    ReplyDelete
  32. Agree David. It's not like this one is something new. Just like the "Days," it's been a comp for the past several years. Tyler really is a 'super-fan' though, so maybe he's been mentally checking places out on the sly.

I wonder if anyone will climb up the rock wall and put it on one of the larger rocks.. if one is large enough.

    ReplyDelete
  33. L6/4 is a great alliance, but remember the all-male alliance made during a 1st HOH? Each guy picked someone else in the house to become friends with. And one by one they took them all down until one girl was left. And the night before her eviction they told her about the alliance because the guy who had befriended her felt badly. She really blew up and said I wasted my whole summer on this. Can’t remember which season it was.

    ReplyDelete
  34. BarbaraF,
I think you might be thinking of Lane and Brittney Haynes.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Yes, S12 and the Brigade

    ReplyDelete
  36. It sounds like Kacee figured out the copmp might be hide and seek veto. She suggested hiding places for their chips and Tyler and Angela were told by Kacee to tell each other their spots so they don't take each other out. Angela said she might microwave icecreame and put the chip in the icecreame and put the melted ice cream on top and put back in the freezer.

    ReplyDelete
  37. Thanks Monty. I couldn't think of "Brigade,"
In fact, the only names I can remember are Enzo, Lane and Brittney. LOL
    How could I forget Hayden?
Brendan, Rachel and RAGAN... and those raging fights between Rachel and Ragan!!

Kristen... didn't she eat a spider (or something)?

    ReplyDelete
  38. Thanks Glenn! Wow.... Kaycee has really been coming alive and thinking smart! I’m impressed!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  39. I'm kind of surprised that alliances don't routinely share that information. Maybe they just don't plan ahead and so they can't do it. It's only logical not to take out your own.

As I recall, they kind of keep them separate during the whole thing don't they?

    ReplyDelete
  40. Joe, they keep them separate. KC was speculating BEFORE the comp and they talked about where to hide the veto and strategy like they do. They won't be able to communicate once it begins (going on now for 5 hours).

Watching RS on the Off the Block with Ross and Marissa and she flat out said she would vote for Brett for playing a shadey game in the end because that's the way the game should be played. Also that makes me think she will vote for Tyler and not be a bitter/personal vote in the jury. wow

    ReplyDelete
  41. I'm waiting for Sam's reaction to all of this. I think her head will explode.

    ReplyDelete
  42. If I recall, Julie said Zingbot this week, so that's probably extended loss of feeds.
Bet there will be some dandy Zingers for Fez and Hay.

    ReplyDelete
  43. Yes, Sharon. I think they'll go easy on Sam ;-)

    ReplyDelete
  44. Maybe something about Hemp seed lips for Sam.

    ReplyDelete
  45. I think Sam's might be something like Stomp a Mud Hole, or her fascination with bugs and crafting, LOL

    ReplyDelete
  46. *she's said Stomp a Mud Hole multiple times. I don't think they will go with the Curb Stomp. yikes

    ReplyDelete
  47. BRETT won the veto!!!! Happy Dancing

    ReplyDelete
  48. Brett won the Veto. If he takes himself off the block does Fessy try to backdoor Tyler or make Tyler use his App?

    ReplyDelete

  50. Well, so much for Fessy's "don't use the Veto" demand!!
I wonder if Haleigh will have actual input on the renom. Either way, I think L6 feels they will still have 4, so they still have the majority votes.

    ReplyDelete
  51. Sam's all alone in the room off the BR. I think she feels like she's going up as a renom. Hold it together, Sam... Scottie's going home.

    ReplyDelete
  52. Yeah, Sam doesn't like a mess, so she's in a bad place mentally right now.

Fez gave immunity to Tyler, Angela and Kaycee. Which means the only available renoms are Haleigh, Sam or JC. So there's no doubt at all that Sam will go up... unless Haleigh can convince Fez to go against his word.

    ReplyDelete
  53. Brett said he never looked for other Vetos and Kept putting Mattresses against the Have not room so they couldn't go in there to get his Veto.

    ReplyDelete
  54. Sam said someone smashed her dream catcher.
