I don't know about you, but I'm still a bit confused about how Extinction is going to work from this point forward. Sure, we know Wendy and Keith raised the white flag and are gone from the game. We know Aubry, Reem and Chris are on the jury. BUT … they had to go back to Extinction where Joe joined them. Jeff has said Extinction continues. So … those who don't win the return to the game challenge get another shot? (Maybe not a great shot because they're going up against Joe.) Will people quit or end up staying in just to be on the jury? May I go to be waited on at Ponderosa since they're obviously not using it?
Lifeguard Laurie's blog pool is getting just about as confusing. We've got three people in two places and only two people out of the game going into the eighth episode. Oy! Here we go:
Aurora McCreary - Ed in Ohio, marthalight
Dan DaSilve "Wardog" - Jackie, Nana in the NW
David Wright * - Dr_Celine, PDX Granny, Renee Buck
Eric Hafemann - Bizaro22, Pinky, Shannon
Gavin Whitson - Brenda, KelseyNY
Julia Carter - Donna in FL, Monty924, Jennifer
Julie Rosenberg - Delee, MikesGirl
Kelley Wentworth * - Donna in NY, Jenna G.
Lauren O'Connell - Brian, Krysta Gibson, Sharon N.
Rick Devens - Auntie Leigh, Merrilee
Ron Clark - Cherry Pie, Judi Sweeney, Rochelle
Victoria Baamonde - Indiana Jane, Karen in VS, SueGee
JURY & Extinction
Reem Daly - David, Terry is a Texan, Sharon C
Chris Underwood - Glenn Allen, Laurie
Aubry Bracco * - Cheryl in NC, Margo, Petals
EXTINCTION only
Joe Anglim * - Carol C, Kismet
Bye-bye
Keith Sowell
Wendy Diaz
Let's see how this is going to play out …
Ron is working on David and Rick. Joe is looking miserable over in Extinction. And, we're into a Reward Challenge. Race through obstacles, retrieve puzzle pieces, solve plank puzzle, random draw for teams of six. Blue and yellow.
Victoria, Wardog, Julia, Gavin, Aurora and Rick (?) win Reward … Chinese dinner!
Over with the others, Kelley tries to bury the hatchet with David and gather some numbers. David likes what she's selling because they think the old Kama tribe is still the power led by Ron and Eric. Wardog is trying to get Rick to work with him. Now, Rick doesn't like being barked at by a Wardog. He doesn't trust Lesu. He's thinking it would be better to work with Kama. Uh-oh. Rick isn't going along with David. He even mentions that David should give him the half of the idol back. Yipes.
Aubry got the clue first on Extinction. Joe is confused and they're all looking for whatever the advantage might be. Step back … Aubry finds a key and a clue. She has an extra vote for someone in the game plus a practice.

Immunity Challenge time. No Extinction showing up this time. Balance on toes with a block wedged between head and frame. Block falls and eliminated.
Wardog out first. Eric out. Gavin out. Kelley out. Rick out. Julia out. Ron out. Julie out. After nearly a half-hour, Lauren said she's getting a bit dizzy. David out.
WHOA! Lauren passed out! Aurora is trying to convince Victoria that she needs the win because she was the only one left out of the vote. Meanwhile, Dr. Joe is tending to Lauren who's now conscious.
Victoria drops not due to Aurora's pleading.
AURORA wins Immunity!
Not only did she win Immunity, she got the extra vote from Aubry!
Kama is talking about the "loved ones" visit. (My least favorite episode.) They're talking about getting either Kelley or Lauren out. Gavin thinks they should go after Lesu and, in particular, Kelley. Kelley and David think they're fighting a losing battle. Kelley knows that she and Lauren are targets, but she also knows they each have an idol.
Wardog tries to recruit soldiers. He thinks Kama is trying to get David or Rick vote is smart. So, now the buzz is about taking David out. Eric thinks David will be loyal. Ohh … now talk is on about getting out Ron or Eric. I guess we'll have another Tribal in which it's not sure who's going.
Tribal Council time -- jury brought in and Joe IS on it. Hmm.
Time for Jeff's Probsting questions. He starts off with Kama power questions. Kama 7 talk and Rick claims he was betrayed by Lesu and wants in on the Kama train. David claims he's just a passenger. Dang, Eric once again makes a goal of seeing loved ones. David doesn't like that goal and says everyone should be thinking of Day 39. Talks about making a move. Still no real clue and it's time to vote.
Eric votes Kelley.
The tally:
No idols played.
Kelley, Lauren, Lauren, Kelley, Eric, Eric, Eric, Eric, Eric, Eric …
Bye-bye, Eric! Ron looks miserable. Heh.
Eric makes the choice to go to Extinction. No surprise there!
~*~*~* SPLASH ~*~*~*
ReplyDeleteHi Jackie, Vincent & Everyone! >>>scritcha scrithca<<<
I have STELLA and nothing else. I'm feelin' poorly, so no food.
Hope our friends TBC and Jenna are doing better! {{{hugs}}}
Bring on the Joe Show!
Still got a lot going on, Petals. I’m seeing my Dad Sunday.

ReplyDelete~~~~SPLASH~~~~ Hope the water is warm!!
ReplyDeleteHowdy to everyone!!!
Squeegee
I brought a nice bottle of red!
ReplyDeleteHi Jackie and Petals and Jennifer and all who follow!
ReplyDeleteHey Squeeeeeg, hey Jennifer!
ReplyDeleteSorry to hear, your not feeling so hot?
DeleteHey Glenn!
ReplyDeleteHi Jackie and Vincent. Thank you for giving us a place to talk.
ReplyDeleteHi Petals, Jennifer and SueGee.
You’re *
ReplyDeletePoor Joe. Breaks my heart. :'(
ReplyDeleteawww, my Joe
ReplyDeleteHi SueGee
ReplyDeleteHi Jackie, Petals, Jennifer, Glenn, SueGee and Penny. I have chicken and waffles. Dig in!!!
ReplyDeleteHi Penny. It had to hurt Joe to feel betrayed!
ReplyDeleteHi Glenn. Petals, sorry you're not feeling well. Hope you feel better soon.
ReplyDeleteJoe looked so vulnerable, but on another note, challenge looks fin!
ReplyDeleteHey Penny
ReplyDeleteThe Joe show is here!
ReplyDeleteHi Monty.
ReplyDeleteNashville Hot Chicken and mild county fried chicken :)))
ReplyDeleteHi everyone!!
ReplyDeleteHi folks,
ReplyDeleteFinally made it after 2 weeks of conflicts
Me too! Welcome back!
DeleteHey Joe!!
ReplyDeletesomeone posed this question on Twitter, I wonder how you guys feel:
ReplyDelete"Would you still watch Survivor if Jeff Probst left the show?"
Yes, just like if Julie left BB. Those would be HUGE shoes to fill....
DeleteI have a bottle (or two) of white!
ReplyDeleteJOE!!!!! Hi honey. I was about to bug you. lol
ReplyDeleteHi tbc!!
ReplyDeleteHi Everybody!
ReplyDeleteOhhh, Petals. That's a good question, I don't think it would be as good.
ReplyDeletehere I am, Petals. Bug away.
ReplyDeleteYay, my girl gets reward!! Chinese take out sounds pretty good.
ReplyDeleteHey Homie!!
I do not like him at all.
ReplyDeleteI agree Monty. I think Jeff is essential to the show. He is part of the experience, for me anyway.
ReplyDeleteLike Celebrity Apprentice sucked without Donald Trump. And BB wouldn't be the same without Julie Chen (Moonves)!
I think I wouldn't watch without Probst.
Hi folks
ReplyDeleteIt would be different without Probst, but the secret to the show is the edit. They take all that raw footage and turn it in to a watchable drama.
Survivor would definitely not be the same without Probst. He has the best job on tv.
ReplyDeleteHi Monty, Ed, tbc, and Joe.
ReplyDeleteNot sure if I would keep watching without Jeff, but there might be some good candidates out there to replace him..
ReplyDeleteI agree, tbc.
ReplyDelete👍🏻
DeletePetals, I'd be OK with no Probst but it would depend a lot on who is replacement was.
ReplyDeleteOf course, the same could be said about our Jackie. Would I/you watch without the blog? It has been part of our experience for so many years...would it be the same without Jackie & the party?
ReplyDeleteI think NO!
Agree with all the above, Petals! Some shows just couldn't and have not survived a new host.
ReplyDeleteHi TBC and Joe. I am glad you were able to join us again.
ReplyDelete{{TBC}}
ReplyDeleteThanks everyone! ❤️
ReplyDeleteHey Homie! Our March Madness picks last week took hit! I have only Virginia left.
ReplyDeleteI wonder how much intestinal havoc the Chinese food will wreak on them?
ReplyDelete{{{tbc}}} ♥
ReplyDeleteOh, Ed. I know!!! I hate to have to root for Sparty, but I'm left with that. :((
ReplyDeleteDave and crew need to blindside.
ReplyDeleteI hear ya' Monty!
ReplyDeleteGO NEWSCASTER GUY!!! tell em!
ReplyDeleteIs Auburn still in it?
ReplyDeleteLove RICK... not putting up with Wardog's bull
ReplyDeleteWardog looks shocked!! People just don’t say to someone, “ why would I want to work with you” LMAO!
ReplyDeleteExactly, Jennifer! LOL!!!
ReplyDeleteWardog? Who names themselves that? Nicknaming oneself never works. You have to EARN it.
Jackie - would you watch without Probst?
ReplyDeleteHi Jackie and everyone. I made it! Just turned it on so I have to catch up.
ReplyDeleteAuburn is in the final four, Petals.
ReplyDeleteSurvivor, BB & TAR would not be the same without Jackies' blog & all you fine folks! It's like peanut butter & jelly... they're both good but better together!
ReplyDeleteSo true, Ed!
DeleteI know this is anathema, but I don't think I'd miss Julie at all on BB. She's not nearly as much a part of things as Probst is.
ReplyDeleteHi Jenna
ReplyDeleteI do not blame Rick, but he'll still be on the outs with the other group. They are just as bad as WarDog, whom I really do not like.
ReplyDeleteAgree 100% with you, Ed!! None of these shows would be as great if we didn't all hang out here. :)))
ReplyDeleteI’ll second (or third) that!!
DeleteHi Jenna.
ReplyDelete^5 Ed
ReplyDeleteAuburn, really? Wow, SEC representing!
Petals - I doubt he'll leave.
ReplyDeleteIs there an idol?
ReplyDeleteHey Jenna - how are you feeling?
ReplyDeleteYou know the brain wants to get on with it but your body is like hell no! Did a bit to much yesterday and paid for it all night. Rested well today.
DeleteBb without Julie I think would be ok, but Survivor without Pobst, I think I'd give it a chance then make my decision. The blog without Jackie or any of you...NO WAY!
Omgosh, I’m terrible at riddles and math too
ReplyDeleteI'm with you on Julie Ed... My guess is that CBS really wants her gone too. I sure miss TAR and Phil, but it must be hard to find places to race in this crazy world right now.
ReplyDeleteJust an advantage?
ReplyDeleteCome on Joe or Aubry!!
My girl finds an clue!
ReplyDeleteYes, glad at least Aubry got it.
ReplyDeleteBut nothing would be the same without this chat!! Nice place to land when AOL shut down their chats and boards :o(
ReplyDeleteNow she has to decide who to give it to.
ReplyDeleteHow is she going to hold hide all these papers?
ReplyDeleteYes, if Jackie did not have a place for us to talk, it wouldn't be the same.
ReplyDeleteHi Jenna G. I agree about nicknames Petals. I had a couple nicknames given to me .
ReplyDeleteI said the same thing Jennifer. She barely has a chest, so she has to hope nothing falls out!
ReplyDeleteThis challenge looks short and terrible
ReplyDeleteLOL, first out!!
ReplyDeleteThose boxer briefs need to go.,,,
ReplyDeleteAgree. Without Jackie, it's just a TV program.
ReplyDeleteWith Jackie, it's an experience. And we're a family.
*sigh*
Pass the crackers, I am 🧀
I'm not sure who to root for now.
ReplyDeleteMan, that would kill my toes.
Ron kills me. He acts as if he's mad. He knows he has nothing to worry about.
ReplyDeleteThe women are doing great!
ReplyDeleteI'll root for Lauren.
ReplyDeleteRed looks at ease!
ReplyDeleteThanks to Jackie I got caught up fast. This challenge is hard!
ReplyDeleteThey need to close their eyes and meditate.
ReplyDeleteYou guys obviously haven't seen the commercial teasing someone gets hurt in the challenge
ReplyDeleteI don't like the redhead.
ReplyDeleteIs Lauren going to faint.
ReplyDeleteI don't know how Lauren is doing this without eating
ReplyDeleteNot to well at all...
DeleteOMG
ReplyDeleteshe sure fell elegantly
ReplyDeleteOh crap!
ReplyDeleteNegotiating now???
ReplyDeleteAurora doing some BB bargaining
ReplyDeleteCrazy!!!!
ReplyDeleteAurora grabbed the pole! Isn't that against the rules.
ReplyDeleteCrap. I was really hoping Lauren would do well. But she's had problems before.
ReplyDeleteFainted??
ReplyDeleteDid she grab the pole? I have to go back and look.
ReplyDeleteAurora cheated. I can't rewind, but if you can, look. Her R hand grabbed the pole.
ReplyDeleteAurora....my pool girl!
ReplyDeleteduring the hubbub. I'm sure I saw it. When she first began negotiating with red head chick
ReplyDeleteI'm hoping she plays her idol. I think they might try to vote her out.
ReplyDeleteMe too, I think if she could find her footing with her body failing her she'd actually be a pretty good contender.
DeleteI did Petals... she didn't grab the side/pole. She stuck her hand/arm out making a point when she was negotiation with Victoria and the camera angle made it look like her arm was touching it. I talk with my hands too, LOL
ReplyDeleteok, thanks Monty.
ReplyDeleteI rewound it to the point Lauren fainted, and Aurora held her hands out while tring to make a deal, but I didn't see her grab the pole until after Victoria dropped unless I didn't rewind it far enough.
ReplyDeleteme too, M! I am like Trump or Nick Saban - I gesticulate!🖐️🤛👈👏
ReplyDeleteLOL @ Petals :)))
ReplyDeletePlay the idols, women. Blindside!!!
ReplyDeleteWar Dog kills me. He doesn't realize the two he's talking to are very loyal.
I'd like to see the look on ALL of their smug faces when they both pull out idols!!
ReplyDeleteTake out Ron!!!
ReplyDeleteThis looks like it could be a really good Tribal
ReplyDeleteGet rid of Ron, LOL
ReplyDeleteI just don't like him :)))
ReplyDeleteThis season has been... wait, I hate these commercials. SO sad.
ReplyDeleteWho's Gavin? Where did he come from? I'd like to see them pull off a blind side. Let's spice some stuff up!
ReplyDeleteAgree, Penny!!!
ReplyDeleteGavin is our sweet castaway for Eastern Tennessee :))
ReplyDeleteI like him, but he's been quite so far this season. I like seeing him step up.
Delete*from Eastern Tennessee
ReplyDeleteThis season, there haven't been all those Tribal whispering like from the past few seasons.
ReplyDeleteThat made the tribals really exciting to watch. Maybe it will happen tonight.
DeleteIf memory serves, there was one extremely whispering Tribal. Maybe that was a week you missed.
ReplyDeleteI agree about this site being important to us to hang out with. Please pray for my Step mom. She was born with just 1 Kidney and its in stage 5 failure. Dr told her not sure what to do for her.
ReplyDeleteThey aren't allowed to talk going to or coming back from tribal (cameras need to see everything) so sometimes that is why the talk gets animated at the actual tribal
ReplyDeleteJoe didn't look happy
ReplyDeleteA couple of seasons ago, tribal council was always full of side chatter/whispering
ReplyDeleteWill do Glenn. They can't do a transplant?
ReplyDeleteYeah, I may have missed that ep.
ReplyDeleteLoved ones vs 1 million ... for 39 days, I can skip the fam!
ReplyDelete**prayers Glenn**
ReplyDeletePrayers, Glenn! 🙏
ReplyDeletePrayers, Glenn!!
ReplyDeleteLOL Jennifer!
ReplyDeleteHere we goooooooooo
ReplyDeleteAdding to the prayer warriors Glenn!!
ReplyDeleteBoy, Joe has some MANLY locks! Homina!
ReplyDeleteWhy didn't they play it!!
ReplyDeleteI wish it were Ron.
ReplyDeleteLOL - great blindside
ReplyDeleteOh Glenn, so sorry to hear that. Will be sending prayers to heaven!
ReplyDeleteRon thinks he's all that!
ReplyDeleteOh he isn't leaving!
ReplyDeleteNICE! Loved the look on the newsguy's face. He's a moron. Why does he want to be #8 in that other group so badly?
ReplyDeleteJackie, thank you so much for hosting us. It's greatly appreciated. I won't be here next week, unfortunately. Have a great weekend and week.
ReplyDeleteRon was smacked up side the head there
ReplyDeleteHope everyone has a great week🤗
ReplyDeleteHere is the thing: I have A+ blood and many healthy organs. I am happy to give them to ANYONE who needs. Just so you know...
ReplyDeleteGlenn prayers for your stepmom & you too!
ReplyDeleteTY Everyone. Her heart not strong enough for Transplant. Dr will consult a specialist. I am not sure if she will do dialysis. They did not give her Iron shot this time.
ReplyDeleteGlenn, sending prayers to your stepmom. Sorry to hear that.
ReplyDeleteHappy April everyone. XOXOX
ReplyDeleteThank you Jackie!
Heading out... picked up my mess and will see you all next week. Have a great rest of the week and weekend. Thanks Jackie!!
ReplyDeleteGO SPARTY
G'NITE All!
ReplyDeleteThanks Jackie!
Night everyone! See you next week...Thanks Jackie!!
ReplyDeleteThanks Petals and Ed and Jenna and everyone
ReplyDeleteGlenn -- prayers headed your way!
ReplyDeleteThank you all for coming by!
