BB21: Whacktivity/Nominations Show Blog Party - July 14
This season needs a reboot. Instead, we get Whacktivity. What disgusting stuff will they encounter tonight? (Besides each other, that is.)
I'll be live blogging and updating this entry with the major events as the show airs here on the East Coast. Refresh this page to get the latest news. As always, the real party is in the comments area -- please feel free to join in on the fun!
Previously on … alliances, alliances and blunders about alliances. Sure they go into Bella's playing both sides, but the Jacks are still angels? Hmm.
We pick up the action after the HoH comp. Nick is arrogant that he won and Kemi, whose speech was to blow up his and Bella's game, is going to Camp ComeBack. Jess is worried that she might go on the block. Kemi is vowing for vengeance.
Michie had cast the hinky rogue vote thinking that Nicole would be blamed for it. And, indeed, she is. Hmm … he tells us he cast it to blame it on Nick or Bella, but is now turning it around to be Nicole. Cliff is eavesdropping as Nick tells Michie he had planned to put up Cliff and Jess. Now Nick is sure Nicole was the vote.
Bella is telling Kemi she was her only friend in the game. Voices get raised. The maid screams! A gunshot rings out! Ahem. Okay, I made some of that up. But they're in a kerfuffle just short of a brouhaha.
Nicole is still (honestly) saying that she didn't cast the vote. Cliff isn't even backing her up. No one really is and Michie continues to spread the rumors.
Nick actually doesn't think Nicole cast the vote. But Michie keeps insisting. Nick says (again) that he's thinking of putting up Jess, Cliff or Nicole. Bella and Nick are thinking Michie did the vote because he's the one who keeps bringing it up.
Nick wants Nicole to trust him -- he doesn't want to put her up at all. She's still worried anyway.
The bugle sounds. Whacktivity time! Panic is this week. Analyse, Christie, Jess and Nick.
Thousands of Madagascar hissing cockroaches covering a message. They have to decipher the message and enter it. The message ends up being "Don't meet Julie on eviction night." Christie wins the power. The others don't know who won it, just that they didn't win.
Christie opens her card with her power in the Diary Room. It's the Diamond Power of Veto. Secretly take one nominee off and replace during POV meeting. Can be used once within the next four veto meetings.
She runs and tells Tommy she won. Jack tells Tommy that he has his own power.
Kemi and Nicole talk. Nicole tells her she thinks they're all together. Kemi tells Nicole that Christie heard Cliff say that she (Nicole), Ovi and Cliff are in an alliance. Nicole needs to find Cliff and let him know. Cliff feels bad about it. He won't stop the Cliff Notes, but will do it in a quieter voice.
Cliff goes to Nick and says he doesn't really want to be a pawn, but will do it if it helps Nick's game. He claims he still wants to work with Nick and Bella. Nick tells us that Cliff is his target this week and this makes it easier for him.
We get a segment on the silliness that is Kat.
Bugle sounds and Kemi has to get her Camp ComeBack uniform. She's rocking it!
Sam, with some of the eight, mentions that he, Michie and Holly are at the bottom of the group. And, get this … he's not really even in the group!
Nicole is worried. She thinks Michie gave her good advice before the HoH comp. He told her that he wanted to target Nick and Bella. So, she goes to Nick and Bella. She tells them. Uh-oh. Can of worms! Bella is in shock. Nick is confused.
Nominations time!
Nick first nominates Cliff, then Jess. He loves them both, not personal. Easiest way was to put up people who already were on the block. You can play veto. He tells us that he might backdoor Jack/Jackson if he finds out what Nicole says is true.
Both nominees vow to win veto. Nicole still feels like she's in danger.
Hi Jackie and to all who follow!!
ReplyDeleteHi Jackie, Jennifer and everyone. I'm diving in to the pool. It's miserable hot here...
ReplyDeleteHi Jackie and everyone
ReplyDeleteSo hot here, had a family reunion today and thankfully (at new location) we were inside!!
ReplyDeleteughhhhhhh...wtf does it matter... why does everyone think it has to be a flippin house vote
ReplyDeleteJackson, oops Michie, my boy... sneaky sneaky!
ReplyDeleteI really wanted to like Nick. He's a therapist from Jersey. I'm a therapist from Jersey (orginally). But he is just terrible.
ReplyDeleteWatching from Grand Marais Minnesota!
ReplyDeleteFisticuffs
ReplyDeleteI so hope the 8 get whittled down and soon, but I'm not holding my breath. They have total control over the house.
ReplyDelete~~~~SPLASH~~~~ Howdy everyone!! Just getting ready to get some teriyaki off the grill and some fresh sweet corn! Dig in!
ReplyDeleteAnd I agree with Jackie - this house is not full of my kind of people nor those I like to watch!! Such sheep etc etc
Squeegee
*** teriyaki chicken
ReplyDeleteI had hopes for Nick early on, too. They flew the coop. I liked Bella pre-season and she blew that all away, too.
ReplyDeleteHi Jackie and everyone! I'm back...sort of, driving home from dinner will catch up and join in the fun. I am glad that BB is giving these hamster's a decen edit so I don't have to explain "stuff" to my 12 and 14 year olds. I'm with Jackie, I am pulling for David to come back. I've also like Petals have changed my mind about Kemi.
ReplyDeleteHow fast can tommy talk?!?
ReplyDeleteI’m in agreement with others about Kemi and I too, would like to see David back.
Michie blabs as much as Bella.... he will definitely have everyone knowing it was him that voted against the house!
I want Nicole to stay, David to come back. Jess can go this week. Or Cliff. David is perfect for the game. If he came back, worked with Nicole and Sam … it might end this travesty. I like Kemi and Ovi, but I think David would actually do better overall.
ReplyDeleteNope, couldn't do it...
ReplyDeleteThis whactivity looks horrific!!!
ReplyDeleteDUH!!!
ReplyDeleteI didn’t realize spelling Julie’s name was difficult lol
ReplyDeleteLol, I know Jennifer. Sis is a dim bulb.
ReplyDeleteI would have to refuse to do this comp!!! So gross!!
ReplyDeleteChristie is good at this one
ReplyDeleteChristie reminded me of Christmas on move in night... still can't stand her
ReplyDeleteJackie... I agree with all of your last comment
ReplyDeleteThose hissing cockroaches are supposed to not bite. I think I'd feel worse with my hand in a bunch of those German cockroaches -- the kind that infest living quarters! They'd creep me out more. Tarantulas might be interesting. Heehee.
ReplyDeleteBig power! Would it have to be announced by her or, would bb step in for her?
ReplyDeleteEating cereal from a glass is one of the dumbest things I've ever seen. Where does BB find these people?
ReplyDeleteall these people have loose lips
ReplyDeleteJust back from a church cookout. Hi everyone!
ReplyDeleteHey Glenn
ReplyDeleteHi Glenn
ReplyDeleteJennifer - It's secret. She tells the DR and it interrupts the veto ceremony but doesn't say who did it.
ReplyDeleteI was hoping:)
DeleteI really liked Nick in the beginning but he has been such a let down.
ReplyDeleteHi. Started watching from the beginning. Have they described the power yet?
ReplyDeleteI think Bella and the Jacks ruined any chance Nick had to be decent.
ReplyDeleteGlenn - Yes, you know what it is from the feeds, right?
ReplyDeleteI'm behind so forgive me...but dang couldn't Christie keep her secret power for atleast one millisecond!
ReplyDeleteDo the others know that Sam is now #9
ReplyDeleteYes but was trying to see if it was secret did she tell in DR who removed from block and who replacement is? Similar to the Hacker comp from last season.
ReplyDeleteJenna - Christie doesn't go back and forth between sides like Bella and doesn't seem to lie like Bella. But she can't seem to keep anything from Tommy, the Tommy and Jack, then the eight. It's actually unfair that Christie and Tommy knew each other since they are working together so closely. It's a power duo created pre-show.
ReplyDeleteYes, very true! I can't wait for a power shift. Their needs to be a shake up...the gr8ful 8/9 winning everything is getting rather boring and annoying!
DeleteWish they would show more with the camp comeback and their social game!
ReplyDeleteHi everyone!!! Why does Cliff feel it is a MUST that he does Cliff Notes everyday!?! He can share things about himself to his family... but, he doesn’t need to take down others with him!! If he thinks it will get him America’s favorite, that may backfire on him! If he continues to jeopardize others game, I’d never vote for him...
ReplyDeleteHave a great week y’all. Thank you Jackie for a great evening 🤗
ReplyDeleteThat went fast. Thanks Jackie... have a great week everyone and will see you in the comments. I'm off to bake banana bread! :)))
ReplyDeleteThank you all for coming!
ReplyDeleteThanks Jackie as always for having us!! Good night all and have a great week.
ReplyDeleteThanks Jackie! Good night all. I'm happy to be able to hang with everyone finally. Have a great week!
ReplyDeleteThanks Jackie!!! Night all....
ReplyDeleteCrap, I forgot. Will catch the next one.
