The only drama left is whether the jury will reward game play or punish alleged "bad behavior". LOL. Bring on the Finale!

ReplyDeleteI'd agree, Monty, but as the last eviction, Nicole may not have time to get over the sting. They literally throw that last person out and have them vote 5 minutes later. The other jurors have more of a chance to get over their eviction.
ReplyDeleteI think Nicole can beat Holly, mostly because Holly might not get the blame that Michie will but she also won't get the credit. And Nicole won more comps than Holly, if I remember correctly, and had Cliff as an ally rather than Super Michie.
ReplyDeleteYeah, Joe but I've heard her say it many times in the house when she talks to the cameras. She and Cliff both admitted to each other that they would vote for Jackson in the end even as they were cooking up the last minute pitch that Cliff made to him.

ReplyDeleteI'm so disappointed that Nicole may be the one going home Wed night...I kind of hoped that Nicole and cliff would have been F2 even with cliff making a deal with Jackson I still hoped he eouldbhave stayed. I'm sure Nicole was hurt when cliff told her he had made the f2 deal.
ReplyDeleteI know a lot of people still don't like Michie because of some of his early behavior. Lately he seems more human to me, but he and Jack were not terribly likeable back in the grateful days. But that aside, it is kind of hard to argue that not only isn't he the best player of this season, he's got to be up there with some of the best players of all time. He did what Janelle ALMOST did: be the prime target for 2 months and make it to the end.

ReplyDeleteI think the hate on Michie started because of the way he and Jack behaved, and it hasn't really let up, even after the little talk production apparently had with him (and Jack), although his behavior did improve to some extent. Then just as we'd start to like him a little bit, his supreme ego, attitude towards certain people, and the obnoxious things he would do would sneak right back in and everyone was reminded all over again.
The way he's talked after they got their videos from home, his mamma must have said something about his behavior - maybe even hinted she's not happy with him - because he has appeared more worried ever since.

ReplyDeleteMost feel Holly will 'pull a Cody' and take Jackson. If she does, it will be her own fault when she gets 2nd Prize... which (in her words) isn't that much after taxes. Truthfully, it's the same for the 500K... taxes will take a very large chunk.
Petals I agree that Jackson has behaved somewhat better since the talking to. But I feel like the things he did before were his true nature and now he’s just worried about what America thinks. I’m sure the talking to included the fact that feeders can rewind over and over any screenshot and post so it gives viral. I heard him say at one point he only thought about 100 to 150 people watch live feeds. But he slips on the feeds and shows his true nature a lot. And he gets the best show edit I have ever seen. Even with Holly he is condescending and pouty when does not get his way.

ReplyDeleteAll I know is Holly had the advantage of knowing someone from outside the house (Kat) and Jackson had production picking comps that were tailor made for him. Poor Nicole had the cool kids attacking her from the beginning and a final two partner that was somewhat lacking in skills, but she is still there. She may have made a percentage play with getting rid of Tommy that turned out badly because she thought the final comps would be different. Plus her final two was bamboozled with a southern handshake. Nicole for AFP!!

This crew has been sleeping ALL DAY. When they finally do get up, they still end up napping off-and-on all evening... get up just in time for BBAD, and then stay up until 4:00-5:00am. Rinse and repeat.

Yeah, she was a little hellion as a kid, but she's all grown up, and her parents never disowned her for the bratty behavior. lol
(At 5 yrs old, I was mad at my grandpa and pushed him head-first into the flower bed. Really bratty, but nobody sent me off to the gallows, although mom did paddle my little butt.) lol
My best friend growing up did something similar and believe me, she is not evil at all. The total opposite. She was a kid!! Nuff said :)))

ReplyDeleteUnlike the rest of the jurors, Cliff would not have gone directly to the Jury House. He would be sent to a hotel and kept in sequester.
His only contact with the other jurors would be when he joined the roundtable, and we haven't seen the roundtable. I'm beginning to wonder if we ever will. Because he doesn't go to the Jury House, they also won't be privvy to tapes of his eviction, so his arrival at the roundtable would be a 'surprise.' It's always been a 'surprise' arrival.
In any case, after the roundtable, the jurors will ALL go to Sequester and separated until Finale night. Cliff will have very little effect on the other jurors.
Cliff can speak up at the round table for sure. Who knows what Cliff will do. He has not been the best game player for sure. If by chance he does have an agenda, then GO CLIFF. Try and help Nicole for a change.

ReplyDeleteI've got to stay away from twitter. The Michie hate is very, very high. Now, they have a rumor going around that production used C02 which caused Nicole to blackout, which prevented her from completing the challenge. To Nicole's own admission, she was very nervous about the competition. She called it an induced C02 blackout.
ReplyDeleteFans who believe production helped Michie and Holly to the F3, started blasting production for using something to give Holly the advantage in the game...like usual.
Fans showed two clip where she said C02 induced blackout. Not once did Nicole say her blackout was caused by production. But these fans can't believe that. They think production cheated and there should be a re-do. Evil Dick hates Michie; and he just about leads the hate with passion.
Okay, I know Michie hasn't been the best guy, but there were others in house who said and did things that were horrible. This is a game. I have never seen this much hate toward a BB contestant since Evil Dick. I think it's out of control and very sad.
I agree nickelpeed its getting rediculus these people are bad sports because their beloved nicole couldnt win a comp she needed to win and they are finding some excuse there worse then red sox fans blaming there failures on a curse. She lost shes not even a good player michie and holly are get over it already and start giving credit where credit is due!
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately, the conspiracy nuts happen every year, run rampant with every possible thing they can think of, and it tends to "sour" many fans. Some years, it rages out of control more than others, and this seems to be one of those years.
ReplyDeleteIn my unqualified opinion, the thing that kept Nicole from reaching F2 was the fact that BB has more than doubled the amount of physical comps over mental. As mentioned in a previous post, each year for the past 3 or 4 years, the physical comps have gone from 17% to 61%. It's realistic to say that will leave no room for HGs like Nicole or Cliff to win the game.
Although Jackson is smart enough that he could also win mental comps, it still might have left room for more HGs to have a chance... if all types of comps were spread out more evenly. With physical beast like Jackson, Nicole never had a prayer of beating him. Heck, even Holly was more physical than Nicole.
If BB is going to continue to lean more and more heavily towards the physical comps, eventually, the mental comps will be almost gone. If that happens, BB will have to (or should) eliminate players like Nicole and Cliff. It makes no sense to bring on players who will never have a prayer of winning.
Oh, and BB needs to go back to having Have-Nots AND punishing those who break those rules!! Jackson was seen breaking the rules regularly, but never received a punishment. It's not fair to the others to DO obey the rules.
Public attitudes weren't helped when he also seemed to receive extra perks (lots and lots of watermelon deliveries), and did some really gross things with no recompense... like using the deodorant in places it shouldn't be applied... considering others were using that deodorant and didn't realize Jackson used it in 'extra' body areas. In short (ha!) his many actions aggravated and grossed people out to the degree that there wasn't a way he'd ever get back the "love."
Geez, Louise... I shared the Final 3's pre-season interviews with Ika. That's all. I love going back and seeing what they said before going in the house. I shared the comment about Nicole's story for Petals and others who evidently had never heard it. I don't consider that evil, lol.

DeleteThe jury round table has already happened. In the past (every season) it was on Friday night the day after the F4 evictee leaves. Then entire jury then goes into sequester until finale. They always show the jury roundtable on finale night before the jury comes out on stage.

DeleteAlthough I already knew the IRS (and State) take a HUGE chunk of the BB winner check, here's an interesting post showing how much the BB winner would actually "see" after taxes. NOTE: the article was written for the 2017 tax base, and assumed the winner had no other income. Still, a fairly good chunk of change for 3 months of "work."
