I think we're in for an entertaining show.
There. I said it. That was my spoiler. Heh.
I'll be live blogging the show's major happenings as it airs here on the East Coast. Refresh the page to get the latest update! So, where's the party? Well, head on down into the comments area. You'll find it there!
We'll just sit through the "previously on" segment humming show tunes.
We pick up the action after the nomination ceremony. Xavier seriously thinks that having Britini as a pawn will convince Brent that she's the target. Well, um. Azah is upset and consoling Britini. She feels left out of her alliance (Cookout) decisions.
Xavier tries to talk to Britini. He tells us that it's the best move to make sure Brent goes. Of course, if he were to put up a Cookout member, that too would assure Brent is out. But Xavier is keeping to his promise not to nominate any of them.
Hannah tells us that she's so fed up with Brent that she's willing to take him out. (Not on a date like he would think.) Whitney wants him out.
Azah is still having issues over Britini being nominated. Derek F sympathizes but says it is what it is. Brent tells Xavier that he's not dumb, had been loyal, etc. He is not pawn material, but the target. He's right, but Xavier still tells him that Britini is the target.
Brent is sure that he has most of the house in his pocket. Yeah, right. Brent talks to Whitney, Derek X and Hannah. "Nothing about me screams pawn." They all nod but no one speaks up.
Oh, geez, Xavier breaks down in tears to Azah. She comforts him. She tells us that she understands he did what he felt best for his game. She then confronts Tiffany about her and Derek X targeting Britini in the Wild Card comp. Tiffany says it was to make sure Brent stayed on the block.
Tiffany tells Xavier about Azah confronting her. First cracks in the Cookout? Maybe. Xavier chalks it up to emotion on Azah's part.
Ah, the Not a Showmance between Alyssa and Christian. Not my favorite thing. Unlike the producers of the show, I don't care for the showmances, especially if they get to the point of soft porn on the live feeds. It's not quite to that point with these two, but ...!
Time to pick players for the Veto Comp. Xavier picks first and gets Houseguest Choice, goes for Christian. Brent draws Derek F. Britini draws Whitney. Derek tells us he would take Britini down if he wins. Whitney is more concerned that Brent stay on the block so they can send him home. Brent thinks both would save him.
The Cookout has drafted Hannah in ... to a point, at least.
SarahBeth hosts and it's time for the veto comp. Spinning and then bowling again with the participants in tutus! This time it's being done in rounds. They have to knock down the numbers not in their room numbers for each round. The winner each round chooses the match-up for the next.
Britini challenges Brent. Brent is having real problems. Even so, he eliminates Brtini.
Xavier challenges Brent. Brent is starting to get sick. He gets sick and eliminated, too.
Derek F challenges Whitney. Derek beats Whitney.
Christian challenges Derek F. Christian wins and Derek F is out.
Last challenge -- Xavier and Christian. Christian wins!
CHRISTIAN WINS THE POWER OF VETO!
Brent is sure he has the votes to stay. Delusional much, kid?
Yes, he is delusional. He's running around telling people that they need to keep the noms the same. Which, of course, is exactly what they plan. He thinks he's doing some kind of major epic BB move. What he doesn't know is that HE IS THE TARGET and all plan on blindsiding him.
Time for the veto meeting! Christian does not use the power of veto.
Hi Jackie, Master Vincent and all who follow..
ReplyDelete~~~SPLASH~~~
~*~*~* SPLASH ~*~*~*~
ReplyDeleteHey Jackie, Hi Vincent, hellllooo friend! ------------> cartoon Brent
Let's have a fun show everyone! God blessed me today with 2 pieces of good news, so I am celebrating! STELLA for everyone!
Hi Jackie and Vincent. Thank you for allowing us to be here!
ReplyDeleteHi monty924
That Math is going to haunt Britni forever now
ReplyDeleteugh, not the Chryssa showmance. Gross
ReplyDeleteHi Petals
ReplyDeleteHi Buddie... glad you received good news today. Hi Penny
ReplyDeleteIn the past coupla days, I kinda feel bad for both Brent AND Brit. And I do not like Tiffany as much as I once did.
ReplyDeleteSuch is the game as you come to know these HGs. urgh
Still loving my tennis player DX. Thank goodness he isn't showmancing.
Love Azah sticking up for Britni. Still loving my Azah.
Let's see...Brittani spent two weeks crying and then she'll tell us what a tough woman she is...
ReplyDeleteHey Penny-Pen!
ReplyDeleteJOE! xoxoxxo
ReplyDeleteHi Petals
ReplyDeleteHi jackie, Vincent, and all y’all that are here!!! It’s a hot one for sure, I brought cold seltzer’s!!!
ReplyDeleteJoe - remember, Brit is younger and also on the spectrum. She is not in any of the 26 alliances/F2s, so she must feel crushed.
ReplyDeletehey Jennifer! Hot enough for ya here? lol
ReplyDeleteHey Joe and Jennifer
ReplyDeletefor the record, I am totally on Azah's side with this.
ReplyDeleteMy son has Asperger’s and is bipolar… I can’t imagine him passing physiological testing to be in the house….
ReplyDeleteFriend - it's been a rough few months, but I think there is a light at the end of the tunnel, fingers crossed.
ReplyDeleteI have a strange feeling the rest of the Jokers will be targeted.
ReplyDeleteI know Azah is emotional, but I like her.
It's miserable hot here too, but... it's supposed to cool down some on Friday!! At least I hope the forecast is correct
ReplyDeleteJennifer - if he did, can you imagine he'd react much like Britini? I mean, it must be so difficult.
ReplyDeleteHe is so smart but can’t do the social cues…. He would be a raging monster, no tears, think evel dick, but potentially meaner, lol
DeleteI feel like if they were thinking about “diversity “ with her being on the spectrum, they missed the boat on this one…. IMO
ReplyDeleteCBS crushing the edit again :)))
ReplyDeleteAnd… no more Brittani as a pawn… it’s to much
ReplyDeleteHi Joe.
ReplyDeleteomgosh Brent, you shoot yourself in the foot every time you open your mouth, YO!
ReplyDeleteAH! Oh Brent, pipe dreams!
ReplyDeleteHi Jackie and Monty and Petals and Jennifer and Penny and Joe. Brent will really be Blindsided.
ReplyDeletehey Glenn
ReplyDeleteLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL
ReplyDeleteBrent is my guy, I am ready to say goodbye, lol
ReplyDeleteHi Jennifer and Glenn
ReplyDeletePetals that is good you got good news.
ReplyDeleteWho watches the feeds. Does Brent talk about himself all the time?
ReplyDeletePetals, the rest of the Jokers are fine for now with the Cookout. Still one of the biggest and most loyal alliances in the house. Britni however isn't safe if she continues to act like this. After a while it starts wearing thin on everyone. It's too bad, but it is where she's at. Instead, why are her teamates (Big D and Azah) reassuring her that she is still in a great spot and she's only the pawn against the ONE person that everyone wants out?
ReplyDeleteHey Jackie and everyone! Hope everyone is staying cool--heat index in NC in the triple digits the next few day...ugghhh
ReplyDeleteSo I can tell you guys: I was banned from BB feeds/Paramount live chat for saying this: "Alyssa is not that hot. She is a dime-a-dozen where I live..."
ReplyDeleteI was BANNED for 48 hrs. So I filed a complaint, but rcvd a msg in chat that I can't talk about Alyssa (I only mentioned her like once)
So I have been back in chat the past coupla days and today, I mentioned that I'd love to see Chryssa on the block, and got a warning!
It is so weird, how the cams/chat moderators are so biased. Especially when you see the things other chatters type.
Just had to vent, sorry. Since I am "not allowed" to say this in chat.
YEs, Penny... he does
ReplyDeleteWhat word do you think Brent meant to use when he said perceives?
ReplyDeleteOh Cheryl - same here, be careful. Stay inside!
ReplyDeleteThe Cookout is imploding...just sayin
LOL Anon - I wondered, too.
ReplyDeleteIf Alyssa is dime-a-dozen where you live, I'm moving.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Monty. I figured he did.
ReplyDeleteWow Petals... but that kind of thing is why I stopped chatting about three or four years ago. The chat rooms are toxic
ReplyDeleteI like Tiffanyi!!
ReplyDeleteFine, Joe. C'mon. Or go to Hooters and meet an Alyssa that lives nearer to you.
ReplyDeleteLOL @ Joe
ReplyDeleteI'm 50/50 on Tiffany, and it is a struggle.
ReplyDeleteI don't think we have a hooters anywhere around here. I've never actually been in one.
ReplyDeleteThose chats are full of conspiracy theories and know it alls who really know little. It's mostly kids in them, I would think.
ReplyDeleteI feel so sorry for Britini. Back to back. It has to play with her mind.
ReplyDeleteThe cheeky corny music always kills me, LOL
ReplyDeletebwhahhaaa (I haven't, either), not a fan of wings (or breasts LOL).
ReplyDeleteWhitney has a prettier face, and Hannah and Azah for sure
Smooches
ReplyDeleteme too Monty. brown chicken brown cow
ReplyDeleteYou live with your parents and you left your ProActiv at home, Chris. Grow up!
ReplyDeleteHaha
DeleteJackie - the room I go to are mostly older people, like retirees, grandparent-types. There are the couple of youngins that pop in and upset the herd, lol.
ReplyDeleteBut it fills my down time during the day (but not for much longer!), so I chat to kill time, but it's mostly BUBBLES and people being warned/banned.
I was cool with Hannah until I just saw that sweatshirt... blech 🤮
ReplyDeleteHow cool is X? Still hasn't spilled his secret and is laying low, even as HOH
ReplyDeleteMon - did you see TX and OK want to join SEC? lol
ReplyDeleteSo I suppose that means the white folks should all stick together...
ReplyDeleteBig D in a tutu...here we go
ReplyDeleteJoe - prolly, but they don't realize it
ReplyDeleteI did, Petals :)))
ReplyDeleteHe is completely delusional
ReplyDeleteJoe, Kyland's closest probably is ride or die is Sarah Beth and Tiffany's is Claire (for now)
ReplyDelete*his ride or die
ReplyDeleteThe men look so funny in the tutus
ReplyDeleteI don't know. Maybe it's just cuz I'm old, but there just don't seem to be collisions of rival alliances anymore. Every season it seems like there's a giant group of bullies who throw out the other half of the house. Virtually every vote is a house vote. When is the last time the HOH had to break a tie?
ReplyDeleteHi Cheryl
ReplyDeleteAgree Joe. Jackie & Monty are the savants, but I miss the wondering about the vote. This "house vote" is just so anticlimactic.
ReplyDeleteI can see the cookout sticking together. This is the largest number of Black contestants that I've ever seen. The thing is, though, they will have to turn on each other eventually. I think they'll target Derrick F and Azah.
ReplyDeleteJoe, this season, there are so many alliances and cross alliances that I can't keep them straight. Some are real but a lot are fake. The house will fracture at some point.
ReplyDeletehey Glenn..You surviving the heat today?
ReplyDeleteOh man...I didn't realize Brent did so badly... LMAO
ReplyDeletePenny - they already want to nom Hannah.
ReplyDeleteBig D, LOL
ReplyDeleteOh Derek f!! Wow!!
ReplyDeleteBrent is clueless
ReplyDeletePenny, they are already turning. Ky and Tiffany are the alpha's in the Cookout and they're both SMART. They're also playing their own game and not the Cookout's game. I like it!
ReplyDeleteAgreed!
DeleteChristian reminds me of Wil from BB14
ReplyDeleteThey are so easy to predict.
ReplyDeletePetals, Hannah is a loose member of the Cookout. Derek F and Azah don't claim her in the alliance and Hannah herself doesn't even know the name of it... or she didn't last time I checked.
ReplyDeleteFamous last words, Brent 🤣🤣🤣
ReplyDeleteInteresting monty. Yes, both are extremely intelligent.
ReplyDeleteXavier's Parcour is hiliarious.
@Monty There's always numerous alliances in name only. But they don't play that way. They knock off floaters and any player who falls into disfavor and they do it unanimously.
ReplyDeleteIn the past, there would actually be alliances targeting the other alliances. It just doesn't seem to happen anymore...or I'm just old and cranky.
I don't know, Petals. I do not see Will in Christian. Will's sense of humor was impeccable.
ReplyDeleteI must say that the last black cookout I attended was pretty amazing. Much better than their alliance!
ReplyDelete^5 Jackie! Love it!
ReplyDeleteI have to go to bed. See you all tomorrow I hope. XOXOX
Thank you Jax
The game has evolved to this style now, Joe. We still love you here... old, cranky and all 😉
ReplyDeleteBrent - bwahahahaha
ReplyDeleteIt’s really not that much of a blindside per day, it’s just that Brent is that clueless!!
ReplyDeleteNIght, Petals. See you tomorrow night xoxoxo
ReplyDeleteCheryl it has been very hot here in Wilmington NC as well. Having to stay inside.
ReplyDeleteHi Glenn and Cheryl... sorry I missed you both up there
ReplyDeleteBrent is definitely a Froot Loop dingus who fell for a spool of lies! (BB speak)
ReplyDeleteFor sure Jackie. When my black friends have a cookout, they don't play around! The food is always amazing!
ReplyDeleteCBS just loves burying Brent :)))
ReplyDeleteThank you Jackie! Have a great night y’all and stay cool tomorrow… see ya tomorrow night 🤗
ReplyDeletesee y'all tomorrow
ReplyDeleteI am going to miss the shock on Brent's face tomorrow night. I have to work, so I won't be here; and I'll miss the show. But I do DVR it, so as soon as I get home, I'll watch it.
ReplyDeleteXavier… so funny!!!
ReplyDeleteThank you for coming!
ReplyDeleteLOL Jackie!! Great show and company tonight. See you all tomorrow night for the BIG BLINDSIDE, lol
ReplyDeleteNight all
Thank you, Jackie and Vincent.
ReplyDeleteOh Brent....yes, it will be a great blindside.
Thanks as always Jackie! Goodnight all.See ya'll tomorrow night
ReplyDeleteICYMI: Christian slipped-up and said something to Brent about 3 men being evicted. Then he tried to cover it up, like he was joking, but Brent knows.
ReplyDeleteThanks alot, Christian!
