So, folks ... ready for two hours of non-stop thrills and chills action? You are? Well, you're not going to find it here! Bwahaha! I crack myself up. However, that said, there have been some developments and excitement happening in the house that should make tonight's episode interesting. Remember -- no spoilers as this is a show post. Please don't comment on things until they air on the show. Then you can go wild. Thank you.
The wonderful Blog Pool Lifeguard SueGee has updated the blog pool. Here's where we stand now:
I will be live-blogging and constantly updating this post with the major happenings as they air on the show here on the East Coast. Refresh the page to get the latest news! As always, the real party is in the comments area. Please feel free to join in on the fun!
Julie introduces the show as a two-hour live eviction. Mind you, there has to be a taped Power of Veto segment! They can't just skip over that! The narrator mentions it and the fact that an "epic endurance battle for Head of House" begins.
Day 17. With less than two weeks to go, the numbers are dwindling. (Well, duh!) We pick up the action after the Nominations Ceremony. Miesha is worried about the veto. She wants Carson out but will target his closest ally Cynthia if need be. Chris Kirk is worried that, if Carson goes, Miesha will target himself or Shanna.
Carson thinks Miesha should have put Chris Kattan on the block because he really wants to go home.
Todrick tells Cynthia that it wasn't his decision who went on the block. He tells her there's no way she will go home this week. Todrick tells Miesha he thinks Chris Kirk needs to be targeted next.
Carson tells Cynthia that if he wins the veto, he will save her and she will work with Shanna. Shanna tells Chris Kirk she's worried that if someone comes down from the block, she will be backdoored. Chris Kirk tells her to save Carson if she wins veto. He might go up or a pawn might go up. They will have to play it however they can.
Going into commercial, Julie tells us one houseguest has unexpectedly gone home. To the segment -- Chris Kattan tells Chris Kirk he wants to go home. He enters the Diary Room. He looks miserable. Miesha gathers everyone and reads a notice saying Chris Kattan will not be continuing in the game. He said he will send them a video notice. We see the video. He says each one has impacted his life. It was a very nice speech. Now they are all saying nice things about him.
Time for the Power of Veto players pick. Miesha draws Shanna. Cynthia draws Houseguest's Choice and chooses Lamar. Carson draws Todrick.
Lamar is confused and has Todrick explain the Power of Veto.
Time for the veto comp. Todd is the host. The backyard is a winter theme with mechanical bull-type reindeer. They have to rock the reindeer 20 times and then stack snowflakes on a goblet. Lamar times out as each bout of stacking is timed, then they have to reindeer again. Miesha times out.
Cynthia locks in with a count of nine. Shanna logs in 22. Carson times out. Then Todrick times out.
SHANNA wins the Power of Veto!
Miesha needs to plan in case Shanna saves someone. Todd says he'll go up. They know they have the numbers to keep him. Chris Kirk tells Shanna if Todd goes up when she saves Carson, Todd goes home. They get Carson in on the plan.
Miesha and Todrick talk. She's starting to worry about Chris Kirk. She feels she needs to see if his loyalty is still with them. She asks, if Shanna saves Cynthia, he will vote Carson out. She tells him he's the swing vote. He becomes noncommittal when she asks if he would vote out Todd.
Miesha tries to convince Shanna not to use the veto at all. Shanna tells her that she had been worried she would be up if she didn't win the veto. Miesha asks if she was going to take Carson down. Shanna says she doesn't know yet what she wants to do.
Time for the Veto Meeting. Shanna saves Carson. Miesha puts Chris Kirk up in his place.
Miesha is actually crying. Chris Kirk is referring to it as backdooring himself. He's trying to think of a way to swing it around. Todrick wants to get Shanna in their camp. Miesha does not feel the same way and does not want to take Shanna in.
Chris Kirk tries to convince Shanna they won because it shows the whole house that Miesha and Todrick will eat their own.
Julie tells them some news from the world. They are at the halfway mark. She gives them headlines. They are pretty good figuring out the real ones.
Could an unexpected outburst flip the house? Todd is mad about Cynthia voting to evict him instead of Teddi in the first eviction. They have words. Loud words. She goes back at him. Now he's shouting. It's a brouhaha!
To the living room --
Chris - Thanks CBS, etc. Amazing rollercoaster of a ride. Came together as a family. Cannot campaign against Cynthia.
Cynthia - Thanks God, loyalty, would like to continue. Amazing experience. Shout outs.
Unanimous again. He hugs all.
Zoom. In one fell swoop of a night I have no Chris's to type out last names on during show nights!
After the Julie interview, they show the HoH comp before going into commercial. It's a wall comp. I still haven't seen any notice that it will air on the live feeds. The wall comps usually do, but they tell us beforehand. So, right now I just don't know. If it does play out on the feeds, I will put up a separate post to cover it.
Angry Glam Squad is the name of the comp.
It will play out on the feeds. A separate post is going up.
Hi Jackie and Everyone!
ReplyDeleteHello Jackie and all who arrive after this... Been down with the crud but I'm here tonight.
ReplyDeleteSlipping into the heated pool slowly ~~~~~
Hey Glenn
ReplyDeleteHello Jackie!!!

ReplyDeleteFeel better Monty!!!!
ReplyDeleteI hope we get to see the drama rama lol
ReplyDeleteHi Jackie !!!
ReplyDeleteHey friend, sorry you are tick (spelling intentional). I hope you'll feel better for Sunday when we can root for Bengals during that awesome concert!
Hello Jon! Hey Glenn!
I have heart-shaped pizzas and STELLLLLAAAAAAA
Monty I hope you feel better!
ReplyDeleteRevenge of the spiral staircase lol
ReplyDeleteHey Petals !!!!
ReplyDeleteHi Petals!
ReplyDeleteSame here Jon, and thanks. I've tested negative twice for Covid so I hope I don't ever get it if it's worse than this. UGH
ReplyDeleteJodie, I'll be rooting for our boy Joe and the Bengals come Sunday no matter how I feel. :)
Jon & Monty - we ARE rooting for Joe & the Bengals, right? He's a good SEC kid!
ReplyDeleteI swear next time I actually go into any coffee shop I’m telling them I’d like a cafe mocha for John Chen Moonves
ReplyDeleteWHOOOOOO friend! In the meantime, stay warm, in the bed, and fed! You know the drill.
ReplyDeleteKnock wood my friend me as well with myself and family members plus I was half germophobe before this but I’m running with it now lol
ReplyDeleteoooo they're gonna address the ChrisKat thing...
ReplyDeleteHow are you feeling, Ms Jackie?? Better, I hope!
ReplyDeleteDude you been in her ear non stop both HOH she had lol
ReplyDeletePetals he never left the ants got him, it was bound to happen at some point lol
ReplyDeleteTodrick is new to me (had no knowledge of his existence B4 CBB3). He is pretty, like
ReplyDeletehe'd have made a great woman. But he becomes less attractive for every inch his head squeezes up Meisha's butt. It's an odd attraction.
Jon - do you mean the ants carried him away, LOL!!
ReplyDeleteYES Petals... BENGALS and Joe all the way... I don't fault him for going from Ohio State to LSU, 😀❤
ReplyDeleteI knew of him before a friend of mine sends me YouTube’s of his music videos now and then going this is so cool and they are basically just thumping club beats and seizure lights and I’m like just give me some Olivia Newton John and a Sanka (the Sanka was a joke lol)
ReplyDeleteHere it comes... we finally find out what happens to you know who
ReplyDeleteCue the DR crying session
ReplyDeleteSad...
ReplyDeletemy gf told me car wreck, but it was DWTS that hurt his neck/back
ReplyDeleteThat was underwhelming as far as an explanation of why he's gone tbough
ReplyDeletesweet message from CK
ReplyDeleteI understand it’s different on the show but it’s flippin BB, not going off to war and my gosh would you not research a bit prior to just agreeing to go on a show, celebrity or not plus he has been in spotlight.
ReplyDeletePetals - The back and neck were injured way back on SNL. SNL paid for six surgeries on it,
ReplyDeleteI've seen both too, Petals. I think he's better off out of the house anyways no matter what the reason was for leaving.
ReplyDeleteHi folks
ReplyDeletejon - maybe they wouldnt let him take the meds he needs?
ReplyDeleteJon - Exactly. Me? I would demand a contract that paid me a million dollars to last 24 hours!
ReplyDeleteJOE
ReplyDeleteThey let everyone else take medication before I thought, but my gosh some of the psych evaluations as is on prior ones lol
ReplyDeleteHi Joe
ReplyDeleteMango1 Effin Mango did it
ReplyDeleteI did love Mango and Mr Peepers lol
ReplyDeleteI just remember him like jumping on things like tables with Mr Peepers, not like Chevy Chase or Molly Shannon levels.
ReplyDeleteI'd love to ride a reindeer :)))
ReplyDeleteI’m not saying he didn’t get injured and back and neck ones are not good ones at all so I understand that is never fun.
ReplyDeleteugh! What's worse than an idiot?
ReplyDeleteLamar trying to find out what the Veto Rules are.
ReplyDeleteHi Joe... I missed you come in up there
ReplyDeleteI’m not touching that one a Monty lol
ReplyDeleteI'd love to kiss a lil reindeer. Or any lil (animal) baby!
ReplyDeleteFunny lol
ReplyDeletePrancer, I hardly know HIM, Carson.
ReplyDeleteHi, Monty.
ReplyDeleteIt would be legendary if Lamar just rode the reindeer the whole comp lol
ReplyDeleteLamar is in pure joy, LOL
ReplyDeleteI agree Monty I think he has shown a total other side of him then what you’d normally read about him with his past issues.
ReplyDeleteLamar timedout!
ReplyDeletenot a fan of Lamar. At all.
ReplyDeleteI think some should alert PETA
ReplyDeleteis tonight an eviction?
ReplyDeleteAll these timeouts!
ReplyDeletePetals - Look at the title of the blog post.
ReplyDeleteYes Petals it is an eviction night!
ReplyDeleteIt’s supposed to be unless they flip script at last minute after vote that would be messed up have them vote announce who got voted out then go amazing race sike you are safe this week lol
ReplyDeletety G
ReplyDeleteI do love a Chen Moonves Pony Tail lol
ReplyDeleteFrom what Julie said, an endurance comp starts tonight. If it's on the feeds I will put up a separate post for it.
ReplyDeleteHe was very foolish to not just tell her what she wanted to hear.
ReplyDeleteI think Chris played this wrong.
ReplyDeleteDid they have like takeout bags?
ReplyDeleteYes cause everyone always loves talking to people in sunglasses inside lol
ReplyDeleteChris turned on Meisha way too early. And now he's not even covering it up well...
ReplyDeleteFoolish Jedi
ReplyDeleteOn top of that, he wants Shanna to take down Carson not Cynthia. He might as well wave a red flag in front of Miesha
ReplyDeletewait - who decided SHE was the one running the show??
ReplyDeleteI'm totally Team Meisha and Todrick.
ReplyDeleteThat was a rough talk with Kirk and Miesha!
ReplyDeleterough 24 hrs...must jump thru my window.
ReplyDeletexoxoxo
ciao
Hi Joe!
ReplyDeleteLive endurance on Feeds tonight and I just want to go back to bed already. Figures it would happen when I'm sick. UGH
ReplyDeleteJoe, I think Meesha, Todrick and Shanna are the ones really playing the game. If that's possible?
ReplyDeleteBut... I will add that I don't think Meesha is really playing that well from the feeds.
ReplyDelete#NoFollower lol
ReplyDeleteHere we go lol
ReplyDeleteCould see that coming from a mile away...
ReplyDeleteYou could see that really hurt her to have to do that.
ReplyDeleteHi Glenn...
ReplyDeleteI think Meisha is super smart and super tough. I'm not sure she has the social finesse, however.
Dumb move
ReplyDeleteHe really did screw the pooch if he’d just have told her he was with her, even when she saved Carson he probably would have been ok.
ReplyDeleteIt was moronic by Chris. All they had to do was take down Cynthia and they could have backdoored Todd. But, instead, they felt the need to take the swing at Carson which just telegraphed the entire plan.
ReplyDeleteShanna and Miesha Veto talk didn't go well now Carson vetoed and Kirk on the block and Shanna tring to explain her choice!
ReplyDeleteFinish her lol
ReplyDeleteHow does Chris figure that's a win? He's definitely losing a number, even if he manages to stay.
ReplyDeleteNo Sanchez you going home lol
ReplyDeleteHow does Kirk think they won?
ReplyDeleteNot really clear to me how that flips Todd or Lamar or anyone who wasn't already with team Chris and Shanna...
ReplyDeleteThe same way he thinks Timberlake would take his calls probably lol
ReplyDeleteI must be missing something, or maybe it's the edit. But I can't figure out why Chris threw away his relationship with Meisha so quickly. She would not have targeted him until the Final 4 or 5.
ReplyDeleteIt seems kind of like the Survivor swing vote curse. As soon as you think you're the swing vote, you're gone. People don't trust the swing votes.
I think Kirk goes
ReplyDeleteDamn Julie she went hard core dark lol
ReplyDeleteRibgate 2022
ReplyDeleteLol they went Fish on the Bengals Superbowl announcement!
ReplyDeleteLOL, they had to go to fish when Julie said the Bengals
ReplyDeleteGlenn, we've only waited thirty plus years for this, LOL
ReplyDeleteLove Lamar clapping lol
ReplyDeleteI love the Carson/Cynthia friendship in there
ReplyDeleteIt’s never good when “And another thing” is how you start a sentence lol
ReplyDeleteHow was that Todd's fault?
ReplyDeleteDifferent Strokes lol
ReplyDeleteLol @ Jon. True that!!
ReplyDeleteMonty, I remember the Bengals last Superbowl. I am a Cincinnati Reds Fan so will pull for the Bengals!
ReplyDeleteJoe - A lot of Twitter is whining about his knife/cut analogy in the beginning as if he was threatening to stab her. @@
ReplyDeleteTwitter is like every four year old having access to the car keys at times.
ReplyDeleteA lot of Twitter isn't worth reading.
ReplyDeleteEveryone in here has said, "I could just kill you" multiple times in their life. No one takes it literally.
ReplyDeleteThis could be an interesting vote
ReplyDeleteWell maybe not lol
ReplyDeleteTodrick evoted Kirk!
ReplyDeleteChris Kirk didn't play smart this week
ReplyDeleteI’ll let anyone take this one lol some ate just too easy lol
ReplyDeleteYay Glenn. Me too. I'm a Bengals fan for my entire life and remember both of their losses in the SB to San Francisco. At least we get another CA team this year, LOL.
ReplyDeleteWHO DEY
Chris evicted himself...
ReplyDeleteI love the integrity card when that’s always played on any of these type shows lol
ReplyDeleteWhy is turning on Meisha evidence of his "integrity"? LOL.
ReplyDeleteLol Carson
ReplyDeleteThese edits lol
ReplyDeleteClassy on Chris Kirkpatrick
ReplyDeleteThey don’t go in sequester right?
ReplyDeleteOh Good... the wall :)))
ReplyDeleteNo, Jon. They're all going home to watch it.
ReplyDeleteI can’t remember, I’m lucky I know what day it is at times
ReplyDeleteSee that’s shenanigans on level lol
ReplyDeleteWho are favorites in a Wall Comp?
ReplyDeleteAnyone but Lamar Glenn, but I’d think Todrick has best shot if it’s that,
ReplyDeleteGlenn - Not Lamar! Actually, Todrick might be good at this - he's rather small and a dancer.
ReplyDeleteI think it will come down to Todrick and Carson
ReplyDeleteOk could they have this any more easy to where I think I could do it lol
ReplyDeleteThey get those full arms/handles to press against so it's a different kind of wall
ReplyDeleteLOL Jon... I probably could but not tonight
ReplyDeleteThis looks like a easier Wall comp.
ReplyDeleteUnless the really start tipping it, shortening the platform, or gooping them making it slick this might go on for while
ReplyDeleteLook for a seat belt as well Monty lol
ReplyDeleteIf they come back and Lamar is gone lol
ReplyDeleteLol
ReplyDeleteDefinitely Glenn and Jon
ReplyDeleteEveryone have a great weekend and don't forget this Sunday is WHO DEY BABY!!!
🧡🖤
They literally did spray Shanna right in the vagina!!!
ReplyDeleteLol Stop Joe I can’t lol that was fn funny lol
ReplyDeleteThanks Jackie!!! Everyone have a great weekend and stay safe !!!
ReplyDeleteOkay, new post up
ReplyDeleteWell, there goes my pool boy! Thanks Jackie!
ReplyDelete
