I will be live blogging the show as it airs here on the East Coast. I'll be updating regularly -- please refresh the page to get the latest updates. As always, the real party is in the comments area. I hope to see you there!
As per norm, we start off with a recap of the last show. I will twiddle my thumbs through this segment.
We start the action at the end of the Nominations Ceremony. Reilly tells us Kirsten jumped in doing too much and Felicia is a sweet person who will no way go home. We get Jared and Cory's take on being off the block. Felicia is "trusting in her spirit."
Izzy and Cirie try to comfort and console Kirsten. Cirie doesn't really feel safe or more that she is worried about Jared's safety with the Veto ahead. Reilly tells Felicia that she is definitely a pawn, and everyone told her Kirsten needed to be targeted. Everyone loves Felicia. Felicia tells us she doesn't like not being in control and will go for the veto.
Luke tells Cory that he didn't realize he was on the block. @@
They get to see the backyard and Felicia promptly falls in the hot tub! Cameron thinks he's close to the others in the Scary Room. Felicia is proving observant -- she knows an alliance is forming in there. Reilly, Jag, Cameron, Blue and Matt. Reilly makes a final two with Jag.
The Reilly's HOH alliance group is formed with a core group of the five. They call themselves The Handful. They are all very happy with themselves!
Cory is fanboying Cirie. She sits in the chair in the Have Not room and on a whoopie cushion. Cory tells us she's the biggest threat in the house but wants to talk to her more. Her Cirie-sense goes off about him. Of course, she won't let him know!
Jag talks about being a Sikh with Hisam. He says people see the turban instead of a person. He wants to be a good example. Hisam is of Arabic descent. Hisam also wants to be seen past the stereotype.
Felicia, Mecole, Izzy, Bowie and Cirie talk. Felicia tells them that the Scary Room has an alliance, and they need to firm one. Felicia calls them the Bye Bye Bitches after a sign on the wall in their Comics Room -- originally said by Janelle!
Cameron has a Mickey Mouse hairdo. The Handful want to bring in Jared, Cory and America into their alliance. Cory is now confident. Jared tells his mother about the alliance. He is about to become a double agent. She is nervous that she's being left out and doesn't want to be a target.
Kirsten talks to us. She tells us that she will keep her enemies closer and ally with Reilly if she wins the veto.
Veto players pick time! Reilly draws Hisam. Kirsten draws Blue. Felicia draws Cameron.
Cirie wants to tell Hisam about the alliance because Felicia is cool and she doesn't want her coming off the block. Hisam is upset that there's an 8 person alliance and he's not in it.
To the backyard for the Veto Comp! From the Humiliverse ... all get an "atomic wedgie." They have to set 35 flowers on a base -- if one falls, they get pulled in the air by their "underwear." Cirie is hosting. They all get whipped up into the air, then get sprayed with water. Cameron almost had it but knocked his stack down.
HISAM WINS THE POWER OF VETO!
Kirsten is trying to talk Hisam into saving her. He tells her he won't be making a hasty decision.
Time for the Veto Meeting. Hisam does NOT use the veto. We don't get speeches from either nominee. He says he could never decide between the two of them.

ReplyDeleteWhich kid, Cheryl? Cory, the Cirie fan?
ReplyDeleteI'm surprised no one has used Bye Bye Bs as an alliance name before. It's a good name!!! Better than alot of the alliance names over the years.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE what Jag and Hisam were saying about educating and uplifting their cultures we So need more of that
ReplyDeleteHi Cheryl I got a lot of Wind and Rain yesterday!
ReplyDeleteFelicia and Cirie are feeds gold this season. You can tell that Felicia has game in her during this show!
ReplyDeletejo c - I live in an area with great diversity, but some folks have never really known a Sikh or Muslim person. To me, they're everyday people.
ReplyDeleteYes, Jackie!!!
ReplyDeleteCameron and that hair pom pom look
ReplyDeleteShe said stop talking so much lol
ReplyDeletei totally agree jackie here in S Ga we are mostly known for being rednecks but not like red LOL cameron represents us S Ga well
ReplyDeleteLol yes Jackie Cory.. I guess technically most of them are kids to us
ReplyDeleteTo me, the only non-kids are Felicia, Cirie and maybe Hisam. Bowie is in her 40s but acts (not looks) younger.
ReplyDeleteNothing says old until you reach that AARP mailing list threshold, get that sample magazine, flip through and and oh that’s an interesting article lol
ReplyDeleteLol, Jon. They hit you up at 50 yrs old now.
ReplyDeleteLOl jon so True or when u remember your 40th HS reunion is this year
ReplyDeleteI was still rocking me student discount card at the movies on Tuesday’s before the pandemic lol
ReplyDeleteI also like the older cast this season. That's made it fun, too.
ReplyDeleteIt’s only matter of time before one year the entire house will be in the same alliance
ReplyDeleteLMAO
ReplyDeleteThey really did a terrible Job bringing Jarad into the Alliance.
ReplyDeleteLol @ jon
ReplyDeleteI prefer this cast over the ones in which they are all under 30. And, I just had my 50th high school reunion a few weeks ago!
