Football AGAIN -- the show is delayed here on the East Coast by about about fifteen - seventeen minutes. Once it starts, as it airs here on the East Coast, I'll update this post with major happenings. Later tonight (or at least by morning) my show review should be posted over on TV Squad. But the real fun will be during showtime right here in the comments area. Everyone is welcome to join in!

  1. Jane Goodall on 60 minutes ROCKED. Can you imagine doing what she did in her life, then still being so energetic and able at age 76 to take 300 days a year to travel the world to secure all that you worked for? AMAZING.

We're not too far behind here. Waiting for TAR

  5. I really enjoyed the Jane Goodall interview. Then I ran in to get the dishes done so I could watch the race.

  7. Once taken off the bone, that sheep head doesn't look that horrible if you're not a vegetarian or vegan.

  10. Wow... Nat and Kat really got through it fast. They're my girls! That repelling looks like it's going to be real difficult going back up.

  12. Young guys with good health, no extra weight and arm strength are going to best at the bridge -- like Kevin and Thomas.

  13. If I had that voice 'encouraging' me while I'm hanging there, when I got to the top, I'd have to strangle what it was coming from. I'm with her... Shut Up! LOL

  14. Nick and Vick are not the sharpests tools in the box! However she IS strong!

  16. Kevin and Michael are my sentimental favorites. I love the relationship. I just don't think Michael will make it through the end.

  17. It's no wonder all female teams don't win - too many tasks require upper body strength, too few require brains.

  18. my team is out....and my favorites are out...I think Jill and Thomas are who I'm rooting for now.

  19. My VCR went caput finally and I had problems taping but watched the episode today on CBS. Also watched the Elimination Station clips. The first three groups, Ron & Tony, Andie & Jenna and Connor & Jonathan all get along great but Katie & Rachel brought some sour grapes with them. They say they're better than all the teams left playing and insinuated that they're better than the ones at Elim. Stn. too. Tony said later, "How good can they be? They're here." LOL!

Off Topic: An interesting British series of 5 episodes starts tonight for five straight nights on cable channel IFC from midnight to 12:45am. It's called Dead Set and has to do with zombies which usually wouldn't interest me that much. But this has to do with Big Brother. Quite possibly the British version but Dalton Ross wrote the review. It shows what happens when the walking dead infiltrate a live eviction episode of BB. Dalton says 4 words: Best Eviction Episode Ever. He also said the only thing that would have made it better was if Chenbot had been on it and been made a zombie too.
